My central AC unit stopped cooling late in the business day and I needed someone to come out to get it started again. I called this company based solely on their stated 30 years in business, and they sent someone out within the hour. The repair guys showed up when scheduled, were extremely efficient as well as professional. My condensation drain pipe was clogged which they cleared and the AC was cooling again literally within minutes. Thanks for the prompt service!
I was billed for cooling gas in excess of what was needed. They saved the gas in my system before they replaced the coil and I had not lost much due to the small leak in the coil that was replaced. The bill did not disclose how much additional coolant was added, just a flat fee of over $600. The job seems to have been well done. All is working well so far but I believe I was charged hundreds of dollars more than I should have been.
Arrow Services is top notch! They sent out two technicians that I had worked with before Michael and his partner. Michael is amazing, efficient, knowledgeable, and always nice. I am sorry I dont remember the young mans name but he was just as kind and helpful. They come out really quick, they are well worth what you pay to work with them. If you need your units serviced give them a call. At this point I would not call anyone other than them to handle maintenance or any other issue with my unit. Call them to get your units serviced today.
I called Arrow at 7:00 A.M. and Mike came out and repaired my A/C and had it cooling before noon! Although he was hot and busy he remained pleasant and efficient! I will call Arrow again in the future when I have problems with my A/C.

Mike has been Arriw Service for 20 plus years and was able to quickly identify the issue . All the work was executed on schedule with no delays . They even cleaned after themselves and left the area tidy. I will be a loyal customer for years to come and urge anyone in need of a repair, replacement or service to keep Arrow service number on speed dial.
Our A/C stopped working. I called Arrow at 8:00 am. Michael arrived at 10 am and thoroughly cleaned out the drain line which had become clogged with calcium build up. A/C is working perfectly again. Arrow always provides the best service. Many thanks.
These people are the real deal. Michael was super professional, unpretentious, and was all about getting down to business and laying things out. Also, zero sense of any upsell going on.I actually had three people come out and Arrow/Michael were the third (third time is the charm?).Company #1: I used in the past for a quick repair. They misdiagnosed it but suggested I find a Trane specialist (the part that was wrong wasnt what they diagnosed, but its how it got me to Arrow).Company #2: I can only say theyre the Radiant Plumbing of the AC world (which is to say, theyd probably get the job done, but at 5x the cost of everybody else). Rubbed me the wrong way.Company #3: Found Arrow on Tranes dealer list (with accolades) The person on the phone was all business, asked for a quick question, seemed like theyve heard every problem under the sun, and sent out Michael.Michael came out, spent an hour putting the wires back together that Company #2 apparently didnt do (in Michaels words, WHO DOES THAT?), diagnosed it quickly for a way more reasonable price than Company #2, said he didnt have the parts to finish it, put me in the books a couple days later, and resolved the issue.I also want to say that he had a deeper analysis than what Company #2 had, noting that another part needed replacement. Even with that additional replacement, it was a waaaay better quote than Company #2.I got the sense that Michael has been in the game for way too long and seen all permutations of issues.Lastly, when I asked hey, what do you think about maintenance, to which he said, it looks fine; we run specials in spring/fall. youre on our e-mail list now, so just wait for the fall special. Zero upsell.Michael (and Arrow) are legit the super heroes of the AC world.10/10 - would totally use them again.God forbid I need to replace the Trane units, Im reaching out to Arrow!Update (8/23/2024):My downstairs unit pooped and they (Michael, the OG) came out immediately the next day in ~110 weather, diagnosed the problem quick (capacitor, for which they apparently had 30 in the truck), and left all within 10 minutes of arrival, making sure everything was working before leaving. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been using Arrow Service Center for many years, ever since I bought my house in 2016. They have been coming out every year to service my slowly dying ac unit. Eventually I had to replace the unit and it was a no brainer that I would use Arrow. They’ve always been very friendly, helpful with information or explaining things, and prompt to come out. Al and his team just left. My Ac is running! It went out yesterday at 2pm, by 3pm he was here working on it. We bought this house with an ac unit that looked like it was tied together to work, so it was no shock to us that it broke. They gave us a great price and installed the new ac unit inside and outside. Al is very nice and friendly. They said they would be here at 11 am, but arrived at 12:30. They still get 5 stars bc they brought an extra guy to help them work faster and make up the time. 2-1/2 hours later and I can feel the cool air!THANK YOU!
We have used Arrow for years for our a/c maintenance and have always been pleased with their work. This year we needed to replace our 14 year old system and Michael and Josh et al came through . We had a bad experience with the company that installed our unit. We called and they never showed up. Then 5 days in a guy showed up that was not even an HVAC guy. Got another Compsny to set an appt but it was 3 weeks out (w no AC). They called the 3 days Bedford our scheduled spot and told us we were not in their service area.In a panic I found Arrow, I called and they were here the next morning. The Tech and his son went to work and 40 mins later we were working perfectly! The cots of repairs were a lot less than we thought they might be. Tech offered some tips as well to help us run efficiently! Great service and a great company! Would highly recommend!

After using them for about 6 years, I have gotten to know the technicians, which is nice so they know us, our system, and I see a familiar face. Arrow services was the first listing I came across. Im truly glad they were. Michael came out Saturday afternoon (I called that morning). He was professional practices social distancing and wore a mask. He told me what was wrong with my ad and why the system needed to be replaced. He ordered the parts and was back bright and early Monday to install. He finished in just four hours and did a great job. I feel like I got a great deal on the system and if I ever need service again you can get I will definitely call Arrow again.

Thank you Arrow Service Center. I appreciate their expedient service and repair. On the first call, I was given a two hour window and Jorge arrived within 15 minutes of the first hour. As it turned out, I needed more work and they worked with Total Protect and installed a whole new unit. The estimation time for ordering and installing would be either Friday or Saturday morning. Arrow Service, Jorge, came out on Thursday morning at 7:30 and were completed by 10 AM. Excellent response and completion. This is a follow-up to my previous review of Arrow Service Center of 2016. On Monday, 9/16/19, I had an issue with the fan that runs with my AC and furnace. I called Total Protect/Cross Country home warranty and I requested that they send Arrow Service because of my previous favorable experience with them. My request was granted and that afternoon, Jorge with Arrow Service came by. He diagnosed my issue and by Wednesday afternoon, my unit was up and running. I cannot give enough accolades to Arrow Service. Thank you Al and Jorge for all your great customer service and expedient response to resolve my issue. We had a great experience using Arrow to repair our A.C. The technicians were professional & knowledgeable. They did a great job communicating the problem, solution and timeline of repairs. The repairs were done well & quickly - even in the middle of summer/busy time of year. I highly recommend using Arrow.
I had a great experience with Arrow Service Center. I called them and they were able to send somebody right over who was finish another job. I believe they use their people efficiently. They sent that person over instead of possibly sending another person from their main office. I just had a 30 minute wait. I might have been lucky but that is still working efficiently.As for the work. I explained to the technician what was going on, he went to work and 30 minutes later he got it to work and told me what was wrong. It turned out that the outside breaker to my furnace was bad. I had previously looked at it and it didnt look tripped. He had to trip it 3-4 times to get it to work and told me it needed to be replaced. The previous folks that replaced the breaker used a 50 Amp breaker instead of, what the technician said it needed to be, 60 Amp.Even though they are not allowed to get into the breaker box, I was able to replace and its been working fine ever since.How much did I get charged, you may ask. Before that, let me say that I called another service center and they wanted $125 to come out and check it. Arrow charged me $69.Did all the stars fall in place when I decided to get my furnace checked out? Maybe. But for a ~1 hour from call to finish and get charged only $69, I dont care. Arrow Service Center did a great job. I give them A++++
I have been with Arrow for over 15 years. They installed my AC at the time and have been servicing it since. Whenever I have needed their service or had a problem they were always prompt and courteous. They have also worked with me by giving me coupons to reduce the cost of their service.Michael is now like a member of my family, and I can count on him.
We had a condensation leak from our AC unit installed by another AC service company. After 4 service calls they still could not fix the leak. We called Arrow and the service technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the leak. Excellent service at reasonable rates. Arrow has a new customer.

I have used Arrow Service for a few years now. They just came out to service my furnace for the winter checkup, Gorge arrived early, checked out the system, all good! He never tries to sell me something I don’t need. I bought the winter and summer service for $99, great price. This summer I will have them back out to check my air conditioner.Thank you Arrow!
Jorge was great! I called at 8:30 on a Saturday morning, and Jorge arrived at 10:45 am. The airconditioning was fixed by 11:15 am. He explained what he fixed and gave me some tips on how to maintain the unit. The price was very reasonable. The service from Arrow was so much better than I have received from any other appliance service company.
Our AC broke in the morning of one of the hottest days of summer. We called Arrow and they were able to come out same day to replace it. The guys worked right through peak hours and were all finished before 3pm.I dont remember the specs but we were sold on a smaller capacity unit due to the size of our house (1600 sq ft). Looking back we wish we had upgraded to the bigger capacity just so our house would cool down faster and the AC wouldnt have to run nonstop during the high of summer days. Our unit does its job, we just wish we had spent a little more on the initial investment.Overall we were very happy with Arrow Service Center and would call again if we ever need to.
I appreciate that Jorge took the time and effort to explain the workings of the AC and the possible problems and solutions. After we decided to purchase new unit, he made an extra trip to make sure I had some cool air until the unit could be installed. Jorge and Al arrived promptly to install the new unit. They are a great team, working seamlessly and tirelessly. We plan on keeping Arrow for maintenance and will request Jorge or Al.

July 2010, our air conditioning went out while we were on vacation. It was blistering heat. While it was only about 5 years old, the company that installed it couldnt be bothered to come out and look at it. Called 4 companies to get bids and Arrow was the lowest bid by several thousand dollars which we were leery of at first. They came out (quickly!) and installed the unit, patiently answering all our questions. The unit is great and still working perfectly. Just had another question for them 4 years later and they answered it honestly and quickly. Im very impressed. Jorge and everyone at Arrow absolutely rock!

I bought a Groupon for a tune up, but after realizing my thermostat wasnt kicking on, they came out a few days earlier than scheduled and fixed the problem and took care of the tune up at the same time. I called and they came out since they were in the area and were here within a couple of hours. Which in TX is SPECIAL. I was getting HOT! Thank you Michael and Arrow Service Center. Fast & Efficient! My AC broke the evening before. My home warranty provider connected me with this company. I called Arrow before 10 am. They said they could send a repairman between noon and 2. Jorge arrived at noon and got everything fixed within an hour. Super pleased with the fast and efficient service!
I called Arrow (on a neighbor’s recommendation) a couple of years ago when one of my two aging A/C units stopped working. They came out quickly and had a new unit installed in short order. I mentioned that I was also considering preemptively replacing the second A/C unit, and was surprised when the technician suggested that he could instead tune it up and it would likely last another two or three years. It is still going strong. It is hard to find honest, competent, and reliable contractors who show up on time – I will be calling Arrow again when it is time to finally replace my second unit.
Have used Arrow several times in the past 5 years. Always very responsive, follow-up is on point, prices are very fair and reasonable. They do NOT look to oversell you on services you do not need. My A/C unit is in my attic which makes it hard and hot to work on.One time I called right before closing and they came by on their way home to rescue me. It all starts when the ac breaks and it is 100 degrees! These guys were able to come and fix my old ac the next day.I recommend and trust Arrow Service Center. I got a price to replace my ac and it was reasonable price. With the new ac my electric bill drop almost by half! So it is paying for it self.
We called and schedule a check for the same day and got a time frame between 10 and 3. I was called a bit past 9 telling me that they were on their way. Got here in time and were fast in finding and fixing my issue. Will sure use their service again
Horrible company. Owner combative, argumentative and unprofessional when I tried to talk to them when I still didn’t have AC the next morning. Talks down to women. They charged me $1K to change the fan motor and capacitor which I thought I would then have AC. BTW when I called them the next morning to tell them I still didn’t have AC they informed me it would be another service charge and they didn’t have anyone available to come back soon. On a positive note the service agent that came was very nice and professional. He showed up on time and left me thinking I would use this company again. Not!
The compressor on my air conditioner went out on a Friday evening, not good. With the weekend predicted to at least 100 degrees, I called Arrow Service Center. Though I had never used this company before, they scheduled a service call on Saturday. Jorge couldnt have been nicer. Explained everything to me. My home was cool by the middle of the afternoon. Ill certainly use Arrow Service Center the next time I need an electrical repair of any kind.

Got a recommendation from a friend. My house has its original (20 year old) A/C system. I havent had it checked in a couple of years, so I made an appointment.This company had a special going on - a service contract on Heating-A/C, with 2 inspections a year for only $109.I made an appointment. They were a little late, but Jorge Rebeles called and kept me posted on his ETA.When he showed, he did a thorough and very detailed inspection of my system. His knowledge and professionalism were impressive. Darn nice guy too. I got a few tips on some things I can do to help my system last.Im very pleased to have found such a good company with such a fine technician.

They got out here within 2.5hrs of my calling my home warranty company, which I think was made a priority since water was leaking through the attic ceiling. I was impressed by and appreciated that!! He fixed the issue causing the problem (that apparently was caused by the tech we had out last week to service the unit) efficiently.When asked if our ducts could be sealed since a couple were leaking significantly into the attic, the tech said “all ducts leak” and left it at that. So...maybe that’s how it is and idk what I’m talking about, but it doesn’t seem reasonable to me to just leave them leaking...

We had our AC unit go out one afternoon in Central Texas and we had a bad night with the heat.Arrow AC was notified and Michael was free for next day.We kept in communications via text and he arrived and heard the issue and figured out the motor had failed. Parts was available and 40 minutes later AC was back to running again.Thanks to Arrow AC and Michael for a quick task completed.
I am 37 weeks pregnant and with out a heater right now due to a bad installation job on my air handler/ heat pump (**not done by this company). I knew I just needed an electrician to fix the problem but the home warranty company wanted to have an HVAC guy come out to say that.Well these guys were assigned. They came out for the 2 minute call I knew it would be. One man was nice and the other was dry and not so nice. They said they would call the home warranty company as soon as they left so that I didnt have to withstand another day at 41 degrees in my house with my son and pregnant self. They did not call (per my insurance company) and when my home warranty co. called them (while I was on hold) they said that they had to wait till the tech got into the office in order to say we needed an electrician. I called them to see how long that would be and the guy at the office was INSANELY rude even after I explained my situation and hung up on me after I asked if they had anymore calls before they came back to the office. They just made hundreds off a 2 min emergency rated call and have zero care for the people who made that possible. This company needs to hire someone better to answer the phone and actually care about the clients they are making money off of.Update: I was called by a manager who seemed to be very upset about my reviews. Apparently the tech I called dry earlier (also the manager who called me) was on the phone with my insurance company (after a call they had) after my call. So I give credit there and would say that maybe the office guy should learn not to give out misinformation and do it so rudely. The dry tech from earlier (again, apparently also a manager the very one who called me to take down the review) had zero apology for his office guy. He proceeded to tell me that the guy said I was cussing and (IMO) that I deserved to be spoken to like that. That he (the manager) was raised better than that that when women talk like that he is supposed to walk away. So as fast as I gave him credit there is that to consider as well. I told him I would edit the review to include an update but with out and apology from himself or the man that was rude (in the office) that I would not honor his desire of I want them (the reviews) taken down. I was even nice enough to call him back after HE called upset the first time and I was in line at the store. He apparently called to harass my husband about the reviews after I had to let him go in the store line (with the promise to call back). I guess I just called him back so that I could be demeaned even more but by the manager/dry tech this time who decided he was going to make up his own truth about what happen. He claims that he is going to find a different was to pursue this now. Nice little threat there. I am not going to be bullied by someone who claims to be a manger and acts like this. I asked for a simple apology and couldnt even get that. Hope the stress from the harassing phone calls dont make me go into early labor!Side note: you can see in MANY other yelp ratings that this office guy clearly loves to hang up on people and name call women.
Jorge has consistently taken care of our AC and HVAC needs since 2015. He is prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable. He is also very honest, will tell you exactly what you need, never tries to sell you on “stuff” for the sake of business. Many times he has just come out and reassured us there were no problems and what easy fixes we can do ourselves to save money!!!
I shopped around, and they had the lowest price in town for the model I wanted! Plus they even installed a vent in my bathroom that didnt have on, which was a lifesaver. They were in and out in 2 hours or so, and the HVAC runs like a dream. Super nice guys, wouldnt go anywhere else.

I would highly recommend Arrow Service. They came out assess the problem and the technician took the time to explain to me everything that was going on. He also took the time to explain my thermostat which is going to make a big difference since I really didnt understand it.Very nice people, very knowledgeable and I would use them again.

I called Arrow when my air conditioner broke yesterday evening. Too hot in texas! Called Arrow and they were friendly and fast and came out first thing the following morning. Our upstairs residential A/C unit went out over the weekend last week. Both of our heat pump units and air handlers were over 26 years old, so we decided to get quotes to replace them. The day after I accepted the very reasonable quote from Arrow Service Center, three highly qualified and personable installation technicians arrived with the new equipment, removed the old systems, and had us up and running with modern, efficient, and powerful new Trane equipment, as well as the software applications needed to control them remotely via WIFI. All of the staff that I dealt with, from the office folks to the technicians, were very professional, detail oriented, eager to offer advice and customized customized solutions, and were enjoyable people to work with. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC projects like this. Thank you again Arrow staff! :)

Al Rowshan was so great. He was professional from the get-go, and informed me of the process that would take place, as well as an accurate, honest timeline of when things would be done. That brought peace to a stressful event. He was refreshingly blunt. Not rude by any means! I could just tell he wanted to tell me the truth of the matter, and not just what I wanted to hear. Because of that, I will only be requesting Arrow from now on to fix my AC. Preferably Al every time!
My AC went out and lucky Jorge was in my neighborhood and came to my house within an hour of my AC failing. He was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I was very fortunate to get my AC back on so quickly.
My AC was not cooling properly so I called Arrow Service Center to have a Tech come out and look at my unit. When the Tech got there he spent 15 mins diagnosing the problem and said my AC Compressor and fan was drawing high amps and since it was an older unit that it would be recommended to replace the unit. The Tech spent almost the same amount of time writing up an estimate for a new unit as he did inspecting mine. I called another company and had them come out to look at the AC ( always get a second diagnosis when its gonna cost between 6 and 7 thousand dollars) and after 10 mins the found that the Capacitor was bad and replaced it and the AC is back to running fine. The old capacitor was old and rusted badly so It was something that should have been found easily by the Arrow AC Tech.
The Arrow service center was a great team to work with. They’re fast & responsive, knowledged & versed, and reliable. 10/10 would recommend.Call them, tell them what’s happening and they’ll be out there in no time!

Great serviceMike was amazing , my ac wasn’t cooling on Saturday .I called arrow and they came the same day even though it was Saturday , and mike the service tech found out very quickly that my condenser outside was not running .He replaced something called capacitor , and the ac was back in working condition .ThxArrow , will recommend ,A++ service
The technician never showed up nor did anyone with their company call to notify me he wouldnt make it in the time window scheduled. I called to notify them, and they had the tech call me back only for him to say he cant be in more than 1 place at a time and hang up on me after I explained I had taken time off of work for the appointment, couldnt wait longer, and wouldnt reschedule another window for another day for this to happen again. I advised when I could be home for the service I had originally scheduled, but he was obviously unwilling to work with me stating that was for emergency service only (6 p.m.). The office staff lacks professionalism and could use etiquette/customer service training as well. I found them through Groupon which you would think would be to earn more customers but seems they just wanted a quick buck and my lifetime of spreading the word about my experience.My advice to them would be to polish up the receptionists greeting and better prepare them to respond to customer questions, concerns, etc. Call customers if you wont make your appt; customers have better things to do than wait for nothing. Be proactive and offer solutions and work with customers when you make a mistake like this one.
Jorge, Jessie, and Mike were very helpful with finding out the issue with my AC unit. They were quick to get to my house, and they kept on digging until they figured out the issue. I would highly recommend them.
I used Arrow to replace a broken heat pump with a new unit. The old work was all hauled off and the new work was installed professionally. They fixed a wobbly washer. Also repaired a heat pump that had frozen last winter. I can recommend this business for installation and maintenance.

CROOKS! FRAUD! Scammed me out of $800 by telling me that they were authorized to work on Sub-Zero (they are NOT!), then telling me that the board was bad on my ice maker and would have to be replaced in their shop. They kept my ice maker for 2 months, returned it and it still doesnt work. They ASSURED ME that my ice maker was not under warranty, but when I called Sub Zero and gave my serial number, it took one minute for the lady to tell me it was under full warranty. They took my $800, and now say that they dont work on Sub Zero any more and that I will have to call the company for help. They will not answer the phone. CRIMINALS!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! ZERO STARS.
Michael checks our a/c systems in the late Spring annually. The service is excellent. He does a thorough inspection of the units and recommends any work that needs to be done. I recommend Arrow A/C for your a/c needs.
I wouldnt give even one star but thats the minimum. To be fair, the work done on my A/C unit was good but the owner is very rude, talks down and does NOT know how to talk to customers. My 4 year old kid can do a much better job talking to new people than the Arrow Service Center owner. Will NEVER allow these guys into my home ever again and will NEVER talk to the owner.
The technician was very unprofessional from the start and rude.We got charged $90 for them to do an inspection wich involved removing an inexpensive piece that took under a minute then for him to put a new one back that took under a minute aswell and charged us something like $200 to put it back. So we got charged around $300 for 5 mins of work for an inexpensive peice.

Owner (I think) said that they tried to call to confirm that morning we always call to confirm and we didnt answer so they didnt come. No record of calls at either number. No voicemails, no missed calls. Not reliable.**** I received your voice mails while on vacation asking me to remove this, and asking me to call. I returned today and will call you tomorrow or Wednesday. Note that in all of your calls and your response you only show concern for whether or not this review is removed. You haven’t shown any concern for my wasted morning. You referenced that I am a business owner? I haven’t shared anything about my occupation with you, and it is not relevant to my experience with your company.I do appreciate that you wanted to talk; hopefully with a modicum of interest in my experience or that you might learn something. Called on 2/22 RIGHT after the Austin snow-pocolypse after calling 4 other places that all said it would be several days. They gave me a window of 2-4 and showed up exactly at 2:00. Jorge was effecient, explained everything to me (I have no idea how any of our system work), and was the best price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
A very nice air condition service man came to my house and reset the thermostat for the air conditioning. He explained in detail which buttons could be pushed for adjusting the temperature also which buttons that should never be pushed. He was kind and very helpful.
Called them out to take a look at refrigerator that was tripping the GFCI after 10 minutes of operation - but the technician did not wait for the breaker to trip. Just pronounced the refrigerator too old to be repaired after opening the back panel. Which might have been true - but the rush to collect payment for the visit and leave made me wonder.

First time leaving a bad review online. Had a technitian come and check out the AC noise. The technitian was inpatient. Charged 220 dollars in total to put in two pounds of Freon and the noise continues.Reply: I originally called for the AC noise. AC not cooling is put there by the technitian. It cools just fine. The amount difference is from the technitian asked for the difference as a tip(I didn’t offer) because he doesn’t have cash for change. I just told by another AC company that the the noise is from normal wear and tear that I don’t not need to worry about.
I requested a AC maintenance check and Michael the Tech was very professional, and walked me through what he found. I had him come out again 6 months later to check again as he found there might be a small leak of Freon, Again was professional and let me know to keep checking it as it would not be worth the money to have him try and locate it. I TRUSTED his advice and judgement, and that is why I will continue to use Arrow.

My AC unit stopped working, i called another AC company to check it out and they said the whole unit needed to be replaced but luckily i called arrow for a second opinion and they found only a small part needed to be replaced and they saved my a lot of money. I appreciate them for the honesty
