AB&B Air Conditioning and Heating

William installed a whole new system in our home 2 years ago. Have had no issues, except minor maintenance work. Called in last week to come out because the system was not cooling. Due to all the power outages and hot weather my condenser sent out. Great friendly and fast service.

William and his crew are amazing. Weve been without heat because of power outages that blew the computer during this storm. He has helped on the phone and this morning showed up in the ice and snow to do what he could. Our house is hard to get to and here they were. Weve used them for years and are always very happy with their service.

Our furnace stopped working after normal business hours. With 40 degree temps the house was getting cold and William came out within 30 minutes after 7:00 pm. He got it working quickly and was reasonably priced. We will use this company again.

I called AB&B earlier today because I am having issues with my AC and they installed the system years ago. I mentioned to the technician that i had the outside unit cleaned earlier this week, but i still needed someone to come out and check it. Thats when i was aggressively asked Who cleaned the unit? I suggest you call them to come out and look at it. I dont know what they did to MY unit! I calmy explained he just cleaned the outside condenser coils, thats when i was asked Why didnt you call us...blah blah blah. The bottom line is he told me to get someone else to look at it because he basically wasnt interested in taking the service call. No problem at all with me. Immediately called another local company who was more than happy to come out and get paid. I only used this company because they were recommended by a family member. After hearing about this incident, they will no longer be using AB&B ever again either. Last I looked, it was me that paid for this AC unit, but i guess this company thinks they own it and only they can service it. This is just my experience, but i would look elsewhere for all of your AC needs
