Staff was friendly and quick. AUSTIN, the tech was fast, friendly, and informative. Great service from the ladies answering the phone, scheduling a quick call time, with great communication around time and who to expect. My heating system went out Sunday morning I couldn’t set up appointment until late Sunday night due to work. Once I was able to call a wonderful lady told me that she could have someone out to my out in the next hour this was at 6:30pm they got there at 7:15! They came in fixed my heating that night much appreciated!

Very pleasant and helpful young man came to help me get my heater back on. He did a very thorough job and checked everything. He did not leave until he was sure the problem was fixed. I will definitely call again

What can I say…went with Trane and had new unit installed in summer a new blower unit was also install in summer upstairs but “Without” the heating coils..!!Temps dropped to 15 degrees outside last night. You Tried to fix today but only had lower wattage pack…didn’t do anything to help, so now waiting on ontaining and installing proper size..So…17 outside and 62 in our house after spending $13,000…with 3 space heater going…hmmm! Not thrilled. But service guy was very nice…

Came here and was helped in the best way possible. Every Other place, I went to just sent me away.. I was 100% taken care of and listened to over at this place. If you want a true EXPERT, you will get it with Mike and his crew. I can’t decide if their knowledge, work or response time is the most impressive thing about them but they possess all 3. My BRAND SPANKING new home unit was a moldy, comical disaster before Mike and his crew fixed everything that you think would be elementary to other companies, but they’re not. I wouldn’t trust my family’s comfort to anyone else.

Naser came out to conduct an inspection of my HVAC system. He did a great job finding an issue and resolving it quickly, and gave me some advice to keep my system running smoothly. I very much appreciate his service.

I contacted them late in the evening after returning home from work when I noticed my air was out. They were so kind and helpful on the phone and said they would try to get someone out that night but for sure the next morning. I said morning was fine. They had someone at my house first thing and they diagnosed and made the repair. The next night my air was out again. They came back on the holiday weekend to assess the problem. Turns out ants were invading the conductor and shorting it out. The technician and manager covered the cost of the repair and visit. I was so impressed with their customer service! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

I called at 4:45pm on a Wednesday before we were getting snow/ice because my hot water heater was beeping. They had someone here by 6:30pm! Great service!

Super fast and friendly, Scott was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was wrong and how it could have happened.Same day service within hours as well.

Recently I contacted them for my HVAC not functioning properly, even during Labor Day weekend, they were nice to accommodate my need and gave schedule the very next day, unlike others with long wait to get appointments. I ended in canceling the appointment next day, when I found it’s related to Amazon smart thermostat, and related to recent IOS updates and fixed. They were not only nice to cancels ,but asked to call if I need again. I also used them for yearly maintenance, which I found them honest. Every time I called their office they are very customer focused. I am very happy to found them in new city, Dallas and I will use them without any doubt again.

They came out in the middle of the night to fix a blown fuze. With the temp being 52 in my house it was much needed, quick and to the point. Im so grateful they were available so late.

The technician showed up well within the window, we had a slight upstairs drain stoppage and leak happening and they came right out and cleared the wall stoppage and reconnected the piping quickly. Garret came out to service a mini split that was installed in my shop 3yrs ago by Superior. I was expecting to hear the typical you need this, one of these, thats broke, this isnt working.... but instead was told everthing was working fine and it needed nothing. Nice, honest tech who didnt try and sell me anything I didnt need. Very nice gals on the phone, this is a great company to deal with. I wish they installed the house AC system! Use them... you wont be disappointed!

Service was good, the tech was friendly. But they are definitely not the cheapest. I spent 470 even with a military discount. Which isn’t even a discount. They say that the 100 dollar service charge is deducted from the cost of the repair. 470 seems very high for a part I could’ve bought for 40 bucks. They probably get them for 20. Anyway, my ac is up and running. I had previously used performance heat and air and they charged me like 170 last time this had happened. If it wasn’t because of Memorial Day then I would’ve got the part my self and changed it. They got the job done and were professional. I don’t feel as though I was charged fairly though for a plug and play fix. They were there for maybe 30 min. I understand there are costs involved and they need to make money, it just seemed like a rip off.

Was told I would get a call with cost of repair. Never did. Technician did repair and then had a bill for $1300. Not happy at all.Update: After speaking to the owner, he offered a partial refund which was delivered personally by office staff to us. He kept his word, and I am upgrading my review at this time to reflect that.

So far so good he was very very nice and answered all my questions great job a little expensive but I had no choice to pay for it lol thank you

Chose not to have work performed. After a quick visual inspection, I was quoted almost $900 to open a wall to find and repair a leak. Worker was friendly, but the price is not reasonable. You will pay $129.99 for them to drive to your house.

A bit overpriced but he unplugged my tub which is why I called. Then gave me an estimate to repair my wobbly toilet for $1200. Love it when repair people think you’re stupid when you’re a woman.

Plumber did an excellent job identifying the cause and location of the leak. The pipe replacement went well and the plumber answered all my questions.
