They did a great job today! My sectional looked new. Smells good and they even got some of the high traffic ares to fluff back up.Would definitely use again.

I called magic touch in the middle of an emergency. 24 hours before a house party with dog pee all over my carpet.They immediately fitted me in for next day service. They were very communicative and did an amazing job cleaning two bedrooms in an hour. The team was polite and courteous. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Added bonus: their price point was much cheaper than those national competitors.

Great job by Deandra yesterday. Cleaned the mattress so well it looks new! He was a nice guy and very friendly as well. I’m very pleased with the service!

Amazing. I emailed early in the morning thinking I need the carpet cleaned before the furniture gets delivered and they they had someone there within 30 minutes! Got it all done before the furniture arrived and should have plenty of time to fully dry!I am soo soo grateful for Magic Touch and Deandre!!

We had an odor issue with the carpet in our master bedroom and needed someone to clean our carpets as soon as possible. Deandra from MagicTouch came out the next day, he even made a special trip late in the day to fit us in. We booked them mainly for the odor issues, which he fixed completely, but he seriously made our 5 year old carpet look brand new. He was so friendly and did such a great job, we highly recommend them and will definitely ask them to do any future carpet cleaning.

Wow! Best money Ive spent in a while. Scheduling was so easy I thought there might be a glitch. Took me all of five minutes to get on the calendar. The floors look amazing and so clean. Great tech and all around experience.

This place is great! I booked my carpet cleaning appointment through the online portal where I was able to immediately see availability. On the day of service I received a text message and an email letting me know the team was on its way. They arrived with masks on. Will use again.

Our landlord used this service to clean the carpets of the property we moved into. When we arrived home and saw they were just getting to the house we said hello and how are you doing. The man was obviously upset that we were even there and he had to do the job with us around. Obviously he was hoping we wouldn’t be there so he could roam the house freely.When we came inside whoever the cleaner guy brought with him was in my master bedroom taking a extremely stinky dump in our restroom. Which I find extremely unprofessional. But what really takes the cake is that the job was rushed through, they weren’t kind, we offered to move a bed frame because we saw he was cutting corners and going around it: but instead of accepting our offer he waved his hand and said “he gots it” only to find out later he stepped outside to call the land lord and complain that there was “all this furniture everywhere” which was a lie.I’m not impressed at all with this company. I’m glad the land lord paid for it, because if this came out of my pocket I’d be demanding a full refund. The pet odor still hasn’t left and the professionalism was poor.

Called for air duct cleaning. Within a few days the crew arrived at our house when they said they would. They were very polite, respectful and did a great job. Our house doesnt smell musty anymore. And the price couldnt be matched.
