I had the pleasure of working with Centry HVAC as one of my preferred vendors while in property management in San Marcos. I couldnt be more satisfied with their service. They were always quick, highly communicative, and incredibly helpful. The team consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs, including making site visits regularly or when necessary.Their reliability and dedication were truly impressive. I absolutely loved working with our reps, Garret and Matt, who were both exceptional in their roles. Henry was typically the tech that visited our site. He was always very nice and made sure everything was handled correctly - making recommendations to help us ensure preventative maintenance was being done correctly and extend the life of our systems. Also, our assigned delivery driver (I am so sorry I cannot recall his name) was the absolute best delivery drivers of all our vendors. He was thorough and made sure everything was there. He always made sure to connect with a member of our management team to get a signature - which I cant say happens with other vendors all the time. And if anything was missing - which was a rare occurrence- he would figure it out before we checked and get it fixed immediately. Due to a family matter, I am sad to say that I had to relocate and wont be working with them anymore, but I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of AC assistance. Their professionalism and commitment to excellence make them a top choice in the area.

Thanks for hanging up on me twice Ray. Trying to make a call to check on part availability of a freaking bracket for a licensed AC company. But these fools wont even give you the time of day. Horrible customer service. I can understand if I was trying to buy something with Freon in it but these guys wont even listen to you ask the question before they hang up on you. Go somewhere else.

I have been coming to this branch since they opened both an employee of one contractor and now as an independent contractor myself. Frank, Anthony and crew have always been more than courteous and make shopping for HVAC supplies a fun experience!They typically have everything I am seeking in stock.Their prices are competitive.Personally their location is very convenient.

Frank and Anthony are the best in the business.. they are very professional and always have what we need for our jobs. I call them and they have everything ready for me to pick up.. sometimes I need a delivery and they make that happen...If I could give the 10 stars I would... They both definitely need a raise
