Great Company. I called yesterday and got the same service that day. Travis is an excellent technician and has been to our home on several occasions for different AC issues. Issues were always fixed and done in a timely manor. Very polite and knowledgeable.Customer service at the main office is also great and very responsive to our needs.Awesome !!!

Awesome experience with Spectrum Heat and Air. Brad and the team really took care of me recently. I have been using them for over 5 years with minor repairs and replacements for my own system and many of my clients, always with the best reviews. I can say hands down they came to the rescue this past month. My AC went out over the 4th of July weekend and Kris came by the same day to service my system. He got me up and running and bought me some time. Several weeks later, my condenser finally died of old age. This was expected as Kris and I had discussed this possibility a few weeks earlier. Within 24 hours of calling, Kris and team, were back out the next day, and had my new system in.. man, what a relief.. this Texas heat is no joke without AC! I highly recommend the team at Spectrum Heat and Air!

We have used Spectrum for years. They are always on time, friendly and knowledgeable. They have done everything for us from fiddle with our thermostat to replace faulty parts. The price is always reasonable and about what they quoted. They dont find extra things wrong or try to up-sale me. Cant recommend them enough!

I did not feel like rushed or hurried for time like you do with some companies. We are planning on replacing our HVAC system and Travis went over pricing and explained in detail the best options for our home. He was on time, professional, and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Spectrum heat & air. Also, replacing our entire system could be done in a week!

Do not trust this business, they are dishonest and deceitful they will take advantage of you and WAY overcharge for services they did not do or you didn’t authorize. These guys clearly work on some kind of commission with all the outlandish charges and dishonest work they claimed they did and much that was not ever needed. I was having issues with my salons air conditioning —they sent out a tech who said there were no issues with my unit but of course still charged me (for two hours of work and he was there less than hour). Two days later air still wasn’t working so called again. They sent another tech who said my unit needed Freon but that I had declined it on the initial visit. Unfortunately the original tech left internal notes that I declined the Freon and that I said my unit was working fine, none of which I said. So the second tech suggested the Freon would fix the issue and told me it was 200 a pound again charged me for hours he was not there again) . So again two days later still not working and now it’s leaking everywhere, they sent out another tech which I did not approve (i asked they let me know he was coming in case I didn’t need him anymore) who said there were no issues and of course they charged for a visit that I did not authorize and was not there for and of course said he was there another two or three hours and was there maybe 45 minutes (btw this is another different tech). Finally had another tech came out and told me I needed a new unit because all the lines are corroded and won’t hold any Freon or cool the unit. Why did it take three previous trips and over 1500 dollars in charges for this company to now tell me I need a new unit because the lines are al corroded. I ended up getting a new unit from another company because the guy Chris arranging the installation for spectrum said he could do it on a certain day (because it was important this is fixed asap it had already been a week with no air in my salon) and when it came to the date he said he never said that (i have every email from him saying otherwise) I went with them because he said they could do it on a certain date (even though there quote was 7000 higher than the other I got). So after all of this they want to charge over 2000 dollars for exaggerated hours that they were at my shop, dishonest accounts of what happened while at my shop, recommending corrections they knew would not work to make an extra buck . (If the lines are so corroded why are we adding all this Freon and multiple visits to figure out) the last guy that came from spectrum) even told me he didn’t know why they did all that ad it would never hold the Freon because of how corroded all the lines were, why was it so obvious to him and the other company I called for a quote but took this company three guys before the forth said I needed a new unit) this company will take advantage of you and charge you for Multiple—- visits some you didn’t authorize and work they know won’t work just to make an extra buck. It terrible how dishonest some companies will be. I do highly recommend AMC Services for all your conditioning needs, very very honest and fair pricing (no scams there). I’m sure they will get on here and claim differently but I have all the receipts and the notes from my new ac company about all the unnecessary work that was done for an obvious problem. Great company. I sent an email for service and they got back to me right away. Chase came out, he was on time and awesome to work with. He took his time explaining what the potential cause of our issue was and helped correct it. I would highly recommend using Spectrum Heat and Air. They are a trustworthy and professional group.

I have used Spectrum for many years and they have always been so respectful, understanding and honest. Before I got to know their company I had always gotten 2nd opinions, so I did the same when we started using their services, and not only were they always 100% honest, but they also were financially on point and more than reasonable in comparison (usually lower) to other companies in the area! They are always quick to respond when we are in need and they come when they are scheduled. I could not recommend them any more highly. Love this company, love what they stand for!

We are new to the Aubrey area and had looked up heat/air service. Im always a little skeptical to see so many great reviews. However, after having them to my house twice I completely understand! The office was friendly and quick to get us scheduled. The technicians were professional, informative and courteous! I would highly recommend Spectrum!

Spectrum Heat and Air came out to fix our AC. Everyone was very professional and friendly, especially our technician, Chase. The work was completed quickly and correctly. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

When my system went out they came the same day to give me a quote and they were the most affordable quote I got out of the other 3 companies I had come out. I have used a few different HVAC companies throughout the years, but I have used Spectrum exclusively for approximately the past 3 years. Last weekend I was having a problem with my AC and discovered it around 9:00pm on Sunday night. I sent Brad (owner) a text to see if he could help me out. He responded immediately. Upon calling him he walked me through the issue, which I was able to fix myself. I believe this is very rare and is a testament to his character. Brad and his crew have always been honest and always provide excellent service. I would highly recommend using Spectrum Heat & Air!!

I had Spectrum check my AC when I noticed my drain pan had condensation. Shelby in the office was great and was able to get me on the schedule quickly. Their technician, Chase, texted ahead of time to confirm my availability and arrived early. They quickly solved the problem and were so helpful. I am now part of their yearly maintenance plan because I can trust them with my HVAC system. Thanks Spectrum!

Travis came and solved the issue very quickly. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the issue with the unit and how to best care for it. He provided incredible service and was extremely professional and efficient.

I dont typically leave reviews as a business, we have to leave this one.Stay away from this business they are a rip-off. We called them to inspect a unit in a rental property, tenant had complained that the heater was not working. Mind you this is a unit installed in 2016, recently serviced about two months back, so we knew there wasnt going to be much needed.Technician arrived at the right time and was very respectful (props for that), he asked the tenant where the controlling system was and they turned it off and back on, the heating unit came on. He mentioned the filter was dirty, changed filter and called to collect payment on the spot , this was about 6:30pm.He said the bill was $195, we asked for a discount because really changing one filter out shouldnt be $195. He said only the office could apply discount and they will call us back the next day. The next day, office sent an invoice of $305.1) How can the price be different from what technician provided and from what the office is billing 2) Who charges $305 for changing one filter?. This is a rip-off, only for the office to tell us it was unfortunate? What is unfortunate is you having to rip off customers and dealing business in bad faith.

Spectrum has been great to work with, called in on Wednesday and the next day at 8am they were onsite. I had the HVAC system checked to make sure everything was working correctly. Very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the inspection.Great local company that I would gladly recommend.

Had an old and mismatched together hvac system and the outside unit was noisy and most everywhere in home was hard to keep temperatures. For $150 they spent 3 hours checking everything on ours on our system any every way they could increase performance. Luckily they had great financing options so that I could go with the best option which ended up being a whole new system. From start to finish everything was top notch never once was pressured into anything and everyone from apprentice to service manager were all very knowledgeable professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone needing any level of hvac work done.Had generator switch installed tried to use heating with it learned would not be able to run with generator went back to main power and hvac wouldn’t turn back on called spectrum of course at 7pm ish answered right away and got us on schedule first thing in morning got up and running no problemAlways the best service great guys I’m a service plumber myself so I know what great service means and these guys are top of the line would never call anyone else

Chase was very respectful and personable. He was efficient and quick. You could tell he had sympathy and was very good at listening. Our issue is resolved and Id call him again for any further HVAC services.

Chase came out and knew exactly what our problem was. He was quick to fix it, and gave us great advice on how to prevent our problem in the future. You see, I had heard that the learning style thermostats, Nest in our case, can wear out parts on your HVAC system prematurely, but thought it was just owners not knowing what they were doing. Well, after 2 incidents in 2 years with our young system (only 5 years old), andChase telling me that Nest is not good and to go with something like Honeywell, I decided to get rid of them. Best decision ever. I bought a new Honeywell thermostat, and Chase guided me on how to install it myself over the phone! I will not call any other HVAC repair company ever again after my experience with the professional and helpful work from Spectrum Heat and Air.

We experience an emergency situation, in that our HVAC pan had deteriorated and was leaking. The overflow line were clogged also. We contacted three other companys but none could help us in side of several days. A stain could be seen in our kitchen ceiling. Chase made time to come bye determine the problem, provide a temporary fix to preclude any additional damage. He returned early the next day and replaced the drain pan which had deteriorated and was leaking. He serviced the unit. and even offered to repaint the spot in the ceiling. Wow! thats what I call service. I would recommend Spectrum without reservation. They are professional, prompt, courteous, and service oriented.

Our air conditioning system went out last week. Called Spectrum and spoke to Kenny Williams (very professional), he had someone out that afternoon. The next morning there was a crew at our house at 8, by 10 the family was enjoying a new and very resonable HVAC system. These guys are very punctual, courteous, and professional. This is the most thorough and professional group I have had the privilege to have encountered. They are not out to sell you excess parts or services. They do what they say. They have integrity, which seems to be hard to find these days. As a contractor myself, I would recommend this group to everyone. Thank you for going above and beyond for my family! Came home last week from an out of town trip to find our A/C system wasn’t cooling. We called Spectrum the next morning. Chris arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, low coolant due to a leaking evaporator coil. Since the unit was not even 4-yrs old, Chris informed me that the replacement is under warranty and would be free. Chris found the replacement part in Denton. Chase picked up the part and the guys had our A/C back up and running with cool air by 5pm. Chris and Chase were great. Thanks guys!

Spectrum Air quickly came in provided recommendations , options and were very professional in a time of need , meaning air conditioner down, summer in Texas and it was a mere 100 degrees maybe for 10 days straight. Kenny was the lead he walked us through a variety of options and provided the right solution for us given the size of our house, capacity options extra. The implementation was painless and was completed quickly. Highly recommend this organization for any of your air conditioning needs.

Very trustworthy, honest, and hard workers. They spent a lot of time at my house making sure that the air conditioner was not going to go out again after they had repaired it. I strongly recommend them.

I had other A/C companys tell me I needed a new unit. Spectrum replaced my fuse on my fuse box and all is good! These are good honest people that respect the long term relationship with there customers. Sadly, that is hard to find these days.

Jacob and his crew did an amazing job building retaining wall. It was a HOA wall with 7’ height and 120’ length. Jacob was onsite pretty much all the time and answered all the questions/concerns we had. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. His crew is awesome and did great job; we are definitely going to hire spectrum for our future projects and would highly recommend them. Jacob is an asset for Heat & Air and construction services!!

Unfortunatelly there was no zero star so I had to pick one star. because of all the 5 star review we called Sprectrum Heat and Air to fix our AC which was intermittentlly working because condenser was freezing then once it defrost the unit will start, We paid in full and they said nothing wrong with AC, 2 week later it stopped working again and we ended up calling again to Spectrum and they said they will charge in full again. Since first time they did not figure it out anything and we had to pay in full and second time again they were charging in ful we decided to go with another company and they fixed the AC for us.

Our experience was amazing. Chase was at our house very quickly and the service from spectrum is very professional. I highly recommend using them.

100 temp day Called at 1:30ish and they had someone out by 3:00. Lady on phone was super nice and G figured out how to fix our older system fast - tranformer/electric issue.Love that they are Aubrey/Kruegerville local.

They came out and serviced the A/C unit at a rental home we have in Carrollton Texas, the next day after I called. They did an excellent job. I will call them again.

Extremely thorough and took the time to explain. I only had a routine maintenance performed, but I felt like he did more than that. I have several tips and tricks to help keep my electricity usage down and my system running longer.
