Lady Bird Air Duct, Chimney, Dryer Vent

Incredible customer service, punctual, and professional. Omer always showed up on time and did not rest until he got our fireplace fixed, despite multiple complications. He explained everything he was doing each step of the way and really cared about his work. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I can’t speak to the quality of chimney sweep services this company provides, but don’t ever let them replace your chimney cap.My contractor hired them for a hail insurance claim and the work performed is laughably terrible. In the first attempt, Omer left screws hanging out of the chimney cap, bent sheet metal upon installation, and didn’t seal any holes. He also drilled several holes through the metal with no screws, or screws that didn’t affix the cap to anything.When he returned to “fix” his work, Omer had planned to tighten some screws and do nothing about the open holes or structural damage he caused. We spoke about the deficiencies and I pulled out one of the loose screws by hand while he and I talked on the roof. I also pointed out that he had not replaced the flue cap, but simply poorly reinstalled the old one, which was totaled by my insurer. He assured me and my contractor he’d replace it and ensure we were happy with the work before leaving.Today, he came and showed me the new cap he planned to install. He installed it, again bent and damaged it, used several types of non-matching hardware, drilled several holes where he failed to insert a screw, again reinstalled the old flue, and again failed to properly secure the cap, which can easily be pulled away from the stone chimney. Rather than allow me to check his work while he was here, he left without notice and called my contractor to tell him he was done after he was gone. I have no confidence in the work performed and cannot recommend this company.

Above and beyond service and well worth the price! ✔️👏❤️ This local small business (and woman-owned) Lady Bird Air Duct and Maya and Omer turned a service that I typically dread into a very positive experience! Omer arrived on time, cleaned up the lint that was all over my washer and dryer, unclogged my dryer vent, blew the vent from the outside as well using a 2 story ladder, AND EVEN cleaned up after the job. Even wiped down my 2 story kitchen window where the lint cleaning had coated it. I cannot recommend them enough. Especially after having to deal with scammers in the past who publish $79 or $99 specials and then say your job is actually a $700 job. Unlike the scammers, they charge $169 + tax and earn every penny. What a breath of fresh air. Stop scrolling reviews and hire this company! ❤️

Maya was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone when I scheduled my dryer vent cleaning. Omer was very communicative and was right on time. He explained everything that was going to be done, took pictures for me to see the results, and worked very quickly. Ill definitely be recommending Lady Bird Home Specialist to friends and will use them for a fireplace cleaning later this year.

Just had a chimney sweep service by Omar and it was great. The price was fair and the service was quick. Omar even took pictures of some damage to the crown of my chimney and firebox and gave some sound advice on how to take care of it. He helped to educate me on chimney care too. It was super easy to set up an appointment on their website and it handled communication via email, text, call which was lovely. Thank you Maya for setting up the appointment so quickly!

Highly recommend. My husband tried to clean our dryer vent and the dryer vent brush broke and became stuck in the vent. Called Lady Bird Home Specialist and spoke to Maya who was awesome. She was able to schedule us for the next day. Omar was able to arrive early. Omar was very friendly, courteous and professional. Our problem was fixed in no time. He then cleaned the vent completely and provided photos. He even checked my dryer to confirm it was not damaged from the dryer vent being clogged. Will definitely use again. Omer worked diligently for almost 3 hours to clean and sanitize the air ducts of both AC units in our house. He also clear the dryer vent which was plugged by a bird nest. Look at the super dirty before picture compared to the clean and shiny mirror after picture.We definitely recommend Omer’s service. Will be calling him for our rental house soon.

So honest! I just love this company. They are amazing at what they do and just so freakin honest which is so hard to come by these days! I compared their quotes with few others and most of them were either trying to charge me 2-3K or trying to do bare minimum which would have been ineffective anyway. But Omar did such a great job for a fair price and actually educated me on what aspects of duct cleaning is necessary and whats a waste of money. He didnt try to upsell me or exaggerate problems. he even helped me out with some extra cleaning without charging me extra.

Omar provided outstanding customer service. He arrived promptly and carefully explained everything that he was going to do to properly clean my dryer vent. I had the dryer vent cleaned just a month before by a different company, but it had clogged again in just a few days. Omar demonstrated to me that the vent had not been properly cleaned previously and assisted me in getting a refund from the previous company that had come out the month before. Omer was great! He came by to do a full assessment of my air ducts and return for a cleaning, and when i came time to do the work, he showed up and did everything that he said he would do. Very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and took great care to make sure that he did not miss any spots in the ducts and to not leave a mess. he also happened to be cheaper than the guy that came before that wasnt very friendly. I highly highly highly recommend him for air duct cleaning and whatever other services that he provides.

Fireplace cleaning: Maya & Omer had the best customer service ever! Omer was on time, told me exactly what he was doing, and went above and beyond to clean my gas fireplace and make sure it is functioning. He cleaned up afterward and spent time showing me how to run it, and even added some material that makes it look like there are embers in the bottom.Highest recommendation!

Arrived on time and was very professional and fast! Omer explained everything he was doing and showed me how to keep up with the maintenance for aftercare. I was so impressed with the work that Omer did! He was able to fix the clog in the dryer duct/vent very quickly and explained where the problem was, and how he was going to fix it. He was very kind and professional. If we have any future problems we will be calling Lady Bird Specialist.

It was so easy to schedule and Omer was punctual, thorough and very communicative. It was satisfying to see photos and videos of the cleaning and he gave lots of information about staying on top of duct maintenance.

Cleaned out my ducts well. My ducts exit from the 2nd floor roof, which means gunk has to travel against gravity. Omer had a big enough ladder to access it. I also wanted to do away with the fire hazard exacerbated by fabric softener from the former people who lived there.

Will be using Lady Bird again. Tom was fantastic. Very professional. Showed me everything he was doing while cleaning out my dryer vents.
