I had Dylan with Mr Chill Cooling & Heating Services come out to the house and to a complete install of a whole new unit in the house. Ran all new duct work, installed the air handler and outside unit. Dylan does incredible work and his price is great for his work. I would recommend Mr Chill to anyone looking for any kind of AC work or complete installs. Great guy and puts his customers first.

We called Mr. Chill last week after our garage mini split stopped cooling and our former heating and air company told us they don’t service mini splits . Dylan came out the following day to diagnose the issue and gave us a few options for repair. The system was originally installed by a contractor when we purchased our house in 2019 and they didn’t do a very good job. Since we were having the repairs done, it made sense to go ahead and have the lines replaced, covered and the unit mounted on a better stand.The AC is ice cold and the outside install looks great! Dylan and Vivian are the nicest people and very knowledgeable. So happy we found Mr. Chill! Highly recommend contacting them if you you’re in need of heating and air services. 🙂

Dylan is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained in great detail several different issues that were hindering our AC systems performance. He was able to perform several of the tasks today and we have the rest scheduled. We would highly recommend Mr. Chill for your HVAC needs!

I had come home from work and found we had a gas leak in our heater, Mr. Chill came out as soon as he could to check and see what he could do to help. It was really late but that didnt seem to bother him! Got the part ordered and installed the next morning! Highly recommend Mr.Chill!

Temps in Central Texas were in the triple digits this week and my AC started blowing hot air. I called and spoke with Vivian and they were able to schedule me and get my AC fixed the same day. Dylan was working on the unit well after normal business hours. I was glad I didnt have to spend a night without AC.

I was able to set up an appointment on a Saturday after my AC went out and they came a few hours later. After a thorough inspection they told me the issues they found and offered me a few different quotes with several options. They were very courteous and were not pushy about add ons or extras. If I have any more AC issues I will definitely be going with them again.

Great services, and great prices! My AC went out in my house since my AC system was 15+ years old and the whole system needed to be replaced. They were able to get a full new AC system up and running within 2 days and for 5 to 10k less than what I would have paid for one of the larger AC companies in the area. They will be my go to AC company for any other AC issues that come up in the future!

A year ago another LARGE Bastrop ac service company came out to fix my unit that kept cutting off. They fixed it with a brand new compressor, but a couple months later I kept having the same issues. I called Mr Chill and he came out and was familar with not only the unit, but he also took a look at my duct work to trouble shoot the airflow issues I was having. They were incredibly quick in response, very professional and explained the issues I was having in simple terms to me. They also offered me multiple solutions at different price points. They didnt push to over sell just to pad their bottom line. I HIGHLY recommend them and will only call them going forward.

They made repairs to an improper installation, and gave me peace of mind that my system will not ever leak again. I also opted for their annual service plan that will get them out here twice a year to check on things before the heavy seasonal use window and a discount for future.Highly recommended!

We love the AC/Heating mini split that Mr. Chill installed for us! They were on time, efficient, and cleaned up everything afterwards, and the price they charged was less than I expected. We also had a room that wasn’t cooling well. We were told by a different company that the ductwork needed to be replaced (expensive). Mr. Chill came out of the attic and told us that the duct was just kinked. He rerouted it for a minimal charge and the room is now cool! How nice is that? He was honest when he could have easily charged us more. I highly recommend Mr. Chill to anyone needing AC or heating work done!
