Absolutely recommend Odor Masters 110%We used them twice now, first was for mold removal.Their air duct cleaning service is phenomenal and extremely thorough. Our rugs and sectional also look brand new.Doreen is sweet, answered our emails right away and made sure we were informed.Mike is amazing, he works hard and our home smells so fresh. Mike’s work ethic goes above and beyond and his quality is top notch.Note:Beware Google hides my review among other 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews. Something is fishy.

First time I used them for dryer vent clean out it was a good experience. Second time I used for carpet cleaning. Left carpets wet for 3 days versus Stanley Steemer which leaves carpet dry by the end of the day.Son’s room was left smelling like mildew… long story short. I’ve hired Stanley Steemer to redo the carpets twice. I do believe I am going to have to replace the carpet in that room. I think the level of homes they do is pretty low so their equipment is dirty and leaves odors in your home. So yes, they may be called odor masters but not for the reason you would hope. I requested a refund so I can use that money to fix this mess. Haven’t heard back or received anything. If that continues I am strongly considering going to small claims court solely out of principle.Update: I did end up having to spend thousands of dollars on replacing the carpet in my children’s rooms. Never heard back from them. Not a single word. Low rent company.

Mike and Doreen are absolutely amazing, there adorable and and do the best and hardest work I’ve seen from any company. I’ve had them clean for me several times and they always supine me at how good they are. I wish I could pack them with me and take them to Boston where I’m moving to. Extremely friendly and don’t judge you for the mess, they just take care of it and with a smile on their faces at that.

Cannot recommend Mike & his wife Doreen enough! They were so nice and so helpful to work with, and Mike did an amazing job on our sectional with a lot of attention to detail. Our couch looks brand new!

Nice people and did a good job on the carpet in the bedroom. Cost $145 for one room that had a drink stain on the carpet.That said, we were scheduled for a Thursday at 3. After 4 PM I had not heard anything so I reached out and offered to reschedule for Friday morning. We agreed upon 10 AM, which came and went without an update. At 12 I received a text that Mike was on his way. He did not arrive until past 1, putting us 3 hours past our already rescheduled appointment. They offered to clean my living room rug for free so I agreed, but it appears now it may be ruined.

Mike did such a great job cleaning the tile in my shower, I wish I had taken before/after pics! He also did an amazing job on my patio chairs, that were so disgusting and moldy and he got them looking brand new again!! Thanks so much guys:)

I am very impressed with Odor Masters. Mike and his wife made the experience very nice. The communication leading up to my appointment was amazing. I had to cancel my first appointment and they were very understanding. They even followed up to check on our family the day after we canceled.The day of the cleaning, we were kept in the loop on when Mike was coming. He is very personable. He explained everything to my adult children about what he would be doing before he started the job. We were able to go up and look at the carpet before he started the stairs. The job was WELL DONE.I will definitely be using this company again. Mike left us shoe covers just in case we needed to go upstairs before the carpet dried. You will not regret having Mike in your home. He loves what he does for a living and it shows in the work done.Keep up the good work Odor Masters!!!!

Amazing people. If it wasnt for Mike Id still be sneezing nonstop. He was very thorough and made sure my air ducts had top to bottom cleaning. I will most definitely use their services again.

Odor Masters did an amazing Job on our house. I never write reviews but we were in a pinch this week to find someone and not only were they able to come out the very next day but they gave us a great price and did an amazing job. They got out every stain including the ones that have been there for over two years. Mike and his Doreen were so friendly and very responsive. Will definitely be using again.

Carpet looks and smells awesome! Just did air ducts and everyone in the house says they notice their allergies have gone down.Update 6/28:Had my dryer vent cleaned out because my clothes werent drying causing me to have to run my dryer several times and run up my electric bill. Now they dry the 1st time!!! Should be seeing a lower electric bill. Thank you again Doreen.

I am SO IMPRESSED by Mike and his ability to remove a double espresso from ivory linen dining room chairs!!The entire transaction, from scheduling all the way to the minute I waved goodbye (from a very responsible 20ft distance!), I can only say good things!Mike arrived when he said he would, called me from the driveway so that I could open the garage for him to have access to the chairs, cleaned them perfectly and sanitized them for me, then texted to let me know he was done! 10/10I will absolutely be calling Mike when the quarantine is over to have my interior carpets cleaned, as well as my sofas. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m glad to have found a local vendor to support.

Start to finish, Odor Masters was phenomenal. Absolutely incredible customer service. Doreen and her husband make a great team. They took out stains in the carpet that we were told by other professional carpet cleaners couldn’t be removed. They saved our landlords from having to completely replace the carpet on the top floor. Seriously, not sure how these guys do it, but they worked some MAGIC. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for all of my future carpet cleaning needs. We hired odor masters to get rid of pet odors in our house. The house was a rental that we had renovated and found that there was still a pet odor after the renovation. Odor masters was extremely responsive in diagnosing and treating the issue. We wanted to get the house on the market for sale in a timely manner, and Odor masters worked with us to ensure the issue was addressed quickly. They went through the whole house looking for problem spots and treated the whole house. The odor was significantly reduced after their first treatment, but they came back to treat any remaining areas to ensure that the problem was fully addressed. I was impressed with how thorough and responsive they were in fixing this issue, and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking to address odor issues in their home!

Mike came out and shampooed two of our cars. I was notified when he was on his way. He spent so much time and detail on each car. We were very impressed with how professional he is and how he explained the process along with some great tips for the future. Can’t wait to have him come and work his magic on our tile. Highly recommend this company!!!

Not only did they answer my late night message but they also got me in the very same day and a Saturday at that! He did such a wonderful job on the carpet and treating the pet stains! Will definitely be calling to have another room done when my roommate moves out and gonna have to have him do my couch! Y’all have a lifetime of business from us! Mike and Doreen are great people and they have a GREAT business! On top of knowing their business and being pros at it, they also were awesome on the communication side w/ scheduling and explaining what was happening.Our house flooded after the the winter storm burst pipes. They made it a super priority to get to my house or begin the clean up ASAP to avoid further mold and water damage. I recently had Mike come out and clean my ducts, which I had wanted to do for some time. His company came to me as a referral, and Im glad I took the advice. Mike was very professional, and informative as to what he was going to do. I thought he was very competent, and knew his business. I would have no problem having Mike do duct work again!!

Listen! My carpet was disgusting after my son left our dog out of the kennel. The carpet looks better than the day I moved into my apartment! Mike is amazing!!!!!

Great service! Showed up and explained what the process of cleaning the ducts. Wore mask, gloves and covered his boots so not to track any dirt into the house. Very friendly. Cleaned as he went through the house. I will be using again for sure!! Thank you, was a pleasure meeting you!!

Mike is easy and smooth. I had one difficult job that he willing do extra work which is blessful. Mike wore mask the whole time..especially his wife is well communicated..

I don’t know if my first review was posted but they did a great job my carpet is old and they cleaned it very nicely it looks very clean and smells very fresh he took out a lot of stains food stains sharpie and blood .. then there were some mistake with the total charges and they gave me back my money definitely I will work with them again when I need cleaning Strongly recommended

They were great with communication! Showed up when expected, even did the carpet in the living room that the area rug was on..only charged for the rug itself. Will be using again!
