Great place to deliver, warehouse people very friendly and helpful. There is parking on the road near the facility, took me 2 hours early.Also hats off to whoever is taking the time to read and answer all the posts, great work yall.

Horrrible customer service. I called the store and let them know I needed a contactor and I was 5mins alway at 4:50pm I got there at 4:55 and the doors were locked! I called the store repeatedly because they weren’t closed yet with no answer while they sat at the counter… at 5 o clock exactly they walked out the side door and waited until I called after hours so I would be charged $150 for the $20 contactor! This is the kicker the same guy I watched walk out the store is the same guy that came back to open the store a hour later

This place not good for delivery driver it’s take 4/5 hour for offloading horrible place.

Bad customer service. really lousy attitude. Act like they doing you a favor and dont want be there.

This is my go to place for parts, they are really helpful and friendly. Very attentive and try to get you in and out as soon as possible. They have found parts that are not even in their inventory yet and provide them for me right then and there. Amazing service, highly recommended

Unprofessional with no oversight by management. Arrived an hour early for an 11am appt. I finally got paperwork at 6pm. Loading out of 1 door. Don’t come here. Ever.

This a great place for all your air conditioning systems needs. Parts are always available and theres never a wait.

Receiving is slow, got here at 10am for a 10am appointment and it’s now 12:30 and I’m still waiting, I only have 7 pallets and they only work out of one dock door
