When I made the appointment I was quoted on the phone 128.00 for a dryer vent cleaning. Lucas came to my home today and told me that it was going to be 499.00 because the vent had not been serviced in a few years. I told him no way that price was ridiculous! We just moved into this house and I wanted the job done. So Lucas then pretended to call his office to help us out so he reduced the price to down to 250.00, which still was on the high end. I didnt wanted to pay another service fee so I had him complete the service. He literally was done in less than 10 minutes. I feel like I was duped. I will never use this company again!

Be careful with this company. I was told it would be $129 over the phone and then after they showed up they told my wife it would be one of 2 options. One was $300 and one was $400. I wasn’t home so I just told her to do the $300 and be done with it and then I got a charge on my card for just under $500. I inquired about it and was told my wife left a tip and she most certainly did not. After spending 4x what I was quoted I noticed that every time we ran our dryer the laundry room would get really humid. I finally pulled the drawer out on our pedestal to see that they didn’t even attach the hose back to the dryer when they were done so the dryer was throwing all the lint onto the floor and all the hot, wet air was being pumped into the laundry room. I’ve reached out multiple times and they will not respond to me.
