Good group of guys here who got the support the supplies you need
They are the most frustrating company ever to deal with. There are too many departments to go through to order equipment, i just checked on an order that was to ship in 1-2 business days. This is day 3 I just called and part of the order is somewhere on a truck and the rest is on back order which may be a couple of months.
Ill start by saying that I think Trane is the best equipment you can buy. But they have some major organizational issues.When trying to get a quote on equipment I can NEVER get in touch with someone useful on the the phone. When I do talk to someone it is the wrong person and when they transfer me to the right person it is 100% of the time a number that does not exist and hangs up on me. Ive walked in trying to get the Trane360 set up and they direct me to call a guy in their office who never responds to your calls.Do yourself a favor and buy from ACES Supply. They sell American Standard which is just Trane by another name. They answer the phone immediately and can get you a quote without any hassle.
I have 17 Trane units at my facility. I have over 200 employees. Trane last year told me they were not going to warranty my compressors unless I bought new units. At the same time, the quotes have come in at $90,000 and a leadtime that comes in for September. Thanks Trane for screwing my company and its 200 hard working Americans who now work in 100 degree temperatures.

VERY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one wants to work at the front counter. Don’t know what everyone is doing cause they never have parts. Really wondering how the doors even stay open here. Hopes and prayers I guess. Y’all have to make some changes.
Who can stop a Trane??? I love working with the North Austin, Texas Trane Supply house. Friendly professional staff everytime.

1 star because its mandatory. Initial call with Parts lead was less than enthusiastic response on their end. A second call, leaving a voicemail yielded no call back. Waiting on parts ordered by the service company, who isnt getting any better service than I am. Pathetic. My 3 YO @Trane unit had 2 catastrophic failures (under warranty) had has been useless for over 2 weeks. I seriously doubt Ill have another Trane, and at this point certainly wont recommend them. According to the service company, this is a common issue with Trane, and with the Austin Parts office, has been for 18+ months.
