From what I can see so far the guys did a excellent job. My wife came in today and turned the AC on and the house cooled down 100% faster than before with the new filteration system we had installed. With all the vents in the ceilings being sealed and repaired.

From the first time I called for service, I knew I called the best place. They were busy on a Saturday, but they sent me a God send. His name is Jose and not only is he intelligent, but also he’s a great guy. He was here for maybe 45 minutes and we now have heat and air conditioning back after losing it two months ago. Will definitely continue to call Air Clinic. They know how to treat people well!

HVAC unit just stopped! Air Clinic was super fast to get a knowledgeable tech out to me. Adam identified broken blower and need for a UV unit to get rid of mold! HVAC Service from Air Clinic was fast and very professional. We needed our TRANE HVAC serviced due only a few days before Thanksgiving especially since we had Family coming. It was not operating correctly.They placed a priority on getting it fixed. Thank you Air Clinic!!! They just left my h6ome, so this may be too early, however...The t young man fixed my thermostat to pr evidence auxiliary heating when the heat pump is insufficient, then changed my overworked filter. When he left, I had heat!

Very nice professional service person, however upon diagnosing the problem, needed new capacitor, I was told it would cost $350 to install a $15 part. I paid the trip charge for about 10-15 minutes on site at $90 and will chase down and install the part myself. They installed this unit years ago and I have used them before but feel like I was being gouged for another 5 minutes to install a $15 part that would have cost me an additional $250

Great Company and very Honest and Fair priced compared to others out there. Arthur and JJ are amazing, they went above and beyond expectations with new AC install. They truly care for their customers and customers property, they protected everything and made sure the property was thoroughly clean at the end of each day. They spent 3 days here, had a little hiccup with the install but they did an awesome job troubleshooting. making sure everything was working properly and following up to make sure everything was getting completed in a timely manner.

Shanda, Missy and their team are kind and caring professionals. They were very prompt to schedule a technician to my mom’s home and took care of a warranty issue after another company gave us an estimate that was 3 times higher than their final bill. I highly recommend this company.

We’ve been with AirClinic since 2010. They were fantastic back then. These past few years they’ve had good and bad changes. Right now they seem to be in a low. They called last week and said they needed to do a check on a recently installed unit. Said they’d be there between 8-12 on Friday, called Friday at about 8 and asked to move it to Friday afternoon. I said ok. Called at about 4;30 and informed me we need to reschedule. Spent a whole day at home for a service call they requested and they didn’t show. There are some very good people at Air Clinic that do good work. They just seem to have poorer management and time management at times.

Highly recommend Air Clinic. Juan assisted with a thermostat issue and was professional, informative, and got the problem fixed quickly. This is the second time I’ve used Air Clinic (after being referred to them by my mother) and will continue to use them for all future needs!

Never called me back to book appointment time… thank you for let me wait here in 93 degree temperatures all day while you ignore me and my small business. I will make sure to pass along the word to my customers as they see me sweating while helping them that Air Clinic is too busy for new customers and seek help elsewhere…Response to Company reply: Yes, exact same review for the other company that blew me off and left me in extremely hot temperatures as well. Same experience, copy and paste over, easy explanation, not very confusing. I called 3 companies that day, you’re being the second, and was not ever followed up by any one of them. I called from a business line stating BOTH units were out, so it should have been fairly simple to understand that I was in great need of assistance. Why would I reach back out after about 3 weeks, comical….

Last Monday my ac quit.I got a quote from a company that was crazy.We took our granddaughter to gymnastics on Tuesday and we saw Air Clinic of San Antonio. It was 4:30pm and my husband walked over while i took our granddaughter into gymnastics.About ten minutes later....my husband called and said they were going to run to the house so Seth could check out the unit and price it out. (Me being me....I told them to take the truck so it would be faster)Keep in mind....we are close to 5pm now. Seth and my husband went to the house and Seth checked everything out. At 5:30pm...after gymnastics...Seth patiently wrote us a quote for two different units. We never felt pressured to pick a high priced unit.Seth scheduled us for Thursday....which I was shocked it was that quick. But very pleased.Michal and TJ showed up on Thursday am to install the unit. (Seth also came and checked to see how everything was going.)They put down cloth on the rug in the bedroom and still made sure they wiped their feet before entering. Both Mikhal and TJ were very polite and answered any and all questions. After the unit was installed....they explained how to use the thermostat and how to link it with my phone and use it.I highly recommend Air Clinic of San Antonio. The staff is very respectful and polite. No matter your financial situation.....they treat you with great respect.Please give them a call for any and all of your ac needs. You will be happy you did.Oh.....side note....I am currently keeping my ac at 76* and it is very comfortable in the house.....even with the temperature outsode at 101* but feels like 110*.Julie M.

Very pleased. Called Air Clinic. Wanted a second opinion about an a/c issue. A couple of other hvac companies couldnt help me with a simple question without coming out and a trip charge. Air Clinic provided a same day no charge appt to come and do a quick review. Adam was real helpful and answered my questions. I appreciated his service. Was able to get ac charged up, at a much better cost, to get me through until I decide on a bigger repair. Overall I am glad I called Air Clinic. They will be my choice next time.

My service agreement appointment with Sean from Air Clinic went well. Arrived on time and checked the HVAC unit and cleaned the coils. He said that the unit was performing well and no other maintenance was needed. I am totally satisfied with the service provided and not being charged for services not needed.

6/22/24 - Our A/C quit working, found Air Clinic online, they have great reviews. Called and was told that the trip charge would be $89 dollars, technician showed up, tinkered with air handler in the attic for 5 mins, swapped out a bad capacitor, then said the board was bad and because the unit was so old we should just get a new system. He hot wired the blower motor to stay on constantly then proceeded to quote me a new system. When it came to the charge, they charged me $129 dollars, I told the tech that I was quoted $89 dollars, he smiled and said “That’s how they get you!”. I payed him and he left. I called another company for a 2nd opinion, they came out diagnosed, rewired and was able to get my system working again in under 20 mins. I called Air Clinic back and expressed my frustration about the trip charge, the guy said they would call me back on Monday 6/24, it’s now 6/30 and no one has called me back.

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the process and showed pictures of the parts he worked on. We also appreciate honoring the previous visit from Air Clinic for the same issue.

Very informative!!! The technician gave me point to point details of what was needed to maintain my AC unit. I was feeling a little LOST and at my whits end but he was most helpful and cared about the comfort of my home and ME!!!

Prompt service (next day in our case), courteous and knowledgeable technician who was able to diagnose our problem and get cool air blowing again without upselling anything after another well known company in the DFW area couldn’t. We will be using Air Clinic for our future HVAC needs.

Thermostat decided go out on coldest day. Called Air Clinic as they installed unit approximately 10 years ago. Explained problem to them and they sent, I think it was James to check it out. His perseverance crawling in and out of attic checking different possibilities paid off. He found thermostat to be bad. He explained that the stat had been superseded by a newer version and had to get one. He returned very quickly with a new one and also told me it was still under warranty. Needless to say it was a blessing when the heat kicked on. Thanks to all at Air Clinic for the professional and timely care taken. Again thanks for being here. I highly recommend these pros.

There are not many 5 * companies that I have had the pleasure of dealing with but Air Clinic is one that I have been with over 10 years. They are always ready to help and the technicians have always been experienced in what they do telling me that the company truly vets them before hiring them. The technicians have always cleaned up the work area and always ask if there is any questions that needed to be answered. This company is GREAT !!

I’ve been dealing with Air Clinic for almost 10 years. They’ve sold me and installed 2 units for me in that time. Sean came out this past week for my annual check up and the units are running as they should be. He was super informative as well.

We had our Goodman heat pump replaced to Trane and Air Clinic took care of everything. Air Clinic techs came on time as scheduled. Their techs were professional and well experienced. The installation process of the unit was completed by 5pm that day. The next day, an Air Clinic guy came to inspect that unit was installed correctly and running smoothly. We’re completely satisfied with Air Clinic’s performance and we’re giving them a five star rating.

Price was almost $2,000 less plus a upgrade brand than other quotes. Very workable around schedules and fast service.

Adam did a great job presenting an offer. The installation went very good and very fast, the installers were very talented. I saw pictures of the completed job and am pleased.

WOW....Exceeded my expectations for sure!! Shawn was at my home within an hour of me calling - on a Saturday no less!!!! Temperature in my home was 84 and rising, but Shawn found the problem and went to work (after fighting off the yellow jackets that had made a nest in the unit). Replaced a blown China made capacitor with a new, made in America one. Filled our freeon, checked the pressure, checked our filters.....plus a really nice guy. We will be using them again for sure!!

More than 13 years ago, we picked our clinic to buy two air-conditioning Systems for our home. Since then, they have provided great customer service, and today they elevated it yet again With great customer service, immediate availability, and fair pricing. Everything you want in home HVAC maintenance and repairs.

I want to start off by saying I will probably never use another air-conditioning company while I live in Texas! I was dreading calling a company as my air conditioner broke down on a Saturday with a record heat month, I knew that most likely I’d be out of air for the weekend. From the first phone call I made to the last interaction with Mo our technician I can tell you I have never felt more like a person from a company. I spoke with their office, they made me feel I was important and rushed a technician to my house. Within an hour we had the best technician Mo come out. His knowledge, friendliness and willingness to do whatever he needed to do to get my family air that day will never be forgotten. I have a sense of security, knowing this company is looking out for my family. We appreciate you Air Clinic and thank all of your wonderful staff, that treated our family like their own. I pray your business Prospers and you continue to put faith back in people to show what good business looks like!

PROCEED WITH CAUTION WHEN USING AIR CLINIC Nov 2024 - Scheduled a winter tune-up just to make sure the system was running as it should. Technician and I assume helper arrived carrying 2 boxes (this will make sense in a minute) proceeded to change the filter that I provided, opened up the evap coil compartment then using the word mold proceeded to try AND UPSELL an air purifier and a UV light, the 2 boxes they were carrying. Think about that. They were going to try and sell the purifier and light BEFORE they even checked the system. Wait, it gets better. They did not even turn the heater on or check to make sure it works. After I told them NO, they went right to getting paid. I paid for the service, and they left. Later the same day, the company sent a copy of the price for the purifier and uv light installation for $1500 and noted the heater was working as it should. HOW WOULD THEY KNOW?? $1500 for a $500 part and 20min install. Thats quite the install fee for snake oil. Whats worse is IF there is mold, no mention of cleaning it out then preventing it with the purifier, which has a UV light. Hmm, wonder what the 2nd light was for? Keeping the mold warm and happy?The next day, I called the company and reported the issue. They sent a competent tech who guess what, DID NOT check the evap coil, DID NOT show up carrying 2 boxes, and DID NOT upsell anything. Just did his job best he could. He did do the heater checkup as it should have been done for the first time. So BEWARE, if you do use AIRCLINIC, you are subject to UPSELLING equipment you may not need by incompetent technicians. Get a 2nd opinion before you let them do any major work. If you do use them, watch what they do. If you do get crappy work or have issues, call the office, and they will make it right. You should not have to do that at all and kinda sure that is not the reputation they want, but it has happened twice to me. Will I call them again? Stay tuned, I might.. just be dilligent and careful. Everyone is trying to scam and hustle, it seems. Dont be a victim of this. There is another review where the same tech who tried to sell the uv light managed to convince the customer it was needed. See the pattern? Like I said, BEWARE.

15 years ago, I purchased a central heat and air system from Air Clinic and wore it out. I purchased my second system a year ago, and once again, professionalism, quality, and excellent service from the front desk to the installers is excellent. Great experience with Air Clinic. We needed to replace our 14 year old Trane system that had several leaks and used the old refrigerant. I got three bids on a new system. Will Cobb came out and went up to the attic with me and explained the system installation process that they use. Much more detailed and comprehensive than the others were. We discussed our needs and upgrades to windows we had already completed and decided on a new system. Will was able to match the lowest price of the competition with what I believe is a better installation. He also let me know about rebates coming from Trane and we waited till the first day of rebates to do the install. He did all the rebate paperwork for both the Trane rebate and the Oncor rebate that I will receive.On the day of the install the crew called about 20 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive at 7:30am and confirmed that they were on the way. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job installing both the attic unit and the outdoor condenser. They replaced and upgraded several things during the install to make the installation perfect. It was all completed in 5 hours and tested out successfully. No mess was left by the crew and everything looks and works great. Will even helped me download the Nexia app and get it paired with my system for remote wi-if access from anywhere. Works great!I highly recommend Air Clinic if you are in need of a new system!Update 6/25/24After 4 years, I want to update my review by adding that their service is incredible. Had a clogged A/C drain today and the service tech Jose was very thorough in diagnosing the cause of the problem and working with me to resolve it. Air Clinic is the best A/C company we have used at our residence over the 46 years that we have owned it. No hard sales or pressure with this company to replace unnecessary parts. You can trust them to work on your existing system or install a new one!

My air conditioning unit died in the middle of summer. They had a technician At my front door within 12 hours, and my AC running within 13. Amazing service

Have been with Air Clinic since 2014 and have been extremely pleased with their service. Always on time, always quality workmanship.

The techs are excellent, the warranty replacement fee is outrageous. It was more than the actual part being replaced. Watch out and ask questions before you have them do any warranty work.

So the original repair happen Wednesday the repair didn’t even last 12 hrs, no we are completely with out AC no ETA when it will be fixed one Tech will come out and look at and another tech will come out to repair it but doesn’t know what to do to it. They don’t communicate with each other and they don’t communicate to the customer. The stated send me an email and I will respond That has not happen yet either the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Proceed very cautiously with this company. They only want the money they don’t care about customer service or there workmanship.Have reached out to have my AC checked since this company installed and most recently replaced the compressor last year 3 days put in a request to have somebody come take a look at it since it’s not blowing cold air, yet three days later no contact from the company. Just questioning if they stand behind there product and workmanshipUpdated 18th Aug 2023They came out on Wednesday of this week and said they were fixing the issue with the AC, Due to lack of communication on Airclincs end here it is Friday evening and the AC has completely stopped blowing cold air and the Compressor I paid the labor to install last year due to the warranty didn’t have to pay for the part has been placed under undo stress for the fact the company doesn’t know the systems they install. Technician left here this evening with not being able to tell me when they can get back out here to fix there mistake. This is unacceptable and ridiculous that a company supposedly stands by there work yet the customer is still left with No working AC!****Updated as temps rise for early spring turn on the AC and we are back with no 6 months after repairs were made******

Shout out to Alberto who came to McKinney today to track down and fix an issue with my A/C they installed years ago. He was helpful and professional, he explained clearly what is wrong, (had nothing to do with the installation) and proceeded to fix the issue. I also want to point out how great the folks that coordinate these visits have been over the 5+ years that I have been a customer. Air Clinic is very lucky to have these folks and so am I!

Our AC had stopped working and I called Air Clinic and they were able to come on the same day to check out the issue. I got a call when the tech was on the way to our house. Once he arrived, it took him about an hour to troubleshoot the issue. They had to order a part and they were out the next day to finish the work. The tech that came out was really good and very professional. Im very pleased with the work that the Air Clinic performed and would recommend them.

Do not call them with a (ductless) mini split issue. They were on the manufacturers website as an authorized repair center!Yet didn’t know the unit. At all.From day 1 the office says “yes we can fix it” technician shows up and isn’t familiar with it aside from AC theory. Went downhill from there.Blaming the manufacturer constantly. Never completed repair. Started in July. It’s September. Ultimately blamed parts which was their (false, keep reading) complaint from day 1. We can’t get parts for it from our usual place, we aren’t familiar with it. It’s an off brand. (Remember they were referred by yhr manufacturer- YMGI) Not an off brand. Just not as common. They all use the same parts anyway. AC manufacturers install mostly the same general parts (mini split or not) Just like phones share chips between manufacturers.I found the parts missing myself 2 months being strung along and the truth finally came out. They offered a refund and the parts they had ordered themselves on hand. Their techs didn’t wanna do it. (All I got was the refund, refused to give me my parts they offered to give me). Point is they are unprofessional. Unorganized. Misrepresent what they can do and blamed the vendor they got work (a reference) from the whole time. Even if it was true, they got the work as a reference from the manufacturer who from day one they said was a problem. That rubbed me the wrong way to blame the place you get a referral from.They implied parts were a problem before ever even trying to order them. The real issue?They could not get parts from their usual supply place. So they didn’t want to mess with it but wouldn’t just say that. Their techs didn’t know how to take it apart either! Moe. He flat out told me. He was unfamiliar with how to install the parts it needs.They should have just refused the repair in the first place. Wasted three months of work and time listening to them only to actually watch them never follow through then cave and offer their little 99.95 refund at the end. After quoting $900 they didn’t actually want to do the work. The manager I escalated to , Don, told me he was the only one familiar with it yet said he needed a crew to take it down. Said he would call me back. Never did. Repeatedly I was promised a call back or update and not once did Michelle,nor Moe or Don EVER do what they say they were going to without me reaching back out to them,First. Sometimes multiple times.I feel like an idiot for not accepting sooner , they didn’t really want to do the work. That’s exactly how they acted. Strung me along instead.

Air Clinic personnel were very professional. Our old AC went out in July and they were very responsive. Although there was a shortage of new units at the time, they went out of their way to get us up and running. They did what they said that they would do and when they said that they would do it. We were never pressured and were always given choices when appropriate. Timely installation at a reasonable price by friendly people!

I thought I paid on time! Come to find out 6 months later that the repair person did not have a working card reader for both my invoices. My payments did not register and now I am being asked to pay more than the two invoices add up to. Why should I be punished for something I had no control of. I am only paying the balance of the invoices!

Our air conditioning quit cooling on Friday, 5/5. I tried to get in touch with Air Clinic but it was after hours, so talked with the answering service who left a message for on-call technician, This went on for 3 or 4 more times during weekend with No Response.Monday, 5/8, I was able to schedule a service call for that day. The technician (Moe) arrived after lunch and fixed AC, along with a Spring PM. Working good again!

I have used Air Clinic for over 5 years. They are the best I have ever used. The techs are knowledgeable and the ladies that schedule are excellent at responding and working you in when necessary. I would highly recommend Air Clinic. We have a commercial property in downtown Arlington and have used them at our home as well.

I thought they did a good install. But the unit clicks pretty loud when it turns on and they refused to fix it. They said they would extend my warranty and never did. They have no record except the install. They even messed up the appointment with the city inspector and I took off work for no reason. You would think if you put almost 7000 into something you would get better service and wouldn’t have to be putting a bunch of money for something fairly new. It’s kinda like getting a Kia instead of a Toyota for the same price…

James showed up promptly, gave me a very competitive quote for a new Trane system, and happily answered all of my questions. The installers showed up on a rainy Saturday, worked quickly and efficiently, and had the system ready to go in about four hours. Don came by ten days later for a quality inspection, made some minor adjustments, and replaced an oversized circuit breaker. The system is performing flawlessly. I am very pleased with the service, quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism. I would recommend Air Clinic without hesitation.

Called Airclinic this morning after our heater stopped working last night and Michelle was able to have someone here within a couple of hours! Had a new Trane variable speed system installed and am extremely happy with my purchase and the service of Air Clinic. James was very knowledgeable and determined what was best for my house. Alex and Martin did the installation. Don did a quality check as well as set up my touch pad thermostat. He even stayed to help me set up my account online and on my phone. Michelle assisted me several times when I called the office. Fernando and Javier did a nice job of installing/adding a return vent. All great people! Had three other estimates and am so glad I called Air Clinic for a fourth. They were recommended by a friend. With the service and system I received, they by far were the best value. I highly recommend calling Air Clinic before making a final decision in regards to your homes HVAC system.

Very fair pricing.Their installers, Rocha and Ramira did an excellent install without any problems. Very good workmanship.Air Clinic does a followup quality control inspection. Ben did the quality inspection, made a slight adjustment. Very thorough. The new system works great.When you call Air Clinic, Michele or Shelly answers, they take care of business. Air Clinic also registers your system with the manufacturer for warranty and sends you the registration documents.

After installing a new run capacitor, the fan would still not run.The recommendation is to replace the fan motor, which is a Trane only part.TBD on the availability and cost.Great service.

To the gentleman that had an issue with Air Clinic, you had a communication breakdown that has NEVER been my experience with them. Two years ago, we had our unit replaced and despite having to wait (summer is busy for everyone) we had free use of the temporary cooler. When A1 recommended the new unit with no down payment, why didnt you call Air Clinic and see what they would do, rather than replace them on the spot? I got our new unit financed with zero interest. Ive been using them for about 10 years now at two different homes and theyve always provided us with superior service and explained all the work carefully. Don has always been the best.

Take it from me, hire them!! Don did the initial quote/install of a new inside a/c unit and James did all the paperwork. Both came by my place twice to make sure the job was done properly. They had to cut a hole above the closet door to fit the new unit. I told them to leave it until I was able to have someone fix it and they were kind enough to install vent covers. Don said he couldnt leave it that way. It looks so good thats an extra money I dont have to find. Not to mention they gave me a great price to begin with. These guys are awesome and they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you again!!!

My pipes were clogged up and when I turn my ac on water would drip from my ceiling. I called Air Clinic and they came to my house the same day.I had my doubts. But the Air Clinic technician cut a section of the pipe out and showed me. It was completely clogged.The technician worked very hard and cleaned the pipe from both ends and then blew compressed air through the pipes.The technician was very professional and polite.I was impressed.I highly recommend.I think the name name on his shirt said Chuy.

We called Air Clinic for a second opinion only to find out we’ve been deceived by Frost Brothers who’s technician said we needed a new unit, even though our unit was only 4 years old. Apparently the unit’s rusty pictures Frost Brothers presented as being ours wasn’t our unit at all. Air Clinic has been used by my son-in-law for years for many of his properties and I wish I would have called Air Clinic to start with. Best, most reliable company for your A/C needs. Would never go to anyone else.

Ive been using Air Clinic for years and in my opinion...not long enough!! I had problems with the 2nd heat pump system installed...the company I used at that time for years..all of a sudden lost my records. I found Air Clinic on the internet...and I am glad that I did!! The installation and maintenance services provided by Air Clinic has been the best. They are great with the maintenance agreement services. The repairmen are professional and very efficient and personable. The call center reps are also very responsive and responsible in their assistance. AND THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE!!!

Price was better than other quotes I obtained. Got a really good Lenox system, variable speed 20 seer for the price of a lesser unit. Installation took longer than expected, but the engineer didnt go home till it was done. Team arrived at 1 PM, unit installed at 5 PM, but not connected. Engineer took until almost 11 PM on Friday night to finish up, but he made sure all was working before he left. I appreciate all that effort. Didnt think the unit was working properly after he left, but its very different from the old unit, which ran at high speed all the time. After a day, house was cool, unit is very quiet, and doesnt require the high speed blast of the old unit. So far so good. Very happy.

Air Clinics been a great vendor to deal with and Ive had no problems with my Trane unit they installed after my old unit needed to be replaced in 2015.Price was reasonable and they were able to get me taken care of quickly. Ive dealt with the same tech (Chuy) for the two years Ive had the unit and hes been nothing but great. Its a good sign to me to see tech retention as it usually means good things as well as seeing my sales rep is still working there.For me, its like finding a good mechanic; when you find a service provider that does what they say, doesnt try to up sell you unneeded things, and actually does a thorough system check up for your yearly maintenance, you stick with them unless something drastic changes. We had Air Clinic replace the combination of AC and furnace. There was first some mix-up about the appropriate furnace. But that was straightened out, and they installed a very quiet and efficient AC/furnace. The installers were polite and efficient. They replaced part of the metal duct with the duct pipes that contribute much to the quiet performance.So we recommend them highly.There is another aspect. When we called, they always picked on the second ring. Also no run around on the mixup. They owed up to the problem and straightened things out immediately.

Two and a half years ago we had a full heating air conditioning unit put in with all new duct work. Price was very reasonable. The salesperson and the installers were all very professional. That is where most horror stories begin. However not with this company every single time I have asked for something they accommodated. I went out for bed I shop for over a month before I made my final decision. I am so happy I went with these people.

Whenever I need something repaired, especially a vehicle or the air conditioner in the heat of summer, I look for four things: prompt scheduling, accurate estimates, quality work, and a company that does what is says it will do. Air Clinic provides all of these whether they are performing routine maintenance (which I would recommend twice a year) or unexpected repair work.I recently had an unexpected failure of my heat pump late in the afternoon on the hottest feels like day of the year in Canyon Lake, Texas...117 degrees! I called Air Clinic the next day, and was greeted with professional courtesy by the lady who promptly scheduled the first available appointment, early the next day. She promised the service technician would call 30 minutes before he arrived, and he certainly did!Justin showed up on time, troubleshot the most inexpensive option first, but with further testing and analysis, determined the problem was the fan motor, and also the capacitor. I am naturally curious, so I watched most of his troubleshooting, and agreed 100% with his analysis. I spent 25 years in the U.S. Navy, with experience in maintaining both ships and Naval aircraft, as well as quality assurance, so I offer that as some background.Justin installed a temporary capacitor to get my home cooled off as soon as possible, and then left for an hour to drive to get the new motor.Before he left, he volunteered that a new motor, capacitor, and install would cost me a certain amount of money. I agreed to the price, as he and Air Clinic has earned my complete trust.He arrived back with the part, and I asked him how long until things would be fixed and back to normal...and his time estimate was right on the mark.The bill was exactly the same as his quote, and by time Justin finished, I could already feel the cool, conditioned air, flowing throughout my home.I happily wrote the check, and my satisfaction is complete.I highly recommend Air Clinic for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as well as new installations, as I have already decided when my heat pump needs replacement, Ill call Air Clinic for a new installation.CAPT George Fadok, USN (Retired).

Put in a new 5 ton unit. The crew had to get huge condenser hardware up a narrow pull down ladder to the attic - overhead to maneuver was small. THEY DID IT. I was impressed. They installed unit no issues. Now get this. They send in a quality team after the basic install to make sure it was done right. The quality team FIXED a 10 year problem i had with my emergency overflow drain. They discovered the main condenser drain was plumbed into a sink on the second floor and it was plugged. Over the 10 years i had 3 different AC technicians Attempt to fix this problem. These guys did it. Hey these guys know what they are doing . Professional all the way.

One day my business system stopped function. I called different company, and their tech came, and just added extra freon to the system.Two weeks later problem appeared again. I called an Air clinic. They sent technician in a timely manner. Tech did everything possible to identify and fix the problem. He found out that previous company missed real problem with one of the valves, overcharged the system, and created additional problem in the system.

Great service! Quick, clean, were willing to come after hours when I came home in the Texas heat to an air conditioner that stopped working. Don not only had it working again quickly, he cleaned all the cottonwood out of the outside unit and put a new filter in for me. Will definitely be using Air Clinic as my routine maintenance company from now on!

They have been our service provider for more than 10 years. They provide quality service at a reasonable cost. The service technicians are very professional and never made us feel unsafe while they were in our home. We have never felt taken advantage of, even when emergency repairs were needed. We had Air Clinic replace a 10 year old ac unit a few months ago. Last night (Sunday) our heat went out and I called the salesman Will and he said he would have someone over today, they called us 2 times to make sure that they knew they where running behind but would be out (we live in Granbury so its a pain finding anyone to even come out here who is honest). Don came out checked the unit they had installed and everything was fine, checked the breaker and it was faulty, he popped a new one in, fired up the heat and he did a system check and left. I had shopped around locally and for the same unit the local guys wanted more than 2 times what Air Clinic quoted. I would recommend them to anyone, fast friendly, and affordable, what more can you ask for?

Called Air Clinic at 5PM on a Friday. They were repairing the AC by 10PM. Got right to the problem and replaced a capacitor. I will use them again.

Had a number of different hvac companies to service my high efficiency Trane units and only Air Clinic identified and resolved an improper wiring issue which has since lowered my energy expense. Excellent service great management exceptional technicians and trustworthy.

I carefully and systematically selected Air Clinic to replace the HVAC system in my Aledo home. After researching local companies using the online contractor review sites (Angie’s List, Good Contractors List, etc) Google and Nextdoor; I obtained quotes from 4 companies. Hands down, Air Clinic was clearly the most impressive. General Manager Will Cobb came to my home late in the evening to accommodate my schedule. He spent 90 minutes assessing my needs and answering my many questions. The quote I received aligned exactly with my expectations. The crew that completed the installation was timely, courteous and professional. They provided me a signed checklist of tasks that were completed during the installation. A few days later, an Air Clinic supervisor came to conduct a quality assurance check of the work. The pay the installation team receives for each install is proportionate to the outcome of the QA inspection. I really like this and none of the other companies I researched conduct business this way. Everyone I encountered from Air Clinic was extremely courteous and highly professional. I could not be happier.

This company is the best. They take good care of you. Scott was totally awesome. Our air went out on Tuesday night. Had it running on Thusday. Friday night strange noises from the closet, the air would start turning off and on. Then off. No air. Scott came out today, knew exactly what was wrong. It needed a new panel. Scott went out of way to get the part, and only charged for the part,. Rescue Air has saved me hundreds. They are honest and very active in our community.

I had TRANE install a new AC system for me back in December 17, 2010. Recently, on October 10, 2017, I had to call them for service because it was too hot. They discovered that the thermostat was bad and temporarily fixed it. But the next day, the AC was hot again and when I called them, they told me that the replacement thermostat would cost $250.00 and the labor would be $150.00. Despite this, they still charged me $69.95.After giving it some thought, I decided to go to Home Depot and buy a Honeywell Thermostat for less than $100.00. The entire AC system cost me $6,000.00, including labor.Based on my experience, I do not recommend using TRANEs services. Regardless of the warranty you may have, they will always find a way to charge you.

I recently had an AC problem, and choice home warranty sent a service tech from an AC company, whom I wont name, sent a service tech who took about 10 minutes to tell us our compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. He said that he would contact the warranty company and they would call me, which they did, and promptly denied the claim. After talking with Air Clinic to get an estimate on replacing the outside AC unit, they told me that they offered a free diagnosis for a second opinion. The same day I called them they sent Don a VERY experienced service technician, and within FIVE minutes he diagnosed the problem as a burnt wire and connector. In 45 minutes he had my AC running and cooling our home. If I could give them 10 stars I would! We are so pleased with their professional service, and Don is one of the best techs I have ever dealt with! If you are having a problem with your AC do yourself a favor and give this company a call!

Air Clinic installed my AC years ago, I was pleased with the installation. Since, service Tech Don Ryan has done all my inspections and repairs , he is very thorough and professional.

I have been completely impressed by the employees of Air Clinic. from the salesman that sold me the unit to Jennifer and Michele that answer the phone and the technicians that they send out here to service my unit. They are all the nicest ,friendliest ,most helpful people that you can ever imagine .I would most definitely recommend Air Clinic to anyone wanting a new unit, or even service for one

This was the best experience Ive ever had making a large purchase for a home repair! Will Cobb explained everything to me clearly. The crew that came worked quietly, diligently and efficiently. When they were all completed you couldnt tell they had even been in my house. They even swept the front hallway.The HVAC that was installed has far surpassed our expectations. Air clinics customer service is always phenomenal! Michelle had someone come over within 20 minutes and I am so glad that she sent Don.Don was able to find and fix the problem within another 20 minutes. Again, they have great customer service!

Technician was determined to fix issue correctly and had everything fixed in a timely manner. Friendly and informative.

I have had several issues with this company. First, they misled me about the SEER rating of the system they installed. I didnt not notice it was different from what they said it was until I looked at the side of the outside unit a couple of days after the install. Second, when they first installed the system, the system stopped working after the installer left. They did send someone back out that same day that got the system working, however. Third, the system has stopped working properly several times since the first install. This is not a constant issue but it happens too often for my liking and it tends to happen at extreme outside temperatures whether hot or cold. They do send someone out each time the system fails, but they seem to be performing bandaid maintenance because the problems keep occurring. I can understand anybody making a mistake here or there, but the fact that they still have not fully rectified the issue is quite disturbing, particularly as it is currently 5 degrees outside and my heat is not working.

ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL. Courteous and responsive to my problems. They listen, Quick to complete job and clean up always. They are the only company Ill use for my AC and Heating.

I found air clinic through home visor and I have never been more happy with an HVAC company and the customer service that I have received. James with Air Clinic has walked us through every single step of the hvac system process. We had to have all new duct work, all new vents, registers, air handler and outdoor AC unit. Their workmen were quick and efficient. The level of service was beyond amazing. I would recommend them to every single person that needs a new HVAC system

It is refreshing to work with a company that has standards and lives up to them. I have purchased 2 A/C units from them and called for repairs on several occasions. They made extra effort to accommodate our timeto solve the issues. Every employee is courteous, friendly, and has gone beyond expectation to solve the problem with expertise. Yes, there can be problems but I am convinced they will bring it to a satisfying conclusion. Ill be back!

I had a blower motor replaced in my A/C unit back in August...but the new motor made a hot, burning smell in my house. I contacted AirClinic, and they sent Don out to replace the motor...at no charge, and with no hassle. They are a good, honest company...and I will use them when it comes time for a new A/C unit. When you call, ask for Don to do your work...he is simply the best.

Wow, the Air Clinic HVAC Team & Trane HVAC Units are Wonderful!!! Thanks to them, our AC is 3 x more efficient and were so much happier with far more comfort. The savings is real and is on going. The Trane AC Units are the best Ive Ever had and Air Clinic of Arlington TX gave us genuine 5 star service. What dedication, patience and expertise. Rarely, have I ever been impressed like this. We recently had both our OLD downstairs and upstairs heatpumps replaced by Will and Air Clinic and I cannot recommend them enough. Unlike nearly every other HVAC company Ive dealt with the last 15 years, Will and Air Clinic are prompt, thorough, and respectful. They did not try to pressure sell me. Will did not try to sell me more unit than I needed. He explained clearly and intelligently the benefits of all of my available brands and choices. The installers were fantastic. They took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and even did some extra work to fix a dangerous kludge in my circuit breaker box that one of the previous companies had installed. Very detailed work. The on-site followup appointment to make sure everything was working correctly and to show me the ins and outs of the new Nest thermostats they installed was quick and clear.One of my heatpumps was an original 1-ton heatpump for the house -- about 30 years old. The other -- a 2.5-ton unit - was at least 20 years old. Both used the old, expensive R22 refrigerant and were old, leaky and very expensive to maintain. The new heatpumps that Air Clinic installed work better than Id hoped. Our peak electric usage has gone down over 30% monthly over similar periods with the old units (yeah, I track that stuff). If your heat pumps are old, new ones will save you money. The savings in repair costs alone will go a long way quickly towards paying for the new units. Plus, new units will make your lif a whole lot more comfortable.After being burned over and over by sketchy or uncaring HVAC companies, I gave Air Clinic a shot and they have exceeded by far every expectation. I highly recommend them. Easily five out of five stars.
