I had a rug cleaned in the spring of 2024 right before we had our floors ripped up for massive foundation repair. It arrived back the next week and I did not unroll it in our construction zone of a home so that I wouldn’t immediately get it dirty. I had a rug cleaned with kiwi beautifully once before, so I trusted that it had been done well. Fast forward to September of 2024 when we finally were able to replace our floors — I was so excited to roll out our clean rug on new tile, only to discover that it was completely faded with bleach spots, brand new crusted on brown spots (???), and it absolutely reeked. I immediately called Kiwi and the representative I spoke to was wonderful. She said that someone had been let go from their cleaning team around the time I’d had my rug “cleaned” and that she would put me in touch with the manager. They scheduled pick up of my rug to inspect it and see what could be done. I emailed Lisa, who I was told was in management, and she responded in a way that inspired confidence as well. That was the last I heard from her. I called repeatedly over the next several weeks, emailed repeatedly, and found out Lisa was actually in sales and that someone else was the manager. I was told they were unaware of my issue but would kick it up the chain to resolve it. That was that. I have heard nothing. I still have no rug 4 months later, let alone a refund for the cleaning that I paid for. To be clear, I do not want the ruined rug returned, I want it replaced and the cleaning refunded. This is a horrible way to conduct business, and I should not have had to keep this in mind to deal with through the holidays and dealing with aging parents in and out of the hospital. It’s absurd.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - if you value your rug and sanity!! I am going to provide a very condensed version of my experience but understand it has span for over a year. They kept my 10x14 rug which belongs in our main living area for 3 months - returned it damaged, discolored with stain and shrunk it to where it no longer covered the rug pad it previously fit. They said they must have it back to try to fix it. They kept it for another 3 + months through the holidays and after multiple phone calls to get my rug back - They returned it without the repairs and even more stains - looked like someone spilt coffee on it- and leaves rolled up in it. After endless back and forth with Elizabeth Cyr the Manager they agreed to refund me the charges for their lack of cleaning and pay for the rug. Months later they have not provided a refund and will not respond to phone calls or emails. I have called their corporate office and Eileen answers the phone and tells me that there is no one I can speak with and I have to talk to Elizabeth only - who will not respond.The amount of disappointment, frustration and waste of time- this company has caused cannot even be expressed enough.I can not believe that Kiwi Services is still in business with the service they lack to provide. It is appalling that any company would deliver a rug back to a customer in the condition I received mine and not follow through with their promises. Photos of the rug and some emails provided for evidence.UPDATE: I would just like to share that the response from the owner was just for public appearances- as it has been over 2 weeks and I have not heard from anyone at Kiwi Services and still cannot reach the manager. Since I have in writing from their manager a refund for their poor services and my payment for my destroyed rug- but have never received the payment promised - I disputed with my credit card company at least the amount of the cleaning charges. Kiwi replied to my credit card company that the charges are valid. Kiwi Services is an unethical business. Took money for services they did not provid, absolutely ruined my rug to the point it had to be thrown away and did not provide the payment they promised for their damage.

Weve used Kiwi Services several times and have always been extremely happy with their service. They are professional, reliable, and do an excellent job getting our carpets looking like new again. Highly recommend their reliable service!

Does careful work on wool rugs. I have a hand made wool rug thats huge and have had it cleaned twice by kiwi. Its also white in some places so it shows everything. They also explained their cleaning process for wool fibers so I felt confident they knew how to protect the material. I recommend this company for wool and all area rug cleanings.

Used Kiwi Services to clean a large heavy wool weave area rug to remove pet stains and odors. Kiwi was able to make the rug look new again and the enzymes used to treat and eliminate pet odors left zero remnants. Kiwi did such an amazing job I am using them again to have another area rug treated for the same issues.

Incredible service, quality and attention to detail. I’ve used these guys for over three years now and I won’t go anywhere else. Once you get a package from them the first time, then they will continue to come back as much as you want them to. I have about four rooms that they come back for and with the warranty package that is included. It’s only about $60 every time. Totally worth it!

Do not recommend. Was told that a repair and cleaning was only going to take two weeks total. It has been two weeks and the customer service department is saying they cannot get ahold of their own repair department to assess. They supposedly haven’t been able to get ahold of the repair department for three days. This was after being told multiple times how amazing their master weaver is. Extremely frustrated with this process and it’s coming across like our rug has been stolen.

Returning to change my review. I had good service in Houston with Kiwi. Called them in Austin to clean my air vents. They are still dirty. The technician arrived late and basically told me the vents were already clean and could have just used a shop vac myself. He left a mess on the floors and then called back for my credit card info after taking an imprint. I am SO mad at the waste of time and money after having such a great experience.

Kiwi cleaning services have been taking excellent care of the rug I inherited from my mother for the last four years. Great service, professional staff and the pick up/delivery is wonderful. Highly recommend them.

Kiwi is always professional and does a great job. I’ve been using them for years. The cleaner they use isn’t full of chemicals, so it’s safe for pets to walk on. Regarding pets, they are always able to get pet stains out. Also, I love their discounted service for 6 months after.

At first I was skeptical because the price was so reasonable compared to other companies that clean nice area rugs. Kiwi picked up the rug on time and then was flexible when our plans changed on returning it. It looked good as new! Kiwi is now our go-to carpet cleaner in Austin.

Kiwi ruined hardwood floors, I will be taking them to a court!Ruining the floors: the tech dripped solution as he walked to carpeted area. We cleaned up the drops we found. The once we missed burnt into a hardwood floor; 4 dots total.I let Kiwi know right away with pictures. They kept promising to get back to me for no avail.Couple more items:1) For good reviews you get paid (so do not believe paid reviews)2) Cleaners do not move the items on the floor; something that was promised to me when scheduled. Not a big deal, but why lie...

Fast forward to 2023, when I am needing area rug cleaning WITH drop off service and Kiwi came to the rescue! I heard about Kiwi Cleaning services from a friend and I am very happy with the service. I have 2 pets (a dog and a cat) so after some time my carpet just kind of started smelling like pet fur. Once the cleaner was finished by house smelt fresh again. I would also highly recommend that if you have carpeted stairs like I do you have Kiwi clean those as well!

I should have read the reviews beforehand. They had my rug for 2 months, which I was fine with. But it was returned dirty. Likely not cleaned or even looked at. There was dog food and a big dog whisker inside of it when I unrolled it. It honestly looks even dirtier than it was when I sent it off. A total waste of $150. Vacuumed the rug just to see truly how dirty it was - the canister was completely empty before.

I booked a couch cleaning service. My couch was in decent shape but I wanted a refresh to keep it nice. Short version: I’m not quite sure what I paid for. There’s not much of a difference.Detailed review:As I said above my couch was pretty clean to begin with: 2 years old, no kids or pets. It had one small stain. The main reason I booked was that it was starting to have that “couch” smell.When the cleaner first left, the stain was gone and my couch smelled brand new. A few hours later the cleaning solution dried out and it’s basically back to the way it was, marginally fresher at best. Not horrible (it never was), but noticeable to me if I lay my head on the cushion.I don’t know if the solution was weak or if it simply didn’t penetrate deeply enough. They told me to expect the service to take 1h30m. I had a conflict and asked if they could do it in 1h15m, which they said was no problem. The guy was in and out in about 45m. So maybe it was a time / thoroughness thing.Good customer experience—everyone I was spoke with was professional and nice.I’m just disappointed in the end result. I once rented an upholstery cleaner to fix up a truly disgusting couch in college and achieved a better result on my own for much less cost. I expected better from hiring a pro.

Kiwi carpet cleaning is hands down the best service I’ve used for carpet cleaning. I have been using them for over 15 years. Kiwi has been able to get every kind of stain out of my carpets over the years. They have a carpet protectant that is amazing! After treatment, I can literally wipe away anything before it stains! They also leave me with spot carpet cleaner which I really don’t use because the carpet protectant treatment. The warranty cleanings are totally affordable and help maintain the new carpet look year round. I highly recommend kiwi services!!

I had an 8’x10’ shag rug cleaned a couple weeks ago. When I called to schedule the cleaning, I specifically mentioned the matted down areas on the rug that I was concerned about. I was told that those areas could be cleaned and should look better with less matting. I understood that those areas wouldn’t look new again but at least wanted the rug fibers to be a little more lifted so the rug would look at least halfway decent. I had this rug in the living room and was having it cleaned so I could move it to the bedroom so there would be less foot traffic. I unrolled the rug and I saw zero difference in the matted areas. All of them were just as matted down as before. I ended up just putting the rug in the dumpster, realizing that the matted areas are most likely unable to look any better, even with cleaning. I had spent $200 having the rug cleaned, so I called Kiwi and explained the situation, telling them I had emails that would prove that the rug was put in the dumpster by the maintenance guys at my apartment complex. I asked if there was anyway I could get even a partial refund, even 25%, just something to help me recoup some of the $200 I spent. I was told about the “policy” over and over, the “policy” is to let them see the rug and clean it again. The “policy”….,I have a small apartment and live by myself and I can’t keep a huge, extremely heavy rolled up rug in there, let alone move it around on my own. I knew I didn’t want to use it anymore. But there are absolutely no exceptions to the “policy” so I was told they could not give me even a partial refund. So Kiwi corporation has an extra $200, I’m out a rug and $200 of my hard earned money. I am extremely upset and think that even a partial refund would have been appropriate. I will never use them again.

I have been a customer of Kiwi for nearly 10 years. Most of the time I have the same technician come to my house so I feel comfortable that he is trustworthy and friendly. They are quick to schedule a cleaning, arrive on time, finish quickly, and do a good job. The warranty makes all touch-up cleaning throughout the year very affordable. I highly recommend them in Austin.

7/28/20Ive used Kiwis Cleaning & Restoration Services a couple of times in the past and Ive always been satisfied. I recommend them highly to all of my friends and family.They have gotten the worst stains like dirt from underneath peoples shoes our of the carpet. I like how my carpet feels clean and looking fresh after they deep clean it.The employees at Kiwi are professional and they arrived within the time window as promised. The customer service is also excellent and whenever I called whoever picks up the phone was always professional and accommodating.As a repeat customer Ive chosen to use Kiwis Cleaning & Restoration Services mainly because of the quality of how well they clean my carpet.My 3 year old couch was definitely in need of a good cleaning. Kiwi offers excellent customer service at more than reasonable rates. They have cleaned my carpets and left no stain unattended. They arranged to have an antique area rug repaired when my puppy chewed it. It was so well done, you could not see any damage at all. I recently had a large oval wool rug cleaned using Kiwi Services. The total experience from making the appointment, having the rug picked up, than cleaned, and later delivered back to my home was awesome. The rug was cleaned better than I had expected since it had large cream colored areas that were heavily soiled. For the quality of service I received it was a good value for the dollar amount I paid. Its now 2024 and time to get the carpets cleaned for the new year. Again, without even considering another company, I choose Kiwi. The same tech has cleaned most times and he is always on time, polite, very clean, constant with his work, and quickly completes the job and is on his way. I then have gorgeous carpets again. First, they do beautiful work meaning, the carpets are clean, and dont smell, dry quickly, stains are really gone, the technicians are clean and efficient. Then there is the ease of setting appointments and the promp coming and going. I love that for a minimal charge they come back and will reclean the rooms as often as I want for an entire year. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to clean their carpets especially if you have elderly parents or young children or pet stains.I wanted to add that after the work was done today that today was rather exceptional. The work has been consistant. But today, the technician who cleaned my carpet was able to get stains out of my carpet I was sure could never come out. Kiwi Services has always been courteous and made scheduling carpet cleanings for our rental home extremely convenient and easy. If you have tenants with pets or children the warranty service offerred is a really great idea. We had the warranty guarantee and it had actually just expired but since we were within 30 days of when it expired they charged us the same as if we were still in warranty. Fantastic! It is so nice that they will come out for a small trip fee and only $4 per room - cant beat that.

I have be using Kiwi Services for several years & I LOVE this company. With their one year warranty on carpet cleaning I am able to afford carpet cleanings every 3 months. I also love their duct cleaning 2 year warranty, which allows me to have my ducts cleaned & sanitized as frequently as needed for 2 years. Kiwi Services are SO AMAZING! I love them the citrus smell so good in your home. I was really shocked at the results the first time we used them. 9x12 area rug they come and pick up…. Great! So the guy takes the 1200 dollar rug that’s rolled up and folds it in half and stuffs it on the back of an overloaded pickup and ties it own….. I’m thinking they are just going to their local warehouse to offload it it should not hurt for such a short drive….wrong no local warehouse they take it to Dallas to clean it….. I found this out after 2 weeks when it was dropped off by the same person who picked it up and I noticed the edge of the rug was very wavy like it had been stretched…..hmm as I unrolled it to find all the same dirt and dog smell as when I sent it out 2 weeks ago , so I call and that’s when I find out the guy who picks it up and delivers it is the guy who cleans it so now I’m out 200 bucks have a rug that may be damaged from being folded and they want to send the Same guy to get it next week to take it back to Dallas to clean it again……I guess it’s a BBB complaint and disputing the charge to get my money back please think twice before you let them abuse your property!//// so fast forward to March guess what the sent a refund check 4 months after they said they would …. Please be careful and stay away from this company!!!!!

The 1st time using Kiwi was so amazing that I have scheduled my second carpet cleaning with them. The customer service starts with that initial phone call and ends with the tech. I can confirm that the service provided from beginning to end is top notch! I am a realtor of 15+ years and it is very importing for me to find someone in the industry to provide the excellent service to me personally since I refer out these types of services to my clients. On a final note, as-side from the amazing customer service, the tech did an exceptional job cleaning the carpets and removing stains that I wouldnt have imagined could disappear. I will continue to use Kiwi because I love their customer service. To me, that is one of the most important success factors for a company. We have used them for rug cleanings, carpet cleanings and now tile. I will continue to refer them to friends and family because they are good at what they do and very accommodating. They have done a great job each and every time they have come to clean our carpets. We get the same technician every time and is always prompt and supper friendly. I love the 1 year warranty and the great deal you get with those cleanings. So happy I found them.

We ordered a deep clean of our carpets. The 2 stains that we had were removed. After the tech left I was curious of how “deep” the clean up was, so I took my vacuum and went over one of the carpets. My vacuum filled up to completely full with dust and dirt within 5 minutes. We do not recommend this company.

Kiwi arrived on time to clean my carpets and took two rugs to their shop to be cleaned. I have used Kiwi 3-4 times and have always been pleased with their service. Writing this review will enable me to receive a $45 credit for my next service.Did this influence my review? You be the judge.

My experience with Kiwi was AMAZING! I had a dog get sick on my brand new beige couch. They came out and cleaned it better than it was before! They even helped with the pilling on the couch. After a couple days, there was still a slight odor. They came right back out free of charge (because of the 30 day warranty) and made it right. So happy about that experience that I am using them again for Carpet cleaning and already have my appointment scheduled. Thanks Kiwi!

Im definitely impressed with the work and customer service from KIWI. Im a Realtor and have been using them for years to clean my clients carpets and on my personal home as well. The products they use are non-toxic, fast drying, and yet harsh enough to get some of the oldess/toughest stains out. Theyre always on time and their follow up is great. They will even contact you directly to remind you that your warranty is almost up and time for your discounted cleaning. Very Impressed! Highly Recommended!!

The carpets in my home are approaching 10 years old and very light colored. I explained to the tech that I was not expecting a miracle when it came to one of the bedrooms that was really gross. He did an outstanding job, used 2 pads to scrub the carpet, and it turned out beautifully! I really was impressed with how soft the carpet was after it dried. The tech was very attentive to my needs and stated I just want to make you happy. Thank you Kiwi!

I had my carpet cleaned in the past and I have requested another cleaning , because the procedure works for me. The carpet looks great and it dried in a couple of hours just like I was told. I had the carpets cleaned in my rental house upon move out, back on July 1st. As of today, I have yet to see an invoice for services performed, despite calling almost every day. They also charged my card twice, and despite refunding the duplicate charge, my former landlord is still going to charge me for cleaning the carpets, due to the fact that there were still stains and pet odor. I would like a full refund, as I am completely unsatisfied with the service itself, lack of an invoice, and lack of any return communication. But over the phone Im told that the policy is to come back out and clean the carpets again, which has already been done, and also that the manager has no direct line and will call me back.Im okay with one star, because their sales people were friendly, but I would not recommend Kiwi to anyone.

I recently scheduled a carpet cleaning with Kiwi , I wanted to see what the difference was from two prior services I have used in the past ( WOW Capet Cleaning and Harts Both of these companies are outstanding, David Hart typically answers the phone when you call to schedule). So I book a cleaning and they offer a two hr window, I say that fine pretty typical right. Nope I waited for two hours and had to call them when they were late, I called after about 6 minutes, why only wait 6 minutes you say? They had two hours to get started, when I called they said they are just around the corner, no thanks Austin is notorious for 40 mile corners :(. I was personally disappointed with Kiwi; great website, poor real life follow through.

Makes a world of difference!! Have used Kiwis services a few times... have never really had any serious stains, but were always so amazed at how well it removes signs of heavy traffic. From making the appointment to having the carpet done, all personnel are always so professional. You need to experience this for yourself... for reasons already mentioned... and let me not forget the great, fresh smell of the cleaner they use and the wonderful repeat service deal!!

We used Kiwi when we moved out of a rental home last year. I am not a fan of carpets, but there they were. All rooms were in good condition when we moved in, and were about the same when it was time to move out.But when you leave a rental, you want to make sure all is well so you can reclaim that pricy deposit. I chose Kiwi for their natural approach, as well as a reasonable quote. I didnt want any surprises.But after they came and cleaned, I had a very welcome surprise. The carpets in every single room looked like new! And they were so soft...not stiff or sticky as I have had with some carpet cleaning companies (not to mention names but...Sears. Stanley Steamer...oops! Did I just say that?) Since they use a citrus based cleaner, the whole house smelled amazing, too. I can not say enough good things about them.I still dont like carpets, but we have them in our new place, too. I just scheduled a cleaning for my new home, and I cant wait to see the results!

The reps from Kiwi Services are great and really understand how to get carpets clean. I signed up for regular monthly cleanings and they always share their knowledge & expertise on what I can do to increase the life of my carpets, even with having 2 big dogs.

I love getting my Carpets cleaned by Kiwi! They are always on time, and and make sure they call before they are coming to ensure I am ready. They are quick, and do a complete, awesome job! Afterward, my whole house smells fresh and clean. I would truly recommend them.

By far the worst company I have ever done business with. Do not use this company! They picked my area fug up on 3/17/22 two months later I called to check the status and they advised they needed to do another cleaning and it was going to take longer and cost two times the price they originally quoted. Ok, I have multiple pet maybe it did need more cleaning, sure go ahead and do the extra service. Two months later I call to check status they advise they can’t find it and will call me back. No call, I call back the next week or so and am now being told they don’t have my name or invoice number in the system so they can’t help me. At this point I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told someone would call me back, again, no call. This goes on for a few weeks and I finally decide just to give up and call my 800 dollar rug a wash and time to purchase a new one. Fast forward to December 2022 I receive a call stating they found my rug and I owe them 400 dollars. I have spent the last month trying to speak with a supervisor with no luck. Would I like my rug back, absolutely it matches all my other rugs, but I’m not willing to pay 400 dollars for something they have had almost a year at this point. I understand a service was render but how do I know where my rug has been for the past year. Was it given to someone else, sitting in a dirty warehouse, has it been rolled up this whole time and now deformed? My biggest frustration with this company is the lack of communication! I have not been able to get in contact with anyone in customer service, supervisor, anyone! I have tried every contact on the website, email, anything I could find. Please save yourself the headache and steer clear of this business. Do your research!

I had a bad experience. The carpet cleaning was great. The wood floors not so much. They had to come 3 times to get all the residue off. The floors didnt look any different once they were done, so either they didnt need to be polished, or they polishing was ineffective. They charged me $700 to polish one room and hall, and I thought it would be top-notch. Their resolution: They offered a $200.00 refund. I was happy to pay for the carpet, but did not want to pay for the floors, as I was not satisfied, but they would not budge. Do not risk your money- if you are not satisfied its tough luck, an unusual policy these days. I have instructed our entire building to avoid this company. They could have easily saved the relationship with a refund, and gained the business of our building. I am a professional, and obviously was willing to pay a lot for the service- I had a quote for the $700.00, but when I pay premium prices, I expect premium service and satisfaction, which was not provided.

I was referred by a friend to use Kiwi and I am not disappointed. I have been using them since 2013. My house smells so fresh when they are finished. My carpets dont feel like they have a build up of soap. The Techs are very nice as well. I thought about using other companies, but I always choose Kiwi.

I reached out to Kiwi to repair and clean my antique rugs. Unfortunately I had a poor experience with this company. While the folks I talked with were knowledgeable and kind, their company lacks in communication and time management, at least for this type of work.I called Kiwi about antique rug cleaning and repair at the end of September. When I inquired how long the process would take, they said repairs depended on the severity, but rug cleaning would only take a few days. What they didn’t mention was that the repairer only comes in once a week, and the back and forth on negotiating repairs (of which I initiated, since I didn’t hear from Kiwi) would take a month.They picked up my rugs the following Saturday, October 3rd. After two weeks had passed with no contact, I called Kiwi for an update on the status of my rugs. The antique rug contact said the Master Weaver for rug repair only came in once a week, and my rugs would be examined the following week. She came back with an estimate ~4 days later on Monday that was far higher than what I anticipated. My contact then said she would come back to me with a better price by Wednesday. Wednesday passed, then Friday... I called back again on Monday asking to speak to my contact. I was told she was busy but would get back in touch with me ASAP. She never called back. Wednesday I called again, still unable to reach her. A customer service agent (not the antique rug specialist) called me back that night after seeing my missed call. After explaining my case, she said they would take $100 off the original quoted price, but it would be another month to complete the work. I then asked how long just rug cleaning would take, and she quoted me two weeks (keep in mind, the initial quote for cleaning upon my introductory call was a few days). I asked Kiwi to return my rugs. This was a month of back and forth, with communication initiated by me, not Kiwi, and ultimately no service provided due to their poor communication and inability to give customers a service timeframe.In all, this was an incredibly frustrating experience that could have been avoided by communicating more proactively, being more transparent about timelines and setting expectations, and offering updates to customers with more time-consuming orders. Because of this experience, I would not recommend Kiwi for their rug cleaning or repair services.

The team from Kiwi Services did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in the downstairs bedrooms and hallway . Because the hallway and one bedroom were small they offered to clean the stairs at no cost. The were on time, courteous, and efficient. I was very pleased with their service.

I dont think my couches looked any different than it did before they were cleaned. No response from company when I reached out. Would not recommend.UPDATE: Kiwi reached out to me, apologized for the delay, and I have a second cleaning scheduled for next week. Will update this review again thereafter.SECOND UPDATE: I have revised my review based on the follow up from Kiwi, including the second cleaning. My couches looked significantly better after this cleaning. Would have given five stars had this been the case after the first cleaning.

I scheduled carpet cleaning and stretching for 4 bedrooms. I had everything moved out of all of the rooms and the day of got a call saying they were unable to come out and the soonest they could come out again would be three days later. Not happy but they were apologetic and offered a 20% off discount on the stretching. The day of, one guy shows up, which I later found out it is customary. He was nice and polite, but did not seem well trained. It was taking so long that my husband had to help him take off the doors. In addition, we had to ask him to restretch several areas and re-spot treat a few places which he gladly did, but we shouldn’t have to ask for that from a professional. By the time he was finished it was around 730 at night and we were left to hang up all the doors again move back in the furniture etc. while trying to get kids to bed for school. The next morning after taking a better look around, I noticed that in every room there was at least one, if not 2 or 3 areas that weren’t even attached to the tack strips. When I called to tell them about this and asked them to send a different technician out that day so I could finally move all of my furniture back in, they told me the earliest they could come would be in another three days!! Needless to say I will not be using Kiwi services and cannot recommend them. Their website, online reviews and customer service representatives were very polite and made me believe we would be getting efficient, excellent service, but unfortunately that was not the case.

I have used Kiwi Cleaning services for the past three years. They are very prompt, do an amazing job at cleaning my carpets. I have two pugs so they tend to leave potty messes on the carpet. Once Kiwi comes by and use their special pet oder eliminator along with the regular cleaning solution my carpets look almost brand new and they do a great job getting that pet smell and stains out.I am now making the leap to have them clean two of my couches (glorified dog beds) as well as cleaning my air ducts (never been cleaned before.) I highly recommend you use their services and be sure to ask about the one year warranty offer that they offer. Under the warranty they will come back and clean the carpets at a very low rate so you can always have fresh clean carpets.

Kiwi Services are an absolute joy to work with. They have accomodated my last minute requests including cleaning carpet the morning before my 11 year old girls sleepover party and a day before arrival of weekend guests. To my amazement, they successfully removed some oil stains that I was convinced were permanent and impossible to remove. It was magic. They are resonable, get the stains removed and are very dependable. I highly recommend.

I love that Kiwi Carpet uses natural products that are safe for the kids and pets. I love that there is a natural clean sent when they are finished and not a chemical smell. I appreciate that they help me move things around and are respectful of things in the house, including my time. Anytime I have had a change to my schedule they have been flexible with me.

I was, in the end, very very satisfied with the service I received. The crew had not covered all of the areas that I expected would be cleaned so I call the company back. They quickly sent out a new technician (Richard) who did a great job and I had him add on cleaning of the grout on my stone tiled floors in addition to the spot cleaning. He not only hit the spots that were missed, but found stains that were not properly treated and removed them. I found customer service to be very responsive and concerned with my satisfaction. i would have given them a full 5 stars if it were not for the fact that I had to have them come out twice. My carpet looks great and my house smells clean and not musty. Thank you Kiwi!

Had beer spilled all over my brand new couch and it soaked in overnight because no one bothered to mention it. After discovering that my house now smelled like a frat house, I called kiwi through the recommendation of a friend. They came right out to my house and had my couch smelling and looking great in about 45 minutes. The stain was gone and my couch is good as new! Ill definitely be using kiwi for any cleaning services in the future.

I was given quotes by 2 people, had to call back and wait on hold to confirm the quote several times....then to make matters worse they cancelled my appointment because their rug technician was out. Apparently they only have one for the entire company? Did not make sense. I found this out after waiting all day long for them with no notice. When I called to inquire where they were, she could not have cared less about the inconvenience or my business. No apology. There are lots of great businesses out there, do not use this one! Their customer service and follow thru is terrible.

Kiwi Services is extremely convenient for anyone with pets or children. The quick drying time allows for your children to return from school or daycare to a house ready for regular foot traffic. Your pets can stay in the yard while the carpets are being cleaned and return into the house in a relatively short time. Your entire house can be cleaned with little interruption to your daily schedule.

I booked Kiwi Services which I shouldnt have ad they werent super responsive. The day came and as their arrival window came to an end, I called to check in. I was told theyd be here in 20 minutes. They never showed. I called back and they said they werent coming but would rebook for a discount. Fine, but frustrating. The day before that appointment they called and told me they double booked and needed to move mine. What? I told them this was frustrating after they no showed last time. The lady got very combative. I rescheduled. Later in I decided to call and tell them I was worried that if they couldnt even handle scheduling, I was nervous about the service itself..... especially since they now only have one very overworked technician. I would not recommend this company.

Worst carpet cleaning experience ever. I wanted them to get pet smells out of 2 bedrooms but they only cleaned the traffic areas and the smells are still here. I was even willing to pay more but I think they just wanted to do at little as possible. Dont waste your money or time.

The centerpiece of our family room is a tannish, 15-year-old leather sofa that needed cleaning and restoring. The young man that Kiwi Services sent to render aid to our couch was consummately professional--arriving on time; explaining in detail the products and process for cleaning/restoring; and meticulously, gently administering the solutions. Two hours later, the result was a healthier, dare I say happier, piece of furniture. I was impressed. I highly recommend Kiwi Services.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. They do not deserve the lowest 1 star rating. I scheduled to have my area rug and sectional carpet cleaned at least a month in advance. The carpet pickup rescheduled twice before they came to get it. Finally it was picked up, and after 5 weeks with no word from them, I finally called to see when I would be getting my rug back. After 3 attempts with customer service reps who couldn’t tell me where my rug was, someone finally gave me a date for 2 weeks later to receive my rug. They had my rug for a total of 7 weeks. Meanwhile, I had an appointment for this company to come clean my sectional couch. After they were over an hour late for their appointment, I called, and they said they wouldn’t be able to make it after I had this appointment scheduled for over a month! No phone call, no notice, no reason, just a no show. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, and I said absolutely not and requested my rug returned as soon as possible. We’ll, my rug was finally returned today, returned by a guy in an unmarked truck who hoisted it out of a crumpled up position, and it wasn’t even cleaned! It looks more dirty now than when they picked it up. There is brown around all of the edges, and there was literally a corn flake stuck to it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Weve had Michael out to repair our carpet in the past and now to clean the carpet. He is professional, efficient, and does a great job! Well use Kiwi next time we need carpet work done.

Few days ago I called Kiwi Services for Air Duct Cleaning. The service was done by Trevor who took his time to perform and excellent service. Now I feel the air flow cleaner and refreshed. Thank you Kiwi for a great service! I will use their service again!

Technicians are great! But the sales department isn’t as great. I was promised a window of arrival from 3-5, got my family taking out all the furniture out of the rooms before then so we could be ready. Technician did not arrive until 7:30 pm! Only reason I didn’t cancel and went with someone else was because I had nowhere to sleep! Since I had taken all the furniture out. I called the sales repeatedly and they just kept adding 30 min. By the time the technician arrived my husband had left for work and I had to do all the furniture moving by myself! They had promised 2 free rooms for the inconvenience but when the technician arrived he said he had no knowledge of this and charged me full price. I believe the sales personnel shouldn’t promise stuff that they cannot deliver. Starting with the estimated time of arrival.

I’ve used other carpet cleaning businesses but nothing compares to the quality of work that Kiwi Cleaning provides. Their services are unmatched hands down and I would definitely give them 5 stars.

Very satisfied with services offered. The year warranty is worth the money (base fee plus $4 per room) each time they come out. Appointments are easy to book and have I been able to schedule with little advance notice. Unfortunately they are not located in my new residential area at this time.

No major stains on our carpet to begin with but, with 3 kids who are constantly coming and going, it does start looking lived on after awhile. Always amazes me how Kiwi can bring it back to life... and love the Kiwi service warranty!

I have been with Kiwi for many years. I use Danny and I am always pleased with the attention to detail he gives to my carpet. I have been very satisfied! The customer service is great!

The workers are always prompt and courteous. The job is performed in a timely manner and always presented for inspection. I love the fact that the carpet isnt saturated and the fresh smell. The reward program is awesome. I use it frequently since I have high traffic with boys and pets. It makes it so much more affordable to get frequent cleanings.

I dont know what went wrong, but Kiwi did nothing for my rug. It smells gross and moldy and is covered in hair, dirt, and stains. They made some excuse about how its not possible to remove all pet hair or turmeric stains. Well apparently that goes for all stains, coffee, wine, the works! I thought I was paying for a professional. I know how to vacuum and spray chemicals myself. I guess thats all they do, except they charge $100 for it! Money down the drain. And now I have a worse smelling carpet. If anyone knows a good carpet cleaner please refer me, because I am at my wits end. Otherwise save your money and just clean it yourself.

I have used KIWI Services since 2010. In my experience they always provide a wonderful cleaning service that leaves the house smelling clean and fresh without the smell of chemicals. Another plus is the very short drying time for carpets.

I am a 2nd time customer and I am pleased with the service and the product that cleans the carpet. The service is prompt, efficient and polite. The turn around time is special to me as well I am able to walk on my carpet in a couple of hours after cleaning unlike other carpet cleaners 24 hour wait.Bottom line it is a good clean product and getting a cleaning time is very easy with the polite representatives that assist you while setting up an appt.Joe

After several hours cleaning...there was no difference in my carpet. Waste of money.Several weeks later after posting my review I get a email stating they would contact me about my review. Nope ... no contact. Again made a bad choice about this company and after $300+ spent on cleaning my carpets there is no visible difference. Save your money and go with someone else...anyone else.

We got a new puppy and needed the piddles cleaned up! They came and within 15 minutes the whole house looked like new again and it didnt cost us an arm and a leg. We have unlimited cleanings for the year and it has proven to be a great deal.

Technician was thorough and professional. Sales staff cannot be trusted. They will tell you anything you want to hear even though they cannot deliver. We requested help in moving furniture and were promised a crew. In reality they never send a crew as there are only 4 technicians for the entire area and they all work alone. We requested carpet stretching and we were promised it could be done. Technician arrived and basically couldnt t do any of the stretching work. Apparently the disconnect between the office and field is very common. I would not recommend using these people.

Scheduled a cleaning to get my sectional cleaned, & the soonest was almost two weeks out at 10am. No problem! Took morning off of work to be there, day before they change it to 2-4pm. No problem I guess I will wait because I need this cleaning. They don’t show up until 6:30pm after calling countless times to ask for an ETA with a “we will call back to let you know” & not getting call backs. The gentleman walks in, takes pictures of fabric, then leaves quick & comes in & say they don’t clean this type of fabric even though it is stated online that they do. VERY UPSET at how I took a whole day off of work to wait around for them to show up (when I could have go in & worked a full day or even gotten errands done ) & then for them to say they can’t clean. Timing and effort was terrible, and this all could have been avoided if they simply asked what fabric my sectional is before even booking this appointment!!!!

I used Kiwi in the past for my carpet cleaning and my oversized rugs and they did a marvelous job. I tried using another Company, but it simply wasnt the same. I am proud to say h\that I am back with Kiwi and I am not leaving. Thanks .

We were super excited to get a good cleaning on our tile and grout and have it sealed. We were upstairs and my husband watched while our 1 person team cleaned. They did 2 of the multistep process we were promised via email and phone. When the cleaning was done, we were in disbelief this was the final product. Our tile looks the exact same and worse it is sticky (even though dried) resulting in my husband’s feet to pick up ALL the dirt. Our cleaner offered to talk to the manager, Justin, who had no desire to come out and inspect and stated that we needed to talk to customer service. He also stated that the multistep process hasnt been followed in a long time... When we talked to customer service, they said all steps should have been followed and offered to send someone else out next week (we are on vacation this week). The issue is the area manager was completely fine with the shortcuts, so sending them back out seems to be futile and a waste of our time. Super disappointed in this company. 😔

This would be the longest review ever if I went into detail about everything that went wrong...The cliff notes: Ive been without my living room rug for 2 months, they did a terrible job, charged me for a protectant that never got put on, had to call customer service four times. Finally spoke to a resolution person whos resolution for the two months and $400 Ive spent dealing with this mess was to offer me a $35 credit for the next time they came out to clean my carpets. Utter ridiculousness. They dont care about quality, their customers, or righting their mistakes. Do not, I repeat, do not hire this company. Also, take note on these reviews that the company only responds to the positive reviews...that should tell you something.

I have used kiwi on a couple of occasions and have allways been happy with the service. The best part is their warranty cleaning. Thats makes them a great value for your money. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Not only did they arrive on time they also did a walk through with me and explained steps on certain stains that would be taken to removing them. After it was all said and done I was happy with the outcome and surprised that all but one stain (teens and nail polish!) came right out and it looked great.

Upon scheduling my appointment of 1/5/2015, the phone rep did not even inform me of the type of cleaning they would be doing. Turns out that it is a spray on and buffer type cleaning. It got hardly any dirt out. Then the technician tried to repair a tack-less carpet re-attachment. He used a kick tool type of stretch (which is a common approach to re-attach the carpet to the tack-less strip under the metal strip at a doorway. He got enough stretched to re-attach it but did not pull up the strip to re-attach it he just kid of tried to shove it under the stripping. Then he noticed he completely tore a hole about 6 inches behind the problem stripping. Then tried to use glue stripping with an iron to glue it back into place. It now is coming totally apart. What a damned mess he created. And to think I tipped him $50.00. By the way, the total carpet attachment to the metal stripping has come apart causing us to almost trip on it. I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone.They dont clean a carpet, the just move the dirt all around and ruin carpeting.

Sales rep quotes one price on the phone, service tech gets to the house and quotes additional fees ($70 for deodorizing in addition to rug cleaning cost - wont do one without the other) and says Yeah, sales people lie to get people out to the house. We promptly said no thanks and will be going with another company.

Pretty perturbed they just left my house after cleaning my sectional, does not look any different they told me they had already gone over twice, they spent about 10 minutes on it and charge me $170. Maybe my expectations were set to high but I hope that they would have told me that it would not get much better before they started and I couldve made the executive decision on whether I would like to spend the money or not. Not to mention they didnt even tell me that they would not be steam cleaning my couch I couldve buffed it myself my husband has one in the garage.

I was not pleased with the service. They did not appear to remove any dirt. They vacuum, spray a strong smelling chemical, use a buffing machine, and then sweep it to make it look fresh. The chemical they used triggered allergies and asthma in my son and me. The machine is so large, it does not work well in hard to reach places, so they don’t clean unless space is easy to reach. My two bottom steps have to be cleaned. I will have to hire another company to clean behind them, because it does not appear they removed dirt.
