I called them out for a second opinion after being told the heating unit needed to be replaced. Bob checked and said everything was working and it wasn’t necessary to replace the unit, and didn’t even charge for the call! That’s community service!! I highly recommend this company.

Brian did a great job fixing my AC. He noticed a cable that was wired incorrectly on the compressor and then measured the temperature coming out of the vents to make sure the job was completed. Great price too.

Ted was amazing. Had a failure with a full unit (due to a lightning strike that grounded the compressor. 22+ years old) that was too old to update, and he and his team worked me into the schedule and had a new complete system installed in two days, at FAR lower pricing than the radio guys. You will be glad you called him!

The Best! Ive used more than a dozen AC service providers over the years due to a home warranty and none of them come close. Ted arrived quickly and in about 10 minutes diagnosed our AC problem that 2 other companies had been unable to identify. After 6 days without AC Ted had it working within 24 hrs of getting needed parts.

This is the best company I have ever dealt with. Very genuine and they care more about actually catering to each person individual situation instead of just trying to make a buck.I had an over 20 year old AC system that began to not cool very well at all and needed repairs! A literal block of ice surrounded the system.Ted came and fixed some minor things completely for free during the initial consultation and diagnosis. He then found the main issue and gave me a very reasonable price!. However he also advised me that given how old the system is of course logically it would mess up some time in the future.They taught and guided me step by step on the basics about AC systems and walked me through everything. Even constantly checked up after the work was complete.Best bang for your buck is with this company!!

Although AC problems are never pleasant, Arlington AC and Heating made this repair as painless as possible. They came in way under a competitors quote and actually saved me money on a capacitor that the other company told me was bad when it was fine. This is a great example of their honesty and integrity. Brian was great and had his work cut out for him with my dirty AC coils but he got it done and my house is cold! Couldnt ask for more. Will definitely use in the future.

I told my landlord about the AC not working on a Sunday and, with the temperature still being pretty mild, I wasn’t in a huge rush but mentioned it would be nice if someone could come out the following day. On Monday morning the owner of Arlington AC & Heating, Ted Jessup, called me to check my schedule & try to coordinate a time for him to come out that same day. Ted kept me updated via text messages throughout his morning appointments & was able to fit me in late Monday afternoon. If I had to describe my experience in a single word, it would be AWESOME. Ted was professional, personable & extremely knowledgeable as he had my AC problem diagnosed within about 15 minutes. It took maybe another 15 minutes to remove & clean various parts before getting to the blown fan motor. Ted didn’t have a new motor with him but found a supplier across town who had one in stock & within an hour Ted was back with the new motor. Roughly 30 minutes later, my AC was blowing ice cold. Ted was genuine, honest an all-around great guy and also gave me several maintenance tips to keep my AC running more efficiently. I highly recommend Ted Jessup and Arlington AC & Heating!!

I can’t say enough how excellent the service and peace of mind I received from Ted Jessup and his company. My air system was in dire straits when I found and called him. He returned my call within ten minutes and made time to fit me in his already overloaded schedule. He immediately noted the problems, some of which were manufactured by a previous repair from one day before with another company. With the other company, the entire system I had was bought and annually maintained for ten years. Only TEN YEARS! They then told me it was time to replace the entire system, and it would cost approximately $22,000. The anxiety this created was phenomenal, and dealing with the high temps, I felt I was at their mercy. The other company had temporarily “fixed” my system with a new capacitor and “assistant capacitor,” which completely broke down and stopped working within nine hours. They had charged me full price on both parts. When Ted arrived the next day, he found the capacitor was an old, used one with dents all over it. He also discovered I was about 15 pounds overloaded on freon, which causes my system to work harder. I do believe the other company was sabotaging my system to make me feel it was falling apart and would need to replace it.Thanks to Ted, my system is back up to running better than it has in the ten years I’ve owned it. In addition to replacing the capacitor, he replaced the fan motor, adjusted valves, balanced my freon, changed my filters, etc., all at a mere fraction of the cost I had been quoted from the other company. He was thorough, and his skills are impeccable. He treated me like family, and I trust his work completely. He’s a rare find. Five stars is not enough.

Ted is the most knowledgeable AC repairman with extensive experience! He came to our rescue when the AC cover on the outside unit was damaged during the winter storm and a replacement was not available from Lennox. Another company told me they had no idea when a replacement cover would be available. Ted had the AC running very fast by securing the motor to a brace. I am very thankful to have found Ted! He is very professional and courteous!

I called Arlington A/C & Heating set up time, he came out on schedule appointment called me stated he was running 10 -15 minutes behind because of another job took longer that was okay with me. Ted showed up within that extra time that he quoted me, got my A/C working within 30 minutes. I have had other companies to come out and they wasnt able to repair stated I need to replace the main board when it only needed antifreeze. I couldnt believe it. 3 companies stated the same thing, my A/C is the top of the line by Coleman company and the main board is out. Well thanks to Ted that was not true, my A/C is working just fine with just a antifreeze.Vern

Ted is a thorough professional, who took his time to check and recheck my two HVAC systems.in an effort to eliminate a number of issues that were associated with neglect prior to my buying this home.Prior to hearing of Ted, another HVAC company tried to high pressure me into buying a new unit. Early on, Ted informed me my equipment is a little unusual for this area, but he also said it was made by Lennox, and should be capable of doing the job for me. He was absolutely right.After he spent a number a number of hours tuning thing to “just right”, I have two units that both work very well. Ted replaced several parts including the capacitor and a couple of fuse links that control heat strips.I found Ted to be a genuine nice guy who believes in giving back and helping out. He certainly helped me out when I needed help and he did the same for the lady who referred him to me. Ted came out the same day confirmed my diagnosis that the compressor was beyond repair. His team came out the next day install a more efficient air conditioner and also noticed some items in the air handler. His team help me work with my previous air handler installation company to deal with the items.

Called them on a Friday morning and they were able to come out that same day and do the repairs. Brian was the very friendly and skilled technician that got us up and running in about two hours. Highly recommended!

Ted has become my new best friend as of today! I’ve had 3 other HVAC companies come out only to tell me my ‘vintage’ unit was too old to find parts to repair and that my only option was to replace with a new system ranging from $10k to $14k. Well Ted, with his many years of experience, spotted burned out wires which was the reason the fan wasn’t working. He said he would try to replace the wires and see if that would do the trick-and it did!! So he was able to get my system up and running for $125 and I was overjoyed! I will never call another big HVAC company again. I am a customer for life!

Ted did install our air conditioning last year in August and came today because some wires were shewed by rodents eitside and he fix it and said it was under warranty (no charge!). Great service.

All hope is not lost on humanity. Ted is AMAZING!!! Our central air went out on a Sunday. To avoid paying an emergency rate I convinced my husband that we would be ok for 1 night. What a rough night it was. We got very little sleep and lots of sweat. I looked to see what the temperature was and it had reached 96 degrees. We have only lived in our home for 1 year, no prior occupants. We called the company that had installed the AC unit prior to us moving in. They came out Monday afternoon and spent 2 hours looking at the AC. After thoroughly staring at the broken unit the young man decided that maybe a supervisor was needed. He went to lunch and came back with a supervisor. They walked around the compressor outside, came in and looked at the A-frame coils and informed us that they did not need to test the unit because our BRAND new 1 year old coils are cheap and known to leak. Our options were: 1. have them fill the refrigerant for $400 and eventually that will leak out and we would be in the same situation. 2. use the parts warranty and pay $1800 in labor and an additional $400 for refrigerant. 3. fill with refrigerant $400 and they would be out on Tuesday or Wednesday with another unit for $1800 in labor and another $400 for the refrigerant top off. OR my favorite option... #4. drop $8000 on them installing a brand new AC unit. Needless to say, I did not proceed with that company. I called my brother and he called Absolute Comfort Solutions. It was late in the day and Ted wasnt able to come out but he came the next day. Tested everything and for a fraction of what the Other Co was charging installed a brand new, trusted, made in Texas coil unit, and filled the refrigerant. Ted is a blessing. Thank you

Ted came to our house to see what was going with our old AC. It turned out we needed a new unit. Ted is definitely different from other companies. Instead of telling everthing has to be replaced (just take a loan). He gave us a few options that works for our budget. We eventually we decided to replace everything, the outside and inside units. He was very helpful and even went over our energy bill to see if we payed to much.A few days later his guys came in and replaced the AC unit, even though I didn’t know he came back to give us a bigger slot for our filter.The best thing so far has been the energy bill is now half of what I payed before, even with the August heat. Absolute Comfort Solutions are/is AWESOME!!!! They came to my home and fixed my old, hanging by a thread, air conditioner! Its over 27 years old! They were Professional and Efficient! They took the time to explain what the issues were and what my options would be to solve them. They did not judge, criticize or tell me that there was no way to fix this old unit. They treated me well then and I figured they would be no different now.They answered my call and as expected, would not be able to see me until the next day, but would keep me informed if there were any changes to the schedule. 15 minutes later I was called and was told that if I was available, they could fit me in between clients to get me seen within the hour! YES, PLEASE!!!As promised, Absolute Comfort Solutions came and in the hour that they were here they got a valve in my Air conditioner unstuck (which was preventing it from receiving freon, it was super low, which is why it was freezing!) and got it blowing strong and COLD!!! I Highly Recommend to anyone that isnt but wants to be Absolutely Comfortable, use Absolute Comfort Solutions as the SOLUTION!!!

I shopped against the known ac companies and a few other companies that I got as recommendations. My ac went out during the hottest time of the year. Totally understand why labor is an issue. They were absolutely as responsive as anyone can be! Totally new system installed for about 75% of the quotes from companies that advertise on radio and tv.
