I don’t normally do reviews but I had to after the service I received from Monica and Williams Home Maintenance. They came out the same day and fixed my air conditioning. The tech was Professional, Nice and really cared. I even signed up for the maintenance agreement. So I won’t have to worry about my air-conditioning anymore. I know I’m in good hands. Thanks Williams Home Maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Eilliams for well over 25 years for all our home maintenance needs. I always felt that their service techs were very qualified and strove to do their best for clients. The past few years, however, there was a growing feeling that selling something or offering unneeded upgrades or repairs was more important than integrity. It didn’t used to be that way. I suspect that times have changed and this is the way of most repair places, but I lost enthusiasm for recommending Williams because of that.

Never is my life have I come across a company like Williams Home Maintenance. Their service and quality is second to none. They actually listen to you and help to solve your problem in a prompt and professional manner. Recently they installed all new high efficiency heat/ac system(3 units). My home has never felt more comfortable, my utility costs have decreased significantly and they helped me get a $1000 rebate with my electric company to help pay for it. Amazing company, better people.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. My unit stopped cooling. The repairman came out and told me that it would take at least $3,000 to repair the unit but he recommended a new unit. He quoted me the lowest unit $14,400 no interest. I kept getting calls to sign the loan papers. I got 3 other quotes and the unit was repaired for $600. Everyone couldnt figure out what lower end unit they could sell me for $14,400. All the other AC companies were discussed with Williams Home Maintenance for trying to get $14,000 from a long time customer. Im very disappointed that they can try to gouge a long time customer. My business with them is done. I DO NOT recommend trusting them.

Williams has been doing major maintenance at my home for 10 plus years. They have replaced and maintained ac units and water heaters as well as smaller plumbing and electrical repairs and updates. This work has all been professionally accomplished.I highly recommend their services.

We Love Williams Home Maintenance!!!! They do excellent work and are always on time...we have been using them for years. We had a rental property and used them for all repairs over there as well...in fact once there was a slight problem with one of the workers and the tenant and the owner (Jerry) not only fixed the problem but gave us a full refund!!!Williams is the only company for us...

Ive been using Williams Home Maintenance, Inc for almost 20 years and find that they have always been professional, responsive, on time and their work is good quality. I would recommend them to others. I have not used them recently due to the coronavirus pandemic, but need to schedule their services as soon as the pandemic clears.

We used the company before for installing and replacing our furnace and complete ac system. We got excellent service from them. Our shower abruptly stopped draining and water was backing up. Happened on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response time. Once again we got friendly professional service and affordable too!

Have been using Williams Home Maintenance for home repairs for over 35 years, but that may have changed after this weekend s experience. We discovered our food disposal was leaking water from under the sink and we needed immediate repair. As usual we called Williams Home Maintenance for help. Being a Saturday morning we were told there would be an emergency call service fee of $134 just for them to come to our home and check it out. Because of a previously planned weekend family gathering we reluctantly agreed.The very polite repairman soon arrived and said the disposal was dead and would have to be replaced to which we agreed. He proceeded to replace the 1/3 HP Badger disposal unit (costing $84 at Home Depot) with a new one in less than an hour. The total bill, including service call, the new disposal, and installation, was $581, which means just the service call and installation costs were a somewhat ridiculous $500.It is my understanding Mr. Williams sold his business several years ago and the new owners retained the name of the company. Again, I should point out that the new ownership was very upfront in telling us what the charges would be for installing a new disposal and we agreed. So shame on us for not shopping around.

Williams Home Maintenance hands down provides superior service! I have called them on several occasions for plumbing, air conditioning, heat service and they are very fast with service most the same day or the next morning at the latest, they provide excellent customer service from the ladies in the office (Monica, Jackie & Rebecca), and the work is top notch. If you need something done, look no further as WHM is the place to call for your home maintenance needs. Willie, the Service Manager is extremely knowledgeable, very honest, and most importantly, he gets the job done and keeps his word. Not only is he professional, but he is very personable as well. My 2-year old knows him by name Mr. Willie. Being a smaller family owned company has its benefits and it shows with how they treat and take care of their customers.

What a great organization. I had to set up a service call for a client who has a service contract for his heat and air. I expected it to be a bit of a hassle. I called and got Monica. She knew my client by name, as soon as I gave her the address. She was so pleasant, set up the call and sent a tech. The tech spent a couple of hours checking out the units . Did not recommend any additional services that were NOT covered , just checked units thoroughly, cleaned and replaced filters, let units run to ensure they were in working, and said all covered under my clients home warranty . Sad to say , I do not really expect great service anymore, but these folks delivered.I will be using them for my own service in the future. Very impressed with the professionalism through the entire process. Monica also explained what was covered and what would not be covered on the initial call. Time consuming for her , but nice to know this info BEFORE the tech comes, and hands you a surprise invoice . Companies who do business like this , deserve to be recognized and patronized . As a norm , I wont post bad reviews , because all companies, have bad days and it hurts the employees who many times have no control over policy so I address less publicly, but when I get really good service, I do my best to make it known!

Willie came out to check our furnace today for its yearly check up & thank goodness he did. We had a new roof put on last month & apparently they knocked flue pipe loose & did not put the roof crown above roofline.We are just lucky we had not turned on the heat yet.....scary! Anyway, Willie will be back on Friday to replace & fix everything. So happy we have a maintenance plan with them.

Theyre hideously expensive and dishonest. Small, fixable problems become replacements and extended contracts. My mothers 9 year old Amana AC unit (still under warranty) was replaced by WHM for close to $10k in 2016 for a repair that should have cost a couple of hundred dollars. I didnt find out until after the fact and was appalled. Theyre one of those companies we hear about who take advantage of little old ladies on social security. My mother didnt have the ready cash - shes retired. No problem!! They were ready with documents for a third party financing company. SHAMEFUL.

I called WHM because I was getting water/sewage back flow into my house any time I used water. I searched around for a week attempting to find an affordable service until I found Williams Home Maintenance. Robert came out and was very skilled, quick, and pleasant. He got right to work and assured me they would take care of me. After only an hour, the problem was solved! I highly recommend WHM for any plumbing/home maintenance needs.

My a/c was old and not working well at all so I was looking for some estimates. I called Williams and Jerry came and gave me an estimate and added a new air return. I wasnt even aware that there was a problem with my air flow. Its like a new world in my house. Its a cool that I have never experienced, after living in Texas for 18 yrs. I also had Robert out to install a water heater and replace some piping on my pool equipment. He was efficient and friendly. I will call them for all my needs. Love you guys, keep up the good work!!

If you want Fantastic Service at an Affordable Cost, Call Williams Home Maintenance.. With “Great Customer Service” being so hard to come by these days, it’s awesome to see a company that still appreciates their customers!!! It was an absolute Joy to work with them....

I have been using Williams Home Maintenance for over 10 years and have yet to be disappointed to the quality of the services - A/C and plumbing. Good people that you can rely on to put the customer first.

I wouldnt even give this company one star. For years we paid monthly for a maintenance agreement on a brand new air conditioner they installed and told us it had a 10 year warranty. But now its leaking and not cooling and they will not come out to even see whats wrong without charging an $89 service fee. They are not interested in customer service or satisfaction, only in making a buck. I told them we didnt have the $89 but that wed been paying them monthly fees for years, and now they needed to honor the warranty and I was told, nothing we can do. So, now I have a $5000 air conditioning unit that leaks and doesnt cool. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Williams employees have always been courteous and very well qualified to fix any and all of our home issues, air conditioning. heat, plumbing. You cant go wrong if you call them for timely and reasonable service.

Williams Home Maintenance is reliable and do excellent work. They are available when needed; pricing is fair. They are my go to repair service for all heating and plumbing repairs.

Robert was great! He was actually the 2nd tech sent to our house from this company for AC issues. The first guy seemed agitated and put out by having to even be at our home. Needless to say, the repair did NOT fix our problem. The next day, Robert was sent and the service was like night and day. He was informative, kind, pleasant,and incredibly thorough in troubleshooting our issue and repairing it. Give Robert a raise please! He is the reason I gave this company 5 stars.

Even though there site says free service call and estimate they charge you 65.00 anyways.I work at a property management company where i handle all the work orders from our properties. We uses Williams home Maintenance for every appliance problem. Thats about $600 minimum a month on a regular basis. One day i got a bill for 65.00 i called Tonya at WHM and asked her what for since we didnt approve the work, since i have to call the owner of the property with the estimate first. Tonya and her boss Jackie basically said they dont do free estimates even though i was staring at their site which stated that they do. I asked Tonya why wouldnt they say this to me when i ordered the on site estimate. She refused to answer the question. I told her boss Jackie we would have to stop referring business to them and stop using them as my vendor she told me to pay my bill and hung up.Not only were they dishonest but they were rude.

BECAREFUL! These people are crooks. Head tech manager-ROGER came to my home. Outside air unit was not turning on. 2 min, he identify lose wire, he twisted the wire that was lose and put the cap back on.. $89 for trip charge and $69 for wire repair.. $69 dollar to twist a wire and put the cap back on. Before the office dispatcher - Monica, told me that trip charge was $89 and any repair would go into that $89.. not so. What they tell you before the call and after the call is 2 different things. He tried to upsell me a new unit for $6.5K and a maintenance plan.. DO yourself a favor... do NOT use these people. $158 total for crook tech to twist a wire. I called around, most companies would only charge the trip charge for such simple work. They wont!

This place totally does a great job! If your A/C needs fixing, these guys are great and theyre QUICK! Monica was super helpful on the phone and helped me figure out what my problems were, and then sent a teach right over to get it fixed. Highly recommend!

Anytime we have an issue at home Williams Home Maintenance is our go to! They are honest, don’t oversell and are always timely! Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC all are awesome!

We had the typical main line sewer clog, and called Williams Home Maintenance. Ryan showed up FAST (maybe 30 minutes!) and did the job super fast as well - Problem solved!Ryan also gave me some information on another plumbing issue (where we need to run a camera, which Willams can do). I plan to use them again.Super service from Ryan & Williams Home Maintenance!Their MAGNET is now on my REFRIGERATOR. =)

I contacted WHM this past Tuesday(7/18) to come by and look at my home AC system. When the tech arrived he seemed very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I explained the issue I was having and he proceeded to check the system inside the house and outside.Outside he took the cover off the AC unit, checked the freon level and determined it was very low. He said as low as it was there is definitely a leak somewhere in the system. Not even seeming to care about looking for the leak or seeing if it could be repaired he began throwing a sales pitch at me for a new system...... A rather expensive option. So being tight on money I inquired about just recharging the system and exploring other options. Unfortunately the tech told me that R22, the refrigerant my system uses was being phased out and they didnt handle it anymore due to the high costs. Though despite not handling R22 anymore he did tell me how much it was going for per pound. After he left and a few phone calls later I learned he either lied or didnt know what he was talking about because the price he told me for R22 was more than double what it actually was going for. That and he either neglected to tell me or he didnt know about a much cheaper and more environmentally friendly alternative to R22 called RS44b, which is what my home AC is now running on now.Also after he left and calling another AC technician to come over and look at my system I got a very different opinion than what the WHM tech gave me. It turns out I didnt need a new system after all. The second tech went over my system inside and out looking for a leak and found it, yay for proper diagnostic work. So now I just need a new A-Coil which is scheduled to be installed in a couple of days. Much much cheaper than the entirely new system the WHM tech wanted me to purchase.So in a nutshell. despite seeming very professional the guy seemed to be trying to take me for a ride and squeeze my wallet like an orange. He either didnt know much of what he was doing or didnt care to diagnosis and fix the system, he wanted to replace it instead.

My father W. Latham used Williams Home Maintenance on 3/13/18 for a plumbing repair. Robert G. arrived on time, completed the work quickly, answered all of my questions and did an overall splendid job.

My family and I used williams home this past month when our ac went out. There cost was very good for after hours service. Jerry and his employees really do good and treat every customer individually so everyone gets what they beed. I will always use them no matter what the tine. Thabk you guys for your great work.

Need honest service? This is not the place. I called this morning when they opened at 7am, scheduled my appt for same day. The plumber Robert came out and said that hed be able to fix it but would have to get on the roof and would come back in one hour with the second person before doing so. I called the office an hour and a half later to find out his ETA, when Monica answered and stated hed instead gone to service another home since he didnt have another person available for him to be able to complete the service in my home. After Id taken half the day off to meet them they didnt even have the courtesy to call me back to tell me they would not be able to return in the time quoted and in the end Monica would not confirm when the plumber Robert would return. Monica was very rude and could not give me an answer to any question I had. Very frustrating experience.

Robert, the plumber, was timely. He is very professional, courteous, and friendly. He solved my issues quickly. A great company, I have been a customer for 20+ years.

Had a faulty water heater. WHM sent Robert to assess the situation. I elected to have WHM repair the unit after the assessment was completed. I’m extremely pleased with the service provided and will call them again when other issues arise. BTW... I learned allot from Robert when talking and watching when he made the repairs...

$700 down the toilet. AC repair lasted 2 months then unit died. They wanted $3000 to replace. Another repairman blamed dead unit on faulty wiring by WHM. Replaced it for me for $1500 and its working well. Obviously I am not happy with service by WHM.

WHM is a great company that goes way above normal to make sure I have ac on hot summer days. I would recommend them to anyone, even my mom. Thanks Willy, and as to Jacob, you reap what you sow. Shame on you. Your paycheck doesnt even cover the cost to recover your mess ups that occurred from my location. Again. Thank you WHM and especially Willy.

Eric V.did my heating and a.c.checkup. He answered all my questions and took the time to look at my water heater.He got a price and Ryan came today and installed it.He is coming Monday to fix a problem with a galvanized pipe joint. Very helpful.

He did a good job in a timely manner checking out our house unit He also did the vacuum and final check on a new mini split unit we installed to be sure it operated properly.

Robert, the Plumber, was excellent ! I dont know why I didnt call WHM service before now. They exceeded our expectations. Thanks! JC

We called to complain about a work truck lady was very nice said we got the call and would fix the issue 4 hours later at 930pm we had a lady call our phone telling us they would park the truck where ever they want and nothing we can do about it so the company gave out our number and let the person call and threaten us
