Booked an appointment with these guys 4 days in advance and they gave me a window from 1-4pm and didn’t show up until 6:30pmThey couldn’t pick up their phone or give any kind of eta. I know these guys are busy but as a contractor myself that is terrible communication and extremely unprofessional. Usually poor communication goes hand and hand with poor workmanship so most likely dodged a bullet.

Casimir is an absolute professional and honest businessman as evidenced by our recent experience with him. Our AC unit completely failed, he came out and met with us and was incredibly gracious with his time and patiently explained to us all the options available. We found him easy to understand and made us feel comfortable with our questions.He offered us a temporary solution to one of our problems and performed the repair, however, the repair did not solve the problem and we were still without AC. Rather than invoice for the work he did in fact perform, he was gracious enough to waive his fee because his repair did not in fact solve the problem.That is a super standup move in my book and one that you rarely see these days. I highly recommend Casimir and look forward to working with this company again the future.

My technician was very professional and polite. He explained everything he was doing as he went along. He came for my annual AC maintenance. Coincidentally my neighbor walked out with AC problems.My technician talked to him & looked at the problem and you have a new customer!!!

I called and left a message on a Sunday and a rep from Austin’s Green AC called me back that same day to set up an appointment on Monday.Sonny, their technician showed up on time, was friendly and helpful and very service and customer oriented. He explained what he was doing, suggested service options, and was extremely helpful in helping me decide what made the most sense for my situation and budget Super pro. Super helpful.

UPDATEPlease see the post that was just listed this year. When it came time for service and repair, I have been charged for a part that was under warranty. The manufacturer confirmed this. They waived the $85 service fee, but charged me $225 for the part. Secondly, I am very disappointed to learn there was unnecessary damage to my wall when installing the new AC. They moved an electrical outlet so they could use an oversized vent cover. The whole did not require a vent cover of this size and the outlet should not have been moved. I found this out when another company removed the register to look below my unit. They have made promises to get a new vent cover that fits the size of the whole, but have been unresponsive for 3 weeks. I can no longer consider this a company that treats you fairly.In 100 degree heat, Austins Green Air & Heating worked me into the next day schedule. The technician stayed until 7 PM to complete the job. They also service my daughters unit. They are always fair.

Excellent service every time! I was blown away with how dirty and impacted our mini split system was (the water was black with chunks of gunk, eek!)!! Sonny was able to get it cleaned out like new and the air is fresh again! Thank you guys for taking pride in your work and helping us stay healthy and care for our a/c system. Highly recommend!!!

If you are looking for an honest, reliable, reasonably priced AC and heating company, you have found it! This is a small locally owned family business. As a small locally owned business myself, I am extremely picky about customer service, and value for my hard earned money. I also want to support my neighbors. This company hits all those marks, I use them both at my business and in my home. Do not hesitate. You won’t be sorry. ******UPDATE******* several days later there was additional work that needed to be done to service my business AC. Was I charged for this? No! No I was not. Honest, amazing family owned business. ❤️

Small enough company to give you personalized attention and service. Enough horsepower to respond very fast to emergencies ( there are a lot of them in Austin pertaining to AC systems) . I never feel like I am being overcharged because a service call may spill over into weekend or late in the day: they just get the job done. I love using this company and depend on them.

Have used Green Air for home and office. They are courteous, responsive and reasonably priced. When things dont go as planned they make sure to communicate. Our shop units needed a bit more TLC this time around and was a bit complicated, but the tech. Sonny, was as professional as we could ask.

Green Air is spot on with their hiring. We have had two service people, and both have been very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. We always feel like we are charged fairly and guided on maintenance of our unit that we can do ourselves, which goes so far to build trust with the business. We never feel like were getting talked into making a repair or purchase. Highly recommend!

I have tried to book this company twice, once last year and now this year. Both times I get polite service from the office scheduler, a text confirmation (your tech is on the way) and then no one shows up. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.

I hired this company to replace an interior hvac system in my of the apartments that I manage. The owner was very responsive and was able to get me taken care of the following day despite their schedule being already full. The price was very competitive and the work was done efficiently. The technician took the time to make sure the work area was left very clean for the tenant as well. I will use them again for any future needs at my property.

They were prompt to respond and to fix my issues. Communicated every step of the way and also made suggestions on things I could do to maintain my AC unit. Very friendly and made me feel at ease.

The AC was leaking from the closet inside the house. The condensation drain was leaking because it did not have a cap. They installed the AC and are the only ones to ever work on it...I suspect sometime during another repair they forgot to replace the cap, or maybe never put one on during installation. Anyway they charged $320.00 for less than an hours work. On a previous occasion two months prior the outside fan motor went out. They were going to charge $800.00 plus for a new one. I asked if the part was under warranty because they had not mentioned that as a possibility. Lucky I did because the part was under warranty. Had I not mentioned it they would have charged the full $800.00.

Very good service but very aggressive for payment. I got a note from corporate to pay my bill 24 hrs after the service.

Called and had a technician come out to diagnose the issue, offer up a few options, and without any hassle move forward with the most cost effective approach to get the system running again. A man named Casimir came to work on a custom job and he honestly is the most knowledgeable/ professional a.c. man I have ever had work on my a.c. units. He did a job most companies were scarred to do or didnt know how to. He did an amazing job. I highly recommend Austin Green Air for all my a.c. work. affordable/expert/honest.

False advertising??? Their hours of availability, both on here and their actual website, say theyre open 24/7 for emergency services. I called today to see if they had any available technicians since my a/c has stopped working during the middle of summer, which is considered an emergency in Texas, and the woman who picked up told me no one was available until the next day. I understand if appointments are all booked, but dont brag about being available 24/7 for service when youre not. Thats just plain lying.

My a/c unit suddenly stopped working during 103 degree heat last week, and Austins Green Air & Heating SAVED the day!!! The owner able to schedule me in that day, replaced the capicator in record time, and reassured me that all would be well... and it was! I had an icy cold house by bedtime.This company is professional, efficient, and supportive with competitive pricing. Be cool, choose Austins Green Air & Heating!

This is the first time Ive ever written a google review and its because I want people to know how hard it is to find a trustworthy HVAC company but you wont have a problem if you pick this company. I wasted a lot of time and money with Precision air when my AC went out. They came out once, said they fixed it, same problem came back 12 hours later, then they came back out to say I needed a new system and gave me a list of prices between 6k and 7K for a new one. I called Casimir for a second opinion (who came recommended by a general contractor friend) and he came out and fixed the problem for 85 bucks and its still working great. The problem he found was completely different than Precision and it was the right one. Also, before I knew they could fix it I shopped around for new HVAC systems with 5 different companies and Austins Green Air and Heating had the best prices so I would have used them for a new system as well. Also one thing to know is the owner does the work and he has a ton of experience. Most of the good technicians out there start their own companies and stop doing the actual work so its hard to find a good person with experience at the bigger companies.

Casimir and his crew has taken care of its professionally in New Construction, whole house remodels and service calls (on our own home and for many clients). He is a magician! Im reluctant to even share how great he is for fear hell no longer have time for us.

Serviceman was very patient with me as I looked over his shoulder while he worked. He was able to pinpoint the problem quickly after troubleshooting.

They fixed the heating value on my unit after having another company come out 3 times and never diagnose the issue or fix the problem. Highly recommended.
