Shawn handled my long list of installation and preventative maintenance tasks professionally and efficiently. He communicated clearly and intelligently. There were no surprises at the end of the project. He was more than proficient at his job. He was trustworthy (3 days in my home and coming back for 3 more projects on the exterior) and overall a pleasant person to interact with! I am a repeat customer of Fox for plumbing and have never had a bad experience.

Enos and John at Fox Service Company did a fantastic job of installing two chandeliers on high ceilings at our place. They showed up prepared and on-time, were super friendly, and worked quickly.After our initial appointment, we realized that one of the installs was too low, and they came back within 48 hours to fix it. Were really pleased with the quality of work and especially with the customer service, and will gladly recommend Fox Services to anyone who needs lighting installed!

John Price and Juan Solis definitely deserve to have lunch bought for each of them. They showed up on time, were very skilled and professional. They went above and beyond our expectations to install 3 new bathroom lights fixtures. Since the original light fixtures weren’t mounted with an electrical box fastened to a 2” x 4 “ stud, they cut the drywall to build a frame which allowed the electrical box to be mounted. It was important to bring the light fixtures wiring up to code. After all, no one wants their home to burn down due to unsafe installations of light fixtures. They patched the section of drywall that they had to cut out and patched it properly.We will be hiring these electricians to perform all of our new electrical installations and repairs. I recommend both of these electricians to be hired by all home owners. Their company, Fox Service Company has competitive pricing and friendly, well skilled employees. This is the best Service company who we have hired in the last 20 years.

Greg was thorough, very professional, kind, hard working, and an all around great person to be around. I felt secure in his description of the problem and he went above and beyond in making sure the issue was fixed. I’d highly recommend Greg to anyone seeking plumbing services. He’s the best I’ve ever worked with at Fox and they’ve all been good.

Ive called on Fox Service for multiple same-day issues and they dont disappoint! Theyre on-time, professional, worked with my schedule and clearly told me what they were doing before starting, what fees I might incur, and signed me up for the annual servicing so I could save money and keep my HVAC/plumbing/furnace working for longer for a reasonable fee. I was helped by Tom Carter & Ramiro Espinoza so far, they were both fantastic communicators.

Ernesto and Caleb we beyond remarkable. The day and the experience was just amazing always notified and updated of every little thing they were doing. They were so professional yet tangible in explaining to me what was going on and spent the entire day just changing out my entire unit inside and out and I just don’t have the words to explain how Happy I am with the service I received words can’t describe how Fox really rocks and they have something to be very proud of as your service from start to finish from Seth from the phone call. Everything is beyond 10+. I hope these folks are beyond recognize for all of their hard work and good job and service they provide as I would suck them up in a heartbeat if I was looking for a customer service sort of representative as these folks are, I have already shared my experience with other folks and have referenced them to use and definitely will only use Fox moving forward again. These words don’t describe how happy I am with my Service and Ernesto, Caleb, Seth and lunch doesn’t do them justice but if that’s what they then I hope they get a nice steak and lobster because they certainly deserve it. #FOX ROXI also had Ralph Granados out for emergency plumbing and he was amazing too!!! Can’t express my THANK YOU enough to him for helping me out with my late night pipe bursts and sink fix!!!! Y’all are truly the best.

Had a great experience with this company. Heat stopped working on a Sunday. I called them in the afternoon and had someone come out within a couple hours. Cole the technician had our heat back on within a few minutes of being there. New part for heater came in the next day and got it scheduled quickly to be installed the next day. Cole again came out and installed it. Will definitely be calling Fox again for any repairs we may need.

Fox continues to provide amazing customer service! Greg Paredes the plumber was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and a good communicator. He showed up on time. kept me in the loop on all the work he was doing, and walked me through it at the end. This visit was for a new pressure control valve at the street and overflow drain piping on the water heater. Thanks, Greg!Let me also add Jeff Martin the electrician to that list. He provided a no-hassle estimate for installing a 240v-40a plug to the sub-panel in our garage for our new EV charger as well as a comparison to running new conduit from the main for a 48a home charger. After further research, I called Fox back and decided to book the simpler and cheaper garage sub panel option. He not only arrived early, he was done quickly and stayed around to make sure I was happy with the work and answered my follow up questions. Thanks, Jeff and Fox!

Antonio from Fox came out and was super personable and knowledgeable. Very very nice. And I spent 3 hours on a new Nest night before, that said something was wrong with the wires, and he was able to figure out that the entire AC was wired incorrectly when it was installed 5 years ago. Now the A/C works perfectly.

Manny and Forrest were an excellent team. Our crawl space was super tight, but they managed to squeeze through and do all of the building and wiring as promised. They also Had a great deal of knowledge about the products and the air circulation in our house. Would definitely recommend.

Romario was amazing when he came out to our house. He was polite and friendly! He answered all my questions and even offered to look for some parts we needed himself while directing me which shower handle I needed to order to get the issue fixed. Greg Morrison, Fox Technician, was friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable about the faucets that needed replacement. He gave us an individual estimate on each of the faucet replacements so we could decide which were most important. Thank you Greg.

We’re being asked to review following our latest visit by Fox Service - so here it goes.We’re loyal customers for 10+ years now, using their services at multiple locations. We purchased a $15k Lennox HVAC system in 2020 that we were sold on and paid up for because it was “reliable and robust”. We’ve since had 6 component failures within those 5 years that have all been replaced under warranty at a cost of ~$6k in labor. When we’ve expressed our frustration and disappointment with the reliability of the unit to both technicians and management, we just get shrugs and told “components go bad”. Today’s board replacement took 30 minutes and we were charged over $500 in exclusively labor costs for the 30 minutes the technician was here.There are positive aspects of our experience with Fox. We typically get same or next day appointments, including weekends/Sundays as we are Comfort Club members. We utilize the seasonal HVAC tuneups as part of our membership, but who knows how truly effective they are as our unit continues to often have component failures. Some technicians are great, while we’ve had others who are not including one recently who came out to troubleshoot an issue, could not find the problem and just shrugged and left. We’ve also been charged significant amounts of labor to incorrectly replace components that were found to not actually be the source of the issue in the end (this was eventually addressed by management).We’ve remained with Fox the last couple of years simply because they have the history with our obviously problematic unit and getting warranty replacements is much more straightforward through them as they sold us the unit, but I feel the right choice is to start to look for a different company to rely on as it’s been nothing but frustration and disappointment with our system and the labor prices to address the continual component failures.

We woke up Sunday morning to no water and realized that we’d had a huge waterline break and it was flooding our yard. I called the first number that came up on Google for 24 x 7 service and it was Fox. Our technician was extremely helpful. He dug for three solid hours found the problem Fix the problem and about six hours later we were fully restored. I was so grateful for the communication, the prompt response in our technicians experience.

Antonio was able to get my heat going again on the coldest day of the year while I was panicking on how to keep my 3 month old warm. He is so kind and was very informative. Would gladly work with him again in the future!

The repair men that came by (Rick, Paul and Staton) were thorough and informative. They helped us diagnose both the micro and macro issues, and walked us through options for both. We also had a wonderful experience with their sale rep, Chase. He helped us find the best option for our price point and situation.

I had trouble with a breaker and Jeff Martin came to my home after hours to fix it. This was the second time Jeff was sent to address an electrical issue (in two years) but I failed to leave a review then. As before, he was quick to diagnose the issue and I’m thankful he had a part I needed in stock. Very impressed with his professional and kind service. I will request him next time, if there is one. Enos Hwang provided excellent service for a family who wont touch anything electrical. No question was too stupid, and no request was too small. He took care of 2 small items right away, and he will soon be scheduled to come back to update a light fixture. Great job!

I had a plumbing emergency on the weekend and Fox was the fastest who could get here. I quit using Fox after 30 years of loyalty after a couple of very negative and expensive experiences, but I took another chance. Romario was amazing and attentive and successful fixing the issue. I cant imagine a better person to represent your company to customers, he deserves a steak dinner!

John Price rocked it. He stayed late to make sure the job was done perfectly. He walked me through everything, explaining each part and how it all works, even took a moment to explain a bit about electricity to my son. Next time we need help with anything electric, Ill be asking for him specifically.

John Price did an excellent job repairing my heating unit. He was very detailed oriented, kind, polite, had good communication skills and cared about his quality of work. I appreciate this company providing good honest work even on a holiday.

I was having an issue with a breaker after 5:00 p.m. and it left me with no power in one bedroom and the guest bath. I searched for an electrician and Fox had their phone manned 24/7, so I was able to set up an appointment for the next morning. The electrician called me as he was on the way and arrived promptly. We discussed the problem and he got to work. He was able to determine the breaker was not correctly wired, fixed the problem and explained in detail what was wrong ,what he did to fix it, and what to do if it happened again. The price for the repair was very reasonable.With the quick service and professional approach to the repair this was a very positive experience and I could recommend Fox Service Company to others.

Waylon and Jason came out to explore some perceived issues with our hearing and cooling system. They were professional, courteous and thorough in their exploration of our system. In sharing their findings and explaining net new subject matter to me (heating and cooling) they did so in such a way that even I could understand and feel confident in the deciding which path to take. Jeff Martin went above and beyond to help us in our hour of need. Thought my refrigerator had died but it was the outlet. Jeff did all the necessary electrical repairs quickly and is very knowledgeable. He offered suggestions for the near future to tackle. I couldnt be there in person but he kept me in the loop and charmed my mother at the same time lol. Friendly and efficient, I recommend Jeff and Fox Service. (They replaced my HVAC in 2023 and did a great job then too).

Fox to the rescue!! Our HOA clubhouse HVAC system quickly died, and was unbearably hot for our resident’s use. Awesome initial diagnosis and quote to replace our “frankensteined” system of 13 & 11 years old. The visit was readily scheduled! Communication for the technician Francisco’s arrival was perfect, smooth. He and his partner forged through the August heat in the attic into the evening, longer than anticipated (no worries, felt bad for the hot environment). Upon completion, Francisco shared photos of the completed job! And, we got a modern thermostat, to boot!! We will absolutely work with Fox again - love that they’re Austin born, owned, & operated!

Shawn came out after 5 to help unclog a drain that had backed up into my kitchen. He was very kind, professional and thorough. He did 3 tests to make sure everything was working before he left. I highly recommend Fox for any emergency plumbing needs.

My AC went out two days before my daughter was arriving today for her wedding next week. Fox came out and assessed the situation yesterday and a new AC system was installed today just in time for her arrival. Team Jose did a great job installing and showing me how to use the new system. I have been a long time customer and now a customer for life! So impressed!

Ralph Granados from Fox Services came out to fix our toilet. I was very pleased with how Ralph patiently listened to the issue and took his time to figure out the best first steps. Those first steps ended up fixing the problem. I called Fox at 8 am and Ralph was able to come at 11. All repairs were done in about an hour. I would highly recommend Ralph and Fox Services for plumbing.

Our technician Sam arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable about the Hvac units. He completed the heater tune-up and even answered my questions regarding the units and service items on time. Was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Javier Basilio and Ben Marine did an excellent job installing my A/C unit.They both deserve a lunch and a day off with full pay.

He was thorough and made sure we understood how our system was working now & additionally what could happen in the future. We felt he wasnt rushed and that he did a complete inspection. We were very happy with this company and with this service provider as well.

Jan. 24, 2025: Romario has been very helpful with all of the plumbing jobs hes been doing at my house. Hes been keeping me up-to-date on everything. Feb. 6, 2025: He just finished installing another faucet and fixing the toilet. I highly recommend him. Hes very good at what he does and is kind and helpful.

Enos Hwang was your electrician that did the work for us at the church. He was timely, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Enos and will request him specifically next time we need any electrical work done. Buy him lunch, he deserves it! I’m not even sure he took a break even for lunch today. Fox Service came to the rescue when I lost water to the house. Ralph came out within 4 hours on a Saturday and got the broken pipe fixed in no time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He and his helper left everything in great shape when they finished. I will definitely call Fox again when I need a plumber.

Juan Solis and John were excellent and very easy to work with for our project. They were on time, communicated very well, took their time to trace our entire house electrical. I am now able to confidently shut off sections of the house, should it be needed. Will request them for any electrical project we will have in the future.

Cole was very thorough. I was surprised when he said I needed $3400 worth of repairs since I had spent $16,000 two years ago replacing HVA & Water heater. He called the office and it is now around $500. It still seems like two years ago I had a 10 year warranty. I start wondering if I can trust those who quote a bid and the ongoing maintenance. I have had very positive experiences in the past with FOX. This was a surprise

My experience with Fox Service, was outstanding, he text me to let me when he will be arriving at my home. When he got here, he listen to the issue I was having, then he put tester on the breaker, and show it wasnt working, it took about 10 mins to put the new part in. Power was restore back on the right side of my home. Cost of the part was very reasonable.Thanks again

This rating for Robert Service Manager who got the service rolling on my HVAC Unit which has been a LEMON with something going on with it frequently.Paul Dugas technician came out and did a thorough inspection and best of all figured out why this AC wasnt cooling and why the refrigerant is needed to be filled at this time. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty; He waited for my arrival.Paul is very professional, hes knowledgeable and explains process, findings, and the plans to fix the problem.Paul showed and demonstrated the findings and the plan to repair.Paul Dugas does a very thorough job. John Price installed three outlets and fixed our doorbell connection this week, and I couldnt be happier with the results. John was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He completed the work efficiently and ensured everything was up to code. The outlets look great, and our doorbell is working perfectly now. Rafael is a magician. He’s also a great ‘service’ technician. Not only did he successfully complete the work he suggested might be necessary, he didn’t break anything, he didn’t lose any of the little screws involved, all the explaining the nuance of the highly sophisticated tankless water heater. Had Juan Perez and Shawn Dunlap from Fox come out to do HVAC and Plumbing work and both were very professional, efficently, and friendly! Cleaned up the work area and did a great job all around.

Setting up the appointment was easy, and we had an electrician (John Price) out the next morning. He was thorough, professional, and friendly. Quick diagnosis and rapid (but not rushed) repair. In short: everything we could ask for!

I hired Fox Service Company to install a security system for me. Christian and his helper did an excellent job of running the wires and installing the cameras. Olin arrived the next day to troubleshoot the system and make sure everything was operating properly. The technicians did an excellent job!

Romario was great, fixed the problem very quickly and was super friendly. Nothing but great stuff to say about our technician. We had been promised service last night and he was very sincerely apologetic on behalf of the company and the other tech who never showed up. Fox may have showed up late but Romario still saved our Polish Christmas and that’s what counts.

Today Greg Paredes and Pedro Trejo did an excellent job installing a new toliet. They arrived on time, both were professional and courteous; and, they worked quickly and left area clean.

Mr Olin came out and gave us a piece of mind. He is very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Our electrical panel had been overheating. He showed us all the issues that were wrong with it. We decided to go with the whole new breaker panel. Plus it came with a warranty and we are good for a year on the service. I couldnt be happier and now I can stop worrying. Thank you Olin and fox service company. I highly recommend this company. I would give it 10 Stars if I could.

Shawn Dunlap did a great job fixing my clogged sink drain! He was professional, thorough, and informative. I had Fox out to our house twice in one week for two different issues and both experiences were fabulous! They are now on speed dial!

Fox Service was excellent today when servicing my rental’s AC unit (same day appointment on a Sunday!). My technician Jason Treder communicated with me throughout the process and explained all repairs in great detail. Jason was very professional and even found a way to save me money. My tenant described him as very nice. Truly a great experience!

Unfortunately I don’t have a great experience with this company. They were very fast in scheduling an appointment and sending people to check my HVAC unit. I got a pretty high estimate for the work to start with. I also was told about the membership package that they offer but I was misled about what was included in the membership. So I signed up for that but once I read more about it and called them the same day to cancel it, I was pretty much playing phone tag with them going forward. Every day since Jan 6 when I called them I was told that I will hear back from the accounting department butI never did. Also I was still planning to use them and ask for a different quote if we decide to do something different. However even that took like 4-5 days, finally when I got call back from tech who came to check my hvac on Jan 6, he was very rude to me and said he can’t do anything else and he already gave me his quote.

Our experience with Brandon and his assistant went very well. They were knowledgeable, efficient and thorough with the installation of the new unit. They were careful to go over the details of the new unit and new thermostat. Overall a good experience.

I can’t recommend Ralph Granados highly enough! From the time I made the initial call to when the toilet repair was completed, it was just 90 minutes—unbelievable service. Ralph was prompt, professional, and efficient. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber, he’s the one to call!

We had our HVAC system replaced by Fox and I fully regret it. The unit they install was malfunctioning and it has taken them multiple months to resolve the issue. Multiple times they replaced a part which was not the actual problem. Then when they finally figured out it was a bad motor, they kept missing their appointments (which we had to take off work to make time for, because they cant guarantee shorter than a four hour window) because the part store was closed by the time they went there, or they didnt check whether it was open on weekends. Still waiting for this to be resolved. They say they are giving you priority, but cant guarantee shorter than a 4 hour window, even if they come first thing in the morning? Ridiculous company, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Jeff was punctual, very professional, and fixed the electrical issue. He was also very nice and knowledgeable! We will definitely reach out to Fox company again.

Enos w Fox came and installed a level 2 charger and fixed some other minor electrical issues for me. Great work and better guy. Will call Fox again and ask for Enos.

Ralph was excellent to work with when our water heater started leaking at 7:30 pm. Fox service company sent Ralph out at 9:30pm and he mitigated the issue for the night and was back at our house by 8:15 and the new water heater was installed by 11:00am. I would highly recommend Fox service company.

Shane Stone and Staton Mayfield are life savers. Of course our heater went out while it was below freezing. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and got us warm again. They were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them and Fox!

Ive had plumbers (Isaiah and Alex) and an electrician (Cristian) visit from Fox, and they were without exception professional, honest, and thorough. And the scheduler - I believe her name was Marilyn - was extremely friendly and put my worries at ease. I feel like its rare these days to have such a completely positive experience with a company. Fox is now my go-to for home services. Super impressed.

Richard from Fox Service Company came out to fix our Nest thermostat on a Saturday morning. He was cheerful, very professional and offered many helpful hints to keep our HVAC system running smoothly. He really went above and beyond. We were so impressed -- and motivated to keep things running smoothly, that we signed up for their maintenance program. Great work!

Shawn Dunlap did a great job. He called to notify me he was on his way 1/2 before arrival, clearly reviewed the project and price with me. When completed they cleaned up after themselves and had me inspect the job. He was very personable and professional.

Unfortunately not the best experience for us. I am writing on a behalf of my daughter. She left one star review last week hoping it will help expedite the refund or some communication from accounting department but so far nothing. It has been over 3 weeks since we had to call daily asking to refund us the money and Everytime we have been told that accounting department will get back to us and it ends with that. I am hoping the owner reads it and going to follow up with the accounting department so we can finally get our money back

We had problems with hot water in our shower, and we have had off and on problems with hot water throughout the house. Ronnie G fixed it all. The shower hot/cold cartridge needed to be replaced and a pump that connects to the hot water heater needed to be replaced. In addition, Ronnie noticed that the water pressure was low and made the necessary adjustments. He was very friendly and personable, and happily answered all my questions. In addition, he was right on time. Fox Service Company has a great system for scheduling and keeping you advised of the status of the arrival of your repair/service person. I use them for electrical and plumbing. Thank you Ronnie!

Waylon Thompson is an honest and skilled professional. He recently repaired my HVAC system, and I truly appreciated his approach. Instead of jumping to costly or unnecessary fixes, he took the time to diagnose the issue thoroughly and address it in the most efficient way possible. He called a plumber when he discovered the pipes were rotten; made a trip to Home Depot when he realized he didn’t have filters; even listened to me vent about the nightmare SAVANT 1990 smart-home system that’s made our new place unlivable. Shawn and his partner came in on the early side of the service window (which is always appreciated!!), and they were able to diagnose and solve our clogged drain problem quickly. They were both super friendly with smiles on their faces. Would 10/10 recommend.

Shoddy/rushed work, low attention to detail. Aug 8, 2019 Fox changed my AC evap coil and overflow pan, and reattached and sealed the duct work. $1500+ and 4+ years later after noticing my heating and cooling costs steadily going up faster than expected, I inspected my attic unit.I have documented multiple high flow air leaks- all coming from *only the areas where Fox had sealed the duct work*. These leaks had opened up because of their poor job of sealing - A minimum of aluminum duct tape coverage (single overlap) combined with a sloppy job of applying mastic. See photos.I should have done it myself, applying butyl mastic tape to seal the edges now is going to be a much better seal that is going to hold up over many more years , than the low-quality careless job done by Fox personnel that only lasted a few years before beginning to unseal.The other parts of the work (evap coil + overflow pan replacement) have been solid, but the haphazard rushed job of sealing up the ductwork has left an impression of rushed work without attention to details or quality control.They were quick to charge my credit card onsite - but couldnt spend the 5 or so extra minutes and a bit more tape and mastic work to do a quality sealing job that would last.It has also made me distrustful of AC repair companies in general. Fox or otherwise, everyone should always inspect the work done. I can substantiate all claims made above.

I had 2 System Malfunction notices on my thermostat (3 days apart) with a note to call Fox Service. It was diagnosed and repaired immediately by Ramiro Espinoza. He explained what parts needed replacement and why. The service he provided was excellent and swift. I am completely satisfied with the repair he provided.

Robert was late. He did replace the thermostat but it did not fix the problem. Our upstairs unit still does not work, which is really what we have experienced with your company for years. He did not have the tools he needed to do more because you did not give him the tools. I hope someone can fix this tomorrow as we have guests coming.

I called in the morning asking for availability and they had a technician here at 11:00 .unfortunately the job did not get finished ,but that was due to my time constraints and having to leave the house. he was back this morning for another diagnostic and was able to see the problem right off the bat since the fix yesterday did not do the job. my time was short again, today so he is coming tomorrow on his day off to fix my furnace. I cannot ask for better service than that. Paul Dugas was my technician.

Ronnie from Fox Service Company did an excellent job during our recent plumbing inspection. He was knowledgeable and professional, quickly identifying that our water pressure was too high. Not only did he explain the issue clearly, but he was also able to install a pressure reducing valve the same day, which was a huge relief! Ronnie worked efficiently, and on top of that, he was super friendly to our dog, which is always a bonus.

Ramiro Espinoza is an excellent representative for your organization. He was prompt and courteous throughout the entire service call. He listened carefully to my description of the problem. Bryan White came out to help us when our air conditioner stopped working. He looked things over and was really friendly and informative with explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done.Forest Sims and Ben were really helpful and friendly. They helped replace our air conditioner. They explained the issues found and what needed to be done. We ended up also needing an electrician, and Juan Solis came out to help discuss options. He helped us decide the best way to proceed and then worked on the wiring to get our new air conditioner all set up.They provided us a portable ac to use overnight since the process took a couple of days. With 3 kids and several pets, this was so very appreciated.All in all, there were several people involved, and I have no complaints about any of them. Starting with the woman who answered our initial call. I think her name was Angie. Super nice and friendly.And just as important, our new ac works really well.

First timers with Fox Service Company and we would use the company again. Greg/Alex completed replacement of a home hot water tank and associated supply lines and valves. Scheduling was easy and the techs were punctual, competent, courteous, helpful and patient with my inquiries. One suggestion: consider including hot water flush as a standard step after installing new hot water heaters, to confirm no major sediment blockage downstream in a faucet, and etc. Note to management: please buy the techs a nice lunch considering the price we paid. 🙂

Enos was great. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it without a seat. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain what he was doing. Also very friendly! I would absolutely ask to work with him again.

Olin got my manual transfer switch installed fast and well. He also helped walk me through its use after he finished. Great work

Ralph was great. Did what he needed to do and asked him to come back for the install of two faucets. He got hold of his manager who said it would cost $785 for each install. Well needless to say I went with my other guy who does it for $190 each. On second thought…I’ll do the dog washing station by myself. Not sure we will be using them for our plumbing services again. That’s robbery to me and I build homes and would never ask for anything like that.

If you want your new HVAC system installed right the first time, I suggest going elsewhere.Full disclosure: this is a rental and we have been in good, regular communication with property owner every step of this ordeal.Day 1- unit was installed with missing parts. Rep did not indicate more parts would be needed for unit to work. He just informed the job was done. No heat first night with unit.Day 2 rep let us know prior rep did not fislnish job. A new zone board was needed. Apparently that can be damaged in transit. Insurance adjuster husband had never heard of a new unit not being installed without full replacement parts as it sounded like the part was just missing, not damaged. We were confirmed for next day install.Day 3: rep was scheduled to come out between 2-6 to install zone board. We received a txt that rep was on the way at 3:09. Both my husband and I were in meetings all afternoon. He was working from home. I was working out of town. When I returned at 5:30, I began calling Fox since no rep had come. Even with heat being off unit was still blowing uncontrollable temps and temp reached 89 degrees upstairs!Fox customer service let us know that the service call had been cancelled by the manager. Nobody alerted us or the owner. Customer service said they were looking into the matter. They hung up.I had to call back 3 more times with each rep saying to hold as they investigated, just to hang up on me. Finally, we were informed a rep would come out between 6-11 PM tonight after me and the owner both called Fox.I have zero confidence we will have this matter resolved or that Fox cares to communicate in a timely manner. To add insult to injury, we just noticed the last rep who came yesterday left the exterior breaker box open which could have shorted the entire new system if we had rain last night.Our experience has been sloppy service, miss/no/differing communication from customer sercvice.I truly hope we can heat our home with this new unit that was installed-ish on Dec.29.Its now 9:30 PM. Their app is telling me technician is at my home. Clearly he is not. I call the service number given and rep tells me appointment is on hold. I patch in the property manager and Fox hangs up on us. She along with my husband are on hold trying to get answers.....9:45 husband is told inaccurate rep was deployed. He is electrical and he must show that he is on site so they can switch to the appropriate HVAC rep. He should be calling shortly. 9:55 still no call.It would be lovely to sleep tonight and wake in the morning to a temperature controlled home- highly doubtful.Shocker...I called at 11:10 since we never received a call. They are not coming, but will have somebody call first thing in the morning....riiiight.Day 4- Called at the behest of the fb service response to my log of my mal-service experience with Fox. When I called, rep was snarky and dismissive and shared she could not share anything as it is no longer in their view because the illusivive district manager, whom I am told will handle himself and call us directly, is handling. Said DM has yet to call me.Repair rep showed up and let us know the correct level amp was not installed for the increased power of the new Frankenstine-style HVAC unit. Understandably, he could not perform the new Amp install due to rain. (If system would have been installed correctly with all new and correct parts from the beginning, this saga would not be happening!) We might get a rep back out tomorrow, if not it will be Monday.Day 5: 3 techs have visted on 12.10. Installed new zone board. Tech left. Heat still not regulating. Another tech returned. We are being told the board must be faulty....Day 6: Caroline, from customer service is a disgrace!! Please re-assign her to a role that does not involve dealing with humans. Thankful to April who is a 5-star, empathetic rep who documented our still ongoing heatless saga with Fox after Caroline hung up on me. April you are awesome!!!Lets see what Monday brings for Day 6 of the Fox saga..

Singing praises for Isaiah. He arrived at 4:00 to inspect a bad bathroom leak. Thought the fox might have to happen the following week. Instead, he went to Round Rock for a part and worked on the issue until almost 7:00 pm! More importantly, he was clear in explaining the issue and so kind. He absolutely went above and beyond!

Jeff Martin was great in diagnosing and resolving the problem with my Honeywell Generator. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient! I would certainly recommend Jeff and will request him if I need to call Fox again.

Our technician Jaden O was really helpful in getting our furnace back up and running on a cold day. Fox handled the issue quickly, and followed up promptly with new parts and additional appointments.

I am very pleased with the Fox Service Company and the services John Price provided today! He changed the lights that I cannot reach, installed and programmed smart switches on key lights that I don’t know how to manage, and replaced fresh batteries in all the smoke detectors in my house! I have been wanting these tasks finished for some time, but lack the skills myself. It feels so great to have them well performed by John, who was so professional and friendly about the whole process, explaining everything to me, and answering all my questions. I am so glad that I signed up for the home maintenance club with Fox Service Company!

My hot water has been little better than tepid for several years despite registering 150° in the tank. A previous company installed a regulator to compensate for a smaller tank in order to mix a greater volume of water. Romario immediately identified the issue and suggested a solution. He was very cordial, professional and efficient; in short order Romario fixed the problem and I once again have plenty of hot water. Thank you!

Fox plumbing was exactly what I was hoping for when booking. I was having drainage problems due to some roots invading my pipes. Ralph Granados was my tech, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He was kind, a good problem solver, fixed my issue, and kept the whole process easy and transparent. Given the option (and maybe it is there), I’d request him to be my specific tech again in the future.

I have a tankless water heater that isnt functioning correctly. The plumber came out and quoted me $400 to do a diagnostics, which entailed calling the water heater company to troubleshoot. Any service/parts/labor were going to be charged after that.When I made the appointment they did not say anything about this cost. I called another plumber after who quoted me $85 to do the diagnostics before coming out.TOTAL RIP OFF

I have no idea how many times Ive used Fox Service—plumbing, electrical, HVAC...all the things. This time, it was a plumbing issue. I was able to schedule an appointment yesterday online for today. Fox Service has always helped us with our AC and electricity, and I think they have done very well with those things for our house.

Called them out to replace a toilet and flush tankless water heater. Their quotes were way high. Unfortunately, I had them do the tankless while there were here, but realized later that was double a normal cost. Also, their toilet install quote was more than double what I had another reputable company do it for. I definitely wont call Fox again given they werent even in the ballpark.12/10 update - Fox posted that they take this very seriously and to call them. I did twice and they said they’d inform the service manager and I’d get a call back but never did. This feels like just a thing they say to negative reviews.

Im slowly working my way through the techs due to all the work we need done. Most recently, Enos and Olin were both here for replacing switches and outlets in our entire house. It wasnt a fun job. There were many interesting issues. They did a great job and Id buy them lunch any day.Update: Enos Hwang was our service tech for some electrical work we need done in a house thats over 50-years old. He was knowledgeable and quickly understood what we need done. Enos has dealt with a really challenging house well. We love having him work here and ask for him so we dont have to keep explaining the situation over and over. He is great to have around, works hard but pays attention to details, and he keeps us educated about what he finds--which helps keep us safe.Antonio Liberal answered our call for a full evaluation of two different a/c units after we got a huge increase in our electric bill. He found two problems that needed fixing which may also have kept us from having one or both units down during the summer heat.Isaiah Villela did a great job for us when our garbage disposal broke. He got it replaced the same day and left the kitchen spotless.Ralph Granados and another serviceman were here on June 24 to assess a toilet leak. They were polite and thorough. Much to our surprise, they called within minutes of scheduling the appointment and arrived quickly. The toilet was completely rebuilt and done in less than an hour. Water is too expensive and valuable to waste here in Texas. Thank you!Sam Efe came on June 13 to do maintenance and examine one unit with a problem. We have 2 units. Sam was patient and thorough. He explained the issues to us, and well be getting the repairs done through Fox too.John Price answered a service call for an electrical problem when our bathroom lights went out, but the outlet and breakers were fine. We needed a new switch and for mobility reasons, the other bathroom is difficult for me to use. Of course, it went out on a weekend too. John was on time, professional, answered my husbands questions, and took time to get us set up for additional work we need to have done. Thank you!

Weve used Fox for a variety of jobs over the 20 plus years weve lived in the 1965 Ranch-style house. Today, Jeff replaced two outside porch lights that had begun to look dingy and werent as functional as they were 20 years ago. He also modified a ceiling fan light combo by taking out the remote brain on the main unit, saving us buying a new fan ( now instead of the remote we can just use the pull chains to adjust the lighr and fan). He called when an earlier job finished sooner, came right over when he learned we were free, gave us a reasonable estimate and finished all three projects in less than two hours. He also swept up after himself and put the packaging from the outside units in the trash and recycling. We will call on Fox agsin and definitely ask for Jeff.

We had a flickering light and we started noticing a burning smell from the light switch. Fox was able to send somebody out the same day. Jeff Martin handled the problem for us quickly and professionally. I will definitely be using Fox again.

They were friendly and competent professionals and I would strongly recommend them and Fox Service Company for service, repairs or complete system replacement. **(addendum) The system shut down the next day and Fox got an agent out that evening but he didn’t have a replacement electrical breaker to replace the old faulty existing one. An electrician named Cristian Hernandez arrived the following morning and got everything operational. I was charged $291 for the new breaker and no labor charge. Cristian was fantastic. I’m still very happy with Fox Service and their personnel. Eric Suarez is another Fox service representative of whom I couldn’t speak more highly.On my Fox periodical inspection AZ Sanders was courteous and friendly. He did a competent and thorough job.

We called several companies to give us a quote on duct replacement. Everyone else either didn’t show up or charged to give a quote or said they couldn’t reach some of our ductwork/vents and would have to replace what they could reach. FOX showed up on time, didn’t charge for the quote, and said they could reach and replace all ducts and vents.Their employee, Angel, is an expert in this field. He took before and after pictures to assure us that he completed the job, he answered all of our questions, assured us he wouldn’t leave any old ductwork behind, and went above and beyond to do the job to the highest standard with the least amount of inconvenience to us. He completed the job quickly, efficiently, and with the best quality. I would recommend Angel with FOX Service 100%. He was amazing! Thank you Angel.

Olin not only did the job, he also patiently explained it, gave me some maintenance tips, and warned me about common problems with my older equipment and the costs associated with them. Will definitely call him again next time!

Pro active service appointment; Robert was very informative and helpful in assisting me in ensuring both my ACs are running great for the hot Texas heat.Follow up- I had to have a new unit installed and Juan was great! Communicative and on time, great service.

Mr. Owen Davies came within 30 minutes of me calling and asked pertinent questions to troubleshoot the issue with my A/C. He was so knowledgeable and kind and went straight to work getting everything up and running within 40 minutes from beginning to end. My A/C was keeping at a constant 92.5 deg F for most of the day and he was able to identify and fix the problem to have the A/C blowing welcomed *cold* air to knock of 2 degrees before he even left the house! He was so easy to talk to and answered all of our questions and chatted with us like old friends. I hope we dont have to see Me. Owen Davies again EXCEPT for maintenance checks as I know he did a bang up job to fix our situation and made us very satisfied customers! If you *ever* have any A/C issues, call the Fox and get Mr. Owen Davies because he ROCKS!

Nice people in the field and good quality work, but since the company was acquired by Southern HVAC the prices seem to have skyrocketed. They installed our new HVAC system less then 7 years ago. It failed and we called them again. After testing it was determined that the compressor needed to be replaced, luckily it was still covered by warranty. However, just the 3-hour job by a single tech costed nearly $3K, thats a $1K/hr. BTW, the national average for this job is about half of this.UPDATE: 6 months later the system started acting up, it almost seems like its overheating and shutting-down for up to an hour to cool down and then comes back on. Called Fox again since its was due for a maintenance in a week. They suspended maintenance appointment insisting that they need to send someone to diagnose the system, which is only $49 a visit. Either they sold us a lemon or they really dont have a clue what they are doing. One thing they are great at is up-sell.

The company was super fast ! They kept me updated on when they were going to come and they were on time! Greg worked fast on my broken pipe! He even worked in the rain, him and his partner to make sure the job was done ! I greatly appreciated them coming out or else my Family and I would have had no water in the house for a few days !

Rafeal was great. Fast, friendly service that was thoroughly explained prior to work started. He and Romerio were a great team. Rafeal also gave price estimate for additional services discussed that were not purchased. But his explanation helped with our decisions.

Richard Santellan was amazing. He has gave great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and professional and gave me a thorough explanation of what my issues were with my unit. I would definitely recommend him to everyone in need. He did excellent work.

Ronnie Garrett was great. We had a clog that I had been unable to get out of the sink. This was complicated by the sink having about three inches of access. This sink also drains the A/C line so it was important to get it fixed.He had to pull the whole sink out to fix things. We had discussed replacing the sink so we decided to do so today. Ronnie drove over to Lowe’s to pick up a new sink, vanity, and faucet, and then he installed it all for us.Fox can cost a little more but they have alway done an outstanding job for us.

Our Fox service tech was Olin Torres. Olin was great. He assessed the issue with our GFI plug and had it fix pretty quickly. The entire Fox experience was really easy and fast. Will definately use them going forward.

Olin was very professional, punctual and informative. He explained everything and more and broke it down if I needed further clarification. He went above and beyond my expectations.

I had very prompt and professional service with Shawn, who was able to clear my plumbing blockage relatively quickly on a Sunday afternoon. He followed up with me to make sure all was well, and was able to diagnose that part of our problem is build-up in the line, which we can now get taken care of.

Ive been a customer for a while now for my HVAC, and they have been consistently great. When my AC was malfunctioning, Wayland was quick and efficient with the diagnostics, Jason helped me find an affordable option, and Gage and Konnor did an efficient and tidy installation so that, from start to finish, my house went from muggy and overheating to back to normal in 3 days. Definitely much appreciated!Update 11/08/24: Cristian came by to check my electrical and was very informative. Even changed an outlet for me that Id been putting off for a while.

Fox has some of the best electricians in the game. Jeff Martin however is my MVP. The dude is super chill no matter how many curveballs get thrown at him and is highly knowledgeable in all things residential. Constant can do and happy demeanor even when it’s 300 degrees outside, next time you call ask for Jeff Martin to handle your electric needs.

Enos did a five-star job even though he was unable to fix our problem. After Fox dispatched a second tech, Enos hung around for an hour, just waiting to confer with him. And although the timing didn’t work out on that, he called the tech on the way to his next job to fill him in. Excellent service.

Manuel Gonzalez and Francisco arrived on time and set right to work. They were installing a new Lennox HVAC unit and thermostat for our downstairs. The unit works well. I was initially pleased because they had removed the closet door to avoid damage. The problems arose after they left when we looked at our woodwork going into the closet where they accessed the attic. There are gouges, one over an inch long in the door frame. Outdoors, they placed a pad on top of the existing concrete pad. It isnt straight. The conduit down the outside wall is crooked, too. We would like someone sent by/from Fox to come out and at least fix the woodwork and reset the pad so that it is square.

Christian Hernandez is great. His work is professional and accurate. .He came out to repair my generator that had a red glow light on. He quickly diagnosed my problem to a worn battery. He explained why it went bad then he quoted me a price for a new one. He left to get a new one and returned in about 20-25 minutes with it. He installed and checked all to be working ok now.He a is professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable in his area of expertise - generatorsHe is friendly, and explains all the tasks very well. He is a good communicator too. I would recommend him to other customers.Having Owen as a service tech is not just worth one lunch a week, but worth a lunch a week for several weeks.Thanks, Vince

John Price is amazing! He always provides quick, professional, and quality work. He replaced several ceiling fans throughout our house and moved an electrical outlet for us into our closet. Highly recommend!

HELLO TO ALL READING THIS, DON’T USE FOX SERVICE AT ALL COST, USE STAN’S OR ANYONE OTHER THAN FOX SERVICE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I waited awhile before writing a review, since June 2025 thinking things would change, and the problems I’m having with Fox service company as an anomy. A little background, I’ve been using Fox for years now, with few issues, but I had them come out to service my 10-year-old air conditioner, and no I wasn’t having any issues with it. Well, the tech came out and said I needed to replace my TXV and filter dryer for a cost of $3002.40, which are major items to change, I told them I wait considering I had American home shield. American home shield said nothing was wrong with my system, and honestly in retrospect I should have listen to them, but I decided to go with what Fox say, thinking hey this is a reputable company, and I’ve been using for years, and my system was 10 years old, so I decided to buy a new unit.I ended buying a Lennox SL28CV for $26000 from fox which I regret, because I’ve had nothing but problems since the installation! Which was installed in June 2025 and Fox hasn’t been any help at, and don’t even return calls, I guess once they get your money MANGERS feel your not important anymore. I went from what they call a cheap 3-ton system to a top-of-the-line Lennox system, and this system doesn’t even cool good, and during the day temperatures, it can’t even get to the set temperature! (Example I set the temperature to 67 degrees and once the temperature starts to rise and goes to 77 degrees) Fox sent someone out to check the system, because I asked about new vent to be installed, she told me that my plenums were too small at a cost on $1900 X 3 to change, now mind you I just spent $26K on a system, so of course I asked why wasn’t this addressed when I was buying the system, was told everything was good, so I was told that her manger Carlos would be calling me, well 3 weeks later no call, and then today 09/23/2024 I called Fox, and was told Carlos would be giving me a call, which didn’t and I think it because, I remember during my installation they installed new plenum boxes, I’m they knew they screwed up and now unreachable! To all reading this, DON’T USE FOX SERVICE BECAUSE THEY UPCHARGES YOU FOR EVERYTHING BUT WONT BE AROUND WHEN THEIR SERVICE WAS MESSED UP!!!!!!!!!!!

Paul arrived on time and was friendly and thorough with his inspection. He provided me with detailed information regarding filter replacement which was extremely helpful. Great experience!

Manuel came out with his helper and quickl/efficiently installed the new and complete hvac system. Manuel also took the time show me the completed work and instructed me on system operation and filter replacement. Manuel is very courteous and answered all.my questions.

I called Fox/Ronnie to investigate a water leak identified by our water meter. Ronnie arrived on time, investigated a rather complex problem and worked with me on a solution. He kept me informed along the way and was a pleasure to work with.

Ronnie quickly diagnosed the issue and had our toilets back up and running in less than a couple hours. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, communicative and our dog loved him!

This was a diagnostic effort. The electrician, Enos, was professional, affable, and efficient. He did not charge for all the time he could have, and he left me with a written summary of his findings that was straightforward and served my needs.

Richard Santellan was friendly and informative and did a great job working on my AC. Fox is always on time to appointments and they give 30 min notice too!
