Updated - We had another issue with our AC and WCU provided great customer service again. Ron is an excellent representative for his company. He provided great customer service by explaining what he was doing and the cost. We have also used them in the past and received the same great customer service each time. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Great service. Timely professional. Recognized the job needed two people in advance which sped up time. Ron and Brandon were great, especially willing to explain what caused water damage and how they were going to repair with multiple mechanical controls to prevent it. The company came recommended by next door people and after reading reviews decided they were the choice. Scheduled late on Tuesday, and was able to get service by Thursday noon. Most importantly wrote up what was necessary for my insurance claim since water leaked in house while away for few days due to clogged trap and mechanical failure of float.

Keegan @ WCU is a life saver! He repaired and reinstalled my washer & dryer, all with a smile. I am most grateful for his services and will be sure to recommend everyone I know to use them as well... pricing was very affordable, and they even took the washer in to the shop & had it back within a couple days....so glad I found them, thank you so much WCU!Pic is our boy listening for the sweet sounds of laundry! 😂

Ron was very prompt to respond and diagnosed the problem with my heat pump immediately. COOL is the word of the day. I have called on WCU multiple times, will recommend highly. Always pleased with their service.

I had a new high end GE refrigerator just past the factory warranty and the compressor died on it after about 14 months. Luckily, I purchased the 5 year extended warranty.WCU services was the only company in bastrop that had the equipment to work on the newer compressor and cooling system and was timely, professional and the follow up was amazing after the service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member!

Ron provided clear communication and assistance with the appliance repair.I was impressed by the service plan that allowed for a scheduled pick up and repair to be done at the WCU shop versus the laundry room.This process went very well and I would recommend WCU for future reference to others seeking appliance repair.

Very fast response to repair my broken fridge and knew what was needed. Ordered the replacement part and installed promptly. Friendly people too! I would recommend this company.

We could not be happier with our experience! Our AC broke right before July 4th weekend of course, and these guys troubleshot over the phone (just in case it was simple, it could have saved us needing a service call at all) and when they did come out the next day- way sooner than anyone else offered- he had us up and running in an hour! Thankfully it was a simple fix and there were a couple things he could have fixed too but he was nice enough to let me know I could fix it simply enough and the parts are cheap at the hardware stores. All in all it was under 200 bucks for call, part, and labor! They were professional, clean, and knowledgeable. Even showed us we were putting our filter in the wrong place! Hahaha!

After having Parobek check out my ac for the coils freezing over and telling me I needed a 16 thousand dollars new unit. Wcu showed up, checked my ac unit and said yes, your ac is old, but in need of only of a regular cleaning.

My washing machine water cycle stop working. WCU came out that same day and diagnosed the problem. They order my part and came back out and fixed me up. Thanks WCU for your Prompt & professional service.

Two techs from Parobek said ac wasnt cooling right bc it was dirty. Quoted $2k to remove & acid wash. Ron was there 10 minutes and found one of the heater coils stuck on. Less than half of the cost. THANK YOU!

Scheduled 9/21 arrived 9/24 to replace a capacitor which was not the real problem. I called them the morning of 9/25 but have an appointment 9/28 a week after I reported the problem. One week without AC is a bit rediculous and I cant get my money back to have someone help me quicker.

Brandon has fixed our oven and our air-conditioner. I like their policy of calling the night before to set up a time for the service call. The technician calls you himself. Brandon was extremely knowledgable, prompt, and fixed the problem. With the airconditioning, he had to come back out after one fix did not solve the problem, but he was very friendly and got it fixed in about 15 minutes.

Called WCU based on these reviews and was completely satisfied with their service. Had several companies look at my issue and all said same cause. WCU technian Keagan showed up and found a part had been installed wrong initially and cleaned and reinstalled it. Which finally dropped my vents 20 degrees. Awesome company who knows there stuff vs four other ac companies ive had look at the same issue.

Do not use!! These guys are rude and treat you like garbage. They were sent to me by American Home Shield, I did not chose them. The technician came to the house before the appointment time, which I thought would be a good indication, boy was I wrong. They seemed in a hurry and not happy that I was in the same room looking at what they were doing. They were there to fix an ice maker and dispenser as well as a broken dishwasher handle. The took everything out of the freezer that was in their way, that was expected. They however left a mess on the counters and did not place the items back into the freezer. The technician seemed in a hurry, and when the job was done he left in as much of a hurry. They did not fix the issue, the ice maker was acting the same as before they arrived. When I called to let the technician know, he said he would not be coming back, that AHS does not pay them to do so. He said I needed to call AHS. When I did call AHS they let me know that the company would be paid for as many times as they needed to come out. AHS created a recall ticket for them to come back out. When I called the company back to verify they had received the recall ticket I was greeted on the phone by a nice lady, however she put me on hold and before I know it I was being yelled at by a gentleman, using the word loosely. He said they were not coming out and would not come back out until the dishwasher parts were available, which could be 5-8 days. I asked why, if they had not fixed the issue with the ice maker He reiterated that AHS does not pay them to do so. I let him know that the recall ticket was in place and that AHS had let me know they would get paid...after a moment of silence he said he refused to send the technicians back out. Needless to say I requested a different company from AHS, who agreed immediately to transfer the contract.THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! STAY AWAY.

Replaced the outside A/C unit and the coils in the attic. Came well prepared and had the entire job completed in less than 2 hours. They gave us the estimate on Wednesday and the installation on Friday.

My experience: he did the job promptly, however, overpriced and argumentative. He spent about half an hour on the job, changed a $15 part for the total cost of $170 and argued that his part is better than the $15 part I know (a standard connector), that he is lower than the competition and that he also charged for other things he did that cannot be seen.

Keegan tried to replace my entire heat pump system, when the problem was something else. He works with AHS, which is the WORST warranty company around. On top of that tried to charge me for 10 lbs of freon and my unit only holds 5 lbs. Scam artist - RUN!!!

These folks go above and beyond to help. Fast friendly service gave a 2 hour window and met that. Clean up and leave the area spotless. Have used them over the years always consent with service or installation.I simply cant say enough how great these folks are.

Horrible company!!!!!!!!I have done repair work behind Ron several times, he does sloppy, cheap work. He often uses cheap, or used parts.

Honest, professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented, fixes it right the first time everytime, and family owned with many years of experience. My first and only choice everytime. WCU have been helping me and my parents out for years. I feel comfortable having them in my home when I am not there and they are very reasonable.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!Since I asked them to come fix my air conditioning and I paid $75 + $5 tips and the workers diagnosis was that my a/c had ants, so I paid $80 just for that, because when I called to have them come again because the problem was still with my a/c, then the lady who answered the phone was very rude to my son, and said that she was not going to send her employee since I did not have enough money to pay and that she had paid overtime to her employee, since I live very far away. So I paid $80 to be told my a/c has ants and to get another company since they wont work with me anymore.I think that the lady on the phone was very rude because on the second visit I would no longer have to pay the $75 charge since it was her fault that they did not fix the A/C problem, and if she does not want to work in the city of Cedar Creek, she would have told me when I made the appointment.Wasted money!!!
