Their van kept tailgating us in the back roads. The driver was also constantly on his phone. Unit 20, plate#HFZ-464. He was being a rude and aggressive driver.If they are already disrespectful on the road, it would show how they would provide services at the job sites.The company vehicles showcase the company and whoever drives it needs to show respect and keep the integrity and standards of the company.

Trevor came out to service our businesss HVAC unit this morning and was very professional, conscientious, and respectful. We feel very confident in his ability to take care of our system. Thank you.

Felt compelled to review this vendor as they have provided me pristine service for approx half a decade in multiple cities in Central TX. I manage many 100,000 sqft+ sized industrial buildings across TX and have used FCS for hvac r/m and full system installs, electrical r/m and full LED retrofits, and various plumbing jobs over the years also. They are impressively quick to find a solution and dispatch a tech when I have an emergency and this goes a very long way in my book. Could not recommend this vendor higher, five stars all day long!

One of their vans pulled into my lane and broke my mirror. We pulled over and the Fox guy was angry and aggressive towards me. I contacted their office and let them know what happened, that the driver was not watching and made a mistake. We all are distracted sometimes. Simply asked for Fox to reimburse me for the damage to a light on the mirror. Repeated emails to them to fix for closure. Crickets.If they wont own up to something as simple as this, theyll never be allowed to work on anything of mine as it appears they will run and hide, hoping you will go away. Not a professional business.

Fox Commercial Services is a one stop call for all of my commercial needs. I literally have them on my favorites when it comes to plumbing, HVAC, or electrical needs. Their staff & associates are always so friendly but most importantly ver knowledgeable!

So disappointing! As a General Contractor, I had Fox look at a couple of items for me at one of our commercial clients.I gave explicit instructions to the techs & the person that dispatched the team that the invoices needed to come to me directly.Instead, Fox sent them directly to my client, cutting me out of the picture. Now more than a year later and 2 conversations with the company later, and they are still harassing me about the outstanding invoices.They prevented my company from earning a management fee on both of these jobs, and they are still harassing me 1 year later.

If I could give zero stars I would, these guys are the laziest employees I’ve seen to date. They will charge you for things they did not do and then sit outside your house to make their boss think they’re working. You’d be better off watching a YouTube video on how to fix your hvac system yourself than hiring these guys.

5 star quality! Techs are on time and professional and when we had questions they answered in a timely manner! Office staffs makes scheduling so easy and hassle free. Would definitely recommend to others.

My review is from a vendor perspective. We have owned and operated a crane company now for almost 10 years. I had been trying to collect on an invoice and made 4 phone calls only to receive a VERY rude response when I asked to escalate it. We wont be doing business with them any longer.

We have had fox services work on our commercial ice machine a few times over 3 years. Its 5 years old. The first time to maintenance it and replace a water pump the total fees were just under 1500. The last time it was 2700 they wanted. The machine costs 4k. We paid them 400 for the first initial maintenance visit. Bought the water pump on our own for under 200. Completed the repair and water system cleaning in 2 hours. Fox has decent service techs but their billing process is disturbing. I would recommend them to diagnose a problem but not have fox commercial repair it.

Our company called Fox out to fix a leak. Fox sent out two employees. It took the two employees a total of 10 man-hours before they could pinpoint the leak. Once their assessment was completed, I asked them what the cost would be to fix the leak. The plumber didnt seem to know how to bid the job. So, he told me he needed to check with his supervisor and get a quote sent over. After I had to call Fox and request the quote, it was sent over. They quoted 6,200, for what we needed. After receiving their enormous quote, I called another plumbing company. I gave the other company the same instructions that I gave Fox. The second company found the source of the leak in less than 2 hours with only one employee. I asked the other company for a quote. The second company quoted the job for 1,600, thats 1/4 the quote Fox gave. The new plumber fixed the two leaks in less time than it took Foxs employees to even find the leak.The worst thing was Fox billed us $1,043.75, for their employees time! Worse still, THEY DIDNT FIX THE LEAK!After contacting Fox about their outrageous invoice they decided to take the to take off the helpers portion of the bill, $260. So in effect, we paid Fox $783 for a leak they NEVER FIXED!

Outside of AT&T, quite possibly the worst customer service you will ever experience. My story is far too long for a review but do know, I dont review lightly and this review is strictly to warn others and encourage them to source alternatives. Its like they didnt even want the job. Then I talked to other alternatives and they proceeded to list a litany of situations this company has screwed over others. Its laughable guys. Run!

Please teach your employees to read road signs and that the left lane on 290 is for passing only
