I usually dont go to auto prepare shops but I had no choice this time and Im very happy I did.They helped me with my truck was so fast I was shocked lol 😅 it took me 3 weeks trying to do what they did in a few hours .I came right before closing and they was not ride or nothing they was willing to stay open and helped me They didnt charge me a arm and a leg like I was expecting...Just Sum it up I would Definitely go back here and would refer them to my family and friends that got a loyal customer 💯

Good people doing good business. These are stand up people who will do their best to take care of you, and at very reasonable prices. I only got the name of one gentlemen, C.W, who is the kind of guy who seems like he still cares about his work product. I work in the industry and deal with shops all the time. This was a refreshing experience. There was another gentlemen up front who engaged in small talk with me. I did not catch his name but he also seemed like a stand up guy. I mentioned everything I was going to need for my Volkswagen and they took care of it. Good mechanical work isn’t cheap nowadays, and the prices of a decade ago are long gone due to Covid- yet despite that I still left at a great price. Highly recommend this shop. Called 5 tire shops. I was looking for a good price on my old work truck that I never drive. These guys gave me the best price on tires and so I went with them. Experience has been great - stand-up folks. If you need affordable tires, you have to give these guys a call.I’ll be bringing my other cars here when they’re out of warranty.

I WONT BE RETURNING...First I want to say Doug and CW were nice and no complaints on the office staff great job guys. Now for they guy who worked on my truck. First let me start by saying my truck is a 2000 model that went in for a heater core replacement.1. there was nothing wrong with my e brake but now I have to replace the lever it has been broken off.2. Now I have wires hanging down byy brake pedal and have to detail them they werent hanging before.3. I have to get my ac looked at again of course somewhere else because my first notch on the ac is high when it should be low AND IT USE TO BLOW COLDER4. Granted my dash was shattered but the cover that was on it was just thrown on the arm rest and a pile of trash on my floorboard and seat which was not there upon arrival.LONG STORY SHORT AND $1300 LATER FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE POOR WORK

Once again Advanced Tire & Auto Service has saved my peace of mind and car.After running over something on the highway I started hearing a noise. Brought it straight to them and they fixed it and had me on the road in an hour! I only trust them with my car when in DFW

Went in to have my coilovers installed and buy new tires for the front. As they were doing the coilovers they notified me of the issue with the cv axles and pictures to show the problem. I was very well informed and although the parts that we were told would fit didnt, they still gave me a break on the labor due to this issue.Great guys and very welcoming. If you ever need some light work done and looking for a fair and honest shop, this is the place. Could not be happier with the service and honesty. They will always have my business.Thanks again CW.

Came here for the good reviews and I was in the area. I got here and I said I had a flat tire, he pulled the car up and showed me the screw, never said a word just took my keys and took the car in the working area. I was standing near to see if he would ask me what I wanted but he just proceeded to do his job. I came inside and he came back in about 6 minutes and said he was done and ready to charge me. I asked if he patched it and checked the pressure for the rest of the tires and he was upset I didn’t say what I wanted when I wasn’t even given the opportunity. He said the plug was $6 and the patch was $15. I told him I needed the patch and the man took off again without sayings anything. I just came here because I had a flat. In our local shop the plugs are $5 and $10 patches. If you really need to come here make your research on tires so you can know beforehand and you can let them know how to do their job.

This is the most bizarre story of Jekyll and Hyde customer service I have experienced in my life. If you dont believe it, I will understand. Although, I would tell the same story inside the Supreme court under oath.I bought two new tires from Advanced on 4/8/24 after seeing the great reviews. I received excellent customer service initially from a man named C.W., who had bright eyes and a winning smile. After seeing the tires on my car, I commented to Doug, (another nice man at the counter) how dirty my NEW tires were. He told me to Just run them through the car wash. On my way home, I paid extra at the car wash for tire cleaning. I checked the tires and they looked the same. I used my finger nail and tried to scrape the dirt off and nothing happened. It was then I became aware the dirt was deeply embedded in the tires. Ive been had., I said to myself.I called Advanced and returned the next day. C.W. met me outside with that winning smile. I assumed he would do such, so other customers wouldnt hear my complaint. He had my tires cleaned (supposedly) and I left with tires shining like new money. It looked as if a whole can of tire shine had been put on them. I was happy. He had been polite once again as had I. I expressed to him I had looked at his negative reviews to see if they came from African American women and that was not the case. He told me yesterday that disturbed him deeply and he had to pray hard on that. He was also wearing a plastic bracelet on his wrist that said something about God.I also had a front end alignment done on advice of C.W. and I told C.W. on that day, the car was vibrating more after, than before.( Another missed warning sign). He drove the car and said he knew what the problem could be. Pertaining to the alignment, I was quoted $80.00, but charged $120.00. He said that was the quote for the front, but I needed the back done as well. Why woudnt you tell someone before adding money to their bill.Days later after a torrential rain, when the tires dried, the embedded dirt was back. What????? This is where it becomes Topsy Turvy. C.W. asked me if I wanted them to clean them again, when I went back yesterday, once more. I said, No. I want new clean looking tires and I want to see them before they are put, as I dont trust you now. Some unknown man sitting next to him said, If you dont trust us why are you here? What??? Now I feel my head heating up inside.I left with new clean tires but was told, although the tires come with a 65,000 warranty, I would not be welcomed back to this shop.I could go elsewhere where the warranty would be honored by anyone who sells the Milestar brand. Flabberghasted, I tucked my tail and left.Mind you, there were no witnesses to this conversation as I was the only customer in the building. The brightness in his eyes, gone. The winning smile, gone. If he never persued acting as a career, he should. Bringing religion into the conversation, should never have come out of his mouth. My teachings of God included; humility, kindness, understanding, peace, honesty, empathy, sympathy, accountability, etc..... of which I received none.Oh yes, there was never an apology for the dirty tires which I was told, They came from the factory like that.One more thing. He told me my tire size was 16 when I told him 15. He was correct. Why does my receipt show 15s were put on?I was told I need two more new tires for the back to stop the vibration. Because I expressed my honest opinion of how I was being treated, Im no longer welcome to the shop.As Ive heard on Youtube many times, Make this make sense.How did I turn out to be the Villian in this scenario?So, go ahead and go to Advanced Tire and Auto Service at your own risk. As long as nothing goes wrong, on their part, you should be okay.

My wife and I are glad we shopped here for our tires 🛞 we had some nails from time to time. (BTW city needs to clean the streets.) these folks took the car in and not even 7 minutes later we were on our way. Hat of and again very thankful for the professionalism but the hole crew. From the front desk to the garage. 👍

Quoted one price in the morning, called again to verify brand of tire and was given a different price in the afternoon. Very Unprofessional! What a convenience that CW did not recall giving me a price.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My husband and I have been coming to Advanced for every auto need they cover for the last few years and recommend them to all of our friends. We love the staff. Theyve taken GREAT care of us every time, and their speed on repairs has been impeccable. Also, Im grateful that as a woman Ive never once been treated differently. They are respectful, willing to explain things if I ask questions, and their customer service has kept us coming back over and over. Definitely give them your business.

Called on a Friday told them what i need wasnt in stock, search the tire ordered no deposit required like many shops do. Order and was there by Monday. Texted me as promised and put on in a timely matter. definitely using them again!

Went in to get my splash guard fixed- they took care of it within 5 minute and didnt even charge me! That earned my trust, I will definitely be coming back for any future auto needs!

Ive been getting all mechanical work on my pickup done by them since 2016. Their friendly very helpful, and reasonable fast but the best part they dont rip you off nor do you feel like you been ripped off. Oh yeah their tire service is excellent too.

Bought tires here, I dont think they are the best because my car has shaking after these tires. Took them back a couple of times, and still the same thing. Havent had those tires two months and had to replace them because I DID NOT feel safe on the road. I drive for a living. Also, whomever did the job screwed up my suspension because my car was scrubbing as if it was lowered or something. It sounded like it scrub the tires while driving. Im not sure, but I DO NOT recommend this place or their tires.

These guys were honest and courteous and got the job done as quickly as possible even though they are usually swamped with customers. I have an old car with a less common tire size, and needed front tires BADLY. They didnt have them in stock new, but Doug gave me a great deal on the last two gently used ones he had in store to get me home safely. I returned the following week to get an oil change and alignment, and the car drives great again, and my gas mileage has even improved now that the front end is rolling straight and easy again. As I said, my car is an oldie, (88) so while they dont have the diagnostic equipment for in depth repair on cars older than 96, I will still be returning for minor parts/routine maintenance, simply because of how good they were to deal with. Thanks guys! Ill be back.

I went to a jiffy lube express before going on a 17 hour trip. No issues. Came back the following week Parker in the garage and the next morning came out to a puddle of oil on the ground. No lack of performance or warnings or anything. Go to the jiffy lube the next day and they inspected and said I needed a new head gasket. They were going to charge me $600 when they started digging under the hood they discovered it was going to be more work then they could handle and recommended I go elsewhere. I looked up best engine assistance in Dallas and luckily Advanced popped up. I went in the next day first thing in the morning and met Ian and he said they’d diagnose everything. About 4 hours later I got a call saying it was ready to go. The only thing that they did was retighten my oil filter when had been jarred loose on the trip perhaps. They only charged me $50. Ian and thenAdvanced team saved me probably $1500 in labor to replace a gasket but more than that the amount of stress it was going to cause to go without a car for multiple days. Thank you guys so much for being honest and dedicated. You made a customer out of me and I’ll be referring you to everyone.

Been going here since they opened several years back. Never had a problem. A Ford dealer quoted $900 for a water pump. Advanced did it for $300 Thats just one example. Highly recommended. Thanks Brian.

These guys were very good with my request. I had a truck that did not have a spare for it. I had called other shops and they were giving me some out there prices. These guys were able to get me the wheel and tire for a very good prices. They had it ready for me as soon as I get off work the same day. I really like these guys and they were up front with me out the gate. Thanks guys and if I need anything else I will be giving you a call again.

So I just bought 4 used tires a few weeks ago from this place, and the experience was great. Awesome customer service and great prices. So just a couple days ago, I noticed cracks in the side of one of the tires. I fully expected to go back and have to buy a new one. They didnt even hesitate to put one on quick and not even charge me for the replacement. These are genuinely great guys. They have definitely earned my future business!

This place is great they fixed my car first the timing belt broke then i took my parents truck because they had an oil leak and they had already paid 2 other so call mechanics to fix it and it was still leaking oil. They fixed it plus replaced the spark plug wires because one of the other mechanics replaced the spark plugs but not the wires so truck was misfiring. Now truck runs great havent had any more issues with it. They are very honest and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

Best shop around. I spent a good amount of time searching online for a reputable business that not only does fine work, but also values the customer and places them first. From the very first phone call to the signing of the receipt I felt welcomed here. I brought my 370Z in for parts install plus an alignment. Something others were charging outrageous figures for. Ian quoted me the lowest price out of several local shops competing for my business. I am very pleased with the work done on my car and above all satisfied with how I was treated. So I called about an alignment. The gentleman man who answered the phone, Ian, I believe, was very nice. I explained the situation. He was so very helpful and patient. I brought my truck in and he answered all my questions. Also, they have the best price for tires for the size my truck needs. He was honest and very transparent. I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

I’ve been taking my car here for the last two years. Anytime I have had car or tire issues they have done a fantastic job at a fair price. Service has always been quick and professional and I really appreciate these guys.

I’ve lived in Arlington for 30 years and this is my go-to shop, whether I need tire repair, oil change or other service. You will not find a better repair shop. They are reasonably priced, honest and full service. They also offer FREE brake inspection and, if needed, have the equipment to turn rotors IF there is sufficient thickness left to do so [this can save $$$ versus replacing the rotors (the default solution at many brake repair shops). Twice they’ve inspected my brakes and told me I still had plenty of wear left. And charged my $0. You will not regret taking your car to Advanced ~ highly recommend!

I couldnt recommend a better automotive shop! What lead me to choosing Advanced Tire & Auto Service was actually Google and how great of reviews they had. Brian assisted me as patiently and quickly as possible. I am a 25 year old girl so I am always worried about people taking advantage of me but Brian put me at so much ease! He did extensive research on my problem and got me in asap. I was worried because in about 30 hours after my engine had an issue, I was to be leaving town. Brian was SO helpful that he somehow found a way to have my car fixed in 24 hours. Allowing me to not have to get a rental car before I left town. And the place was super busy which shows just how many loyal customers they have. This was a good sign to me. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Great guys - local to me in Arlington. I moved recently and they had been referred to me by others in the neighborhood.I recently got a used Kia. I brought it in to them to have it checked just generally to make sure nothing got missed ( even tho it passed inspections and emissions 2 months prior). They checked it, we chatted, very nice, honest guys. Will keep them as my local auto shop to use for regular maintenance.

I love coming here! Ive never felt pressured to get an optional service done, which is helpful on my tight budget. And they have been upfront about what truly is necessary. Everyone Ive worked with has been very professional and helpful.Today I went by because a random place where I had to get an oil change told me Id need to get my fan belts all replaced. I didnt know if I could trust them, so I brought my car to Advanced Tire and Auto Service. They were somewhat busy, but the man at the front desk offered to go out and look at the belts with me right away. He showed me what to look for and told me my belts were all perfectly fine. Seeing I had an older model, he recommended that I think about having a timing belt replaced in a little while to prevent real damage in the future. The whole process took under 10 minutes! I really appreciated advice and quick turn around. I will be back!

Brought a car here for a pre-purchase inspection. We were able to come right in with less than 15 min notice and they were quick, efficient, and friendly. Another mechanic had quoted us $100 for the service, but Advanced only charged $40 for what was likely a better-quality service. Having just moved away from home, I’m glad to have found an honest and trustworthy mechanic!

Fantastic shop, I cant thank Erick enough for all the help with my toyota rav4 leaking oil. Within minutes figured out the issue with the valve cover gasket and got the replacement parts needed. Installed within an hour and my car is running like new! Extremely thorough service and fantastic pricing for the job. THANK YOU ERICK!

I had my significant call and get a quote this morning and they immediately got us in for a break and rotor change.. while there, we had them diagnose a couple other issues and they were all solved within 4ish hours!! This was the first time I brought our car here for tire change plus car was making weird noise so needed to find out what was going on. Ian and team were super helpful. Ian addressed all our concerns, they figured out very quickly where the noise was coming from and fixed the issue. Ian did not charge for diagnosis either. These guys are awesome! Came in about a month ago to get to get a service done that my agency told me I needed. These guys looked at it drove it and told me that my car was running great and didnt need to spend money on something that wasnt needed. Where do you find a mechanic that tells you your car is fine and doesnt need all that extra work...here! They fix what is need to be fixed and there is no catch. I brought my car in again today because I had a nail in two of my tires, they fixed it in no time for Free. They fix flats for free. Great guys, hard workers that earn a living doing what they know best.

Great staff very helpful. Great and fast service. I had a nail stuck in one of my tyres and just googled this shop and pulled in. Doug took me right in. It is rare to come across these kind of people. He was very kind and helpful.

Came to this location because they had such great reviews. I just picked up my car after they needed 3 days to work on it. THEY USED MY CAR FOR JOYRIDING and tried to make it seem like it was broken in? The doors were unlocked when I approached my car. WHY? They had the key? they left Iphone chargers, my tank went from a half of a tank to a quarter AND my glove compartment was cleaned out. When I asked them about it they claim they dont know anything. I filed a police report on them and their lies. This COMPANY HAS NO INTEGRITY, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKING A RISK ON THEM. If you do...dont call, just be sure to drive by often and check on you car, and acknowledge everyone by name. Sad you have to treat grown man like kids.

These guys are awesome. Our trucks engine was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. After a few hiccups from the engine distributor the guys at Advanced Tire & Auto refused to send us home with a sub-par engine (even though we were on a tight budget). They went above and beyond to make sure our truck was done properly. Even after all the extra labor they ended up putting into it, they were able to stick to the original quoted price. Dont let the location fool you, these guys are great.

I love this location they are efficient and honest. I took two vehicles to them they located the issues quickly and due to one of them being a diesel they was unable to service me. However, they still diagnose the problem and gave me a trusted referral. They have a customer for life I travel from Dallas to get service.

I was at Walmart waiting for over an hour past the appointment time I had set to Buy, mount n balance 2 tires. They only had 2 people working & Im not one to sit n wait that long past my appointment time.So I bought the tires & called around to see if I could get them mounted elsewhere a whole lot faster.Advanced Tire closes at 6 PM. I got here at 5:30 PM. They were busy but fully staffed, very professional and the price was well within my budget. $30.00 to mount n balance them both!Took my car in & I was done in 15 mins!Awesome Professional Service. I will be back.I love it when I run into a shop that works with the Customer and will go the extra step when needed.I was in the Automotive Industry for 30+ years. As a mechanic, A.S.E. Unlike big national chain stores, these guys really care about their customers. I have bought many tires here and have never paid extra for a flat repair or rotation. They work hard to properly diagnose your problem, charge a fair price and dont try to gouge you for things you dont need. Im a customer for life!

Took my car there quite a few times, one for a new tire and rim and one for some heavy under the hood work. Not only did they offer to sell me a rim off the lot, and only pay the difference for the matching rim i needed that they had to offer. But they gave me a very reasonable price on the tire and rim together since I needed to leave for an emergancy Asap! Not only that but they are very willing to work with you and take a look at whatever could be the problem. Cannot recommend enough and am planning to return here for whenever theres a problem with my car!

I went to advanced tire & auto bc I was having Engine coil problems. They did a diagnostic and confirmed it. I had the coil on hand and they just charged me for labor. Some places I called wouldn’t let me use the part I already had on hand. These guys are awesome and will be a vaulted customer for a long time. We were going to possibly change a different part but they wanted to see if the coil was the problem before they charged me for the other part and labor that was going to cost hundreds of dollars. I can’t say how good it feels to find a shop that is honest and trustworthy.

Eric and his crew members fix both front end hub bearings, Exceptional price and customer service. My car is riding like its brand new. Absolute best! Professional & honest. A few months ago I had a small puncture on my tire, & I stopped by, and they patched for free. Just dropped off my car for a belt replacement--and the employees could not be more professional with great service. Highly recommend.

Ive been coming to this location for about two years for my engine oil changes regularly and thought I was being treated fairly and liked the price that seemed lower than Walmart. I realized today what the catch was. I went in for my engine oil check/ change. After the service was done, I asked the technician who had actually worked on my car how everything one. He replied how surprised he was with how clean my engine oil was. Therefore I asked if the engine oil was actually replaced. He denied that the engine oil was actually changed and said that only the filter was exchanged because the engine oil was clean when he checked it. However, when I went home at looked at my bill I realized there was a fee not just for the labor and filter but also 5 quantities of synthetic engine oil. I figured it was a mistake on the bill and called the office within 30 minutes of leaving the location. The owner picked up and I addressed what had happened and all he did was deny that the engine oil had not been changed. Even after I told him the conversation I had with the technician the owner brushed it off by saying he was probably joking when it was pretty clear that the technician was not during our conversation and I expressed so to the owner. This experience makes now me doubt if any of my engine oil change experiences actually had a legitimate engine oil change at this point despite my actually paying for all these changes. No longer will I be coming to this store and I recommend new customers to beware. If things seem more affordable than other places then there just might be a reason for it.

First Id like to mention my wifes car had her leather driver seat ripped, by what seems like a careless mechanic.They kept my wifes car for 4 business days and 2 weekend days. Finally repaired. $200 and out the door. However, Check Engine Light came back on the next day.Took it to another shop and cost $1200 for it to be properly repaired. They let us know the previous shop (this one being reviewed) used the incorrect part while not addressing the real issue.

Theyve been fair, fast, and reasonably priced every time Ive brought a vehicle here. This last time, they had a miscommunication issue TWICE and told me the job was done and my vehicle ready to be picked up when it wasnt--but they made up for it by fixing two additional small things that Id been putting off for free.

Quality people and easy to work with. Screw in the tire fixed in minutes for $6. My wife has brought her car here on more than one occasion and they have always been reasonable, quick, and done the work like pros.

My daughter is away from home and attends college at UT Arlington. Her car had a check engine light on and was running rough, and I wanted to find a local honest repair shop for her to take her car. Doug was extremely helpful and when she brought the car in they actually figured out the problem in just a few minutes. I would expect at least a diagnostic charge no matter how long it takes, but they did not charge us a thing. Very unusual to find a auto repair service like this. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for your honest help.

Although I dont trust anyone working on my vehicles other than myself, I always come here for tire mounting and alignments. They do great work in a timely manner from stretched tires on 20s to 35s on my Ford Raptor. A+++ service at very reasonable prices.

I called this place before I decided to go and spoke with Brian. The excellent customer service I received just over the phone prompted me to go ahead and go in. Everyone there was literally so nice and so professional. Very helpful and Brian was very patient along with his other coworkers in answering my questions. This place is my go to for anything auto repair related. Been bringing my 2001 lexus is300 for repairs and regular maintenance and i gotta say these guys know their trade. Always leave with a fully detailed description on what all was done to my car, and what i need to schedule in the future. I dropped it off yesterday afternoon to get the A/c compressor kit done along with timing bet kit, crankshaft seals, rotors resurfaced, and plugged a tire. They had the parts ready and were gonna start first thing in the morning (today) on everything listed above. I get a call at 5:25pm *TODAY* to the good news that my car was done and ready for pickup! Honestly. Thee quickest and most reliable service i have ever experience, would recommend these guys ANY DAY!10 outta 10 outstanding service 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽Thanks to ian and the rest of the staff for taking good care of my car....

UPDATE: Do NOT go here. My lugs were cranked on SO tight Ive broken the lock key trying to get it off. Now paying for a new set of locking lugs plus a mobile tire repair to finish trying to get the rest of the seized lugs off....worst tire experience EVER!Not the best used tires and the hours are great for the employees that go want to go home early...but when I did manage to get there on a Sat they took good care of me.

At first the guys were nice enough and looked like a good place to go get my jeep fixed but then it didnt turned put to be the place anymore, the guys didnt have time or they just told me my jeep was too old and didnt want the headache lol because I knew what need it to be done but I dont a lift to do it. Since they knew I knew what was wrong with it they didnt want to touch it of course so they wont up sale you into more stuff, I thought this place was cool and honest but it turned out to be just like every other mechanic shop.... unfortunately

So went in for an alignment, rotation and get a new tire for spare. the alignment was better then where it was but steering wheel is now notably left, was way right. and spare tire looks great. big issue I have is they used my spare tire tools to lower hoist to install tire, and after they where done they never put them back. I called and got we only use our own tools, but since I watched use my tool and know its mine by distinctive characteristics of the rod. I would recommend them for most tings just watch out and verify your items are back before leaving.

Best mechanic ever! Truly honest people that know what theyre doing and have a great network if you need work beyond what they offer. Theyre quick and well priced. Walking in, you feel a sense of peace knowing these folks are going to take care of you!

**These guys are the BEST!!** Every time I go there, they always tell me what my car needs. They NEVER tell me I need something when I dont. In fact, I have asked them before if I needed something and they told me no. Their prices are great! These are honest, hard working people, not greedy at all.

This is hard to write, because the guy that runs the shop is really nice. However, they kept our 2012 VW Jetta TDI for 3 months, ran up a $6.5k tab on a string of ineffective repairs that involved them bringing the car to a shoddy VW dealership for consultation as Ace couldnt figure out the turbo underboost issue.They also lost the engine cover. We dont live in the area, and while they were nice enough to send us a replacement, it was the wrong cover.We wound up taking the Jetta to R Diesel in Hurst who discovered missing bolts and a zip tied component. RD fixed it quickly, but the financial damage was done.This place is probably fine (as per other reviews) if you have something straightforward on a domestic vehicle, but dont take a European diesel here.

These guys are fantastic. Theyre honest, do good work, are reliable, and usually alot faster than expected. Also friendly and speak English as a first language if thats the decider for you.I judge most on competency and havent had any problems there - and theyve done alot of work on several of my vehicles - theyve patched tires, installed shocks, replaced a starter, resurfaced brake rotors, and balanced tires for me. They even solved a problem with my TPS sensors that noone else could figure out.Theyre knowledgeable, reputable and 100% legit. Its my go-to shop for anything I cant do myself or dont have time to and Im gonna use them again soon to install new leaf springs and front struts on my truck. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great place! Helped me with a tire leak and took their time to find EXACTLY where it was! My Work valve stem was leaking at the o-ring and they didnt have one, so they sealed it with an injector ring and double checked it! Resourceful, helpful, knowledgable, and fair-priced! I will be coming back here!

Iain was very good in explaining what they would be doing to my car to get the AC right again. It turns out, the mechanic (I forgot his name, pls forgive me), diagnosed & told Iain what was going on before they could recharge my air. The best part was the friendliest of the entire crew, the quickness of response and (NOT ALL technicians or businesses do, was to no charge for the diagnosed problem). Please people, dont try to get it for free, or have arguments w/ no company because you think they should. Came in with a p0455 check engine light. To figure out the issue causing this, you have to run a smoke test to see where the vapors are leaking or if any valves are defective. These guys were very patient and understanding with me trying to fix it.Not only does Advanced Tire and Auto charge $25 less than Pep Boys (ATA: $65, PB: $89.99). But when the light came back, this shop was willing to redo the tests for free.Iain Hodshire, the mechanic who oversaw the whole process for me, was very nice and professional. I a wholeheartedly recommend this place for anybody looking for auto repairs.

Great place, great people. I ordered a new tire for my Prius with a flat when Toyota couldnt fix the flat and couldnt order a new tire in time.Me. Triplett from Advanced Tire and Auto service ordered a new tire for me ($95) but in seeing my car tire fixed my busted tire for $6 and insisted that he wouldnt recommend buying a new tire.I had already ordered my new tire and was prepared to pay him $95 , but he only took $6 and my car is still running on that perfectly. I even finished a 1350 mile car trip to Santa Fe on that tire.These guys are honest and the best.

I have been using Advanced Tire and Auto for 10+ years and have always found them to be reasonably-priced and honest about the work that needs to be done. Theyve never suggested an unnecessary repair or tried to upsell me on things I might need to do in the near future. I had to have a timing belt replaced several years back and took the car to another garage that was close to where I broke down in N. Dallas. That garage called me with the diagnosis but threw in about $300 worth of unnecessary work including new spark plugs and wires. I had replaced them myself the previous month. Needless to say when my current car broke down yesterday near I-35 and Loop 12, I had the car towed to Arlington.

I was referred here by a church member The service is awesome. 1st time they gave me a quote on getting front struts best quote. Second they put a battery in my Chrysler 200 which was located under wheel very reasonable labor price 2nd I dont remember his name but I needed my front passenger head light replaced he said he would cover it for Me! I was difficult Lol I heard him say as I was leaving he didnt know it would be so difficult lol Well now fellows I got my financial help approved thru Snap and I am taking my car back to them to do the work! Hopefully This sat Sept 7th or Monday the 9th! I will call on my lunch break 9/3/19!

Do not i mean do not bring your vehicle to this place , they had my truck all day for a 4 hr job max. Then the guy that was working on it didnt tighten the parts back on, they were falling off. Ask the guy with the long beard didnt get his name. To get the guy some help cause i have to go and my truck has been here all day. He wants to get smart and ask me what u want me to do go work on it. I said yeah if thats what it takes. He says i dont work out there i work inside. I told him dont get smart and sarcastic. Cant fix the simplest thing. Said it needed a carburetor. After that,a fuel pump dont think it needed a carburetor just a fuel pump. $400For the carburetor $200 for the fuel pump. Before, it was a distributor still doesnt run well. That was $300
