John Aguilar is a great technician. He made two trips to our house. Our furnace stopped working and he arrived early the next day and restored heat to our home in short order. He came the next day to replace heat strips but discovered they were fine and didn’t need replacing.John answered all of our questions, explaining how our system works in clear terms. He is an excellent face for the company: friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best customer service possible.Thanks John!

Alex came out to check my system today. He was kind and courteous. I also thought he was very though with his work and reached out to supervisor when he needed help which was appreciated. We don’t always have all the answers ourselves. Airtron has been reliable and helpful in the last 6 years I have been their client and I would recommend their work and service team.

Ive had Airtron for my preventative service for a few years and its been well worth it. Theyve found problems before my systems let me down, cleared up those problems at no additional cost to me, and given me good advice along the way. Most recently Vladimir and Carlos performed my annual maintenance and did a great job - found a few things in need of attention, were a pleasure to work with, and were perfect professionals. Id highly recommend getting a service contract with Airtron.Update: Jose and John returned to replace my blower motor today. They were on time, knowledgeable, professional, clean, and efficient. Thats four Airtron technicians Ive met in two weeks and they were all excellent. And this was at no cost to me with my service plan!

The technicians was very polite and of course, they introduced themselves as Chris and Ivan. They use their safety ladder instead of the original ladder Going to attic and they explain what they was looking for and Checking its conditions And they did the same thing for the AC Unit on the outside. I like the video they did it show me parts that need To be addressed and replace! They also Explain about the maintenance program that was available with the company. Airtron was incredibly helpful on short notice. With a freezing alert in place, they quickly sent a technician for a diagnosis, showing real care for our situation. I didn’t catch his name, but despite the freezing temperatures, he was here at 7 PM trying to solve our problem. Unfortunately, a part was needed for a permanent fix, but he managed to create a temporary workaround to keep our house warm. For the repair, technician Ignacio was extremely punctual and polite. He explained all the details thoroughly, answered all my questions, and left everything working perfectly. Thank you for the excellent service!

We had technician, Joe Gutierrez over today (12.27.24) to take care of our regular inspection for our heating system. He did a wonderful job of explaining everything to us, what upgrades were needed and he even provided us with an estimate. Which allowed us to make a decision on the spot with no pressure. Joe was super thorough and provided lots of details! He even completed the upgrades during the same visit, which was convenient for us because of the holidays. My tech was named Alex and he was amazing! It was my first time using AirTron, my heater when out and they came same day. Alex went above and beyond to find and fix the issues. We just bought a brand new build and closed only a month ago. Something went wrong with our air pump and the outside system wasnt cooling at all. Timmy was our tech who came out quickly, fixed the issue, and showed me everything I needed to know to help prevent further issues. He was also kind enough to show me how to reset my system in the event of a power outage. SO helpful! Timmy was great and our system is working right away!

Carlos is an exceptional employee. He is a very down-to-earth and personable individual. When he arrived to replace our panel circuit, he was incredibly friendly and helpful. Carlos went above and beyond his duties, ensuring not only that the circuit was replaced correctly but also that our other heater was functioning properly. I really appreciate Alex and Eric coming out for our routine inspection. They were so friendly and respectful. They didnt focus on up selling any services and gave me great maintenance tips. (They did give me some recommendations on things I could & will purchase in the future) I felt comfortable with them both in my home and Im happy that I signed up for the bi annual service agreement.

Great service and support from Ignacio C. and Alex T. highly recommend. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable and super easy to work with and friendly with my dogs which was a bonus. They took care of some issues that would have had some health issues with my family right away by intalling the the ultraviolet germicidal lightstick. We have felt the difference right away as we no longer notice or smell the humidity odors that are no longer there, it is amazing. They also took care of our compressor with a hard start kit so I’m super satisfied with their work, quality and efficiency. Thank you both and stay safe, see all the next time!

My experience with Airtron has been great. They’ve come out a few times, and most recently I needed a routine maintenance check. Finneas did a great job showing me videos of what the system in my attic looked like, making recommendations, and cleaning where necessary. He was professional, quick, and helpful!

Timmy Du is a Godsend!!!!!Im world where Customer Service seems to mean nothing to others, and you feel like the crappy service you get on a daily basis is the norm. Timmy Du then comes to your house to do a warranty job at 2115. He quickly and professionally introduces himself and immediately puts on his shoe covers before entering our house and gets right to work he engaged in a conversation with me too help him pin point where to start the diagnostics process. He thoroughly inspected the thermostat, the condenser and find that the is a wire that some how has fried at the capacitor. He immediately gets started fixing the wire issue and as to see the furnace and coil when he checks the degree differential between the air in the plenum and the air at the vent. He checks his gauges and ensures that the condenser is cooling the house properly. He ensures me that the issue should be rectified and says to contact the office in the event that the A/c stops working again. He was quick precise and professional. Timmy was a breath of fresh air. Airtron struck it big in the customer service world when the hired him for Warranty. The speed and reassurance he gave my wife and I as customers was awesome. Our AC/Heating system needed to be replaced. The folks at Airtron made replacing our system easy. The removal of the old system and the installation of the new system was flawless. Absolute garbage customer service. Was on the phone twice this morning, different person both times. Thought the first rep was just a bad egg but the second rep i spoke to was even worse - his name was Dennis. Rude, condescending, argumentativeThese people blame everything based on what you may/may not have shared in the original service request as if you are able to diagnose your AC system yourself.Currently dealing with condensation and cooling issues due to a poorly sealed duct that wound up popping open. The tech resealed the duct but to no greater degree than the original install that failed. The customer service team is still trying to figure out if they will replace the soaked duct insulation caused by condensation created by their poorly installed duct. I will be pursuing this further if Airtron chooses to leave my duct insulation soaked on account of their own shotty workmanship.Update: i have added another photo showing the duct reopened after repair - just hours later. This is exactly the worry I expressed to Dennis the customer service rep and he chose to argue with me instead.Also to the owner who responded to my review - your response was not helpful. “Insert direct contact here” What an ironic illustration of the quality control and effectiveness of Airtron company as a whole.

Carlos came out promptly and got our system running correctly. He also found an issue left over from a subcontractor during the original installation that was contributing to a big issue for us. Great service.

Airtron was very responsive to come check out my heat pump and heating system to verify it was working properly after the last freeze. Their office staff was very friendly. Joe G was the service tech who came out. He was very knowledgeable and explained how the heat pump works with the auxiliary heat strip. I hope Joe can return for future support for my HVAC system which was installed by Airtron.

Chris, Ivan and Joe were fantastic! Extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always felt like we were in great hands! Highly recommend every single one of those guys. Will always use Airtron in the future with any issues we may have with our AC or Heating.

Ignacio was excellent. My heat wasn’t working properly and a part had to be ordered. He installed everything, replaced the refrigerant, and tested the system, and explained everything thoroughly afterwards. He also went over my maintenance contract to make sure I understood everything and that I receive the service I’m paying for. I couldn’t be happier and will recommend Airtron to my neighbors.

AirTron has provided satisfactory service since I moved into my new build home 3 years ago. Our home warranty company previously sent us an HVAC company that did a very poor job. We ended up having the same exact issue we had called them for again just a few weeks later.The name and number for Airtron was actually printed on our thermostat, so I figured Id just give them a call since they clearly set up the HVAC in the house for the original owners.Im glad I did.Airtron listened carefully to me on the phone and then had somebody to our door within hours to fix our heater.Joe G, our service tech, took the time to hear me explain the issue and how the other company told us nothing was wrong. I was having trouble with my heater since the beginning of January and all before this freezing weather. The customer service from Roxie was awesome. She made sure to get all my details about what was going on with the heater and service plans that best fit for us. When the techs came out, it took a bit of tuning to get the heater working as it was supposed to. It was one of those, it only works when the techs show up and breaks down in the middle of the night. The next day though they sent Chris and Phin. They took the time to check the AC and heater and stayed until they got it running the way it was supposed to. Very professional and took the time to explain to us what they did and assured us it was working again at 100%. Its been over a week and its been freezing outside, and my heater is running perfectly. Roxies help getting me on a plan to avoid paying crazy amounts of money, and her follow up call plus Chris and Phil fixing the thing, has been a very pleasant end to a frustrating ordeal before the freezing weather. Awesome company and great customer service.

Will update depending on outcomes but having my AC out every year when they installed it and have been the ones to repair it each year is starting to wear thin.

Eric and Jose came in clutch today! My unit wasn’t working properly and the temperature inside my home was quickly dropping. With two small children in the house this was a big concern when inside the home started reading 58°. Thankfully they were able to come out on the same day and quickly identified the problem and got it fixed. We can’t thank them enough!

Carlos went over and beyond today! He was so informative and helpful. As a first time homeowner with not many people in my family who can teach me AC maintenance, Carlos showed me how to put vinegar in the drain and how often to do it. Carlos also showed me recommended settings for humidity and how to keep the blower fan not working too hard. I really appreciate his patience and kindness. My new puppy also really liked him.

I called in with a heating issue, told the office that I was in no rush just whenever a tech was in the area would be a good time. In about 90mins Carlos showed up at our door.Carlos was fast and very knowledgeable of what the issue was once I described what was happening. Carlos made the fix checked our unit was working properly, and he was done and we were up and running in no time. Great service, I would highly recommend Airton and ask for Carlos.

Dude, you dont wanna mess with these guys. We bought a house with a warranty from them, and its been a nightmare. We moved here from out of state, and when we got here, the AC didnt work. It was 110 degrees outside! And now, its getting cold, and the heater doesnt work. Theyre the worst. Cant do the job right the first time. They call you 20 minutes before they come, and if youre not home, they charge you $150 for the next appointment.

Today was my Annual Service with Airtron, and my Technician Carlos was amazing. In my 3years of having Airtron as my AC & Heating Company, he was one of the most professional techs. Very respectful and answered any questions I had. He is definitely value added to this company. A keeper!!!

Vlad , our technician arrived on time.Did some run test on our heating system.He also showed me a helpful process that I can use if needed on my thermostat if needed.He told me about a system that keep small particles manageable that travel through the air handler.I hope next time I call AirTron they send Vlad.

Initially, there was a mix up with the appointment set date, where the service didnt come on the date that I was expecting. But that could have been my fault, so I wont think negatively on them for that. On a good note, they were able to re-schedule me just a few days later, rather than several weeks out like I had initially done.On the re-scheduled date, Martin arrived. I found him to be friendly, and very knowledgeable, especially considering that he was only 19! He thoroughly answered all of my questions and even what I could be doing on my own (because I asked) to help maintain the equipment. He seems to be a hard worker and did a great job, even in promoting their higher maintenance plan to me! 😄 I think Airtron has a great asset in their hands with this one!

I’ve been using Airtron to service my HVAC system for the past three years. They offer an annual check-up program for heating and cooling systems, which includes a professional and thorough inspection of the equipment twice a year for $35 per month. Every time an Airtron representative visits, the service is impeccable. Most recently, Vlad, a skilled technician, inspected my heating system and discovered some faulty components. He had the necessary parts in his truck and immediately fixed the issue. Fortunately, everything is covered under warranty, but if not, the repair costs are minimal compared to a costly trip to rectify the problem. If you’re considering having your HVAC system checked, I highly recommend Airtron’s annual check-up program.

From the point to when I called to make my appointment, to when I had to call the morning of to change it for later that day, the office staff were patient and accommodating. Chris and Vlad called us when they were on their way, and arrived when they said they would. They were courteous and very professional, all my questions were throughly addressed. Vlad even took pictures of the findings in the attic, so I had a visual when he explained the issues. I felt very valued as a customer- they need a raise! I am very happy with Airtron.

Honestly we dont always have the best experience with Airtron and their techs but Joe was AWESOME. Ask for him if you can! Hes super knowledgeable, easy to understand, and has great customer service. He went above and beyond in double checking his work to ensure his assessment was correct and caught all the repairs we needed. Its so refreshing to feel so taken care of during the stress of a broken AC in the middle of 100 degrees days. Also, hes great with pets!

AirTron was the installer of my HVAC system in my home when it was built. We had a serious issue while under warranty for our mini-split, where it completely stopped running. While AirTron always arrived on time, I was disappointed it took about 10 visits for AirTron to fix the issue. There were even a few times where a tech told me it was working only for it to break again within 24 hours after they left. It just seemed like a saga -- where the techs seems stumped on how to actually fix the issue, and would try ordering another part and hope it would fix it. Anyways, I wouldnt recommend AirTron since I am not sure their techs can actually service the units the company installs!

The quote from Airtron was misleading. My zone board was functioning perfectly, but they replaced it anyway and charged me $800. Fortunately, I kept the original zone board. Just a week later, the compressor froze again, and they quoted $650 to fix the damper. This raised suspicions, so I requested they reinstall my original zone board, which worked without issue. They assured me they would refund the $800, but despite multiple follow-ups, the refund never appeared in my account. They insisted they processed it, but I never received it. This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise against using Airtron for any services.

Joe was great at explaining our cooling issues. He even came out on a Sunday just make sure my dogs and I would have prompt service. While we have to order a part in the meantime, he was wonderful and provided peace of mind. Thank you so much Joe & Airtron! 🐾

We scheduled an HVAC tune up service with Airtron, with a morning (8AM to 1PM) arrival window. Our technocial Carlos arrived promptly shortly after 8 - we were surprised, and VERY appreciative of his timeliness. He quickly went to work, and performed a thorough pre-winter system tune up. He was very friendly, informative, and superbly professional in his work. I highly recommend him, and hope he becomes our regular AIRTRON service tech!

I wouldnt use Airtron for a single thing. They are the ones who installed my system in a 3444sft new build. Its a 2 story home. They provided 1 5 ton unit. Our electric bills in the summer have been outrageous due to the system running 20+ hours a day just to get the home down to 74.I will also mention, I got a blind quote from them providing all my homes basic measurements and they said 2 units in the quote. However, when I addressed the fact they only gave me one, the story quickly changed and they claimed thats all I needed.When they finally came to try to address the cooling issues, they discovered they improperly installed the duct work. When they went to fix it all and run a test, they didnt have the unit running correctly...but magically got the appropriate numbers.Now, we went and looked at work in a separate area and it is clearly restricting airflow, but not to Airtron...This company has Absolutely no integrity and doesnt care about the customer. I suggest you look elsewhere when dealing with them and I also suggest making sure they arent installing with your new home builder.

I closed the house four months back and had an issue with my hvac that’s installed by AirTron. The system when switched to em heat during cold temperatures and fail to switch back to regular heat and when I manually moved to regular heat, it only blows cold air instead of heating. Initially I was not aware its system issue and called AirTron. They said its system behavior to use only emheat in cold temperatures. But even after temperature outside is 50 degrees, it continued in emheat. That’s when they have scheduled the service and they added few motor components to correct it which they missed during installation. All this took about two months and my current billing was more than double what I pay. I called AirTron as it’s their company that installed faulty system in the new build. They refused to compensate and asking me to deal with the builder. Here is the screenshot of electricity usage per day before and after repair.

Excellent service! Our AC unit went out of course on a Saturday and was diagnosed ASAP. Part had to be ordered and covered under warranty. Today two of the nicest tech guys arrived at 2:30 pm on the hottest day of the year (Spicewood hit 109) and graciously installed the new part in the attic. Carlos and Phineas deserve a bonus - above and beyond professional.

Extremely Disappointed with Airtron – Poor Communication and Unresolved IssuesI cannot express how frustrated and disappointed my wife and I have been with the service we received from Airtron. After discovering mold in our 15-month-old home, we called in a mold remediation company, which determined that the mold was caused by moisture being retained in the insulation wrapped around our HVAC drain pipe. In addition, the mold removal team located mold growing on the HVAC unit itself. Naturally, we contacted Airtron, the company that originally installed the HVAC system, to find a solution that would remediate the mold issue, as well as prevent the issue from recurring after the mold-damaged drywall and sheetrock were replaced.At first, Airtron attempted to address the mold issue by spreading mastic over the HVAC plenum and telling us this would stop further mold growth. While this approach could have worked if the mold was completely covered, the technician failed to cover it all. The mold that wasn’t sealed remained, and the problem persisted. Instead of fully solving the issue, this left us worried that the exposed mold would continue to grow around the mastic. Also, there was no answer to solve the issue of mold growing on the insulation around the HVAC drain pipe.Following this, a service agent was sent to our home to conduct a pressure test on our HVAC pipes, and while he confirmed there were no leaks in the drain pipe, this did nothing to address our other concern—the condensation issue in the insulation, which had already caused mold growth throughout various parts of our home.We were told that any further action or answers to our questions would need to be determined/answered by the service manager (Lisa Peña), but our repeated attempts to get in contact with Lisa were met with delays and vague responses from customer service. Despite several phone calls and emails, we were left with no concrete answers or next steps. After a full week of waiting for a response, we finally received an email from Mrs. Peña, but none of our detailed questions were answered. It was clear from the brief, impersonal reply that our concerns hadn’t been taken seriously, and to make matters worse, there were unprofessional remarks in the forwarded service notes, mocking the number of questions we had asked the service agent. This was both disrespectful and unacceptable for a professional service.Airtrons lack of urgency, poor communication, and inability to offer any real solutions left us with no choice but to seek help elsewhere. We ended up contacting Cool Atmosphere, who resolved the issue efficiently and with the professionalism that Airtron sorely lacked. Thanks Nick from Cool Atmosphere!!If you’re considering Airtron for HVAC services, I strongly recommend you think twice. Their customer service is severely lacking, and their inability to address critical issues with the system they installed has been nothing short of a nightmare. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that actually values its customers.

After what I experienced yesterday 9/19/24, this company has the worst customer service representatives who lies and plays tricks on you. What I mean by this is they will gain your trust, turn on you and then make you the villain. Also, has one of the rudest, unprofessional, very condescending supervisor, name Lisa I’ve ever encountered. I wish I can rate 0 stars because giving them a 1 star, I feel is too much grace.Everything I’ve experienced after 7/1/24 has been a nightmare and horrible. I’ve been dealing with this company since the end of May, 5/30/24 to be exact. Long story short, I have to now call my landlord not only to place work orders for me but to file a complaint as well….like seriously!!! 😂

We received excellent service from Joe Gutierrez! We have lived in our home for 9 yrs and the rooms werent cooling. We thought it was an airflow issue. We have their service plan and keep up our maintenance notifying all technicians of the airflow issue. They all said it was normal but when Joe came he actually looked into the issue and found the problem. It was an airflow issue with our dampers. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous! Our A/C stopped working around 6pm, I called Airtron and within an hour someone came to our house. Was already impressed by the professionalism and response, but our technician Emmanuel Rodriguez was incredibly helpful and determined to fix the issue. After a few hours of work, he told us he wasn’t going to leave until the problem was fixed and he did just that.
