I can’t say enough positive things about CVJ; from the owner, front desk and the technicians that came out to repair my heater. They were quick, polite and did an amazing job. I highly recommend for anything HVAC related!

Ben Otto of CVJ Heating & AC has installed and serviced our system the past few years. Hes always courteous and professional. I appreciate the CVJ maintenance program which ensures our system remains in proper working order.

Had a new system installed with them, paid thousands of dollars. They came back to check on it months down the road, spent about 10 minutes dusting it out and tried to charge us a ridiculous amount. I confronted them and then they back pedaled and changed it to a regular service call around 75$. They lost our trust permanently because we have zero trust in them.

Spaced out three service calls (based on customer needs). Was on time all three times, scheduling was excellent.They evaluated the problem, and executed the plan. While the plan delivered some results, it was not what they hoped.They provided a second solution, to solve the problem.They did not try to get me to “replace” my system or sell me products I did not need.Technician was professional and explained everything in detail. Will recommend and use again.

Fantastic service and people. We were looking at quotes of $3000 to $6000 to get our outside unit replaced. The rep from CVJ was the only one that took the time (literally 3 minutes) to call the manufacturer and confirm that the unit was still under warranty instead of trying to soak us for out of pocket expenses. They saved us a ton of money, gave us some great advice and really made things easy on my wife who was taking care of all of this while I was out of town. I could not be happier with the services received and their genuine interest in serving the customer.

Called CVJ yesterday to get someone out to check our church HVAC ducts. Ben came out promptly at 9am, assessed what was needed. He called in some co-workers and they got right on it. They replaced all of the ducting, suspended it and fixed the registers. I was super happy they were able to get the job done and will definitely use them again. Thanks Ben.

Steve was awesome! He taught about how the A/C units should work and what to do to maintain them. He was kind and patient with my questions and his service was outstanding!

CVJ is the best! My elderly moms system was out in 97° temps and these guys came through with a new AC system when no other HVAC company would hardly return my call much less schedule a time to come out to evaluate the system.

Tech came out and melted some ice, did nothing else, and gave us a 200.00 plus dollar invoice. Told us since he had been there almost two hours(melting ice) he had to charge us. I wouldnt recommend this company. If the work is done i have no problem paying for the service but this was way to expensive for nothing. Do not use!
