This community has the potential to be amazing if not for the poor craftmanship and horrible customer service. The sales process is great but that is where it ends. We have built many homes and when we pointed out that studs 24 apart, and missing the concrete specs, and not having headers for the drywall to be attached to was below standard we were given nothing but excuses...even when we showed them the same exact house being built by a different crew down the street that had all of these items done. Nothing but excuses on why it was okay. Now that our less than a year old house has a crack down the middle of the living room, it has been the same run around. They repaired the crack except that you can see the repair...a one foot stripe down our ceiling that is a different texture and color. Again they are going to fix it except that they come at 7:45 am for our 8:00-12:00 window and when you rush over they are gone. We were told for 2 1/2 hours that they were on their way. Then when you send a text that you have to run to get a screwdriver and will be gone for 15 minutes, but the door is open and they can go in...they magically appear at the house and cannot go in without you there (never mentioned before or when you sent the text). You get there 2 minutes later because you were already headed back and they are gone. An hour later they need you to reschedule for another 8-12 window. Everything after you sign the dotted line is a hassle. Brohns motto is you get what you get and you dont throw a fit!!

We LOVE our Brohn Home. Everything from start to finish was SPECTACULAR! Trent was great with my weekly updates and helped me so much by easing my anxieties! Erin was our builder and made sure to give us updates, and built a really beautiful home. Belinda was so thorough in our walkthrough and even marked spots that we missed. I really appreciate her attention to detail! At closing, the team really went above and beyond to make us feel special. Thank you, Lisa for a quick closing experience, and for relieving pressure in the days leading up to closing. Porscha was so amazing at closing and gave us the cutest closing gift and rolled out the red carpet treatment!b Sandra made our first warranty experience seamless. Working with Ally and Denver in the Double Eagle Ranch Community was amazing. They were always professional, friendly and helpful. Posting an update review as my experience continues to worsen. Brohn Homes boasts about their new construction homes but falls spectacularly short when it comes to their warranty department. Their team is a mess of misinformation, consistently providing false details and failing to follow up on even the most basic concerns. They lie shamelessly, set unrealistic expectations and then ignore their own promises, leaving you high and dry with no resolution. Communication is practically non-existent! Their warranty reps lack basic training, struggle to communicative effectively and are not held accountable for the disinformation they proudly share. Ive spoke to their Director, Bree Miles several times and she exhibits the same behavior as her team. She promises to follow-up, but rarely does. She promises to address the concerns with her direct reports, but their behavior never changes/improves.Save yourself the stress and disappointment—do not buy a home from Brohn Homes.

I am extremely disappointed with Brohn Homes and their blatant disregard for their customers. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge potential buyers to avoid Brohn at all costs.From the outset, Brohn has been unresponsive, unreliable, and utterly lacking in integrity. Despite my home being under a one-year builders warranty, Brohn has refused to address numerous issues that are clearly covered. Both Brohn and their vendors constantly contradict themselves. They tell you that work has been completed when it hasnt even been started, and they promise to fix problems only to later deny ever making such commitments. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable.The most infuriating part is their slow response time. It takes forever to get any kind of acknowledgement from them, let alone action. When they do respond, its just more excuses and empty promises. They will say anything to try and absolve themselves from taking responsibility, leaving homeowners in a lurch.In my experience, Brohn Homes is a company that lacks integrity and accountability. Their customer service is appalling, and their willingness to rectify issues under warranty is nonexistent. Save yourself the frustration and avoid buying from Brohn. There are plenty of other builders out there who stand by their work and value their customers. Brohn is definitely not one of them.

“We will call you right after closing to fix the issue at hand.” That was the promise Brohn made to my clients when they closed. What happened the next day…….no call……..and the next, no call…..then they have the audacity to tell my clients that they should call to reach out. My clients can OBVIOUSLY do that! It’s just the principle of making up for your mistakes, that sets a horrible precedent for things to come in the future. We did receive a call the 4th day after the original day promised but couldn’t respond due to my client being at work, we called back several times & nothing. This was obviously just another closing for Brohn. BUYERS BEWARE! Make sure you set the expectations with them & don’t let this happen to you!If they would have called us the day they promised this wouldn’t be happening, or at least shown some compassion for my client. Now after day 5 this is something they brought upon themselves……

Brooke (sales rep) and Andre (project supervisor) made the sale of our clients home seamless. They did such an amazing job, and I am truly grateful. We found a very nice home in Lago Vista and after agreeing on the purchase, we were met at the home for an inspection by Randa. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Purchased home form Brohn homes in December 2021. Sales person Lori King was very helpful and professional. She was very patient to answer all of our concerns and questions. I have seen several builders increasing the price just before closing and asking buyers to take the earnest money and leave. Brohn home sticked to the price they signed up for, although there was increase in construction costs due to inflation. It has been four months now and their warranty team is very responsive too.I strongly recommend Brohn homes to any new buyers out there.

Update 11.18.23: Reached out to Brohn Corporate with no reply. After a month I finally got one. Apparently the former sales director left Brohn a few months back and no one replied to emails and calls. Well the new sales director finally emailed and I reached out to Director of Sales to have a conversation. Never returned my VM. This is the most unprofessional sales team I have encountered.As for the house, it was still available (45 days) and had a great incentive 3.75% for 10 years. I submitted my previously accepted offer. On-site saleswoman said the buy down cost them 20k so they would not accept 14k above the previously accepted offer. So they expected the buyer to eat 60% of their cost (if that number was accurate, sleazy sales tactics seems standard with Brohn).I hope the corporate office GM is aware of how bad and non-responsive their sales team is in this current market._______________________________________________________________10.08.2023Found a house I wanted to buy in Cloverleaf. Even sent earnest money.Was working with the preferred lender and would close the day the home was going to be ready to close.Lender came back with a higher rate than discussed with sales team on-site. Multiple miscommunications within the sales team about rates, lot premiums, future phases, etc.Reached out to the Manager of Brohn about the issues I was experiencing with trying to buy a house from them.2 weeks later and ZERO response. Homes looked great and well built. I did receive my earnest money back when I canceled because I would not sign contract until the TCO would be known from the preferred lender.Also, terrible customer service from the preferred lender.Maybe once the process is done its worth the headache but I will share with anyone looking to buy new my frustrations with the level of professionalism I experienced or lack there of.

My experience with Brohn homes has been nothing but great! As a buyer, the entire process was smooth and seamless. Anne Ford was my sales agent and she was always there to answer any questions I may have had. She also helped facilitate weekly updates from the construction manager. My closing was on time and without any hiccups. As with anything in life, nothing is perfect. After closing, Ive had a couple of minor issues with the house. As instructed, I have turned in maintenance requests online and someone is always in contact with me within 24 hours. Ive had no problems with matters being resolved in a timely manner.I also have experience as a Realtor with Brohn homes. That experience has been equally as positive. Brohn has always treated my clients with respect, and I feel that my buyers have had the same, positive experience that I had as a buyer.

I purchased my home from Brohn Homes and its been almost an year. So far we liked the build quality compared to other builders in our community. We had good experience with our Sales people Seneka, Derrick and our construction manager Damerys and especially the Warranty specialist Paloma.Most of all I am really pleased and amazed by the Warranty service especially since Paloma took incharge. All our warranty requests we had were completed with in a short duration and she addressed every single question with atmost care and tries her best to fix the solution if that is something covered by the warranty. I thought I was just lucky, but to my surprise I heard same feedback from many Brohn Home owners in my community about Paloma. The best thing is, I never had to follow up with her on anything, she constantly follow up on pending things and makes sure they are done. She is just awesome!There are a few things that I dont like with Brohn. The house plans are not really great in Brohn, I felt they could be little more open and modern to matchwith the current trend. I like the fact that Brohn gives a few option during the design center but that is too less, customers should be given a few more choices to build their home like they wish.Overall, I recommend Brohn Homes for anyone who wish for a decent home with good build quality, competetive price if you can compromise with plans.

Even though our home got delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, she was always available to answer any of our questions at all times. We loved working with Bethany McSorley when purchasing our showcase home from Brohn. We needed a quick close and she was responsive, communicative, and provided updates along the way. Since our home was finished, we didnt get to work with Jared, our Construction Manager, that much. However, he was very helpful in wrapping up some closing items. We also have had a positive experience with the warranty reps. They are quick to respond and provide solutions on warrantable items. Aside from a few issues with communication from the lending team at closing, so far we love our home and the neighborhood outside of San Marcos, TX.

We recently bought a new build home at Cross Creek in Cedar Park. Were no strangers to the new build process and all that can go wrong, but have found Brohn to be our best experience yet. Weve been impressed with the quality of construction, accurate timeline, and quick response to any issues that have surfaced. We were also happy with design selections - Brohn includes many base price modern options vs. other builders that tend to have more traditional design selections with steep uncharges for a modern look. Theres is a good reason Brohn homes are in high demand!

I write reviews only when a service or product is exceptional. I had a wonderful experience working with Paloma Pressley, as she helped us through our warranty related issues. She has been prompt in her responses, even after office hours. Her quick and reassuring responses have helped me stay calm when our roof leaked during the storm last month. I had to interact with her on several instances and she has always come across as knowledgeable and courteous. Also since we have rented our home, Paloma has been very patient with scheduling appointments with our tenants for repairs. At times when I forgot something, she would follow up and send a reminder. If everyone did their job even half as diligently as her, it would take so much stress out of our lives. Thank you!

Had a great experience building our Brohn Home in Morningstar (we closed in July 2020). What Brohn considers standard features in their homes, would typically be an upgrade with other builders. We worked with Derrick Miller, and he was easy to work with, and was always super nice to my 7 year old daughter whenever we brought her with us to see the building process (he even texted my husband happy Father’s Day this year 😄). My family and I love our home, and when it’s time to upgrade to something bigger and better, it’s more than likely that we’ll build with Brohn again.

Pete’s assistant, Austin, was very helpful as was Cody, the warranty rep. for all after closing consultations/queries. All in all, the entire staff were readily available and willing to help.This is the 1st time we have worked with Brohn homes and we must say they went beyond our expectations. This review is for Cross Creek community, good homes in great location. The entire home buying process was smooth, especially working with Lori King has been wonderful. She kept us apprised of the construction updates every week and is always easy to reach out to. Their preferred lenders CMG financials were also great to work with. We closed in December and had no major issues so far. Any minor issues found has been addressed immediately by the warranty team coordinated by Angelea Perrone.

Brohn is a great, service-oriented company that really puts its homeowners first. Specifically, Jackie Griffith is an amazing representative and a joy to work with. She was so kind, timely, and helpful with our home needs. Her professionalism and care should be recognized as she helped make 2020 just a little better for me, which goes a long way!

TL:DR: If youre looking to buy a house with Brohn Homes, please make backup plans. Better yet, avoid them like the plague. They will drop you from the contract for no reason, even if its 1 week prior to closing. Afterwards, they won’t even return your calls or emails.I signed a contract to buy 2 homes with Brohn in 11/2020 and 12/2020. I paid the earnest $500 deposit, got pre-qualified, qualified, picked out interiors at the design center, paid for the inspection, re-inspection (due to the winter storm) and appraisal. Everything was going fine and dandy and I was set to close on 3/31/2021. Literally 8 days before closing, Brohn contacted me and told me I needed to change to a different lender since they were having issues with my current lender. They gave me 48 hours to do it.I initially refused because I have used this lender twice already for my 2 previous homes and I had no issues with them. Additionally, I was so close to closing that changing lenders might delay the closing.However, after speaking with my realtor, I gave in and applied through their preferred lender but before I could even send in the application, Brohn Home sent me the cancellation of my contract. I called them, left them voicemail messages, and emailed them about why my contract was cancelled but they never replied. This is wayyy before the 48-hour deadline that they gave me.It was only after that I found out through my realtor that Brohn Homes cancelled contracts for several other people using the same phony excuses.We bought the house for $305k. I’m certain that the real reason they cancelled the contract is that Austin’s housing market is very hot right now. They feel like they can relist the house to sell it to the next suckers for $400k. It’s all about money. Forget keeping a good reputation as a builder.Don’t waste your time with them.

My experience with Brohn Homes has been anything but great. I purchased a 7-figure custom home, and unfortunately the snow storm hit as I was approaching closing. Instead of being reasonable and pushing back closing due to the unsafe conditions, Brohn still made me and my realtor go through unsafe measures to get blue tape inspection, final walk through, and closing all done within a few days of each other. Due to the rushed process and the unsafe conditions, numerous items were left unfinished, not properly inspected (not enough time before closing due to the storm), and not documented leaving me in a he said she said situation with Brohn. I later learned the reason they would not delay closing due to the snow storm is because they needed to close in February. I am assuming something regarding hitting quotas or saving money on their end.Ive had several issues with my home since closing, primarily involving my HVAC and electrical, which are the two major components to a home. These issues could be related to the freeze, but I will never know because Brohn keeps dismissing the issues and stating the inspections all passed (the inspections were done before the freeze that completely paralyzed central Texas and ruined peoples houses).I have been assigned three warranty representatives now within a 7 month time period, and each have been subpar. My most recent warranty rep, Makinley Labure, has been combative through the process and doesnt seem to have personally studied through the ACES Warranty Handbook. She is a brand new warranty rep with Brohn and should not be assigned to the custom City Living department. I have asked to be assigned to a different warranty representative, which would unfortunately be my 4th rep, and the manager, Bree Miles, has denied my request.To briefly describe my home issues (HVAC & electrical), documentation was provided by the HVAC installers (Austin Air) that insulation with the refrigerant lines could be the primary issue with my HVAC system. Makinley dismissed the refrigerant issues as just a noise problem, but you cannot assume that the issues coming from a refrigerant line are normal. Refrigerant lines are dangerous, and anytime Austin Air even touches the line or changes the freon, the problem gets worse. Makinely has come to the home and acknowledged that it has gotten worse since her last visit, but then her tune completely changes via email. In addition, Brohn says the insulation is up to code, but how am I to know that since its hidden behind a wall and inspected before the snow storm? Although I have identified the issue coming from the refrigerant line itself, it is very possible there could be other issues with the HVAC contributing to this specific issue.Second, the lights flicker off and on every day, and Brohn and IES electrical have not provided me with any documentation showing what inspections & work orders were performed on my homes electrical. Austin Energy has come out and said the flickering lights is a problem with the electrical within the home, and not an issue with the service they provide to the home.You cannot hire your own 3rd party company for second opinions because Brohn states that will void warranties. This company will go through all lengths to cut corners and not provide valid warranty work. Ive been adding the CEO, Aaron Boenig, to my correspondences with the warranty department so he is aware of how bad this situation has gotten, but no response which is unfortunate. In addition to the above, Ive had these warranty tickets open for ~7 months now. Ive even had cabinets not repaired for ~6 months. Its ridiculous.Lastly, take a look at the recent KXAN article / news episode. Do your homework before working with this builder.

I bought a home from Brohn homes.Started my house hunt back in the summer of 20 and knew I wanted to be in the Trace subdivision in San Marcos. I looked at several models and just so happens the model I loved had sold. What a bummer. But I’m working with Bethany McSorley, who just happens to be the best ever, and she mentions that there was another build of the model I wanted taking place and it could be mine in Nov 20.Yippee, cause I still needed to sale my house in Flower Mound to move here.Bethany was with me every step of the way, like I was the only customer she had. She has to be the most positive person ever to work with. Even when things got a bit off track or challenging, she helped to guide me and keep me in the loop. She even took my call while on vacation in Mexico, who does that?Bethany was my advocate to ensure I got the house I wanted and at the same time knew what Brohn could and could not do for me.When I think of Brohn, I have to include Bethany. There is no Brohn without Bethany.

From the moment we started our home-buying process with Brohn homes until after move-in we have been nothing but satisfied.As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I had no idea what to expect, and we had many questions. Luckily, we met Jim Vosseller. Jim answered any and all questions we had in a very timely manner. He was always professional and we could tell he wanted us to have the best experience possible with Brohn Homes. He bent over backwards to make sure that any changes we needed were fixed, and all of our expectations were met. The Deerbrooke neighborhood is lucky to have him and we were lucky to have had the opportunity to work with him.Our superintendent, Cutter, was awesome! While the home was being built, we made several visits to check out the progress. If we saw anything that needed to be fixed/repaired Cutter and his team were on top of it. We could not have asked for a better superintendent.Bree has been a Godsend. I cannot stress enough how amazing she was during our walk-thru. She went over everything that needed to fixed, who to call once we move in and what to do should something ever occur. Since we have moved in there were two minor things that needed fixing and Bree and her team were all over it and fixed them in no time.

Our experience building a home with Brohn has been a nightmare. We have had multiple issues from the very beginning. They lie and tell you it will be alright once the home is finished, but nothing is made right. They installed upgraded cabinets so the doors cannot open completely and then blamed us for choosing upgraded cabinets. They installed the wrong granite and told us we chose it. The granite has a huge crack and they insist its a fissure. They tell their customers they can build a pool or whatever they want on easements that belong to the city. Their workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. They left doors wide open during rain storm and water got all over our floors and walls. I cannot warn consumers enough to choose another builder that will be honest and has representatives that have integrity.

The house and neighborhood are great! The real reason for my review is that my warranty is up and I made some minor claims and I must admit after my first contact with them I was a little upset, but Mr. Cody Alejandro came to my house reviewed all my complaints and he has handled everything and fixed every issue I had. I am very pleased with him and he was very professional even when I wasn’t.

We just purchased a home in Deerbrooke in Leander and the builder was Brohn. The process was quick enough, painless, and the quality was outstanding. Evan Novak was our construction manager and was phenomenal. Easy to work with, stayed in touch, and was exceedingly helpful.

When we signed out contract on august 2020, we were promised march,2012 delivery. There were substantial delays and bunch of excuses for kept delaying. After waiting for 6 months, Construction finally gained traction on our home this month. We informed our desire to do third part inspection early on ,but sales staff and management kept pressuring us that we don’t need any inspection as they do theirs own third part and city inspection .We insisted and did our own pre-pour third party inspection and found major defects, like broken main water pipe leading to home .Brohn home builders were ready to pour the foundation with major deficiencies if we haven’t done our inspection. Long story short they dropped us out contract for wanting to follow fair home construction process. Make sure to check my review on yelp. There are striking similarities between my experience and what others have reviewed there.The Level of unprofessionalism with which Seneca Mand Director of sales - Jamie Li. will treat you is beyond disbelief, but again they work for Brohn home for a reason - to bully and harass people out of their contracts.Their agenda is clear -Use predefined set of excuses, to Execute clause 6(c) in their contract. Its amazing as to similarities between the lines, Director of sales, Jamie L. has used with me and other reviewers on yelp. its almost like she has a memorized script. She shouted the exact same sentence listed below to me and many others as they listed in their review, when she called to answers few simple questions, I had regarding major defects found during pre-pour inspection. They were mad from the get, as to why I had scheduled my own Pre-pour inspection.She stated Union between us and them was built on trust and was a two-way street. The she said they couldnt trust me to not handle being respectful to their sales staffIf you look at some of recent reviews on here and yelp, the pattern is clear. We all signed contract early on when hosing market was not as crazy as today and now the prices are 50k up on our homes. They are using the clause 6(c) to promote the FRAUDULENCE practice of cancelling the contract for the purpose of MONITORY gains. Well designed homes, courteous staff, intermittent inter-organizational control, and subpar contingency efforts.We purchased a Waterloo home over the summer and we were immediately drawn to the development with the inclusion of the off-leash dog park near the property. The homes were also well designed with a mix of traditional and sophisticated design. During our search, the staff managing Morningstar (Derrick M. , Amanda R., Seneca M., and Jennifer S.) always maintained professional standards and communication along with extended versatility toward our needs and timeline for our real estate investment. All documents pertaining to the purchase were handled efficiently as well as any warranty claims made against the property. All throughout our build, weekly check-ins were made to update us on progress so that we never felt in the dark as to the status of our future home.Room for Improvement: Starting with our closing date which we requested to be specifically aligned with the end of a lease of another property, was overlooked and we were given a much earlier date that did not work for us. These dates are usually pretty rigid and in their email letting us know, it was like our Specific preference (which they agreed to during the preliminary contract signing) had been completely forgotten.Next, during the closing walkthroughs, the staff used the punctual timeline leverage to close, in order to overlook multiple blue tape discrepancies that did not get addressed or even logged in the report. I remember over 20 blue tape discrepancies and there were less than ten on the final report to sign for approval. The design flaw in the side yard fence door that was way too close to the back porch and a clear waste of privacy space for the property; was a ‘used car salesman’ run-around where they only acquiesced when I told them that this was a deal breaker. I rarely complained about any changes to the build, and they immediately rejected the change request until management waived their ‘magic’ wand (this antiquated negotiation tactic is overplayed and unnecessary). Also, they informed us that the grout in between the tiles was not sealed a DAY before moving all of our things in (The grout sealing process should be included, and at minimum we should have a closing date that allows earlier access to seal it ourselves with reasonably ample time).And the piece-de-resistance, the builders incentive program that promised a cash kick-back after the purchase, was delayed 90 DAYS. The worst part of it all is that Brohn tried to wash its hands by saying that it wasn’t their fault because the builder doesn’t sport the Brohn banner. I didn’t think I had to teach business to an organization owned by Buffett but: in the customer’s perspective, if you vouch for the businesses that are part of your team to make your builds happen, they are unequivocally part of your organization and their mistakes are your mistakes. Finger pointing is for rookies. So what should of happened is that brohn should of advanced the kick back and then invoiced the builder so the customer doesn’t have to put up with the lack of timeliness. That’s how you handle situations that have the future recommendation of the real estate developed brand at stake.Finally, at the final signing in the titling office, we were not informed that all the signatures had to be in blue ink. We had specific pens to sign such important documents and we didn’t have that moment because someone didn’t put enough info on an email. No toolbox gift can make up for that.Overall, brohn is an improvement on residential development sales, but only slightly. Plenty of work to do.

I was so excited to move into my Brohn home. I needed a safe place and desired a craftsman style and I found both in Brohn. However, the nightmare began once I moved in and realized my backyard was a drainage ditch. They sent someone to regrade my side yard and they actually dug it into more of a ditch. I have the back corner of my yard blocked off with whatever I have to prevent my dogs from having a mud bath. I have a small backyard as it is and it is not useable in almost half of it. Neighbors have received French drains and Rick from their builders and from Brohn but maybe because I am a single woman they feel they can take advantage of me. They actually had someone come out to give me a quote and shut off my watering valves. They said let it go and revisit watering in the spring after all is dead. I can’t reach anyone higher up and it took me hounding the rep to receive the email telling me pretty much that this is my problem. I moved in April 17 th of this year and have been attempting to have this problem solved. They sign their correspondence with the cordial thank you. I say why bother! I would never recommend a Brohn Home to anyone.Walk away if you can. They are not what they say.Kimber Breaux

The sales staff was amazing!! The communication was stellar. The only thing I would have wanted was a clearer understanding of when things would be able to be added to the home i.e. water softener, gas stub for an outdoor BBQ. There were a few hiccups with the walk thrus and many things that were not done after then initial walk thru. On a whole I am very satisfied with Brohn Homes and would recommend them to anyone.

My partner and I signed the contract in Oct 2020 to purchase a new home in Lago Vista, Austin, Texas. We wait for 6 months and get update weekly on the progress of the house until March 2021 when the house is completed. I applied for the loan and paid for appraisal. I even hired the inspection to check on the property since there was a ice storm in Feb. Just days before closing on the property, on March 23, Brohn Homes (Jamie Lindeman) calls us and terminated the contract for no reason and hung up on us, very unprofessional. I suspected they cancel because the house market is hot. So they can sell at the current price. This violates the contract. They are either greedy or discriminating. I also learned from my realtor agent that they also cancelled 3 other buyers on 3 properties in Lago Vista who are in identical situation like us.To all future buyers, BEWARE, they will cancel your contract for NO REASON if your potential property value is increased.

My brother and his wife signed a contract with this builder. They raised questions/concerns about the quality of home after several deadlines were missed by the builder. The builder canceled the contract and sold the home to some one else for more money. Buyer beware of the bait and switch, plenty of reputative home builders in Austin area.

I was really excited to be building our first home. Long story short we already have the foundation for our front porch and back porch chipping and breaking off. And we have only been in our home 4 months. And if you are going to be building a new home, one thing we did not think about till we already closed on our house is that there is absolutely no storage. Besides the closets in the bedrooms, there are no closets. Absolutely no closets for linens or anything else. And there was no option to add any. They were great about keeping us up with the entire build though.

Eric with brohn homes was fantastic! He was so easy to reach, all times of the day or night, whether it was a long phone call or a quick text, Eric was on top of it. He made sure we understood everything and made the experience easy. He truly wanted the best for us from start to finish. He was professional but still fun. He was honest and did everything he could to make our house perfect. I would recommend anyone to work with Eric, he was so great. I went by the wild horse community because of my interest in a Brohnhomes floor plan. Agent Anne Ford wasnt available. I called her about my interest in plan 2083. She said we will put on you a waiting list once lots are released but I need an approval letter from CMG Mortgage. CMG runs my credit and asks for additional personal information. I supplied Anne with an approval letter from CLM Mortgage but said we cant accept it. I called the brohnhomes receptionist twice and was told Anne or get director would call me. Instead, Anne emails me saying the company isnt releasin5lits and I just have to wait to once homes go for sale. Two questions/comments, why should I be forced to use your lender? (Unfair practice) and why cant I receive a call?

Exellent service. Very friendly staff, and always available to answer questions. They call you for weekly updates and keep you informed in any developments. Ally and Parker kept me in the loop constantly, I appreciate their commitment.
