No parking for truck and trailer lol this is the funniest home depot Ive ever been to its like only for city people I guess

I ordered some custom blinds from the Brodie store, unfortunately when I opened them up and tried to install them, they didnt fit. My sales person ordered them incorrectly. Im a patient person, so I called and she said to goto the Home Depot nearest me in Mueller and they would cut them for me. I was at first skeptical because this entire order was botched from the very beginning. But let me tell you when, I found the two most amazing people in the store. Darson and James were AWESOME! They cut my blinds, knew exactly what needed to be done all the while making me laugh and assuring me that this was a pretty easy fix. I absolutely fell in love with these two, not only were they helpful and professional but funny and easy going and super knowledgeable. Well done Home Depot, these guys rock!!!

Customer service Is awful . No one knows what theyre doing in the entire store The incompetence is outrageous
