Alejandro was amazing—he arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue.Not only did he provide a clear assessment, but he also gave us a detailed estimate and multiple options to address the problem, ensuring we could choose the best solution for our needs. TRS came out quickly and when the job became a stumper - stuck around to really figure out just what was going on. (we had 30 ft of sludged up pipe!) Then they stuck around to finish the job (replacing 30ft of pipe in the dark with light rain). Nestor was so friendly and helpful. Would call them again for sure.

I’m a new Mom and our AC stopped working after hours on a hot humid evening and I called a dozen places that all told me I’d have to wait until morning for a technician to come out.When I reached out to Texas Reliable Services in South Austin at 8:30pm, Juan answered and said he could have his technician out within the hour. I have never been more relieved. Especially knowing my baby would sleep!!! Alex and Amir arrived and I’m not even joking, within 60 seconds of them looking for the issue, they found it and fixed it. My AC immediately started working and they showed me the root cause and explained why it happened. They were thorough, polite, professional, and most of all, they saved our night (and our baby’s precious sleep)! I will look no further in the future than TRS. Our water heater wasnt heating up to its fullest (old age). Called TRS, due to close proximity. They showed up the same day within a few hours. We paid $2,700 for 50 gal electric water heater installation. Not sure if we paid more.3 star because i) the work; they reused old torn up insulation which they tore up from the old water heater tank. Additionally, ii) I was charged a 3% fee for charging it on my credit card which I was not told prior to charging.

Update: I’ve used Texas Reliable Service for years now. They get technicians out quickly, the service providers are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They always identify the issue quickly - you’re paying for their years of expertise even more than the repair itself. They fix it and fix it well! The customer service of the admin staff and the technicians is first class. I won’t use another company!!Fast response, on time service, quickly identified and fixed the problem, easy to pay online, friendly service.

My AC went out in the middle of the night! I called at 7am and gave my info to a live person. Within 5 seconds Juan, the owner, called me back and had me scheduled for 8:30am! The repair tech was punctual and quickly determined the problem and fixed it! I highly recommend Texas Reluable!

Our ac suddenly stopped working one afternoon. Called our landlord and reported the issue. Husband tried working on the ac that evening, and did a few things to get it somewhat back up and running.The next day Juan and Nick from Texas Reliable Services came out to take a look. I really appreciated the fact that they did not walk in to my house and saw a working ac and assumed everything was fine. They were so incredibly professional. Very thorough in their work. They took the time to listen to me as I explained what had happened. I told them my husband basically put a bandaid over the issue and only temporarily fixed the ac. They went through, inspected the ac. They checked all of our vents to make sure they were circulating/ventilating properly. They found out what the issue was with the ac and fixed it right there.Highly recommend this company. Juan and Nick are top-notch at what they do! Thank you!

My upstairs A/C suddenly stopped working with the thermostat totally off. I called a couple of A/C repair companies and neither could come right away. Texas Reliable Services came out to my house the very next day and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, which turned out to be a clogged drain line. Their prices were exactly as promised, and the technician was knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

TRS was recommended by my HOA. I called this morning to help fix a leaky ceiling and was serviced just a few hours later. Rodrigo was on time, communicated what worked needed to be done, and fixed the problem all within a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company!

The team showed up on time and had the system diagnosed in minutes. It was during the first freeze of this year and we were feeling it inside the house until TRS arrived . They had our old system on and running in under an hrs time. they could have charged emergency rates and we would have gladly paid but they charged me for a service call and went on their way! Top notch and professional , Id recommend these guys to my grandmother !

So its still August and the heat actually just got loose after all the storms we had here in the area late July. Our unit was 16+ yr old, original to the house we bought used, and it finally said Im done yesterday. With a Mom who stays home with little ones, this was bad. The TRS team sent me a quote immediately, gave me a better unit than other quoted for a slightly better price, and got me taken care of next day. They also kept communicating throughout the whole process with text and email. Highly recommend this professional local business. Thanks yall.

TRS was great to work with. They were on time and very fair with their pricing and help. They were running a little late for the service call but made sure to text me a let me know. They had to dig in my front yard but made sure they didnt destroy my grass. Juan and James and Rodrigo were excellent to work with. I hope I dont get anymore leaks, but if I do, I will be calling them.

We were recommended Texas Reliable Services through our warranty company and couldnt be more pleased with the effort, attention, and service that they provided. Ruben is a great technician! He was extremely personable/professional, explained everything he was doing, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Our house is 15 years old with the original air conditioner. It took a few visits to get the problem 100% solved but each time we called they scheduled a visit for that day or the next (even on a Saturday and Sunday), came on time and were extremely patient with us. They were easy to work with and do solid work. We will be using them in the future for maintenance.

We called two other places and waited two days each only to have them not show up to their appointments.TRS fit us in for same day service. Showed up to the appointment and gave us Info on how to avoid our reoccurring AC problem.

I wish I could give them a zero. The guy came out the same day I called which was nice but it all went down hill from there. The technician claimed the coil was dirty, and said that he scheduled me for an appointment. The appointment time came to find that I wasnt on the schedule at all. They then scheduled me later in the day to have the technicians show up late to the appointed time window. After they cleaned the coil , my system is still not working. I have been 7 days without A/C and this is ridiculous. They are super unorganized and are NOT reliable. Do NOT use this company.

They started out great on a new AC install. The short version is now I have over $20k worth of water damage because they didnt repair a drain line correctly. Ive been trying to call them and text but they will not answer my calls anymore. Over 6 weeks now with no communication or working AC downstairs. I had to call another company to come out and fix their AC issues and now have contractors repairing the sheetrock, paint, carpet, and hardwood flooring damage. Be ware.

This past summer - after asking me lots of questions and talking with me for a few minutes he diagnosed and repaired outdoor A/C unit that a company before him didnt even recognize and had come out multiple times to attempt to.Faulty thermostat this time around and same quality service from Juan - talked with me, diagnosed within 10 minutes, gave some tips and that was that.I highly recommend Juan and Texas Reliable Services!

TRS installed a quality AC unit for me. They arrived on time to do a great job. The crew was very professional and completed an awesome job paying close attention to all details. They cleaned up after the job was completed to my satisfaction. I believe I got a great value for the money I spent. I am very content with the job and highly recommend TRS for any home projects. They do so many other projects.

I was assigned this vendor from my warranty company. Usually I have to call the vendor several times, to my surprise, they called me within five minutes of me getting off the phone with the warranty people. They asked me if I was available to have the technician come out within the hour. This was the fastest, most thorough and professional service call I have ever had for anything. Their technician was clean-cut, well-dressed and friendly. He was done and gone within about 30 minutes. This is the best case scenario for a service call from your warranty company.

Juan came out right away, and he even wore a mask! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. He was incredibly honest about what was wrong with our AC anddand spare any details. He made sure we knew exactly what we were dealing with, and took the time to answer any questions we had. He was also very reasonable with his pricing. I definitely will call him for any future problems, and I recommend him highly to anyone!

On Monday, they said they couldnt find the correct part in town. I found out that two places had it. They said they ordered the part from Amazon, but brought the wrong part on Wednesday, so my toilet still isnt fixed. It has not been operational for 5 days! Im grateful to American Home Shield for reassigning the work.

We used Texas Reliable Services to convert attic space to a bedroom and a half bath to a full bath. Juan and team were awesome and we are really happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend Texas Reliable Services as they were professional, fairly priced and reliable.

Our AC stopped working at home and we called the business late night around 1:00 AM. The business owner himself returned our called and gave us some steps to get it going. We unclogged the main drain line and it started working again! Thank you for your fast response! We definitely recommend this business!

Took two separate days off work to have these guys move my return air vents. Monday they showed up to look that’s it. Said they’d coke again Wednesday at 8 and no-showed. When I wrote them he wrote back saying they wouldn’t be coming today because Of vehicle problems. Then asked when they would return, no reply. I’m hiring someone else. Waste of time twice.

Home warranty company sent these guys to check why our AC was leaking. They wanted to charge us 350 to clean coils. We closed on our home in April and coils were cleaned at that time. So before agreeing to have services done we called our inspector that we used to come take a look. Turns out our coils were perfectly clean and the leak was due to dirty filters. Glad we didnt pay 350 dollars for work that didnt need to be done. Its sad to see companies trying to take advantage of people.

TRS worked on my remodel and the actual work that was done was great. They come to the house when they say they will, they are professional and they are efficient. The most difficult part (which has been SO VERY difficult) is trying to coordinate for final inspections, which should be the easiest part. Ive been delayed for weeks waiting on them to schedule a single inspection. Its been very stressful trying to coordinate with them.

I called TRS Juan arrived on scheduled time. Juan explained to me what my issue was with my A/C unit and how he was going to resolve my condensation problem from my secondary line.Juan was very professional and explained to me on what I would need when time to replace my entire a/c unit.I recommend TRS for my future a/c needs.

Juan and his team were honest and great to work with. My Home Warranty Company made the process of fixing our AC extremely difficult but TRS took care of us with quick reliable service.

I submitted multiple requests for a quote to have somebody come out to resolve a clogged HVAC drain line. TRS was the first to respond with acceptable availability and prices. So we setup an appointment.While here, I also opted to have the 7-year old HVAC system services, inspected, and cleaned. During the process, the technician was very helpful in explaining what he was doing, and providing tips and suggestions along the way. It seems you get different guidelines for maintenance intervals depending on who you talk to. In either case, it was useful feedback.He found a capacitor nearing failure, and was able to quickly replace this for less than if I had waited for it to fail. With Texas summer approaching, thats never a good thing.The only issue was not being able to actually address the drain line issue. I ultimately called another HVAC specialist who also didnt immediately have the answer, but was able to quickly determine the issue (which there was no issue) and verify everything was working perfectly. I was simply given incorrect information from the original home builder.That really came down to experience. Which unfortunately cost me another expensive service visit fee. As such, that somewhat left a negative impression with me. Although to be fair, overall, it wasnt a bad service experience. Just not ideal.

Wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars.Incredible service. I called at 9:45 with a broken AC and it was fixed by 11:45 for 220$ bucks. I couldn’t believe it this company is amazing.

Technicians stole items from my Uncles house when he had ac issues. I have recordings from the security cameras of the technicians that Im taking to the police.

Juan and his team have always been very helpful and honest. They get the job done right and their customer service is great which seems to be hard to come by these days. Would definitely recommend.

ARS wanted to charge me over 300$ more than Texas Reliable and they did more work than ARS was going to do. Customer service was outstanding and I recommend them very highly thanks yall for getting our AC working again.

Reliable is the exact opposite of what this company is. Theyve come out 6 times over the past 2 months and STILL have not been able to fix our AC. Do not use them.

Called them at 0800 on July 4th. Juan called within 30 minutes and was on site and had my a/c up and running in 15 minutes with a new flux capacitor. Now my wife and I can get back to our time!

They were the company that was provided by American Home Service warranty company to repair 2 faucet problems we noticed as we were moving in. The plumber came out, said he would need some parts and now we havent gotten a response from them days later.
