We bought our Drees home sight unseen from out-of-state. We saw the house we bought for the first time a couple weeks after closing escrow. Seeing it in real life exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was impressive. The quality of construction and materials was superb. Our relationship with Drees did not end at the close of escrow. It was just the beginning. We were visited by the actual builder of our home, Graham Martin. Graham was able to answer all of the questions we had about our house and make sure that everything was perfect for us. This was our first home buying experience and it was a pleasure from start to finish.

For us, Drees really allowed us to achieve the custom in Drees Custom Homes. The Drees team provided a platform for and welcomed our custom requests and input for everything, including re-configuring rooms and walls, custom lighting selections, specific landscaping input, etc. Having built several homes before, we had a specific vision for our design and Drees made that vision a reality and we really had fun throughout the process! Rather than pushing back, Drees embraced and encouraged us throughout the entire build process. The exceptional quality and professionalism of the entire Drees team elevated the entire experience and ultimately delivered a home that exceeded our expectations. Specifically, Laurel at Design Center understood the vision of our design from the beginning and was instrumental in getting to a finished design that far exceeded our expectations. She simply went above and beyond to ensure our design vision was achieved. Excellent communication throughout the entire process.

We absolutely love our new home in Georgetown TX. Drees provided us with a great floorplan and with a number of custom choices and features. Like any home building process, there are a thousand things to keep track of, and we did uncover issues during the build process. But Laurel, Connie and Curtis responded to our issues and had them taken care of. If we ever build again, we would definitely consider Drees.

This is a review for Dress Custom Homes. I purchased a custom home from Drees in Frisco, Texas. Drees promised the moon while selling the home to me. But sadly, they found all kinds of excuse to wriggle out of their warranty commitments. At the time of their one year walk through to determine works warranted, we observed several cracks in the concrete flooring in driveway/patio. Drees representative promised that they will undertake the necessary works when the cracks widen. I have emails from Drees Warranty saying this. Now that the cracks have sufficiently widened, they say that these are not covered by their warranty. In fact their representative in his inspection agreed to revert with a date for the work but then responded back saying that they wont do this as it is not covered by warranty although it clearly is. Sad. Be careful when buying homes from them. Ideally choose some other builder.

So far we have had an amazing experience with Drees. They have been so easy to work with, particularly Hallie in the design center.

The folks at Drees were a dream to work with! They were professional and helpful every step of the process. This is the second home Ive built and while the first builders were great, the Drees people were fantastic! If I ever am crazy enough to build another house, Ill use Drees.

I have been highly impressed throughout the whole design process. Working with Julie has been blissful! Being out of state and continually changing my mind about the choices I made, she has been accommodating, understanding, and extremely helpful! Everyone at Drees has really done a fantastic job and where things have gone wrong, it has been at the hands of the city and developer, not Drees.

I would love to have the home I paid for. Building with Drees was at first an exciting process but as issues kept surfacing with the quality of the work and installation, Ive become very dissatisfied with the product Dress puts their name on. Our most recent issue is with an incorrectly installed master bathtub that has caused a large leak in the bathroom and laundry room. How does Drees deal with this installation issue? Well they are refusing to pay for the emergency repairs because we didnt use their contractor (the ones who installed the tub incorrectly) and they never once said that was a requirement when we spoke with the warranty team. I strongly urge you to look for a builder who actually cares about service and quality.

We were initially pleased with the new construction home in Leander. A few years had passed when we found animals living in our attic and a massive unfinished hole on the roof hidden from plain sight. The destroyed electrical infrastructure was our first clue. Missed by the builder and inspectors but not the animals. Within a few years our AC coils both failed resulting in thousands in replacement costs and extensive premature wear on both compressors. Drees sourced, discontinued, non powder coated closeout coils and there was no ability to participate in class action lawsuit against Lennox or support from Drees. The HVAC people are working their way through the neighborhood. We expected some issues but nothing like what we have experienced and we are not alone.

The Drees Design Center team was a pleasure to work with: theyre very professional, and they know what they do really well. We felt welcomed, and our experience was flawless! I would certainly recommend them.

Horrible to their neighbors.Drees is building several homes in The Hollows(Lago Vista, TX) and their work crews have been trashing the neighborhood with their litter to the point where neighbors cant walk their dogs due to all of the food trash that has not only littered the homesite, but also neighboring homes and common areas in The Hollows.If their workers care so little about keeping their site clean, Id be concerned about the quality of their work.

Looking at the details i was really impressed with what Drees home is providing. But while reaching out to the office i didnt get any positive response and very unhealthy response. People hung up on me which is really not professional experience.

Our home was loaded with quality materials and craftsmanship. Since closing, not once have we discovered anything we werent happy with. Drees builds a solid home.

Top notch staff and home plans. The entire experience was exceptional. We definitely found our dream home with Drees!
