Bob, the owner, came out to look at my car within a literal minute of me walking into his shop. From what I had described to him he immediately looked behind my glovebox and diagnosed the problem. He would’ve been able to fix my car and have it back to me within a couple of hours but he had to order my part from a dealer because my car was a newer model and those parts hadn’t been released outside of dealers yet, so he had to order it via the dealer and pick it up the next morning. He had my car fixed and back to me within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this shop. 10/10

I was having problems with either a weak battery that would not hold a charge or a parasitic drain issue on my 2002 Honda Accord. Based on all the 5-Star Reviews, I took my Accord to Bob at Auto A/C & Electrical. I had intended to leave the car and let Bob take his time working on it. After telling him what the problem was, he took my car inside and began to run diagnostic tests. I did not have a drain on the battery, but did have a weak battery. I asked Bob if he could put in a new battery and he ordered one. The battery was delivered in under 12 minutes. Bob installed the battery and I was on my way in an hour.I cannot say enough about the great level of service he provided me!As a bonus, I enjoyed talking to him about how we had seen Arlington change over the years since we were both about the same age.If you are in need of using Auto A/C & Electrical, you will be very happy that you chose Bob to resolve your issue!Many thanks!

Highly recommend! Have used this shop twice now and been impressed each time!First was on my 01 ram 1500 - he found a small leak in the system, fixed that and recharged and it blows great!Most recent time was on my 05 Kia - compressor was seized and it was a pretty in-depth job. Was done in 1.5 days and for around $850 with parts and labor.Had a small issue a few days later, took back to shop and he had it corrected within a few hours. Ac has blown ice cold all summer long!Highly recommended

He was very attentive to my description of the issue, asked a few questions to clarify, and then checked it out and verified the issue. Bob is great at his job very quick and thorough sometimes it costs you nothing at all for him to do a quick fix. My experience is his prices are reasonable not over inflated and he does a great job and is always professional.

I was referred to this shop by someone and have been very pleased with the work done on my suburban. The other mechanic had my car for over a week and couldnt diagnose, Bob had for a couple of hours and found the issue and fixed. Will definitely be back!

From the reviews that raved about this shop, I did not receive the same service upon walking in. I was told that he wouldn’t be able to look at my ac issue because he was way too busy and that “it is just him” in which could true but I decided to take my business elsewhere as it just felt (in my opinion) as if he just didn’t want to service me for whatever reason. Other customers that wrote a review stated that they just walked in-no appointment and he serviced them right away, I assumed that would be the case for me so I decided to give it a try. I even drove pass this business after leaving to find another shop nearby and saw the owner of this place talking to someone and he did not appear extremely busy as he claimed. Needless to say, the other location that I found did have a few cars ahead of me but did at least assist me and show me right away what the issue I was having with my ac.

My A/C work (on an old suburban) was fast, (done by the end of the day) and the price was pleasantly, lower than expected. Im happy to add them to my permanent contact list.

I had taken my vehicle to a couple of places who couldnt fix it and sent me to the dealer. I called Bob and I could tell right away he really knew what he was doing. He got me right in and diagnosed the problem. It was something simple and he fixed it right away. I strongly recommend him.

Quick and professional. He was able to diagnose my A.C. trouble in about 5 min on Friday and able to get me an appointment by Monday. A/C has been running great since! Very reasonably priced as well!

They were very professional and provided excellent service. They repaired or air conditioner. While charging AC unit they discovered that one of our cooling fans wasn’t working and gave us an estimate to replace the cooling fan.I highly recommend Tom and his technicians to take care of your AC and electrical needs.

Called about my brake lights not working at 10:26am. I was told to come down and hell take a look at it. I found it easily with Google maps and I went in, gave him my keys and he detected the issue quickly.Fuse and worn wires. He had me a new fuse and rewired and lights working within 45 mins. In and out job. Very polite, brief....definitely my go to for my auto electrical work from now on.

The guy saw my negative review and he called me out. He was right and I apologize sir. Cant take the review down but I can edit it. I do however stand behind what i said personally, if i am not going to be available to customers during posted business hours I take responsibility to inform any potential customer of my absence. I am also sure that if I would have actually talked to him before heading over there I would not have wasted a trip. I was wrong in this situation and again I apologize.

Awesome experience! He literally gave my a/c part a good tap and it began blowing! It was like hitting your TV back in the day to get it working. Didnt have to spend any money! Highly recommend this place!

Bob is Outstanding! I chose to come here cause his business is two things i hate auto ac and electrical. Changed a seized compressor and took it in to be vacuumed and refilled. The system held vacumm and presure but would not engage the clutch.After over an hour of diagnosing the fuse box, sensors, and ECU, he finally found amd fixed the problem. With all that, he never strayed from his initial quote and I am very thankful for it.AC service should not be DIY and I have found my AC guy. Thanks again!
