I would definitely recommend this business to others. It’s hard to come by genuine, good customer service these days, but the folks who scheduled me and the technicians were all very professional, helpful, friendly and communicative. Our air conditioning failed late Saturday evening on the 17th of August 2024 when the temperature hovered near triple digits. Upon calling Blue Sky Heating and Air around 7 am on Monday morning they scheduled a technician call for that very morning. The technician arrived at 9 am and the problem was fixed well within the hour. We (and especially our dog) were very pleased to have a working AC again.I greatly appreciated Blue Sky Heating and Air’s responsiveness. Their technician’s professionalism, courtesy and competence were outstanding. I highly recommend Blue Sky Heating and Air’s services and proven expertise in restoring malfunctioning AC units with speed and efficiency.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your confirmation that these or other measures will be implemented to protect.They contacted our cellphone using information from the warranty company, so we decide give them a change and they provided a list of tasks they would perform for $65. When asked who they were from the soliciting text they said: We work as a subcontractor for AHS, and the tune-up offer I sent you is outside them.However, the person did not complete any of the services described. Instead, they charged only for sending someone to our house to inspect the AC and then attempted to upsell additional services.The filter was not changed as promised, the AC was not cleaned, and the thermostat was not checked (I know this because he did not go inside of the house to check it).In the end, they even tried to charge $300 more to replace the capacitor, despite the fact that my AC was replaced just three years ago.I have been trying to contact support since Wednesday. In the first three calls, the attendant assured me that someone would get back to me, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. Now, when I try to call their support, my number appears to be blocked.I don’t trust this company. They didn’t perform the service as described and still had the nerve to try to charge me for additional services.

My go to HVAC company. Ive used them for repairs, a replacement of an entire system, yearly maintenance, and also adding returns to rooms that didnt have them. Always friendly, prompt, clean, and very fairly priced. I highly recommend Blue Sky

Blue Sky Heating and Air is awesome!!! They came out the next day after I called and spent quite a bit of time looking in the attic to see why I was not getting more hot air into my home. They discovered the problem and came back out the next day and efficiently repaired the problem. Hooray!!! My heater is now working up to its potential. The personnel were kind, respectful, efficient and got the job done!!! I will be using Blue Sky Heating and Air from now on. I will also refer them to my friends.

Had an issue with my AC not working. Scheduled up an appointment with blue sky heating. The tech who came in checked everything and figured out that the motor which blows air was not starting up and was not getting any power, he fixed the issue in no time. Would recommend them for sure. I used them for a regular maintenance and tuneup before the summer season began. The technician was professional and nice and my overall experience was good. He did not try to sell me a replacement system or upgrade even though my unit was on its last legs and was old. He suggested regular maintenance checks and upkeep to let the system keep going since it was still in good working order. He also gave me valuable information of what to expect later down the line when the system does eventually fail and what to do. Id use them again and would recommend. Thanks!

Blue Sky Heating and Air did an outstanding job for a great price! I got a new Trane AC and furnace for under 10K and through Wells Fargo they offer 18 months with 0% interest financing! Ron and team were very professional and they did a flawless installation that included a WiFi thermostat. I love being able to control the temperature from my phone. Additionally, they filed the warranty paperwork for me and emailed me a copy. Thank you SO much!

We had a great experience with blue sky. They not only diagnosed the issue with our AC but didn’t try to upsell and scare us about other things being wrong with the system. We had multiple companies evaluate our system and all suggested more work than needed.Not only blue sky fixed the issue promptly, they gave us the best price. Our condenser fan and compressor would not come on on our air conditioner so we filed a claim and our warranty company created the work order for Blue Sky Heating and Air LLC to come out and fix the issue. Like I always do I looked them up and from what I could tell from all the reviews they were an excellent company. And like always I am always skeptical. Boy was I wrong. Ron was sent out by Blue Sky Heating and Air LLC. He called before hand and said he was on the way. When he got here he was very professional and courteous. I was talking to him while he was working outside and realized that I was probably bothering him. I told him I would leave him a lone to do his work and he said that I wasnt bothering him at all so we talked more while he was working. He was very fast in troubleshooting and finding the problem. Hand the part with him and had it changed in no time. He was very knowledgeable. If this is the type of service that Blue Sky Heating and Air LLC provides I can see this being my go always even outside of going through my warranty company. I recommend them A++

Everyone at Blue Sky Heating & Air were professional and courteous. It was not economical to repair my AC unit and the initial tech was honest and provided me options to repair it as well as giving me information on options to replace the unit altogether. Blue Sky was able to come out and replace the entire unit the same week. Both techs that installed were extremely professional and took great pride in their work and even swept my garage when they were done with the project. I could tell there were no shortcuts taken through the whole process.Joyce who handles the scheduling and billing was excellent at breaking down the information and also helped me understand my options with my insurance company provider. Joyce responded to my calls and text messages promptly. I could not have asked for better service.Ultimately, the pricing was right and the lowest I have come across with any local AC company in Austin.Blue Star gets an A+ !

Tech was personable and provided an estimate for replacement of condenser and coil if needed. I would likely get a second (or third) opinion in that case, but Id have no problem buying from them or having them work on my system.

Wow!! You will not regret hiring Blue Sky! They were beyond professional, I was home alone with my son when the technician arrived and he kept a professional distance, wore a mask and was very nice. Showed up on time, provided us with an amazing quote and we’re able to show up the next morning to install everything. Turns out we needed a whole new system so they returned the same day to set up a temporary wall unit to help keep us cool for the night. They didn’t leave a single trace of being in our home except a cool temperature. Wonderful service and very trustworthy! You will not regret hiring Blue Sky!!

My AC unit was not cooling so I contacted my warranty company and they contracted Blue Sky. I was without a working AC for 2-1/2 days. It was very miserable but tolerable. This is not a reflection on Blue Sky but due to current weather conditions it seems a lot of people are having AC issues. My scheduled appointment with Blue Sky was @ 1pm Friday the 15th but Ron called and was there 1/2 hour earlier. He asked me what was wrong I told him, so he checked the outside unit. Tested the capacitors, replaced them, problem solved. Ive had Blue Sky come out for other AC issues a few years back and they have always been very professional. They do great work. Thanks, Ron for answering all my questions and helping me understand better how the AC unit works. Gil

After four hours they didnt show on the date they said they were coming. No call....nothing. So I called them just to be informed that they had decided to cancel the appointment. I can only assume they figured it was to far to drive to New Braunfels for an AC tuneup. They tried to reschedule in two more weeks. I had waited two weeks for this appointment. I said no thanks!! Highly DO NOT recommend these people.

I wanted Freon added to my AC system as was done by Blue Sky two years ago.But I was told that my system is too old and the Freon is no longer available. It was available two years ago when I had a home warranty but now isn’t available anymore.I also wanted a thermostat I have installedon my system. Luis told me that my system was so old that the coils would rust out and the system would be dead. I didn’t realize the coils were made of steel, but hey I’m no HVAC expert. So I got a hard sell pitch for a new Goodman HVAC system that would solve all my problems for $13k. My $39 service call was nothing more than a sales pitch. I wasn’t even given a receipt for my service call! I was so excited after having Blue Sky come out for my AC issue. They fixed my AC and charged up my Freon with a couple or three pounds of Freon. I felt great about having found Blue Sky two years ago so my disappointment was that much worse after this experience.

I was replacing a 20+ yr old unit. Luis came out to give me a quote. He listened to my needs and priorities for new system and patiently answered all my questions. He walked me through the best options, including the differences in warranties, which was the deciding factor for me. The quote was very reasonable. The installation team did a great job with all the new components and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Highly recommend Blue Sky.

We received a free HVAC winter tune-up through our home warranty, and received excellent service from our Blue Sky Heating technician. He gave our system a thorough inspection, advised us on preventive maintenance and filter replacement, and gave our Trane system a clean bill of health. He was very polite and courteous, and worked efficiently. Excellent service.

I found Blue Sky Heating & Air through my home warranty, American Home Shield, after the first company assigned to my furnace emergency cancelled twice. Due to this I requested a transfer to another company. AHS contacted Blue Sky and they came out the same day! With the temperatures below 32 degrees I really appreciated their quick response. Andy kept me updated with his arrival ETA. Once on-site he was very professional and informative. I appreciate a company that not only tells me what they are doing, but also thoroughly explained it.Once the issue was diagnose Blue Sky quickly located and ordered the part. As soon as the part arrived they scheduled install for the same day. Ron installed the part and was also very professional and very detailed in all the work he did.In the 23 years that I have owned my home this is the first heating & air conditioning company that quickly did what they said they would do, all the while keeping me updated. I cant say enough great things about this company. I highly recommend Blue Sky Heating and Air for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Specifically told them I had an AC/Heating system with a dual zone control. The service person said the system worked fine but was under sized. He did not understand how a dual zone damper control system works. For those of you who have this system be very careful about who comes out. Its abundantly clear that the lower portion of the house functions properly (running lower zone) air flow is strong with zero air flow upstairs. When the unit runs upstairs only air flow is restricted and you can also feel air flow downstairs (shouldnt be happening) which indicates the zone control isnt shutting off the downstairs. Wish the service person wouldve been more thorough with their evaluation. Im out a service fee with no resolution.Update to my review. They called me and were extremely helpful and apologetic for the hassles. They said they do not work on the zone systems and notified American Home Shield about this. Not sure how this got messed up but Blue Sky was more than willing to help me. They offered to refund my service fee if American Home Shield charged me again. So far all good. I wanted to thank them for the honesty and candid nature. Very rare to have this addressed this way so thank you again.

This company is top notch! Berna and Joyce in the office are considerate and go out of their way to be helpful in scheduling your repairs in a timely manner, and their technician Jose is conscientious and knowledgeable, going above and beyond not only to diagnose and repair my AC, but also gave me some helpful tips on keeping the unit running optimally into the future. Used them thru AHS, and if you can get them on your job, do it; much better than some of the other companies that work thru warranty, which I won’t name…

Our AC stopped working and our home warranty company sent out Blue Sky. They were very competent and easy to deal with. They ended up replacing our condenser, which luckily was covered under warranty. Very happy with our experience and will be using them in the future - but hopefully not real soon.

Blue Sky is an excellent company. They went and bought the right part, out of pocket, when the wrong one was ordered during no AC in June just after Id bought the house. They also helped me set up and wire my new smart thermostat. They did a tune up the other day. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: You can see their attention to detail in the response from them below. They couldnt even get my name right.The tech was very nice, however since I was not there, I was hoping for a comprehensive diagnosis of our issue. All I got was I refilled the refrigerant with 4lbs. Nothing as to why that needed to be done, if a leak test was performed and showed a leak, or if there was any follow up needed. I contact Blue Sky, they said it would be on the invoice, it was not. I contact the tech and all he said was he sent the invoice.

Ron was just great! He let me know he was en route and gave me his estimated time of arrival. He was totally prepared, kept social distance, and went straight to work on the compressor! I did tell him that a capacitor had been replaced about 3 years ago. After about 20 minutes I felt cool air blowing again! Soon he was at my door and explained all his checkpoints. He replaced the capacitor with a US-made one that should last a long time, I did not need Freon, and he said for the age, that my AC is in good shape (14 yrs). I highly recommend this provider!!This was for heating maintenance! As usual prompt, professional, going above and beyond. To me Blue Sky is building a very focused, customer-oriented business! Congrats!!

We scheduled an appointment for a Thursday and they were able to come out earlier on Wednesday which helped us get back to air conditioning quicker so was very appreciative. He came when he said and was very helpful. Definitely recommend

I am writing this review because the Professionalism and the JOB DONE at my house installing my new AC and Heat was Second To None !!!! It’s a family owned company and they were absolutely fantastic. From the time I got on the computer and scheduled my appointment to the time they finished they were Outstanding. I have worked in retail for the past 39 years and have dealt with many refrigeration issues throughout the years with countless companies and professionals. I could not ask for a better company to have taken care of our needs and the job that was done so quick and well. I know time of year helps because when the heat gets here you may have to wait a bit to get help. But for my money I will use Blue Sky again wether their backed up or not. Make no mistake I speak from a lot of experience these people are the ones you want working for you. They take care of their customers like family. Super People Great Work and I’m one happy customer!

I would not recommend Blue Sky Heating & Air. I had them install a new AC last year & even after multiple reminder texts from me & responses from them saying it was filed, they never filed for the $350 rebate w/Austin Energy. After the filing deadline had passed, they then told me they hadn’t promised any rebates. I sent them their original quote which explicitly mentioned both the federal rebate & the Austin Energy rebate. Never got a response. Although I will soon be replacing my other AC unit, I would not use them again.

I’ve used Blue Sky on two occasions once for A/C and once for the heater and had a positive experience both times. Time was taken to investigate and explain the problems and the fixes were targeted such the cost was minimal each time and the systems work great now.

Very pleased with Blue Sky. They know AC/Heating and provide prompt service. There were unsolved issues with AC work in my house. Blue Sky came out again and cheerfully fixed it. The real character of a company is not known when all is going well. It is when things are not going well - will the business try to balk and back off? or get the problem corrected come what may.I will use Blue Sky again and recommend to my friends. We contracted Blue Sky to do some off-season zoning/duct work for us. On our already zoned system, they re-arranged the ductwork as planned to re-arrange the ducts covered by each zone. On our non-zoned system, they added a zoning system including moving around ductwork as necessary, rebuilding the plenum, etc... Their quote was very competitive and the work was done quickly and competently. I dont write reviews on google; however, I thought it was necessary here.Originally I was refereed to Blue Sky by my Home Repair Waranty Service company. They did a fantastic job with my AC. Andy was prompt and courteous with every interaction. Quickly returning my calls and even coming out multiple time to prove that I had a bad compressor.He went above and beyond to resolve an AC issue that I had, and where the service company let me down Andy and Blue Sky did notAwesome job.

Blue Sky does efficient and professional work. They wear foot protection and masks for now. They explain what is going on, and how to do what I can before having to make a service call. Blue Sky came out to my house to work on my outdoor unit. The run capacitor had gone out our house wasnt cooling. Ron was very professional and replaced the capacitor quickly and professionally. The next day the issue returned. It was 6:30 PM on a Friday and I thought for sure I would be without AC for the weekend. I called Ron and he come back out early Saturday and he diagnosed that the fan motor was beginning to fail so replaced the fan motor to get me back up. My experience with blue sky was wonderful. Blue Sky sent a technician out several days in advance of when they originally told us they could which was great. Bad news is tech didnt fix problem at all, just replaced refrigerant. As I explained and wife who was home at the time tried to tell him upstairs doesnt kick on at all. Thermostat makes click but no air blowing. Its probably capacitor based on past experience here in Texas. Left company message that this needs addressed but probably will have to look elsewhere in this 100+ heat.

I had a very positive experience with Blue Sky to fix a coolant leak on my A/C system. Andrew came out and quickly diagnosed the source of the leak, and explained the issue to me in laymans terms, rather than the complicated technical explanations one sometimes gets from repairmen. He also pointed out another potential issue with my system, but did not try to high pressure me with an up-sell, which I appreciated very much. The next day, Blue Sky returned and fixed the coolant leak in a very efficient manner. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Over the last few days the weather has gotten cold, and my heating unit just hasnt warming up my home. A friend recommended Blue Sky. Their associate, Andy, came out the next day and had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. The fee was a heck of a lot LESS than I anticipated. Very happy with the service and the value.

They did a good job with the repair; but said they did not have a vacuum to clean up the mess left in the AC closet they were working. This was an expensive repair, and they could have made an effort to clean up their mess.

Andy with Blue Sky Heating and Air LLC did an excellent job servicing my air conditioning unit. He performed a tune up and cleaning; and replaced the dual run capacitor. My air conditioner is in good condition and working well. Andy and the members of his company are very good about setting an appointment and giving a time window of when a technician will complete their service call. Ron Nguyen from BlueSky was assigned to my ticket. He is the most unprofessional, rude and immature service tech I have ever dealt with. If you see his name pop up on your ticket, call Blue Sky and request another tech.Backstory -Two different techs came out to inspect my AC unit and I received two different diagnosis... when I asked Ron to check with the other tech he visibly sighed and said I dont have all day but proceeded to message / call him.Ron then investigated the issue and said it could be one of two things. For starters, he wanted to top off the freon but wasnt sure that would solve my issues. He gave me the quote to top off the freon in the system and as soon as that was done, he started to pack up. I asked him to check if indeed it was freon that was the issue by seeing if the system was cooling. He told me that every work order comes with a 30 day warranty and I could call to have him come out again if I was dissatisfied. I held my position and asked him to verify the unit was indeed cooling.At this point, Ron felt it was okay to vent his frustrations and cursed (loud enough for me to hear him) as he was walked back to this truck. This was all because I asked him to verify the unit was cooling and there wasnt any other issue. He repeated, I dont have all day to hang around here picked up his bag and stormed off like a little immature child.My previous interactions with this company have been routine. But this time around, it was a whole different ball game. Left a voicemail on the company main line and Im hoping this will be addressed in a timely manner by the management team.

We logged a ticket at 11 pm with American Home Shield and they assigned BlueSky .Next day morning we heard from them at 8:00am and they scheduled a technician for the following day but even before they came, they suggested few things that resolved the issue for the most part. Next day technician came and repaired our A/C and explained the issue and answered all our questions. A+ service!

Chose this company based on reviews and options provided by AHS warranty. Theresa was very nice via text in arranging the appointment. Moe (Mohammad) showed up exactly on time and immediately identified the problem as low refrigerant. In a very professional manner and before starting the service, Moe explained the best course of action was to inject some stop leak & dye and to top off the refrigerant, and thereafter clearly explained the costs. Upon my confirmation, Moe very diligently proceeded the maintenance service with sophisticated digital equipment and about 30 minutes later the ac was blowing cold and just like new. Would definitely recommend Blue Sky (esp for AHS warranty holders) and most especially Moe for his very kind, courteous and extremely professional service. A+

Andy and his team are very professional. They provided a very reasonable quote for a Trane HVAC and guided me to select the most efficient option. They were very transparent about the rebates and discounts, and did not hide them in the total cost (which others did). The installation process took a day and Andys team wore masks and took all precautions for Covid. The AC is up and running great - very silent and cools well. They also did a follow on check to ensure installation was working well and fixed some of my closed vents.

Andy was very friendly, helpful, and patient. His team do some of the most thorough and detailed installs in the industry in Austin (e.g. he does a triple evacuation to ensure the line is clean when most people only do a single evacuation. This was very important to me because I was experiencing problems that could possibly have been caused or aggravated by contaminated refrigerant). Andy arrived within hours of my call to help me troubleshoot my system, and his team arrived on time for installation. I received 4-6 quotes for new systems, and Andys was the second lowest, and was willing to match my lowest quote. I liked that Andy is a business owner and a technician and will supervise the install - most companies have salesman quoting new systems but you dont know who you are going to get come install time. I highly recommend Andy and his installer Roy. They took extra care to vacuum my closet well during installation, as well as applied duct and mastik to the second air return that a previous installer sloppily created and which always had smelled of attic insulation when I walked by it. Roy also discovered an existing impinged refridgerant line during the installation and replaced it. This was the cause of my earlier problems, and Im grateful he both solved the mystery and his thoroughness ensured my new system will run under ideal conditions and therefore last longer. I will enthusiastically recommend him to my friends, though since I have a new system I hope not to need his advanced troubleshooting skills for a long long time.Thank you Andy and team!

Very few people will say they absolutely love an HVAC installation and repair company. But here I am! Andy and his team have been there for me for several years. I knew that when the day came that I would need a new air conditioner this would be the company that I would call, and I did. My parents and friends were shocked at how affordable, how pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive this company has been. You reach a certain age and you are almost guaranteed to have an HVAC installation or a pair of nightmare story. This isnt one of them.

They cancelled on me with a few hours notice due to the cold temperature for an AC maintenance. It is 60 degrees. While I didnt appreciate the sassy text exchange, they ended up coming out at the previously scheduled time and doing the AC maintenance and seemed knowledgeable.

Review is long overdue and it would be fair to finally give Blue Sky a rating. So it was May of 2018 when my 20 yr old HVAC decided to have problems and we as homeowners decided it would make sense to change the whole unit instead of doing repairs. Repairs on the HVAC and refilling in old AC freon would end up costing us in the long run. So we replaced our HVAC with a brand new unit and we had not had problems with it. Everything is stilling working. We continued with the maintenance work when we decide it was time. Overall, dealing with Bluesky was a pleasant experience.

Ron did a great job with the AC repairs and also taking the time to chat through everything he was doing. He moves quickly and efficiently holding an upbeat, positive way of being. Happy to recommend him!

When my a/c went down, I had nightmare experience with Cool Experts of Cedar Park, that lasted over 3 wks w/out resolution. My warranty company transferred the job to Blue Sky and they completed a diagnosis, ordered the part, and had it installed within a total of 4 days! I wish I would have started with Blue Sky!

My house isn’t cooling and the service tech told me I need to do pour vinegar in the drain line (on invoice as well). It’s still hot in the house and the company wants me to go through my insurance for them to come back out for the same issue.The company also want talk to me on the phone. They only respond through text several minutes after I call every time!

Ron, with Blue Sky, was incredible. I had a very difficult issue to diagnose and find. It was intermittent which makes things very tricky. Came out and found the issue which was a disconnected electrical connection. Didnt give them a 5 star rating because when they put the cover back on the unit they didnt put any screws to hold it in place or tape it in place. They also didnt mention it to me which I was unaware of. Later the next day the cover vibrated loose causing the safety switch to engage. The unit stops working like it did before so I call them back but they cant get there until the following day. It was a simple fix but in August its hot. If theyd taken the extra time to secure it properly or tell me what was needed I could have avoided another hot night.

The one star rate doesn’t come from poor communication, being late or unprepared to get into an attic, or just not being able on two occasions to fix the problem. Andy and Ron both lied to my home warranty when they claimed to have be “threatened”. I don’t live at the house nor was I present and my tenant is a 65yr old lady, so that pretty much narrows down any possibility a threat occurred. Regardless, I asked Andy if he or Ron were threatened in any way to which he could not respond anything other than call your home warranty to make a complaint. Keyword, complaint. Since I made no reference to making any complaint, Andy’s comment made it clear he had been caught in a lie, no threat was ever made. Andy knew he failed to diagnose or fix the ac problem so he already assumed a complaint was imminent. Turns out it’s easier for BS to tell my warranty company they had been threatened rather than admit incompetence and have a negative mark with AHS, especially after my tenant said she’ll get someone else to fix the issue. We have since been recommended to Del’s Heating and AC, we’ll see how that goes. Andy and Ron made a bad choice to create a brazen lie. Therefore I can’t go along with the reviews I’ve read, I can only go with what I and my tenant just witnessed as well, BS just can’t fix the problem they’re trained to fix.UPDATE since posting on 7/06: Del Heating and AC fixed a relay, unit is in perfect working order now. What BS couldn’t do in 5 days, Dels did in 5 min. Same day I called Del which was a Saturday! BS was going to replace another motor and charge my warranty company twice for a “defective part” as they claimed... over a $20 relay. BS was awful, no star rating if I could.

Communicative and reasonably priced. They came through with a minor AC repair recently, and a major AC repair back in 2019. With the major repair, I really appreciated that they listed options with the various pros/cons to help me make a decision, since it was a pricey major repair.

I cant recommend BSHA LLC enough! They were extremely professional and helpful from beginning to end of the job. We did have a mishap when one of their helpers stepped through our sheetrock, but they helped get it squared away quickly. They also took care of the paperwork with the rebate from the COA. We will definitely call them back when our second unit gives out.

Technician checked out my furnace and said everything wasnt working order. Then after he left the furnace quit working and after trying to relight the furnace 10 times, I had to put in another service request. They sent out a different Service Company the next time, which took another week. This company replaced the igniter and the furnace has been working so far.

Gave bad information to American Homeshield without understanding my complete situation that made AHS deny my claim. I had expected them to advocate for me, but instead their default position was to support the denial.

Using home shield warrenty they were unable to fix my unit and will not give HSW a report so that my unit can be fixed. HSW says they have tried to call. I ask for a name to be added to a lawsuit and they said they will not provide me with service because l threatened them. Each blames the other as to why my AC unit is not getting fixed.

The did a great job of helping me with my maintenance and helping discover and resolve what could have been a much more expensive problem. Highly recommend.

First class service ... technician sent a text that he was on the way, showed up on time, wore a mask and covered his shoes in the house. Gave a thorough inspection of our 2-zone system and made some recommendation son when we should replace filters and put bleach or vinegar in the drain pipes to reduce mold build up.

I called these guys because my home warranty company uses them. I was extremely impressed with their speed in response time as well as the professionalism of the text that came out, his name is Jose.

They came out and installed a new transformer and left. the tech did not check if the system was actually working before closing out the ticket and leaving the proeprty. The system still was not cooling. i had to call them to reschedule to come out, its been 2 days in texas heat.

They really kept me up to date on what was going on during the repair. They worked very quickly and efficiently. And they solve the problem.

Ive been waiting for Andy to find the time to fix my air conditioning system for over a week and a half in 100 degree heat. I was connected through AHS and frankly he just doesnt have the resources to provide service in a timely manner. Hes been polite but just seems in over his head, overwhelmed and unmotivated.

They were able to schedule for first thing the next morning (on a Friday evening), the employee respected social distancing guidelines but was still thorough in explaining what was going on, and the problem was fixed. Good all around!

They showed up and dont work on zone system AC units. They are very common, so that is a black eye from the start. The fact that AHS didnt vet them to make sure they handle all types of units is beyond me. AHS lack luster response to this has had me waiting since 6/23 at 1 PM to get someone out here to fix my problem.
