Tyler and Nate did a fantastic job in getting the carpet looking as good as new. There were some repairs also , and all the work was done with superb equipment and their skillful work. Josh at the office scheduled the job at our convenience. The job comes with a warranty . Just in case some work is not as per your satisfaction , they will come back and do their best . I would highly recommend using their services. Easy to schedule .

They were friendly. Carpet was left with a sticky residue. Carpet cleaner was not here very long 15- 20 minutes. I could have done a better job with a rental machine and saved money. Seems like they sprayed some soap to make it smell good and Carpet does not look cleaner. I wish that I had kept a better watch on them.

K&M Steam Cleaning is a company you can trust. They are very honest and realistic about their ability to remove stains. They are extremely knowledgeable and have great customer service. They had the knowledge and ability to remove a permanent stain on a quartz countertop caused by an aloe vera plant. During the consultation, Ken let me know there there is a possibility that it will not work. I appreciated their honesty. Luckily, in my case their technique worked to remove the stain. Im so thankful for their knowledge and abilities. They are a company whose consultations you can trust. Dont hesitate to use them.

Technicians Arthur and Alex arrived on time and got straight to work. They were polite and professional. Five rooms cleaned in record time and are now beautifully clean. I highly recommend K&M cleaning. We have used them over the years for upholstery cleaning too. They always do an excellent job.

K & M has just cleaned the tile & 25 -year old grout in my kitchen & it looks great! They have cleaned our rugs, tile, driveway, & white upholstered chairs & sofa for over 10 years and do a great job - pet owners, call K & M! Mike & Josh just made our old kitchen tile grout look new-the grid look is gone!

Tyler did our upstairs loft area and exceeded my expectations. Having dogs, there were some stains that we didn’t know would come out and you can’t even tell now. The whole process was easy and efficient; they ended up coming the day after I called for a quote and got it done fast. Tyler was very helpful, respectful and respondent. The mattress is still dirty and the texture of my mattress is no longer smooth whatever was done to it changed the texture of the mattress and the stain was not removed. I have before and after pictures. The guy took a picture of the clean side and dirty side as a comparison photo but it’s fraudulent. The stains after the mattress dried look worse. I’m extremely upset, there are little black balls all over it.The couch was not cleaned properly and whatever was sprayed on it is making us itchy and break out. My partner and I had to finish picking the dog hair and a stain I scratched out of with my nails. I bought the couch from FBM and wanted a deep clean however the guy showed up with one spray bottle and told me he added some awesome furniture cleaner the bottle was half full to start with so I don’t know how they cleaned a mattress and sectional with that and their vacuum.This is the kicker!!! I was quoted 179 for 6 feet and 29 for 6 extra feet however the guy said my couch was 8 feet and I was charged 29 x 5 he said that for every foot over 6 is 29 each. The website does not indicate that so it’s false advertisement.This is the worst service I’ve ever received 380 gone to waste!!!I was called by customer service (in which she was very rude and combative towards me) and told the owner would come assess the damage he never showed up! While their response is very general my mattress didn’t require a deep clean the fact they messed it up is the problem. I will contact the BBB and tell everyone I know not to use this company.

Family of 5, military veteran with a dog. Needed to bring the carpet back to life to sell a home. I recommend paying little extra to get the pet treatment and the Paint Oil and Grease ( POG).Keep the AC low on 72 and the house will smell like brand new when it dries.Austin put that extra attention to detail that was needed for my home.Thank you.MD

I had them come out on a Saturday and I was told I was the last job of the day as well and from start to finish the (2) gentlemen that did the carpet were here a total of 27 minutes 4:04pm -4:31pm. I could see little stains when they were finished and was surprised because I didnt ha e any terrible stains to start with. I had to leave and came back at 10:30 pm so 6 hours later. My carpets were still soaking wet and it was humid in the house at this point and didnt smell good either. I left them a comment asking if this was normal with no reply and later left another telling them I had pictures but it looked like the guys just skipped big areas of the rooms cause they were completely dry and didnt look as clean as the soaking wet parts did. I still didnt get a reply and waited and still didnt get one on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. So they didnt care they did a crappy job. I had to pay them $250 for (3) rooms and (1) tiny like seriously 10 ft hallway. Seemed a bit high and especially after the carpet not being cleaned very well.

K&M was the most affordable steam cleaning service for a large home (6 rooms, 2 walk in closets, 1 hall). I was able to obtain a quote from them via text message, email or phone. Once I received the quote and approved the cleaning I just added my card information via a link they sent to me. Scheduling was SUPER easy!The team arrived at the beginning of the scheduled arrival window and was done within 30 minutes. We are moving out of a rental so the house was empty. Were very happy with the results of our cleaning.Thanks K&M for affordable, quick, and professional service!

I am helping my sweet, 88 year old neighbors sell their house. I hired K&M to clean their 25 year old carpets. The couple had not been in a position to clean their carpets for years, and there were so many stains. I was so amazed by the team of 2 men that came to clean their carpets. They worked so hard to get the stains out. It looks significantly better! I cannot tell you how thankful I am for the two men and K&M! They were very kind and understanding and did a fantastic job. After receiving an incomplete dryer vent cleaning from a different company, my dryer was still not working properly and had condensation on the dryer lint trap all the time. I requested K&M to come out. Come to find out, the other company did not complete the job and there was still a clog in our dryer vent. K&M did a very thorough job taking care of our vent. Now our dryer works properly. Thank you K&M. I highly recommend. Very easy to schedule with and professional. Carlito and Travis did great work.

Isaac did an amazing job keeping me updated on the cleaning process (since it was a rental property and I was not there). He sent me before and after photos and seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I will definitely use this company again in the future! They were also able to get out some very tough stains and odors preventing me from having to replace carpet at the property!

I dropped off my living room rug to be cleaned after my dog peed on in several times. I priced several places, two I had used before and was happy, but K&M was the most reasonable and had a short lead time. They did a great job cleaning my rug. It looks like new and smells clean! If you have pet urine, I recommend taking your rug in to be cleaned at their facility. Urine stains need to be cleaned from the back side. You couldnt even seen the stains from the front, but you could smell them! They were visible on the back side, though. K&M knew this and cleaned both sides. Highly recommend.

I’m extremely satisfied with K&M. I had a brand new white CB2 couch that our cats had peed on and called K&M to see if they could clean it. They came and cleaned it in about 15 minutes and told me there was a 10 day warranty. We locked the cats out of the couch room while we went on vacation for New Years and unfortunately they peed on the guest bed while we were out. I immediately contacted K&M and they came the next day to take care of it. Tyler was the cleaner and he was very professional and quick. There is no trace of a smell on either surface. In the past I have tried cleaning myself with enzymatic pet cleaners and angry orange and the smell never seems to go away. I’m glad that I finally admitted I don’t know what I’m doing and called K&M.

The service i got from K & M was incredible. They did a fantastic job on my small carpet repair. I even made a mistake and they sent someone out to fix it and didnt charge me for the call back, despite it being completely my responsibility.I am a contractor so I understand how much care goes into providing good customer service. It felt like that old fashioned customer service that is so hard to find nowadays.I will definitely be using K & M for all my carpet repairs and steaming. I cant recommend them highly enough. Honest guys, hard working, and extremely careful and knowledgeable, would leave 6 stars if I could. I had them come and clean out my dryer vent which had never been cleaned before, they had to get on the roof, in the attic, and really work to get this thing unclogged but they got it done and did a great job. Give these guys a call if you want it done right!

The people who came out to do the cleaning itself were perfectly nice however, this company strangely refuses to give a number for how much a service will cost. I called for the carpet in a 1 bedroom to be cleaned. I asked what the base price would be & the woman wouldn’t tell me but assured it’s priced based on how bad the carpet is. My carpet wasn’t horrible but it had visible discoloration from my dog. I didn’t request anything special to be done in terms of treatment. The people who came out to clean the carpet mentioned that it wasn’t that bad and that it’ll be cleaned quickly because of it. What I was not expecting was a $179 bill. K&M, if you’re going to charge people that much, can you at least give them a heads up? I’ve tried calling your number multiple times and it’s funny how y’all mention a quote when I never got one.

From top to bottom . The first picture shows the carpet when the team just left. The 2nd picture is after the Teams return treatment. The 3rd & 4th pictures are after I retreated the carpet with Resolve carpet cleaner.Unfortunately, i could not insert the photos.I thought my input might be useful to you & your cleaning team.First, I must say the cleaning team was nice, generally did a good job and was very helpful. The carpets were all well cleaned with the exception of one porch patio carpet. On my seeing the remaining stains on that carpet K&M sent their team back and went over the spots again with what was their best product . When they returned, the team went over the spots and worked hard, and the spots did improve, but not to the proper measure. I had found that I could remove the spots or lessen them a great deal by running my fingernail over them, but that wouldve been hard for the Team manually to do on the on the 3 x 3 section of the rug in question. I suggested they try Resolve however they said Resolve foams up their machines and its not useful to them. After they left, I took out my Resolve and can say that while not perfect the rug is substantially improved certainly over their first try and also improved over their second try. I have enclosed some pictures to show you the progress. I must say I expected that I would not have to hit the carpet with Resolve after they left and to that extent I am disappointed.Margaret Gosselink

Dirty rug looked like new when I picked it up. I had tried to pick it up earlier but found them closed early. Found out this was their only location that had operational difficulty when outdoor temperatures were below freezing. I’m from Nebraska originally so not used to this area. I guess this makes sense where basements are rare. Anyway the rug looked great and will keep coming to this family run business.

You were quick and efficient. My carpet looks good as new and it is sanitized with no bad odors!

Getting a quote and booking was easy, the guys that came were pleasant. It was very expensive and not a thorough deep clean as we expected. I feel ours was rushed as the guys arrived at 5pm so I imagine it was the last of the day and they were probably in a hurry to be done. We did full deep hardwood floor cleaning and added bathrooms. Initially we were told it would be 2.5 hours but they finished in an hour saying it wasn’t that dirty. Shortly after they left we found multiple spots in the kitchen with old food splashes, I was easily able to get them off with a wet paper towel so I’m not sure how a “deep clean” missed them. Due to this we checked a few other high traffic areas with a wet paper towel and all of them the paper towel was dirty. The bathroom floor cleaning was fine. Overall this service doesn’t seem better than the good mop job our cleaning ladies do for 1/10th of the price. I honestly wouldn’t even pay half of what we did, we cannot recommend the service.

We had an urgent issue and the first company I thought to call was K&M steaming. They had done a service for us before and we liked the results. When I called, Nicole connected me to Ken and he explained all of our options and had a technician dispatched to our house within 30 min. Austin and another team member worked really hard to complete the service we asked for. Austin was knowledgeable, professional, and worked hard to get the job done. We are super thankful!

Will not use them again. Both rugs are less than one year old and came back in poor shape.. no shoes allowed in my house and my dog is a toy breed. original stain was treated but many more stains were created during the cleaning process. One rug is completely ruined due to discoloration caused by the cleaning detergent ( it was white, now it’s dusty tan). The other rug returned with black stains on the edges and long yellow lines in the middle and a shoe print on the back of it ( also white rug). I just waisted $3,300 rugs price plus $514 cleaning charges. Not to mention that both rugs took almost a month from the pickup day to the drop off (over the phone they told me it will take one to two weeks max). They have a nice team but the quality of cleaning is poor. If you have expensive rugs then this is not the right place.

I really enjoyed the work Austin did. He was super nice & helpful, he even helped me put my bed back where it goes! Plus the carpet smells amazing!! Only downfall i had was i wish we had bought a more matching color for the closet & it was a little more than i wanted to spend but overall great!

Brought in a basic area rug, as well as a 3” shag, and K&M did a great job cleaning them. Came out better than I was expecting! Only took a couple days, and communication was excellent. Y’all need to bring your rugs to them to get cleaned!

Awesome place! Called within an hour with a quote, answered all of my questions, and had someone out to clean my carpets within 24 hours. The team showed up on time, finished thier work with fantastic looking results, and i couldnt be happier with the service. Ill be calling for thier other services soon.

Well, they did an excellent job with the task of cleaning the furniture, the back-and-forth on the details was less than ideal. For starters, they were supposed to pick up chairs at the same time they shampooed the couches. Apparently there was a miscommunication, and that didn’t happen so we had to wait for them to come back and get the chairs. And then when trying to contact them about bringing back the chairs, I left three voicemails before they finally texted me back. So again, they do a great job with the task at hand, but be mindful that it might take a little extra work on your part to get the scheduling down correct.

My experience started out well with K&M, but took an ugly turn as they refused to be flexible in sending someone out to re-clean the rug that looks 100x worse than before.Sunday evening, my dog had thrown up in a few spots on the rug. I hit the dark spots immediately with my Little Green Steam Cleaner, and got it in a pretty decent place.I contacted K&M Monday morning, as I wanted to get it professionally cleaned before the stain had fully set in. They were able to send a team out the same day, and I had them clean a second rug while they were here. When they left, it looked a lot better, so I was pretty confident itd look even better when it dried. Side note, I had this same rug steam cleaned by a different cleaner in Dallas due to a similar incident, so I didnt see why this situation would be any different.Unfortunately, by the time I got home from work the next day, the rug looked a lot worse. The brown spots had spread and consumed a majority of the carpet. I unfortunately had a jam packed Wednesday, so I made the call first thing on Thursday to send someone out.I got a call back a few hours later this AM (around 11 or so), and they acknowledged that this happens sometimes. I explained that I was leaving for a 10 day work trip tomorrow at 5:30pm so asked if they could send someone out before then. I got put on hold a few times and was told there was a 3-7pm slot tomorrow afternoon. I asked if they could come right at 3pm before I left for the airport, they said they couldnt guarantee it after talking with the manager and were unwilling to grant me any flexibility, so I hung up the call.I find it interesting they were able to accommodate me the same day (within a few hours) as a new customer, but completely unwilling to accommodate a re-clean that they acknowledged was common with a 36 hour notice. So Im now forced to either find a new company quickly or wait until I get back, which will probably decrease the likelihood of it being fixable, to which Ill have to replace an expensive rug after throwing $179 down the drain with K&M.I hate leaving negative reviews, but hopefully I can save someone the trouble I went through.

For the 3rd year I hired K&M to steam clean rugs and my sectional couch. I never had any issues. After putting my sectional back together again last night I notice numerous scratches on my floor. When I texted them this morning they asked for pictures, then their receptionist called me to ask how old the floors were and that they spoke to their guy and he remembers the job (how couldnt he it was yesterday) and that they did everything right and picked up all he furniture to move them. When I asked how she thinks I got the scratches which looked like they were from the original area out to where they Placed the sections she repeated they they did everything right and asked me if I watched them do the job? So I asked her were you here? Di you watch them do the job? So basically she is blaming me for the scratches. What insanity is this? I didnt ask for any discount or my money back just wanted an apology instead I get gaslit by this woman. Hard pass I willl EVER use this company again. I would advise against you using them too. Got carpet cleaning for whole home and grout cleaning for kitchen. When providing quote, the rep mentioned that he would lighten up colors on carpet as much as possible and for grout cleaning, he said is very effective. The color stains on carpet lightened up expect for one stain. But not happy with grout cleaning. The areas where there was carpet most of time, clean worked. But it was not that great in kitchen. The tech mentioned that it will take about 24 hours to get grout color back in kitchen area and it never came back. So, scheduled for re clean and set up an appointment after talking to manager. No one showed up second time and I had to call again and set up a different time. They showed up this time and the tech this time told me that if this doesnt work, you have to get grout stained and they are not going to come back. That being said, the kitchen still has dark grout lines and I paid a lot to get grout cleaned. Disappointed !!

K&M has been cleaning this carpet since we installed it in 2009. I should have taken before photos. Dylan’s team brought it back from the dead. We booked Monday and they were able to fit us in the schedule the same week.

I was thrilled with the great job they did cleaning the duct leading to my dryer. They were professional, efficient and quick. They answered all my questions and provided exceptional service. I will recommend them in the future for all their cleaning services.

I have used them in the past multiple times and service was fine. This time around their machine on the truck was broken and dispersed yellow onto (probably all my carpets!!) but my rug. After much discussion, sent it into the shop for a 2nd cleaning and after 3 weeks, to no avail, it’s no better. They have offered to do nothing. They pawned me off to the owner and the two of us never seem to coordinate our schedules to where they just blew me off. Zero resolution and have not offered anything on my completely ruined rug. After months of trying to resolve this amicably I can confidently say I would NOT recommend them and caution anyone who is considering as the customer service follow up when there is an issue is not there. And fyi one of their employees wears an ankle monitor and that was a little uncomfortable but he was always very pleasant to be around.

I was referred to K&M by my general contractor. They did a good job cleaning 4 chairs. They initially steam cleaned bathroom tile and grout, but had to return to resolve some concerns with respect to the tile cleaning. Ken, came over to inspect and resolve any issues.

Ive used K&M for years and Im always happy with the results. New companies will come and go, but I will continue to use K&M for my home and to recommend to clients because I know I always get a quality service.

I really wish I had remembered the gentlemen’s names who cleaned my carpets. Overall, I absolutely loved the smell and work they did. I have two dogs who have had accidents and my carpet cleaner just wasn’t good enough, so I called in the professionals. I have always had good service with K&M, but today I can tell you the guys went above and beyond! They spotted things I hadnt noticed and took care of them. They also offered a service I didnt know they had (stretching those pesky lumps that develop in the carpet) and made everything look great again! 🤩

May be they are good at steam cleaning but not at stretching / repair work for sure ..all I wanted is carpet stretch and the technician quoted for half room stretch with install tack strip and attach carpet, but the day of work he just installed tack strip and attached carpet .. the extra carpet piece and padding is again mine .. for the work he did the price is so expensive and waste of money .. not happy for sure.Update: So I called them and showed them the video/pics of work and they sent another technician, still it is in bad shape.

Arthur with the K&M team completely restored our dining room chairs. We thought they were long lost with respect to wear and tear. Like new! Arthur came out almost immediately while we were in the midst of a hectic move. K&M is second to none. They’ve earned a couple clients for life. Thank you!

They cancelled my cleaning appointment less than 2 hours before. Communication was horrible - Summer sent me a few very robotic texts, which is all I got. Planned to stay home waiting for them to come, they absolutely wasted my time and now I have to look for another cleaning company.

Did not inquire if and where problem areas were, did not move single ottoman or 2 lightweight chairs to clean beneath; in and out in under 20 minutes. Prefer not to have Tyler again.Not as thorough as in 2022.

Josh did a great job. Turns out a mouse ate our dryer vent instead of our vents being clogged. He investigated and figured out what was wrong and then taped the vent for us so we can operate the dryer until we replace the vent.

We purchased a home that likely at some point contained incontinent pets, which had resulted in stains in the concrete underneath the carpet/linoleum as well as a really strong foul odor. DIY attempts to remove the odor ultimately helped a bit, but failed to eradicate the smell.After researching, K&M Steam Cleaning came to my attention as they offer services to clean concrete, address pet odors, etc. We were in a bit of a rush to get the work done as we couldn’t proceed with further renovations until the bad odors had been eliminated. Ken, the owner, personally came out to give us a free estimate andwas able to get the job scheduled for the next day.We couldn’t be happier with the work that they did for us and will definitely be using them again in the future should we need their services.

Called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come on Monday. They kept me informed via text on arrival. Found problem and quickley fixed it!

Carpet patching was fast, gave us some tips to test cleaning on a couple of stained areas and he thought the could remove those stains if we schedule a cleaning.

The K&M staff are friendly, knowledgeable about various carpet cleansers, and on time. When they missed a couple of spots with the original cleaning they were back the next day to take care of it. I appreciated their high quality work.

I knew that the dirt would eventually return to the surface but I never expected it to be the same day. I told Isaac that the carpet was 22 years old but he assured me he could get it clean. I am so disappointed and can’t believe it cost $186 for it to look the same as before the cleaning. He should have been honest and said it couldn’t be cleaned.

Our POC was Isaac. He answered all questions and had amazing customer service. Him and the cleaning crew were done a lot faster than expected and did a wonderful job. I am pleased with their service.

K&M Steam Cleaning is great! We had a cat urine issue in our new baby’s nursery and they’ve been such a great help at getting the carpet fresh and clean and eliminating the smell. The tech, Tony was so helpful and informative about the processes and what to expect, as well as quick, efficient and courteous. Working with the company is really easy as a busy mom with a newborn, and I appreciate being able to communicate and schedule via text message, since getting on a phone call can be challenging. This ended up being a disappointing experience. The communication was good and the techs who actually came to the house were professional and lovely to chat with. The issue was with the results and the follow up. We had our upstairs carpet cleaned, plus two smaller area rugs came out to over $700. The entire cleaning took about 15 minutes, which I thought was odd for the scope of the work. Two of the rugs were stained with dog urine from a bad dog sitting experience. Both rugs still smelled strongly (a perfume smell plus pee) after the cleaning with the additional pet treatment plus padding extraction fees-- We ended up having to throw out both rugs afterwards. We politely contacted K&M to let them know that the cleaning wasnt effective and they offered me a $50 credit for a future cleaning... but why would we re-engage with a company with ineffective services? Disappointing experience and wouldnt recommend.

Terrible business and service. I have used them before and hadn’t had issues. I had them out in June to clean my carpets, which they left a stain on and I had to go back and clean. I then I had them out to complete tile and grout cleaning. They didn’t clean the grout in certain areas, others they cleaned and left the residue behind. I emailed them pictures and proof, even documentation from my landlord. They offered to come back and redo the job but at this point I no longer had access to the property. When I inquired about a partial refund they told me they’d come back. After a few more email exchanges as I felt a refund was the only remedy, they stopped responding all together. My attorney and I have contacted the BBB, do not use this company. At all. And don’t expect any customer service.

This is based solely off the professionalism of your employee who is driving around in your company vehicle, repping your name. He almost hit me going 70 mph on 183 because he was in the Mopac exit lane and realized last minute that he needed to get over. Didn’t put his blinker on and like I said I had to abruptly swerve and change lanes. Then he proceeded to laugh at me and flip me off. This employee could have seriously injured someone or even taken a life. 2 males, 2:32 pm today. The driver provided the show, the passenger did not participate just watched the entertainment. When he saw I was taking a picture of him in his work vehicle he suddenly stopped. This your employee K&M?

Carpet looks great and the 2 young gentleman who were here were very professional and nice! I was greatly disappointed as I asked to add 2 runners (thin runners,nothing crazy) but was told I couldn’t because the carpet was already paid for and they did not have a way to get an invoice for the runners. I also was told it would be $80 to do the 2 runners and then the gentleman told me it was going to be $179 due to the invoice issue etc. How does it go up $100 in 10 minutes and nothing changed, it still could not have been done. Disappointed. But we will have them come back for sure, just wish I would have planned better.

This is the 1st time Ive had an area rug professionally cleaned. K&M did an amazing job, everything from drop off to pick up was seamless and easy. We have two dogs and a cat, our rug turned out amazing, looked brand new when we picked it up. I highly recommend this company!

From the initial call to inquire about services, they walked me through the pricing and scheduling, and were able to schedule something quickly. We did a steam clean for a large wool area rug, a leather treatment on our couch and steam cleaned our chair cushions. However, be sure to get a price quote before booking as there was confusion over a coupon I had. K&M ended up making the price correction so I was happy about that but I had to speak with a supervisor.

I had my carpets cleaned by K&M this morning. We used Tony and Brent from Austin and they were fantastic! Very detailed in their work, worked very hard to remove stains in my daughters room, respectful and knowledgeable to speak with. They also moved a couch around to finish an entire rug. Even though I only asked to do half of it because the couch was in the way , I was thrilled! Highly recommend using them for your next cleaning services!

The guys were very nice and efficient. 2 rooms with closest took a little under 10 mins. Super fast. Maybe a bit overpriced though.

We had our dryer exhaust vent cleaned and Tony was so amazing! We called and they came out the next day! Highly recommend.

Initial appointment had to be rescheduled because crews went to the wrong address. Second appointment, crews stated they were unable to remove wrinkles and waves in carpet because they did not have the right tools. Third appointment, crew arrived on time and was pleasant and informative. They were not able to remove a couple of stains and they were not able to remove all the waves and wrinkles in carpet. I was asked not to go upstairs for 6 hours to allow the carpet to dry. 24 hrs later i went upstairs and the carpet was still so wet, it soaked through my socks. Also there is visible debris on the carpet that was not vacuumed.

We contacted this company about a dryer vent cleaning and they claimed it was too clogged and could not be performed.Not only did they not know which dryer vent exterior was the correct one, they charged me more than $300 for essentially nothing.I hired another contractor and it was done for half the price, in half the time and they even commented how unprofessional the work appeared to be from the last company.Will absolutely never use K&M again.EDIT: Since the company replied. I was consistently disappointed that it didn’t change much.K & M came with heavy duty machinery and they did not come to play! My white velvet couch looks absolutely fantastic - and it was quite beat up before.I suppose you get what you pay for and I’m so happy I decided to hire them and pay a higher fee. Thank you!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I should have read the recent reviews. Had an 8x10 rug that needed cleaning. Took 3 days to give me an actual quote. Finally called and said it would be $125 plus tax.Went to go pick it up 3 days later and the front desk person said the team did not wrap it up so were going to have fold it ourselves.We get home and are just completely disappointed. Yellow stains everywhere that werent there before. They had told me over the phone that this happens because of their cleaning, and that they could do a stain treatment which would be an ADDITIONAL $85 dollars.We have the little green bissell so my boyfriend suggested we try that on the yellow stains. BOOM, IMMEDIETLY GONE. The pictures show the before and after. Just some water and cleaning solution and they were gone but they wanted to charge me almost double what I payed for. SCAM.

I had a pet stain for my sick cat. They let me take the cushion to them and they thoroughly cleaned it and I picked it up two days later. I did let the cushions stay outside and protected area to let it air out from the cleaners Used. I had a great result .

Hate to leave a bad review because the guys were nice but the reality is that the results are sub par. 3 rooms cleaned in less than 30 min for $260 - you do the math. I had to ask the guys to do some touch ups. Also the one and only small makeup stain I wanted cleaned is still there. Afterwards I washed it out myself with a rag. Save your time and money. K&M is not worth it. They clearly prioritize quantity over quality with how quickly they rush through.

K &M are great! I called 2 other companies out to clean my dryer vent but they told me my roof was too steep. Ken with K&M came out with a crew used ropes to get on my roof and cleaned my dryer vent. They are very professional and did a job other companies wouldn’t do!

I have never used their cleaning services, but two men in one of their vans almost crashed into me around 6 pm today on North Capital of Texas Highway. Completely reckless driving. They were in a left only turning lane at a red light and out of nowhere (and without any turn signal) swerved right into my lane and almost crashed into my driver side if I didn’t speed up and get out of their way. I’m rattled but safe and extremely angry.

The folks at K&M really came through for me and knocked it out of the park. Nicole found a way to fit me in last minute, and she made sure I benefitted from a number of discounts. The actual steam cleaners who came to the apartment —Josh and another young man— were polite, friendly and informative. They answered all of my questions while they worked around the chaos of my apartment in the middle of spring cleaning. And “work” is the operative word: they busted their tails. My furniture hadn’t been professionally cleaned in nearly 15 years and they literally put their backs into thoroughly cleaning for hours. My furniture hasn’t looked this good since I bought it.Coincidentally, I worked for years in training customer service and property management. I can speak firsthand that the majority of the steam cleaning companies we used were never this thorough or professional. I’m impressed (and honestly shocked) by their work ethic and dedication to quality. I would recommend K&M To anyone.

Awesome crew. ISAAC was awesome. He let me know everything that they were going to do while cleaning my couch and loveseat. Looks like the furniture clean up well for 6 -8 year old furniture We will see once is dried since it’s a dark brown suede leather . It’s expensive but these are the times we are living in. But I always like to give suggestions at the end that maybe a little more time spent on cleaning and using a soft brush to scrub on top of using truck wet vac. Which I don’t think using a brush would have hurt the furniture. For the price I would show the customer little more elbow grease work. But overall looks good. I know it can’t look like new.

I used K&M to clean my sofa due to some recent home construction. I was their last appointment of the day so they arrived at the end of their allotted time of 12:30-4:30pm. They arrived right at 4:30pm and they were here for two hours. My project took them a while to complete for one sectional sofa. I think it took them too long. They also will use your own water supply for their cleaning machine. The crew was nice but I think they moved too slow. Their pricing is also way higher than the competition. I can say this because Ive had this same piece of furniture cleaned by another company that required only one technician and he did it in half the time for half the cost. I do believe they did a great job. My sofa is as clean as it was new. However, I will shop around more next time I need this job done. Ill will use K&M as a backup in the future.

Timely, professional and hard-working. I had a great experience and outcome. I have two white chairs that collect a ton of dirt and oil from humans. The main technician worked hard to get them as clean as possible and this was the best cleaning I’ve ever had!!

I was able to get same-day carpet cleaning, and it was a super fast process overall. The technician they sent out, Arthur, was very knowledgable and listened to my issue as well as explained the process to me. The only thing I wish was included was drying because I did have to go to Home Depot to rent fans to make sure everything dried ok. When youre already paying so much to have the carpets cleaned, itd be nice to not have the additional expense.

Their staff was unsmiling throughout and exhibited impatience. When I asked if I could take the mattress away to clean under the bed, he refused. I didnt insist, but I requested him to clean two small mats in the bedroom. It might have taken just a minute, but their employee rolled his eyes and said, Come on, lady! I was shocked. I paid $600 dollar for a total of an hour and a half of service, yet received such an attitude? I wont come back again.

We had some water damage and had to pull our carpets back to let the room and walls dry out so we called K&M to have it re-stretched and cleaned. Not only did they get us scheduled quickly (within a week), but they got here early in the time window and were out in less than an hour. We ultimately had 2 rooms, stairs and a hallway cleaned in addition to the re-stretch. They were professional, thorough, and with my 2 kids running around, patient. Got in and out while my husband and I worked, we barely noticed them. Would highly recommend for quality of service, professionalism and efficiency!

I hired K & M Steam Cleaning this time after a mediocre experience from Stanley and Zero. My whole house carpeting was thoroughly cleaned, deodorized, pet treated and scotch guard applied. This 20-year-old carpeting dried quickly and still looks great. Mikes team was early and did an excellent job. God Bless Ken and his family and support this local, family-owned business.

The techs were efficient, communicative and fast to clean my air ducts.

The technicians came right on time. Texted me 20 minutes before arrival. Discussed with me what I needed and got right to work. Did a great job. We’re able to get out some tough food stains. I was happy as I have been before. This is the third time I have used them.

Had K&M cleaned my sofa and cleared my dryer vent. I can honestly say Tony (our technician) hates dirt. Dude is seriously dedicated. Tony is still here cleaning away and it’s 9 pm. My sofas look new! Will be using K&M again.

K&M online reservation system worked very well. My original appointment was scheduled promptly. And I received a call later on offering an earlier time slot, too. The crew was professional and fast. And the company honored their advertised coupons, no issues. I would use them again.

Did a great job but I thought its very expensive for 30 minutes of work. Im sure the product doesnt cost that much. 2 bedrooms and a small rug area with pet odor remover for $343. The technician did offer a free odor bomb for being a first time customer which I appreciated.

They did a great job on my area rug that needed a nice deep clean after ~4 years of use (particularly by my dog). Smells great now, was priced fairly and the owner/staff were super communicative and nice.

These guys are amazing! They came same day and did an amazing job! Highly recommend! We will be using them again!
