Ordered a 2.5 ton Trane. Paid for it. It was 11:23Am. It was in my garage before I got home.Unbelievable quick service. My sales associateWas able to answer every single question. Totally satisfied.

Everyone has to face long wait times Trane is no exception.Most people complaining are people who arent contractors and Trane only sells to contractors. They made a poor choice in not hiring a contractor or a poor choice of an unlicensed pro! Now they want the manufacturer to jump hoops for their poor choice.If you chose a less then reputable contractor or unlicensed handymen who you cant find anymore its not on Trane to violate there terms to deal with contractors only. Its the contractors job to repair your units its Trane who supplies the parts but they wont do it for the home owner just like Toyota wont sell you a part from the assembly line you have to take it a pro or buy through middleman

Will never do business with trane after leaving my 93 and 88 Aunt and Uncle without air conditioning. They wouldnt come out to help them because of the holiday and they wouldnt tell me where else I could go to get the part I needed because it wasnt trane. THREE DAYS! So far youve lost 4 customers and growing.

Super slow and difficult every time I come here. They never answer the phone so you have to drive here, and then they have no idea what you are looking for. They just don’t know their product, and customer service is a joke. I’ve never been to a worse supply house.

Horrible serive for replacement of defective unit. No one wants to honored the warranty under 1 half years old. No one is helpful and when call in to store No one answers the phone. Still have a defective Trane unit build in 11/2019 but no one wants to help get a replacement.

Our recent experiences with each metroplex Trane distributor have been horrendous. Long hold times, inconsistent and inaccurate online ordering, and a lack of accountability from both staff and management. While we will continue to service all of our customers having Trane equipment with the priority service they deserve, we will do our best to dissuade any customers wanting to install new Trane equipment. We remain committed to providing our customers with prompt service, Trane does not.

Use this location many, many times. I have never had a bad experience with getting help with everything I need. Everyone on staff (counter/office/warehouse) that I have worked with has always gone above and beyond to get me what I need.

They dont know anything, aks quotes for 5 ton heatpump system . They give me phone to call , ask for trane 360 . Then give me phone to calls. I dont know what can they do in trane store. Then call them no one answer.

Man, you all need to stay away from javier rojo at this store. he asked me for a kick back the other day to get a warranty done for my customer. I aint gona pay any one to get a warranty done for my customer. javier you need to check your self. i aint gonna deal with this dude ever again. even if i have to go to the trane parts center in fort worth. this guy is a cheat and a bad person.

Good place but cannot call on the phone! Must email or you are SOL! I get excellent response emailing & just go in after!

Daniel Machado, at the Arlington location, always has amazing customer service, he is attentive and friendly on the phone every time.

The Lady that works the counter in here is literally the worst I actively avoid this supply house

Equipment side is good..parts tho? Lets just say they REALLY need improvement and customer relationship training

Excellent place to unload, large patio to maneuver if you arrive at your appointment time an hour before they will unload you in a few minutes. Be warned your fds you have to pay $400 lumper dlls everything is very good excellent people 👍😊👊
