Called them at 445 on a Wednesday they had A/C fixed and blowing cold air in under an hour. Mike was here and explained what he was doing and what else he may have to do and gave the price before no surprise charges.

Stephen the owner refused to wear a mask to come in my house so the service call was cancelled. I Keep a box of disposal mask to handout for service calls to my home. I was a loyal customer that had used them to do A/C and electrical work. In this day and time with Covid even if you are vaccinated you are not completely protected and need to take extra precautions. Stephen did not even say if he had been vaccinated. With that kind of attitude he must be willing to go out of business.

Steve who works here told us that he would be back the next morning to finish the job and look at our other a/c that we have at another address after we paid him $500.00.We waited till 10 the next morning and he never called so we called him to have him tell us that he was finished with our job and he was not going to finish the work due to our a/c being too old and did not have time for our second homes a/c.So, Steve took us for our $500.00 without properly fixing our unit and not even looking at our other unit.I absolutely do NOT recommend Bay City Electric & Heating at all!!!Save your money and have someone else do your work.

This company replace the breaker box in 2015. So I restarted service in decided to us the same business. The owner was so rude after we asked questions. He hung up the phone us three times. Not very professional.

Great Place. Always in stock with almost every electrical item I ever need. Their prices are usually lower than large home improvement chain stores.

Different addresses and phone numbers on line. Very rude when called one of the other numbers, because you are looking for a repair guy and not from around here.

They dont atend when they supposed.U make a apoinment and they dont go
