I have used Wait Mechanical for 4 years now. They responded to the Insurance Company when we were hit by a bad storm just over 4 years ago. They have worked on 2 gas lines, repaired a HVAC system that 2 other companies couldnt handle. Now I have had them do a system check on all of our buildings. VERY quick response and professional approach on the service call. I am very happy with them.

Unit 62(RJT0304) please learn to drive. Not only did he put my life at risk with his incompetent driving, he almost clipped my car. It’s people that drive erratically like you that need road rage management. If that’s how he drives, I can only imagine how crud he is at the job.

One of the drivers parked in the marked off section of handicap parking at the Walmart off of cooper in Arlington. Just stayed in his truck no apology didnt move his truck until after I got into my car. Already bad enough I am having issues with my foot but having to move and make my day difficult because you did want to park in the back and block off handicap access. Thanks a lot. These people are not fair to their customers. They work their employees to hard. They also purge R22 out into the atmosphere. EPA needs to pay them a visit. There are Better places to fix boilers than here. The next owner doesn’t know how to repair equipment: he just tries different things to try the figure it out. 0 stars if possible
