Dave was very professional! He was very knowledgeable about manufacturers homes and the financial side of everything . Me and my brother really enjoyed working with Dave and would 1000% trust him to do future business with. We would definitely not only recommend Titan homes, but specifically Dave for any help getting a home.

I do not recommend you buy from titan factory direct. They will cut corners to minimize cost for them on your new home. I have multiple water leaks when it rains from the windows and glass sliding door. When I notified them of the issue, they sent a guy to put silicone caulking to try and fix it. The leaking never went away, and repares were not followed up when notified it was still leaking.My Septic was not placed where we agreed on or the location of the sprinklers for it. when I addressed this issue to them, they did come out to the property to see my concern but never followed up on it to fix it. I am very disappointed in our big investment with titan factory direct. Once again, I dont recommend you trust them with your future home needs.

Dave was great! A very down to earth guy! He informed me on what I needed to do to get approved and was extremely helpful! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a home

Working with Dave was a great experience and joy. We had several upgrades added to our house and he made sure they were done to our expectation. The house is well insulated with 6 wall insulation and double pane windows. We love our house. We have no regets buying from Dave and his team at Titan Homes and I bet you wont either.

Although she could not give me the answers I wanted for customizing the 🏠, she gave me the answers she could. Some pending discussions with the manufacturer. As an aside note to this and EVERY manufacturing company out there is this: you are going to have to add more upscale options, especially in the kitchens and especially fireplaces, wood burning. As a custom homebuilder for 50 years, many people cannot afford my services and need a place to go for a few of the really custom things that they might prefer. You are about the only option. Think about that, corporate.

Bad - I had sent the gentlemen ahead of time what I wanted to see and the price range I needed to stay within. The first thing he shows me is more bedrooms and way above my price range. The 2nd floorplan is what Im looking for BUT also way above my price range. During our phone texting he should have said I have nothing to show you in your price range but so on and so on.I was very disappointment

Well before the appointment zach had me really excited about going but mention to me a few times asking if im not one of those that says i will go and ends up not showing up. -_- get there to the first lady telling me he stepped out but abby will take care of me. First red flag for me because doing business with anyone i feel he should have followed through with his own words but hey maybe an emergency came up. so spoke w abby and informed her of a max amount i will pay monthly and she started giving me more info but not prices. This is my first time looking into purchasing and didnt know what questions to ask but felt hey i already gave an amount and she has been doing this for a while so i left it in her hands. but then she ran my credit and then informs me yes i need a little more work on credit but after it’s done…. Here comes the prices based on places shes showing me. It was literally dbl or triple the amount. I wish i would have known prices before even running my credit because i wouldnt have waisted mine or her time especially since i gave an amount at the very beginning. And at the end she tells me zach was actually on vacation. So i guess now i know when people cant show up to a meeting or even notify about it, lesson learned is dont go or just walk out. But hey i give it to for her for trying just really wish she would have been straight forward and told me based on such and such places the amount im willing to pay is not ideal because of such and such

At first, our experience was amazing during the home and land buying process. Zach was awesome! But, as soon as we moved into our brand new home..they completely forgot about us! They did NOT accommodate our requests on where we wanted our septic placed even though we asked to be present, and now we have to get a permit to move it ourselves! The assemblers who put the home together on site did a TERRIBLE job, so many things were falling apart just days after moving in! The people who assembled our a.c unit left the dang manual in the unit and it shredded up and blew pieces of paper all throughout our home! We noticed a few weeks in that our roof was already separating and pieces were falling off and Titan homes told us to go thru our home insurance so they can pay even though it was NOT weather related..it was poor assembly. So we had to file a claim and handle that issue on our own! We payed extra to have a large window in our kitchen to view our backyard and the people who built our back porch placed a huge wood post right in front of the window so blocks some of our view! We called several times and requested these things be fixed correctly and placed a complaint on how poorly the house was assembled and were told that someone will be sent to take a look but now its been more than a year after moving in and NOTHING has been done. We were so happy to make this huge purchase but have been stressing over all these issues and have to worry about how long our home is actually going to last bc these issues are within the first year of moving in!! Titan Homes is great up until you move in, then they leave you to figure everything on your own..even though the issues are due to poor assembly on their end!!! So frustrating!!!

Dave was more than helpful by explaining our options and how to go about getting our very own home. He took the time to go through the steps thoroughly so I could understand the process!! Overall a wonderful meeting with Dave and we will be purchasing our first home through him.

Although I decided not to purchase a manufactured home at this point because I am still looking at my options and seeing what I can possibly afford in terms of a single family home, Abby and Niki were great at giving me all of the information and providing the current available communities and their pricing. Abby explained the lot rent and new construction, and Niki confirmed and provided additional information I requested as to what is included in the loan. They do not keep your application fee (not a small sum) if you get approved but decide to look elsewhere, which shows immense integrity and altruism on their part. I will be back if my house hunting is unsuccessful!

What a great place! They walked me through the whole process of buying a home and how the improvements process works i.e. electric, water, pad vs. foundation, water everything I needed to go home. Abby and her manager Nikki Todd were very knowledgeable and professional. Also the whole office team were very helpful to me. They walked me through the development permitting process. I looked at three different series of homes, they have a number of different floor plans to choose from and helped guide me through all the different options.

I went to this Titan store expecting the same old usual sneaky sales tricks, but boy was I wrong! Dave Genin is the name of the gentleman who helped me get started on my journey to home ownership and he was fantastic! I want to say a 3 because its neutral. The team at Titan was very helpful, and they will work with you to make sure you meet your goal of owning your home.Unfortunately, the downside is the brand champion. Do not get a home from this manufacturer.They are cheaply made, the people who are contracted to put your home together they were horrible as well. Their work was sloppy and dirty.When we received our home last year, it came with so many little issues that the guy who built the home said that there wasn’t much to do about it.But to contact the manufacturer, Titan was really helpful with all this, and Bettina was amazing to pushing them to make our home better.Over the months, because it hasnt been a year, things are going bad. Outlets dont seem to be working. The floor looks like its sinking in, and the walls are able to be pushed in. Everything is very cheap material.I tried reaching out to Champion, and all they said was to contact our insurance. Gotta pay a $1000 deductible for them to fix defects and features they dont want to be responsible for.In conclusion, Titan is a great team, but whoever is in charge of construction and the brand champion they are just horrible.

A 3 star review is well deserved here. First and foremost, Dave and his team are splendid to work with and went above and beyond to get the deal done! Im 4 months moved into my new home and I love it. Unfortunately, there were a few shortcomings in the recent months. When we ordered our home we wanted it to be perfect for adding our own touch and style. Well hard to do so when there is items that either added that were not supposed to be there. Items that were forgotten and ignored to be replaced. Kitchen cabinets were shotty and coming off the wall. Probably never hit the studs. Customer service (Champion) chooses when its convenient to be spoken to. See a 3 star review means improvements should be made. I have reached out to the company prior to this review they are aware. Nothing wrong with the house but finish out and inspection before delivery needs to tighten up to superior against the competition.

Buying a manufactured home seemed a very scary process. Reading company reviews did not help much and being on a budget was not easy either. After almost two years of searching we decided to listen to our heart and go with the person that we felt we could trust … and that was Zack Cook ! I truly do recommend him. Zack helped us find the right home with the right price for us. He was there to answer every single question we had . He had the patience to explain everything in a way we could understand. And for that I am very thankful. “THANK YOU ZACK!!” ..Then came the second part.. This was were we met Bettina . She made the closing of the home go smoothly, she guided us thru the process of the transportation, the set-up, the trim out , again answered every question or concern we had. ( Thanks Bettina!) I was so worried because the house was due to be delivered in a heavy storm, Champion made sure the house was rapped good to protect from the rain . And Titan kept in in a safe place until weather was right. The transportation team , set up team “ and the central heat and air installers all did an amazing job! David “with the trim out” also did an amazing job! He walked me around the home showed me how everything worked, explained to me things to do to make sure our home stays in good shape for many years . He came back to finish repairs (nothing mayor). Communication with every body is excellent ! I don’t remember every single persons name that made our house ready for us .. “ but thank you all!” We love our home!!! I truly do recommend Titan , but make sure it’s Titan in Austin! En verdad recomendamos este lugar! Nos atendieron muy bien . Purchased my home was told had a one year warranty, so I reached out to them to get a couple of repairs for my house. My interior ceiling wasn’t painted, several cracks in my walls, paid extra for texture but it was very poor job done, I had a roof leak that I had to bug them for to get to come out and as for other request on several ocations they agreed to send someone and no one ever came would not buy from them again nor do I recommend.

When we first went in we were just exploring the option of a modular home and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and finishes of the homes we saw. We didnt feel any pressure from the sales team, in fact, they had our best interests in mind the entire process. Micheal spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect and I cannot thank him enough for all of the hard work he put in for us! Absolutely satisfied with the experience we had with Titan Factory Direct.

Would not recommend. Abigail lied several times while my husband and I were there. She lied about credit checks, the hard inquiry and told us that we should put $40k down in order to only have to pay less than $3k/month. We don’t have any bankruptcies or any major credit issues. That’s ridiculous. She was very rude and condescending and even at one point said to me “you’re a teacher so you should understand this” when I tried asking questions to better understand the process. Maybe the other sales people are better but it’s obvious that this lady was not interested in helping us at all. We took the whole day off for this appointment assuming we would be helped but we left disappointed, frustrated, and one new inquiry on our credit reports for no reason. Would not recommend.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!Went in with my husband excited to discuss our options into purchasing a mobile home, but after speaking with Abigail that completely changed everything!It first started with her checking my husbands credit yeah okay and once she realized we didn’t make ““enough” money so then she seemed uninterested to help. She kept saying try next year try next year without any absolute help to discuss our next steps or to see what we could get approved for. She seemed more excited to go on her vacation, then to have some potential buyers!!To top of all she kept telling to find a job as that could help my husband. Excuse you lady I am a stay home mom and that is my job!! So thank you Abigail we will not purchase a home from you guys.

We worked with Nikki Todd, Internet Sales Manager at the Ben White Blvd location. She is a true expert, and was able to give us a lot of information and answers to our questions off the top of her head. Shes very friendly, patient, and thorough, and when we were in her office, we felt like we were her only client. She paid close attention to our needs, and remembered many specifics the next time we came in. We cant recommend her enough! She made the whole experience easy.

My experience with this place was not good, particularly with Zach Cook. This all started when there was an ad on Facebook for a park model home for $89,900. I thought it was a great deal, so I message the person for more information. Well it turns out it wasn’t a real park module for that price, it was just way to get a sales person to get your information. Zach’s assistant said Zach would call me about the park model. Before seeing the place, and I specified that the goal of meeting with him was just to see it, I asked several times if $89,900 was the price. He kept saying yes. Then when he got there, it was a very uncomfortable experiences. Just the typical “how can I get you to say you’ll buy the place” questions, and it’s as if he was not really listening to us. Also, he made really awful sales remarks. For instance, when Zach finally presented the actually price (which was &15,000 more than what was initially told) he stated how he had great news for us because he was “the best salesman in the company and look at his list with all these investors” and “we were getting a really good deal because his manager wanted to help us”. We really didn’t want to buy the place right then and there, the goal was really just to look at it, and it became an extremely uncomfortable pressure to buy the place. We finally got out of there after three hours. Then Zach calls me back several weeks later to ask if this would be a right fit, and I said it wouldn’t. Then he goes into “well why didn’t it work” remarks, and I said it wasn’t going to work and I really didn’t want to have another “sales” conversation because it wasn’t going to work. He proceed to say “F@&$ you, I am trying to help” and hangs up on me.I think it’s just really important that if you go to this place, they aren’t really concerned with what is best for you, but what is best for them to make a sale.

I am still so blown away by my experience. Aiden helped me and coached me through the whole process. He made things simple and answered all of my questions. There was no pushy sales person demeanor, they actually just wanted to help. When I am ready to buy I know exactly where to come! Thank you again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!!!I am a first-time buyer and naturally I was excited to start looking at mobile homes. I stopped into Titan and was immediately greeted by Ruben who was very nice but seemed new. I picked my home and started the paperwork process. Ruben had some issues with numbers, so he asked his manager Nikki to assist. She took one look at my numbers and then looked at me and said, “can you even afford this?” I was so offended. She immediately tried to explain why she said that by saying “you have two car payments”. This should have been cue to go somewhere else but I was in love with the house. I signed and the paperwork and needed to turn in some other things before the loan application could be completed. No big deal, well it was a big deal to them because I was taking too long to give them paperwork.Finally I get the loan information and they only attached the home not any of the other necessities I had asked for (the septic, the electric, the base) I had mentioned multiple times I wanted everything into one loan so that it was only one payment not multiple loans. Nikki decided to take over for Ruben since I was frustrated. We texted and emailed were I mentioned again multiple times I wanted everything included to which she said they couldn’t do that, and I never mentioned wanting everything included and she had been dealing with me from the beginning. Once I told her that she has only been working with me when I expressed my frustration to Ruben that I was not getting what I asked for. Finally, Nikki said she would submit the loan again with everything. I got the loan information back two weeks later and again not everything was included. The whole situation was frustrating an all I was getting was excuses.What set me over the top to finally decide I did not want to work with Titan was the fact that Nikki was informing a family member (who was also buying) what was going on with my home and the issues they were having. My family member informed her that it was very unprofessional of her to disclose what was going on with my home seeing as she didn’t know 100% if we were related or even if we were on speaking terms. My family member ended up getting a refund as well.I inform Nikki I no longer wanted to work with her nor Titan and I wanted a full refund. When retrieving my refund Nikki had this snarky tone to her. She stated when I couldn’t find anything better to come see her since “I got the best loan deal” with them as if I couldn’t do better.

Dave Genin is a class act. He’s honest, forthright, and very experienced. Would definitely recommend.

My experience was amazing!This should be your first and only place to visit when youre looking to purchase a mobile or manufactured home.The staff and management are totally on point and a pleasure to work with.Nikki was nice, welcomed me when I arrived, and hooked me up with Rosa.Rosa was very sweet and helpful; she will make best effort to find what youre looking for. I totally recommend her when you visit.I was unable to buy at this time due to my personal situation; which Dave explained very well what they were looking at and how to maneuver to purchasing position.They hooked me up with a floor plan and tour of a nice mobile to get a feel for my options when I return.Yes! I will be returning!

The Mobil home we pick we thought was awesome, however from the day the contractor came to the property, the nightmare started.Mike Tabb, contractor met with us once when he came to the property.We never saw him again. He sub-contracts all the work, he does not have a program manager that checks for quality control. The workers have to do with what little product they have to do the job. They were supposed to paint the skirting. When the paint ran out. That was it. When the driveway rock was finished so was the work to finish the drive way. The workers were very dirty when doing the work, leaving all discarded material every where, soft drink cans and bottles. No one took notice. It took nine months to get our purchased installedThe inside. The contractor did not do a red carpet like the sales people talk about. Two months since we got into the home. All the things that were wrong Are still wrong. The oven does not work we had to buy more rock to finish driveway. There is glue and paint on the flooring parts to hook up stove were missing a window does not open, door that does not close and on and on and on. I’m not going to bore you with the things that got broken on the trip to the property what ever you do if you found a mobile home at Titan. Do not hire Mike Tabb.

I walked in to the South Austin showroom today with my family, without an appointment. They made it immediately clear that they typically only take appointments Saturday’s—fine, understandable since I’m assuming they’re busiest then. The sales manager seemed friendly but all over the place. Complimented my toddler daughter several times, but after the third or fourth time it was just plain creepy.The salesperson assigned to us seemed ok at first but, once I said I was just starting my research and already had a traditional home, I guess she assumed she wasn’t going to be selling anything today. It was very “car-salesman” attitude. I suppose as a sort of concession, she offered to show us a model mobile home because “you’ve never seen one right” (I played along and said I hadn’t just to see what would happen). After looking at the one model, as we walked out she told me once I put my current house on the market, buy land, prepare it, THEN I should come back to go through models and pick one out. WTF that is the stupidest advice I’ve ever heard. Why would I sell my house without first deciding where I’m moving my family to?! I flat out told her No I’m not doing that because I’m here to see if this is even the route I want to go. We definitely were not treated like potential homebuyers, but treated like inexperienced visitors who were interrupting their busy schedules.You better believe IF I ever reconsider Titan Factory Direct again, I will NOT be purchasing from this location. Especially as compared to the polite, proper customer service we received from their competitors down the road, this Titan office is not at the top of our list.

I would not recommend going here if you are a first time homebuyer. My husband and I spoke with Abigail and she was clearly trying to take advantage of us. She was putting extreme pressure on us and was incredibly rude and condescending. She definitely underestimated our knowledge and treated us poorly. We will not be returning.I am not sure what the other employees are like, but I would definitely not recommend going to Abigail.

When we looked into buying a manufactured home this is what I wish I knew:Never move the home in a community. The buyer has to be approved for the home and community.Your loan will not appear on your credit as a mortgage if you go into a community. The home appears as a loan not a mortgage.The community can up your rent every year and your house will decrease in value.If you cant put the home on land dont buy. You will be financially stuck in a community or loose at least 30k or more to sell the home in the community. The manufactured home goes down in value. Land goes up in value manufactured homes go down in value not attached to land.To move a manufactured home to land cost around 10k.If you try to later sell a manufactured home that was moved from a community to land no conventional loan will touch the home just the land. The move from the factory to the community counts as a move. Therefore, selling the home and land would have to be separate purchases or a cash offer.This is the biggest financial disition I wish I never made.

While the salesman did a spectacular job, getting us the house we wanted at the right price, Im afraid the back end falls apart.Our house is a month late, and no one except the salesman seems to think this is a problem. Ive even spoken with their VP and the answer I basically got was this happens. No attempt to make it better, no attempt to reconcile the money Im losing every day theyre late because were using our small business to live in while were waiting on the new house, no real explanation other than excuses.If you want a company that actually cares to fix their mistakes and make things right, Titan/Champion is not the choice for you.*edit* def. Titan Factory Direct- a company in need of some serious work to their processes. see also delays, excuses, and empty promises.Titan offers what is called a Red Carpet service to fix all the small things that are wrong with the house when it arrives. understandable and 100% common with manufactured houses since the vibrations in transit can cause damage. What I didnt expect was that when my house was delivered and I told them the front door was so damaged it wouldnt close, that it would take 2+ weeks for them to fix it. The leveling crew did not verify that everything opens and closes, the back door does not even lock and barely closes. The crew who is supposed to be doing the repairs was half a day late. I was hoping for a happy ending to this story and I could update this with at least a 2 star rating, but at this point if there was a negative star rating they would have earned it.

We went to just go look one day, we had made an appointment and ended up being given the tour by Ruben. Ruben was really helpful and spent alot of time with us. We had no intention of buying but ended up signing up that same day. Ruben was very knowledgeable. We found out we were on a list that we never heard of by mistake and Nicky and Ruben helped guide us on how to correct it. We ended up having to withdraw our purchase unfortunately and everything went smoothly with that process. Marlene in accounting made sure everything was taken care of.

It has been an absolute circus trying to move into a home we purchased in SEPTEMBER. It is now almost August (ALMOST A YEAR LATER) not even due the shortages and full schedule of workers but on failed communication and lack of direction. I have always had to call to get any type of update on my home and somehow something has always changed. You would think to tell the home owners any type of update with their home right? On top of that we are having to wait even longer due to us letting everyone know our connections are done only to find out they blanked (their own words!!!) when informing them we need an AC unit to move in. I could have stayed in my apartment an extra year had I known (or even them knowing) that there would be so many delays just on lack of communication alone. Unless you enjoy paying for the mistakes of others, look for a different place to purchase. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

Really disappointed, it’s my first time buyer and I’m excited to see mobile homes. I had an appointment at 10am and immediately got scheduled with Abby, and this woman made this experience HORRIBLE, her tone and rudeness towards me and my sister who came for moral support. We couldn’t get any further with the process of the mobile home because she was just being really aggressive asking for money, and already getting into uncomfortable personal information. After the we left the manager came outside and talked to us by the way was such a sweetheart. But other than that THANK YOU ABBY Titan Factory is off my list.

LITERALLY ABOUT TO BE MOVING FORWARD TO SUE THIS COMPANY! It is not safe or move in ready and this company, specifically NICKY TODD, has done nothing but lie and screw us over. Even the banker is telling us to get a lawyer and take them to court. Buyers beware and go anywhere else but here. Walls are literally crooked, foundation is screwed up, walls have holes in them, and theres tons of stuff that was in the contract that they didnt do but still charged us for, not to mention everything is super dirty even though there is at least supposed to be white glove service. My experience has been outstanding thus far dealing with Nikki Todd. I have dealt with alot of professionals lately and she by far is the only one I enjoy working with and who has actually came through on her word. She has quickly responded to our wants, questions and concerns. And has gone beyond our expectations to meet our needs.

Horrible! Avoid! No communicating AFTER they get their money. We closed the beginning of January and we’re told we would be in April/May .. it’s now August and in between these past months we have had zero communication as to what is going on or any updates with the house unless we harass them. You call and get told someone will call you back which never happens so you call again and get told the same thing so it’s a tiring cycle. We have went out and looked at our house to get an idea of what’s going on our selves and we had to go to titan to get more of an insight of what’s been the push back for everything. When I bring up the lack of communication there response is justified by the manager nicki that they don’t have the time to handle all the duties to get us in our house and reach out to all the clients to provide these updates. This has been the most frustrating process , I don’t recommend this place!

Very upset with Factory Direct. My mother and step dad just purchased a new home and just moved in four days ago. Since day one of move in their stove is not functioning. A tech went out to evaluate and my mom received a call that unfortunately there is nothing they could do. The stove has to be registered and replaced through the manufacture. I feel bad because I am the one who sent them there to purchase this home.

Had to delete and rewrite about my experience with Titan. Dont waste your time with this location. Everything seems good at the beginning then it goes down hill from there. Questions were not answered,didnt get the information on the loan that was approved. Zachary was only concerned with getting our down payment. Didnt listen to us as to what we wanted,we lost out on land because he was all about money grubbing. Now its taken forever and then some trying to get my money that was put down back. Once again I will say Dont waste your time with this company. Had to give 1 star to post,but if I could do no star I would. If anyone from Titan reads this where is my mony?

I went to apply for a mobile home and the manager who helped me was so rude and so weird. He kept asking me so many personal questions and when I started asking questions regarding how much the mobile home would be he wanted to know what my monthly payment was, which is a sign of Sales people trying to focus on how they’re gonna put in all these extra fees, and whenever I brought it up, he got upset and I told me I was wasting his time.Terrible customer service

This place far exceeded my expectations! Wonderful staff all around, I had a wonderful pleasure of meeting and working with Rafael. He was amazing, showed us around the homes we wanted to see , and even explained how they where built! No other place did this for us, I highly recommend Titan, and Rafael specifically!!!

I just moved into my home this last weekend. I shopped everywhere on this road. I was told at palm harbor & claytin that I could not get a home.In fact they were completely rude about it and did not even want to talk to me. I went to Titan as it seemed to me that there should be an option for me and there was. I worked with Nikki & Dave and they found a way for me to get my own home. It was not easy but they got it done and I could not be happier. Everyone at Titan is awesome and was always available to answer my questions when I called almost every day. I dont know where to start. I have nothing but great things to say about Titan and Dave Genin, the General Manager. We were defrauded by Nils Dekau of Clayton Homes and then Mike Bueker and Mace Higgins of Palm Harbor. So as our last and final attempt at being a first time manufactured home buyer, we noticed Titan located between Clayton and Palm Harbor. We had never heard of them before. We met with Dave and explained the predicament we were in. We took a look at the homes on site and could tell by just looking at them that their quality far exceeded that of Palm Harbor and Clayton. We immediately placed our order. The process took two days. At Clayton, the process took several months. Dave was extremely transparent from day 1 to the end. There were no hidden fees, charges, or surprises. My mother-in-law and I toured the factory. Wow!! They are a solid, well built home. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a lot in River Ridge so amazingly enough, we got all of our money back. On the other hand, once we figured out Nils scheme, he refused to give our deposit back. So if you want a great home and over the top customer service, you have to go to Titan! You cant go wrong. Steer as far away as you can from Clayton & Palm Harbor. They are as fraudulent as they come. Plus, the quality of their homes is horrible.

Your salesman Dalton needs to learn how to be a professional. Incredibly rude, he decided to represent your company by posting an ad that lied about the square footage, then started to attack everyone who commented about the price in the most unprofessional way I’ve ever seen. I was actually considering the small home as an option until I saw how he represented your company. I’d suggest your company to offer training classes on customer service.

My experience with Titan in Austin has been GREAT since the beginning! Nikki took over my purchase and got everything in order quick and painless! Luis is WONDERFUL as well! If I could give Titan a negative star score I would. Our house is only 4 years old. From the time we got it we have had massive problems that we have called titan about but they say they won’t come and fix. Titan told us that they would only come out once after we got it to fix everything. They didn’t fix everything, and on top of that the team that came out to fix things was extremely rude to my family and I. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going through them for a home. On top of me having such a bad experience with them I know my cousin in laws have had the same experience as soon as they got their house from titan not even 3 weeks later the floor started to buckle. Their homes are poorly made, and they have no consideration for the home they are giving you.

Im really happy with the help I received from Zac he went above and beyond to help us and thanks to him we got the house we wanted he made ur day.

Andres is patient, open-minded, considers any possible options and provides us with any necessary information making him 5 star worthy. He did not deter me in the wrong direction as how others did in the same area.

This turned out to be the worst experience. I got so pissed. They sale like it was time share. It seemed as if they were begging. Wouldnt take just looking for a answer. Pushed pushed pushed and yes... Pushed again. Makes me question how bad they needed business and if they would slap a house together between sneezes. And if we would get support if we needed it.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Very annoying and fishy.

Went too Titan Homes this pass weekend , spoke with Andres, he was very helpful. He explain and showed the the difference between a modular home and manufacturer home. Showed me what all I needed to do to get into a home.

We had tried working with a few other mobile home vendors around Austin, but to no avail. We went to Titan and began working with Andres, who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and with the help of Nikki and Dave, we will soon be closing on our home in the next few days. Whatever your situation may be, take the time and do yourself a favor and go see Andres!!!

I recently lost my home to the floods of hurricane Harvey and my first and only choice was to go to Titan. Andres Garza is fantastic. He was patient and attentive to what I wanted in a home.

Beware if buying property at Little Loop Cedar Creek. Does dont have proper water drainage property will be damaged with every strom from water run off..Company contracted to fix issues are only interested in adding more home with same or worst issues . If you buy here you will have issues with soil erosion and a flood yard

You might as well take your money and flush it down the toilet. I was delivered an absolute piece of garbage. Horrifyingly ill manufactured. Also what you see at the sales lot is not what you get. They do after factory updates and fail to tell you that what youre basing your purchase off of is not how they actually come. The transport company (Superior) that Titan uses is unprofessional, and do shotty work as well. Do not use them for your base pad and request that they are not the transport company used if you do happen to decide to go ahead and throw your money away on a Titan home.

Disappointed in the process. Almost been a year and we still haven’t moved in . We were told once the home was delivered about 3 weeks and we can move in. We recieved the home bearly on September we shouldve recieved in july we are on November and still no luck. FALSE ADVERTISING! and No help !

This place I don’t recommend at all Zach when we met him he seemed a very nice guy but carful about that is not what you think he talks to you like he is really going to help but when he gets stuck on a situation he won’t respond your message he acts like he dose no what your are talking about this is a really bad experience with this people he had made us pay every thing for us to get a mobile home with a land we were so excited but no this place is not a good place to go to if you are a first time buyer very disappointed experience I really don’t recommend this place at all they show you lands is not what you like is what they like just to sell because that’s how they make money .Then they will ask for more down payment is not what you have or tell them what you have .......REALLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACES AT ALL

If you dont buy what they want to sell ,they wont show you nothing. My husband call for a specific mobil home and they cancel our appointment because we didnt want buy something more expensive and that we dont like.Just dont go there

Im only doing 5 stars so people will see this. I called looking for a mobile home that was used, or damaged to fix up for my daughter, and the first thing the person said to me on the phone was um..so you want to buy yiur daughter a damaged home in the most rude voice.
