First, I’ll start with the availability of the appointment… I was able to get a SAME DAY appointment that was significantly cheaper than the company who installed my unit.The technician, Isaac, arrived on time & he was COMPLETELY thorough. You can tell he cares alot about his job, he’s experienced & a skilled worker. I was curious about the type of system I have & how it works, and he was so detailed with his responses. I’d recommend this company to anyone. I appreciate the time Isaac took to made sure my unit was gtg.

I called and talked to a lady personnel about an estimate for a new 5-ton AC for my business nearby. She said will pass it down to a tech person to call me about the estimate, but never hear from them again...I guess they are so busy that they dont need my business, so I cannot rate this business fairly, but Google requires a rating to post, so I aim for an above average rating of 3 stars.

Ryan did a great job of finding the problem with our A/C. He walked through every step to figure it out. This whole time our downstairs unit was wired up wrong and we spent $700 in October for repairs that wasnt necessary.

The technician arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had our system running again in no time.

They quickly found the issue and resolved it efficiently. Highly recommend their services.

**Update**.I’ve changed my review from 2-star to 5-star. I just received a call from Daniel, the owner at Texas Choice. He apologized and explained what happened. They are coming out today to install the heating strips.They came out in Sept to install a new A/C System. The price was right and the install seemed to go fine. Fast forward to the recent freeze and our heater didn’t work. It was 54 degrees in my house, so I called them on Thursday, Dec. 22 and they sent some one out on the 27th.We found out from the repair technician, during the install, the heating strips they use were on backorder. No one at the time of install, in September, made us aware of this. They said on the 27th they would order the parts and let us know when they would be installed. I just called today, Jan. 2nd, to follow up with them as know one has called me with an ETA. They are supposed to be following up. We’ll see.
