This guys are the best, they are always ready to help, they are very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful, all around great place to get HVAC parts/equipment.

Just left this place and a guy named chuck treated me like i was an idiot and refused to help me he said you should know exactly what u need when u come and refused to keep helping me . He said go buy parts for that heater where they make it really , I dont know why he treated me this way, maybe because they where about to close or because im Hispanic but i been going to united refrigeration for years and feel like CHUCK is representing them wrong. Someone let they guy go home early and place someone who is ready to do the job right like my clients ask of me.
