I needed a ductless mini-split air conditioning unit installed before Thanksgiving, and they went above and beyond to make it happen.Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right really stood out. Johnny, Anthony, and and Gage came out to our residence first thing in the morning. They addressed and fixed the issue quickly, were thorough, and provided great customer service. Scott also was very helpful scheduling service to come out and being transparent. If you want people you can trust, go with these guys!

Johnny, Gage and Anthony did a great job thoroughly diagnosing the issue with my HVAC unit and determining that what another company had said was the problem wasn’t the problem at all! They saved me $100’s, if not $1000’s, and more than likely prevented another company from just adding more to my costs when the problem wouldn’t have been resolved anyway! Everything is running great!True to their promise they were on time! Super fast and did a job, that others were saying would be a couple of days, all in the same day! Just got my heating fixed and running by replacing a pretty big component in under 5 hours!!! That included them physically going to the Dallas based manufacturing supplier and getting the parts in the same 5 hour window!Needless to say I’m impressed by all 3 technicians that showed up as well as Scott, whom I spoke with on the phone regarding the issue. Set the wheels in motion at 5pm yesterday and after a mid-morning diagnosis the today I have a perfectly functioning unit providing heat to my home by lunch!!I’m a call around guy and I called around, decided to go with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and I am incredibly happy I did. Very well just earned a customer for life, thanks guys.

We woke up to it being 50 degrees in the house during a cold spell here in North Texas. I saw that this company had a 5.0 review online on Google map. They were out here within an hour, identified that the main board had failed, found a replacement and we had heat within 2 hours. The service was excellent, they quickly took care of the problem, and their prices were exceptional. Scott and his team are awesome! They are honest about things you do or don’t need and don’t make you feel like you have something wrong with your unit. They have a book of their pricing too which I thought was straight forward.They also took my trash out for me because there was a spider on it 🤣 and killed a couple wasps. Just nice guys!
