This is the first time weve used Airsheen Services. We purchased a home in Oct of 2024 and had the Airsheen Team come out to do a pre-purchase HVAC Inspection. They noted a number of items and rated them in order of importance. This helped us negotiate a better price on the house. We then engaged Airsheen to do the work on our HVAC system post purchase and the same team that did the inspection came out and completed the work which was great as they were already familiar with the home, system and work needed. The professionalism and quality of the work was outstanding and we will be using them annually for years to come!

There were a couple of items that needed to be done, but all of them were completed quickly and with high quality. I would not do that better even if I knew how to do it myself. Now I have fixed the AC unit and a brand new smart Thermostat! Thank you guys!

People often say, Please, if you know a car mechanic who isnt crooked, pass them to me.But what about AC people?Its increasingly costly and scary, when you have to call them because you slept about two hours under 89 degree heat inside, due to your system dying.Well, Shahin, who is a sort of company partner and 15-year professional, will make room in his schedule to show up early and cobble something together, while you decide what to do next.He found an old part and made it work temporarily. Very few servicemen would do such a thing!It is because of him that my child was able to sleep for school, and we were able to think again and work in our house. This week wouldve been memorably disastrous if not for Airsheen.He does not mince words about the systems. There will be only solid advice from a hardworking expert.

Replacing an AC unit can be stressful, but the folks at Airsheen made it a breeze (see what I did there). We had our upstairs unit go out. Airsheen was able to send someone out to diagnose the problem the next day and have it replaced in the same week! Seriously, if I could give them 10 stars I would. EXCELLENT work, and more importantly, EXCELLENT service.

Super friendly yet very professional. I have had them due routine preventive maintenance as well as repair service. They were very responsive when I had a problem. My two AC units were on their last leg, Airsheen had warned me about them for the last year or so, we were doing some bandaid solutions to extend the life, but now one them died. Instead of just replacing that, we decided to replace both of them with new Bosch units, with additional features like variable speed and heat pump, compared to the old units. The job was scheduled very quickly, and installation was truly top notch. I can’t recommend Shahin and his team enough! Now we’re enjoying some nice, quiet, perfect temperature inside.

We have a contract with Airsheen to provide semiyearly service for our heat and air systems. They are extremely professional, always on time and thorough. They explain any issues they find and take pictures of anything they observe to show us. Also, because we are regular customers, we receive a discount on any replacement parts.

I reached out to Airsheen, panicked, with an AC problem which presented itself just hours before I was catching a flight. In my desperation, Shahin, the owner, offered to come to my rescue. He saved my day! Subsequently, I have scheduled and received maintenance service. Every encounter has been easy to schedule, clearly communicated, and with excellent transparency. Sandy was very thorough in finding the true issue behind my problems. Price was fair. They even came back out to fix the initial concern so that my thermostat would work. I appreciate their fast response time.

Were subscribers to Airsheens Comfort Club, which includes discounts on service calls and seasonal maintenance work, so our experience will reflect that. However, I always received excellent work from Airsheen for years prior to our subscription.One of our AC units died last Tuesday - early June but already experiencing late July weather. Within 90 minutes, two members of the Airsheen team were on site making a detailed prognosis of the system. They took their time, ensuring that their analysis would be thorough so that their recommendations would be correct. They then presented me with our options. The old unit was 25 years old, so the choices were easy, but they went out of their way to offer us both a detailed appraisal and multiple options of addressing the problems based on cost and efficacy. We opted to replace everything - condenser/compressor, furnace, the works.They scheduled this job for the following Thursday (and even offered o move it to Wednesday if permitted by early completion of the work already scheduled for Wednesday). They showed up exactly on time at 7:30 on Thursday morning and began work immediately. They replaced everything with new materials, and Shahin himself showed up to oversee critical portions of the work. They brought a large team and had the work completed and tested, with a new thermostat installed, by noon. It wasnt cheap, but it was almost certainly less expensive than most major service companies in the Austin area, and the quality of the work was first class in every way.I selfishly almost hate to give Airsheen the great reviews they deserve because I dont want their service to degrade as so often happens with service companies as they grow. Shahin faces a challenge both keeping his best employees and growing the company in a way that allow him to maintain the quality that has led to his companys growth so far. However, quality starts at the top, so I believe he will succeed in growing Airsheen into one of the top service companies in Austin. I wish them luck and cant recommend them highly enough. I also recommend becoming a Club member - its one of the best investments you can make in your home in my opinion.

I called Airsheen Services when we noticed the temperature rising in our house around 8:00pm. Upon explaining my problem, I was quickly given an appointment for the next morning. Shahin sent a text notifying me that he was on his way. He arrived about 8:45am.Within 5 min he has located my problem. A capacitor and a booster had gone bad. He showed me the parts which needed replacement.Long story short, we were back to cold air in 30 minutes time.I should also note Shahin explained and answered every question I had. We’re very satisfied with Airsheen Services.

Scheduling was fast and easy. Sandy, with her adorable attitude about climbing up to work in the heat, showed up on time. She did everything so efficiently, including changing my HEPA filter and rolling up the hose I left out for her to wash the outside unit. She credits Shahin for her extensive knowledge in knowing how to keep my aging unit running well through the brutal Texas summer. Sandy was so professional, yet personable when she had finished and came to tell me what she had done. I would highly recommend Airsheen to anyone!

I contacted Airsheen this morning, as the A/C compressor and fan were not turning on. They had a tech onsite within 4 hours and they were able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly, at a very reasonable price. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. I will be sure to use this company again when there is work needed.

I had issues with both of my old A/C systems at the same time. The Airsheen folks came out quickly to diagnose the situation. And then they were quick and thorough with both installations.

Did good job. A Explained to me how the furnace and air condition works and what to do and how often to prevent the lines from clogging up. Did a test on the condenser to see if everything was working okay. Explained how often to clean the condenser as well.

A few weeks ago our system sprang a leak in the evaporator coil and we received an astronomical repair estimate from another AC company in town. We reached out to Airsheen and they were able to provide their estimate for the same scope of work within an hour, an estimate that was much more in line with what we were expecting.Airsheen was happy to schedule around some awkward conflicts that we had, handled the warranty process for the evaporator coil, showed up on time, successfully executed the repair within the communicated time window, protected the property and minimized cleanup (drop cloths all the way from the front door, up the stairs, and to the attic access), and were personable and happy to answer my questions throughout the process to boot. At no point in the process was there any upselling or pressure to increase the scope of work.Everyone we worked with at Airsheen - Nicole, Shahin, Humberto - were all friendly and incredibly helpful. We will absolutely be return customers and well be recommending them to anyone in the Austin area.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Airsheen Services. Our two AC units were almost 22 years old, so we wanted to replace them before the extreme summer heat returned. After getting two different estimates, I reached out to Airsheen late Thursday afternoon. Shahin Shahidi came out the next day, looked at our outside units and the furnace in the attic, and then went to his truck for a few minutes. He came back with estimates for good, better, and best options. Due to our financial situation, we selected the “good” option, which was $6,000 lower than the same option from our first estimate, and $3,000 lower than the lowest priced option from our second estimate. He also offered a longer parts and labor warranty (five years, versus three) and a free two-year service plan (versus one year) than the other two companies. Shahidi stated that they could install everything the following Wednesday. My wife was at home for the installation, and she was super impressed by Mr. Shahidi and his entire crew. They were prompt, extremely professional, and courteous. She said it was like watching a beautifully choreographed dance, with everyone working together synchronously to get the installation done. We are extremely satisfied with Mr. Shahidi and the entire crew at Airsheen Services!

Been very pleased with Airsheen service since they installed our new HVAC system few years ago. Like how they come by in spring to check that the AC is ready for the blistering Texas summer. Then in fall the Furnace gets checked its up to the winter cold.

Shahin was very nice, professional, and responsive. He gave me different options and talked through them and what made sense. We had really good dialogue discussing how he compared to multiple vendors and what he could and was willing to do to secure the job. He was flexible on payment logistics and agreed on a timing/method we were both comfortable with. His install crew was fast, clean, and professional and made sure they had the manpower to do both my units in one day. Although I shouldn’t need any HVAC work for a long time now, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AIRSHEEN to friends and family.

Professional, quality and quick service, despite the winter storm of 2021! I lost one of my heaters at the start of the storm. Airsheen Service stayed in touch with me daily to let me know how quick they could make it. As soon as it was safe to drive, technician Shahin was on my doorstep ready to help out. Sandy came out and quickly found the real issue and spent the time trying to figure out why the other technician made the recommendation they did. Airsheen Services what a joke. They do bad business! Came to my house and said the whole system needed to be replaced. Saying that they had a similar system in stock to later find out it was a different brand. The parts were $3900 and they were trying to charge $8650 for installation. I then get a certified dealer out for my Lennox system and all it needed was an air filter to fix which my extra was on site. What a scam! Terrible business and full of high pressure sales tactics such as saying that their schedule was going to fill up that I needed to schedule them then and there ect.Edit:I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and hear them out. In their invoice they included a line-item charge for diagnostic. Given that, I had no sympathy. They should have seen a basic air filter change was needed which is a common issue that ACs freeze up and stop working. This absolutely did not necessitate a replacement and given their diagnostic they mentioned they conducted they should have advised.

Personable, punctual, honest, efficient, and up front about costs. Discussed options for the repair. Refrigerant was priced much more reasonably than what competitors quoted me. Showed me things that I could do myself to prolong the life of the system. I will definitely be using Airsheen in the future.

As the temperatures were climbing into the mid 90’s, we were concerned about our AC unit suddenly not cooling well. Airsheen came first thing the next morning and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue on the same visit. I recently needed service after returning from vacation to no AC and the Airsheen guys came to my rescue. I placed my request late on a Sunday evening and immediately received a call back to discuss what I needed and their availability. The repair crew was on-site by noon the next day and correctly diagnosed the source of my trouble within minutes. They had to source a difficult-to-find part but they tracked it down, completed the repair, and did a thorough check of the system to ensure that their diagnosis was correct and no other issues existed.I signed up for their Preferred Comfort Club to receive a discount on repairs and bi-annual standard maintenance for a reasonable monthly fee. You should too!

I wish other services were as responsive. I was out of the country when my MIL contacted me that the AC was not working. One phone call had a repairman at my home within 2 hours. Within 4 hours my AC was cooling the house.

The capacitor which starts the outside condenser unit failed - on the evening of July 3. Shahin came by on July 4 promptly - yes on a holiday - to get it replaced and our HVAC back and running. Another good experience with AirSheen.

I have used airsheen services twice now. Both times they exceeded my expectations. The service providers are polite and professional. Today (on a Saturday), they went above and beyond to get my unit back up and running. The provider even swept, cleaned and vacuumed out the unit to make sure that it runs efficiently as possible.I have a home warranty but they weren’t going to come out for 4 days. I have three small children and it’s over 100 outside. Glad I spent the money and called Airsheen instead.

We were in a bind with the record heat and our home warranty company not being able to find a company. Shahin was amazing. He came after his last job to diagnose the problem. He stayed and explained it to our home warranty company (knew he didnt want to). He felt bad that we had been without ac for 3 days. He was able to get a crew together (they were so nice and professional) to come back the next day and install a new 5T condenser unit to finally get us ac in 103 heat. AirSheen did not try and take advantage of the situation and over charge us, their pricing was beyond fair. Cant say thank you enough.

Luke came out and helped us with an A/C issue we had, and he was very friendly and helpful with many answers I had questions for. He was quick to diagnose our issue, and reasonable on the service costs. I would use Airsheen Services again for heating and cooling services, and would recommend them to others.

This gentlemen and his team have been taking care of my mothers hvac system for quite a while now. I have used him as well do to the way he runs his company. He is very upfront on what needs to be done and will tell you what doesnt need to be done, saving you monet. Every tech that I have met with was very knowledgable and gave very well thought out answers to any questions. This week, my mother hired an air duct cleaning service which showed her pictures of very dity and moldy ducts. They wanted to charge her $8000. She called me to ask my opinion, which I said it was a scam but to let me see the pics. I called Shahin, who was in a meeting. He stepped out of the meeting to call me, and we discussed the pics. He said he would have a crew out the next day to do her spring maintenance and look for any mold in the system. They spent extra time loooking through out the system and found no mold at all. This is how all companies should strive to operate. In a way, I dont want to recoomend Shahin because I want to keep him for our family nut that would not be right. Very thorough, very courteous, and spent a bit of extra time making sure that not only did my AC unit turn on again, but that the air blowing was as cold as it was supposed to be, electrical systems were functioning within component-ratings, and basically making sure there wasn’t other problems around the corner. Second experience with Airsheen with a second technician, and have had a great experience both times. Price seemed fair for how much work went into my repair (replacing the main unit’s fan motor)

These guys are great!! A team of three. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Luke explains everything to me so I understand how the system works and what the problems/needs are. They helped me at a time of urgency, they have replaced my entire inside unit, wonderful at maintenance... I just signed up for the service membership because they have been so great overtime. Glad my neighbor suggested them and I have someone I can trust.

Just moved to Austin from Raleigh, and my AC broke within a week. I started looking into AC companies and after many comparisons, I was delighted to choose Airsheen services to fix my AC. Not only they were quick, they offered a really good price and customer service. I definitely recommend.

Last summer, the A/C was running but the house was not getting any cooler. This is a big problem in Texas. Shaheen offered to come that evening but we were happy to wait until the morning when he called early and showed up at 8:00 allowing me to get to work in a reasonable amount of time. It was the blower motor. We talked about the age of the unit, the manufacturers warranty, and other options. We settled on an option I thought would be best. Later that day the part was in and my wife and I were enjoying a cool and comfortable home. I have used him before and I would use him again. I recommend him to all. He installed a new system at my Mothers house. Great guy, Fair, and honest.

I noticed it was starting to get warm in our home and checked my Nest thermostat only to see an error message. I checked all the “usual suspects “ like my filters, tripped breakers, water in my drain pan, etc. Everything seemed normal but still no power. So I call Airsheen and Shahin answered the phone. Since I’m a Club member, I was made a priority and he was at my house in 15 minutes! He found a minor short in my main power line and fixed it within minutes! The house started cooling immediately! I’ve used Airheen Services for at least 10 years for my commercial kitchen(I’m an Executive Chef) plus 2 of my rental properties. He’s always been able to do the repair the same day it’s amazing how quickly he diagnoses the issue and repairs it right the first time.Airsheen Services will repair what’s needed and only wants needed plus he won’t try to upgrade you for things you don’t need.

Exceptional service and response to an air conditioning system which went out at about one in the morning by 10:00 a.m. that same day I had a new fan capacitor installed fixing the issue!I left a message via their website and phone number and that morning at about a quarter to 8:00 I got a phone call and everything was set up to go within the next hour.The service technicians knew exactly what the problem was within about 10 minutes and immediately went to work.I appreciate the hard work that they do especially during the Texas Summers where the heat can be relentless. I hired Mr. Shahidi with Airsheen Services on several occasions. Initially, I called him to maintain and repair the original HVAC systems in my home. Several times, he recommended and replaced minor components such as capacitors. He never pushed for replacement of my aging, builder installed systems, but instead focused on cost effective solutions.Then, when I decided it was finally time to replace and upgrade, he worked closely with me to select and quote a new Trane HVAC dual system. He and his team removed the old systems, installed the new systems, and programmed the thermostats. This included the complete interior and exterior a/c components, heaters, and thermostats. The only components he did not replace were the ventilation duct work.He was always respectful and conscientious, even sweeping up my floors after the work was complete.There is much more that I can say, but I will be brief.Five Stars
