We constantly come back to Colors to have our carpets cleaned. We have two rough and tumble boys and four cats so we have them out a few times a year and they always do a fantastic job! Also the guys that come out to do the work are always friendly and courteous, and I have never felt uncomfortable having them in my home.

I booked an appointment same day to have my AC vents cleaned. There was a horrible musty mildew smell when the AC or heat blew. Jay came and was very polite, he cleaned the vents and my gosh they were dusty! Great service for a great price. I would definitely recommend. And a couple days later the owner called me to make sure I was happy with the service provided.

We have used these guys multiple times for carpet, tile, wood & marble floors & I would never use anyone else. They are so professional & meticulous!!! They even got red wine stain out of tile grout in kitchen. I love the way the whole house smells clean & not like chemicals when theyre done. Theyre very dependable & reasonably priced! Great company with great employees!

Highly recommend this company! We requested they come out to quote services last week and had the flooring cleaned in our offices, shipping area & warehouse today. Very pleased with our experience and appreciated their willingness to schedule service after hours so that our business operations were not impacted. Our technician was Taylor, he was polite, courteous and did a great job. We were thrilled that he was able to get out several stains from the carpet that we thought were permanent and everything looked and smelled AMAZING. We will definitely be using Colors Carpet again!

We have used multiple companies before and no one compares to the work and professionalism of Taylor from Colors. He was on time. Work was performed quickly and done well. Our carpet feels like its new again since he was able to remove debris due to a remodel we had done. We also had our tile cleaned and it was restored to its original color and look considering the tile is 17 years old. Taylor was also friendly and trustworthy.

All the little things matter add up for me. Many claim to be able to do the job. But Colors staff was Professional in appearance. Clean, well groomed and well spoken. On time. Courteous and respectful of my property. I trusted them in my home. And they Knew their business.They did a very good job of cleaning and stretching my carpet. Would use them again and recommend to others.

I contacted the company to have my carpets and drapes cleaned up along with some large area rugs, something I do a few times a year and I was impressed by Alyssa the woman who answered the phone . I informed her I was having family come into town and needed this done ASAP she was so king and assured me she can have someone come out in the next few days. the job was done so quickly and professionally and everyone I have encountered at this company are so kind I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and coworkers.

Colors goes above & beyond. When my first floor flooded they were there within an hour, did an amazing job not only getting the water out but made our floors and carpet look better than it ever has. We have used them ever since and had equally great service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable company who does a great job every time.

I am posting this review to let everyone know what a fantastic job Victor and Taylor from Colors did when they came to my house to clean my carpets. My major concern was with male dog urine odor embedded in my carpet and padding. Not only did their hard work and cleaning process succeed in eradicating the odor, but the hallway and stairs have been totally revitalized. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services. They were extremely professional, and very competitively priced. It is really a pleasure dealing with a service organization who accomplishes what they promised to do in advance. You won t be disappointed in their work or service.

Doing business with Colors was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Their communication was stellar and the technicians that did the work were excellent. I had a small bleach stain in my carpet fixed by re-staining the spot to match my carpet. Cant tell the bleach stain was ever there!

I called Colors carpet for an estimate for our conference area carpets. The price for service reasonable so I scheduled a cleaning. The team arrived as agreed and did a great job on our carpets. The Colors team were very efficient and completed the job in a short time. They were helpful in returning all furniture to the right places. I would recommend them for any business or residential service.

When I had called Colors to clean my carpets, I had already called other carpet-cleaning services in the area. Everyone else I’d called either wouldn’t clean a 3rd floor apartment, didn’t pick up the phone, or didn’t offer same-day cleaning. Colors was not only willing to clean my 3rd floor carpets with a same-day appointment, but they were punctual, affordable, effective, quick, and friendly to boot! I would absolutely call this company again!

Colors Professional provided great care and service in cleaning our carpet. We asked several questions and they were very patient with us when responding. We loved their service so much that we are making another appointment to have the floors steamed!

Colors Professional Floor Care cleaned a rug that our toddler plays on everyday. They took it to their facility to be cleaned and then dropped it off a week later. The rug looks brand new and smelled great. Every interaction I had with one of their employees was positive. I would highly recommend them.

I have been burned in the past getting groupons for carpet cleaning services, so I turned to facebook to find companies that others recommended. I called Monday evening, and was able to book for this morning (less than 48hrs later) with Colors Professional Floor Care. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with their service.The man who came to my home was David Berg. He was on time, extremely friendly, explained the entire process, and cleaned our bedroom carpets amazingly. He took a large area rug with him back to their business to have it cleaned there, and explained the breakdown of their prices. I do not by any means feel that I was nickel and dimmed, like I have been by other companies in the past.Super fast service, and my house smells amazing. Done just in time to get rid of the stink before our family visits for the holidays. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking!

I cannot say enough about Taylor and Victor. After I made the mistake of using Spot Shot on two spots on our tan carpet and it bleached it out, these two came and worked their magic and dyed the spots. They did a incredible job and were very professional. I will be calling on them when it is time to have the carpets cleaned.

My carpet was constantly soaked from rain and when I finally got the issue fixed I was left with a bad mildew smell for awhile. My landlord contacted Colors and a nice gentleman came out and treated the carpet. He replaced the padding and treated the carpet with this awesome chemical that smells like lemons. I use to never want to go downstairs or home period due to the smell but after Colors came out, I cant stay from downstairs! I will definitely recommend their services to anyone and I will use them for my future home.

The young man was extremely professional, polite and on time. Did a very thorough job and was outwardly considerate of our belongings. Even helped us move our large furniture out of the way in order to clean every inch of the house.

Colors came out to clean my air ducts. It had been years since I had mine cleaned. Some had mold on the vents or lots of dust. They did a great job of cleaning them. They got rid of the mold and sprayed to prevent regrowth. Some of the ducts had lots of dust and were clogged with debris. Theyre all clean now. The house smells better and my allergies are better also. They even made suggestions to prevent further problems. I would hire them again and plan to get my carpet and tile cleaned next.

Ben was prompt, friendly, and did an excellent job of removing stains from my carpet, turning my dark grey grout beige again, and making my beige upholstered dining chairs look like new again. Very reasonable price, will definitely use them again

I would never use these carpet cleaners again. On their website they advertise they will meet or exceed your expectations that they specialize in pet stains etc. The technician at my apartment told me he could get pet stains out and he 100% did not. The owner said he would not charge my card until he spoke to the technician and called me back. They charged me anyway, dodged around my phone calls until finally talking to me a week later. They refused to refund me or send another technician after the first technician blatantly lied to me. The owner did nothing but yell, call me a liar, and refuse to refund me or send another technician. These were without a doubt the most unprofessional people I have dealt with to date. Their defense for not refunding me was weve been in business 20 years... and for $35 dollar cleanin you really think hed get those stains out? ... Well when the technician tells me to my face that he can, YES! Then he doesnt and just leaves after I question him about the stains still being there.... and asking if he needed to use a pet detergent or anything citing oh I dont have anything on the truck for it... I will never recommend this company to anyone.Here are the pictures to prove it. This is AFTER the clean and they look EXACTLY the same as before it.DO NOT trust these people to treat you right. They take the money and run without care for the job they do, or how they treat you.

This carpet is 27 yrs old. Last time it was cleaned was 19 years ago. Colors carpet brought back the vibrance and luster of the carpet from when it was installed. The tech worked his butt off, Im sure. Wonderful job done with care and precision.

Need a truck mounted unit to clean the house I was leasing. Colors was the only cleaner with a truck mounted unit able to give same day service. The really saved the day and did a great job removing pet stains and odor.

This company was polite, professional, and responsive to my requests and answered all of my questions. They arrived just as scheduled, notified when they were on the way, and did the job perfectly and were very thorough. I highly recommend them and will use again and again and again in the future.

I am not the one that hired this company- my landlord did and i must say, i will NEVER let anyone from this poorly, unprofessional company step foot in my place again.My house flooded and when they came in to do the repair, they did damage to my property and when i called the office and spoke to the manager Stacy (who was as unprofessional as they get) she transfered me over to the tech who was the one responsible for breaking my bed by pulling it away from the wall by one of the posts.(this is the quality that this company offers, not very bright people that work here!)i spoke to Don (the tech) and he was as dumb as they get. i finally ased to speak to someone that was in charge and you guessed it... i had the pleasure of speaking with Stacy once again. i finally just left my name and number (not that it will do any good) for Don Ferrell who is the owner of this poorly ran company to give me a call to see if he will be paining my $152.00 deductable for the damages that were done by his tech.i can honestly say that i am so glad that my company has morals. i could not ever work for a company such as this one. Worst place ever! They said they were going to be there and they werent. I had to call them to find out why tech did not show up and they could not even get my number right the first time.
