The task was tricky due to the fact that the old heater was part of the original condo structure and nestled in a closet in a way that didnt allow for easy removal (with ductwork on one side, a wall on the other, and a doorway protruding into the space in front of the heater). The initial contractor we consulted suggested wed have to demolish the drywall doorway, switch out the heaters, and then fix the wall. The second one suggested wed have to dismantle and reconstruct the ductwork. However, Jay spared us from these damaging, costly, and time-consuming alternatives by simply disassembling the old heater to take it out. Looking back, it seems like a no-brainer, and were surprised no one else proposed this. Were extremely satisfied with the results. There was a tricky leak in my geothermal unit that two other companies couldnt locate. However, Todd from the AC repair team found it! He discovered it like finding a needle in a haystack. Im thrilled to have everything fixed now. I can’t say enough good things about this service! They did an excellent job installing our new furnace and AC.
