REALLY good service. Easy to book and very communicative. Our plumber, Chris, was extremely professional and did an amazing job for us. They performed a gas test and capped an old gas line. We highly recommend!!

Top notch service and excellent care on getting my new EV charger installed at home. Promptly came back to make some needed adjustments with no additional charge. Fast response and courteous - would highly recommend for any electrical needs.

Needed a 20 yr old water heater replaced. Paschal was recommended from our church group and were able to come out the same day. The tech, Frank, quickly provided quotes for several different options, with one of the quotes being cheaper than what was given over the phone. They will be my first call on any future plumbing issues.

The service was fast and the tech that came out really knew what he was doing. He even recommended that we switch out our toilets for a better quality and so we wont have problems at often as we do. He was really good with our dog when she came over to him and was jumping on his leg. All together I thought the booking and the service was very easy and I would use them again.

I’ve had a great experience today! Asked them to come out for a second opinion and I believe we’ll be asking them to help us with our problem. Chris and Bobby are awesome and were able to diagnose the issue quickly. I love that they text you a picture of your Plumber before they are dispatched and also give you tracking so you can be prepared for them! We shall see how they handle the fixing part, but I have high hopes! 👍

Had a free tune up. Very professional and friendly. They were very thorough and checked for gas leaks also. Did not try to up sale me. He did offer some additional services like duct cleaning, for example, but handled it well! I was impressed. Will use again when I need services.

Bobby was fantastic. He found an issue the original installer had shortcut which could have been dangerous. They responded to my request quickly with a fair price. I would recommend them for anyone looking to have quality work done with their plumbing.

Customer service has always been Exceptional! The technician contacted me and advised his arrival time would an hour and arrived on time. The technician reviewed the results of the quarterly inspection of the HVAC system and gave sufficient explanation of issues and answered my questions thoroughly.

Frank came for out for a water heater flush today He was prompt, very polite and friendly. He was quick but took care to answer any questions, provide feedback and did not rush to complete and leave, but took great care to make sure we were satisfied and taken care of.

I needed plumbing repair for the proper installation of my dish machine. They were able to accommodate me and provide service on the same day. The work was excellent, and the customer service was great. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the future.

Paid $350 for a capacitor which costs $16 on Amazon, and took 20 mins to troubleshoot + 20 mins to replace. The industry standard is 150% markup on small parts and $150 per hour. My repair shouldnt have cost more than $200

Everything from start to finish was amazing, scheduling was simple and was on the schedule for the next morning! Yasua arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Paschal will be my first choice for all air, plumbing and electrical needs moving forward!

While the technician did an excellent job of estimating the project and explaining what needed to be done, the inferior and inadequate electronics he was provided caused an unnecessary delay while standing in the cold. The estimate, which should have been free, was based on a video I sent customer service for him to review which means he knew exactly what was to be done before he arrived but it still cost me $89.00.

Beware - old reviews are for prior companies that Paschal bought. My original review was for Big Bear AC, NOT Paschal. We had our AC serviced August 2023 by Paschal and they were horrible! Replaced an evaporator coil and made such a mess out of it. Air leaks everywhere and when they came back to try to fix it, used plaster to try to cover the holes. We had to pay another company to fix it and level it. They were so forceful in trying to get us to replace the entire unit. Thank goodness we did not because their work is well below standard.

Was having a problem with my central air thermostat that was causing my air conditioner not to come on and with this hot weather I needed it fixed asap. I went on line and came across Paschal air I called, the person who answered was very friendly and understanding and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Technician arrived was friendly professional and knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem with in the hour. Price was reasonable. I even signed up for their maintenance program. I would highly recommend Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric.

Paschal installed a brand new HVAC system and gave me what seemed to be a really good Paschal Promises note of guarantees that were included. While the installation seemed to go well, a couple of months later I had a problem with the heat.The issue (roughly denoted below) was ultimately resolved within the confines of the promises noted above, but it wasnt until I was able to speak to a manager (after my original post here). They refunded the additional money that they charged and are providing me a credit towards future work (which I may consider).The Pascal promises stated if the during the first year, the ..(system)..breaks down, we will fix it for free within 24 business hours. I can now believe this (but you may need to push to talk to the manager first).In my case, this free within 24 hours turned out to be multiple visits over a 9 day period (which included an additional $690 charge). I did ask to speak a manager multiple times during the process but was not allowed to (until well after the fact).I will say that, since the repair, we are happy with our new HVAC system).

They were polite and respectful and completed the job in a timely way. I have not received my receipt yetTho and expect to receive it by email per their promise. They were however fairly expensive. I did accept a new bi annual regularMaintenance contractHoping to avoid the shock of the pricing I got.

Update: Bobby did a terrific job today on our dreaded water leak! He was very knowledgeable, worked diligently, and provided peace of mind as well.Everyone that came out was very knowledgeable & helpful. And we appreciate the hard work of the technicians that gave us our beautiful new air conditioner!

Had a problem with my heating furnace called Paschal Air Plumbing & Electric, Technician Jorge Diaz came out to my house after looking at my furnace he did some trouble shooting. On the outside unit and found a Bad Thermostatic Expansion Valve, I gave him the permission to replace valve part was not on hand had was to wait for a week after it was ordered, once parts were on hand technician came and replaced parts and my unit is now working fine. Will always use this company their Technicians are very knowledgeable in their craft.

Today we had a great experience with our technician. We had a bad flood and a clog in our drains. They were just here to drain out the water heater, but since we had an issue with our drains, the technician Tony Clark got right on top of it really appreciate his help in getting this For us. No questions asked he was awesome professional

I own a 106 year old house, and Ive had Pascal repair a broken circuit I couldnt find all the way up in my attic. They installed a whole home water filtration system, and today they serviced my AC units. Their pricing isnt the cheapest, but when you consider you get what you pay for, with Pascal, you get what you pay for, which for me has been polite, knowledgeable, and professional service. All three technicians that have done work for me were all good dudes, well trained, knowledgeable, experienced, and most importantly HONEST. Highly recommend

I had AJ DeWolfe with Paschal Plumbing out today for a service call. Our issue involved an error message and failure with a tankless water heater. AJ diagnosed, addressed, and repaired the tankless heater in about forty-five minutes. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I needed leaky valve replaced. Quote 1,000. This is a $200 job. I think technician maybe did not want to do the job so overpriced quote. He got what he wanted. $89 service call and we are done. Buyer beware on this company.

I live in a mobile home. The leak is underneath. I told the person who answered this. He said the service call would be $89 and it would be waived if I had them fix the problem. Evidently this doesnt include looking for the problem. The plumber himself was very nice and helpful but I would NEVER use this company. Train the people who answer your phone to explain ALL the costs!!!!

Bobby and Luis did a super job removing the 13-yr old twin water heaters from my attic and replacing with a modern Navien 199k BTU tankless system ... including support structure, gas line connection, leak sensors, drain system and improved roof ventilation. Very pleased!

Requested service because they advertised that they did leak detection. Tech showed up and verified that I did have a leak. Said it was too small for him to locate it. Said he did not have the proper equipment. Charged me $90 for telling me what I already knew. So why do I feel ripped off?

Our plumber, Bryan, was efficient and communicative. He clearly explained the cost and the options and made sure we were comfortable and approved before leaving. Awesome! Will DEFINITELY refer!

Shane Carry came to inspect our furnace, and he did a thorough inspection of everything we have that uses propane. Shane was friendly, very competent, and gave us exceptional service!

Nice and knowledgeable technician, but they are WAAAYYYYY over priced. They quoted me over $1,700 for a 2 hour job with $20 worth of parts. Hired another company to do the same job for $500, but still had to pay their service fee of $90. I feel bad for those that don’t know any better.

The workers installed the new HVAC system quickly and removed all of the materials from the old system in a very professional manner. Great work, employees and system.

We are very happy with the service we received from your technician, Rick. We called Paschal at 9:15 this morning with no hot water and by 4:00 this afternoon we had a new hot water heater installed!

Tiffany was AMAZING! I was truly glad to see a female tech who is hands on! She took the time to listen to what I was experiencing, and then went to work to determine the root cause. After continuous issues with the system and other companies providing “band-aid’s”, Tiffany was able to ascertain what our issue issue was and provide a Plan of action. She also recommended their “Smart-plan” Which provides me the opportunity to call one number for all of my HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs AND Have some simple things taken care of without getting charged a fortune. As a single momma with three kiddos, This provided a solution to many of my home ownership struggles (routine maintenance, the upkeep, and tending to the little issues while they’re little without it costing me a fortune!). To sum it up, Tiffany was a “breath of fresh air”, and Paschal appears to have an innovative and holistic approach to conquering the never-ending “who should I call for this…?! “Thank you, Tiffany!

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because 0 stars was not an option. We have been customers of Paschal for several years and have purchased service contracts with them. Tuesday the 8th, a technician was scheduled to come between noon and 7, for a pre season furnace check. Around 7, we got conflicting information…a text from Paschal, saying the tech was on the way and a phone call from him, saying it was too late. He suggested rescheduling. I rescheduled for the 10th and went through basically the same senario as the 8th. Then I received a text asking me to take a survey, even though we never got service. We will no longer be doing business with Paschal.

The service call was to inspect and give me an estimate of what needed to fix the ductwork. The technician showed me 2 places where insulation did not cover the ductwork. The estimate did not detail exactly what the proposal was to include.

Marvin did a fantastic job of thoroughly inspecting the areas of interest for our plumbing needs. He made explanations of any issues easy to understand and all possible remedies laid out for us to be aware of, and a scooch earlier than anticipated to boot! Thanks guys!

Tyson McLaughlin is very experienced and knowledgeable. He thoroughly cleaned and inspected all 3 of our units in preparation for the coming winter. He also made recommendations for possible upgrades that may be helpful in the future, without any high pressure tactics. I highly recommend the Paschal maintenance plan.

Caleb Arlington was very efficient and helpful. I didnt like the fact my appt was for 7am and the Plummer showed up almost at 10am, but I didnt know or never suspected, that the tech was coming from Springdale. And I live in Joplin! But Caleb knew I was aggravated and called headquarters, who waived the service charge for the call. Who can argue with that!! Happy, happy customer ☺️

Our tech Frank was professional and explained our situation with main line backup that cause water to run into rooms. He was efficient and had it unclogged in minutes. He gave suggestions for future prevention. Thank you Frank!!

10.2.2024 I used tis company again for routine HVAC maintenance and again received great service. Marquis did an amazing job and the best attribute is that he took extensive time answering my 100 questions. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am a hard customer as I expect THE BEST and they have yet to fail my expectations.9/2024 Brian did some plumbing repair that I was devasted about. It involved cutting into my drywall for pipe repair. He could see my angst and disappointment in the news. He was scheduled 2 days later for the repair and did a wonderful job. I was ill on the day of the repair and vomiting at my desk and he took the time and compassion to ask if he could help me with that situation. Talk about customer service!March/April 2024 James installed my new dishwasher and he did a fantastic job! He walked us through every step in the process. He cleaned up all the packing materials and trash. This is my 4th service with Paschal and they have all been great!

Jacob came out the day I called. He was amazing at explaining everything to me. He also explained everything to my husband when he got home. Great technician!!! Hopefully next time we need you we get him as a technician again!

I have monthly maintenance and service plan with them. Received an add for a service special for all home plumbing inspection. Agreed to have the tankless. system flushed and the inspection found one bathtub had a slow drain issue. It was clogged by hair, which was cleared within 5-10 minutes and an additional charge $177.00 tacked on which totaled service was $454.00...WOW..everything is Ala Carte.

We had the greatest pleasure with Service Manager Caleb & our technician, Raphique. Caleb took imitative to the problems with our HVAC. He made sure a plan was in place, especially on past bad experience. Raphique is so detailed. He made sure to go through every step, no matter how long it took to get to the root of a problem. Horrible. 2yr old ac broke in aug, over 100 degrees every day. took 7 days to fix. i asked for some kind of interim help. crickets…..i went to lowe’s and bought a 200 portable unit which held the master to a balmy 85. asked them to pay for it. crickets..,,,,i have been a customer over 20 yrs but will never use them again

Superior service and quality for the money. Just replaced both HVAC systems and upstairs furnaces in our home. I received 5 estimates before hiring Big Bear. Big Bear was the most reasonable and gave us a $600 discount up front because we were replacing both units. Plus, their financing arm offered 3 years at 0% interest. If/when you need to replace your A/C system... I highly recommend that you call Big Bear for an estimate.

Don’t normally do reviews, but felt like these guys warranted one. Our AC went out, and I called Paschal’s, as they had acquired the company that installed the units. Thinking it’s an AC issue in the summer, I’m already expecting to be told the next available appointment would probably be in 2 or 3 days at least. Very surprised when the receptionist told me they would have someone out later that afternoon, and even more surprised when the tech called me to let me know he had arrived 30 minutes later! Oscar was super nice, let me watch over his shoulder and explained everything as he went. They had responded and fixed everything in under 3 hours. Crazy fast service. Very impressed.

We had a new inside and outside unit installed August 10, 2021 with a maintenance agreement of 2 visits per year. By December 16, 2021, a new thermostat was needed, and we were given another $3000+ in estimated recommended work. The 1st Maintenance visit was 6-1-22 and on 6-8-22 the unit stopped cooling. The compressor would not cut on. The main line was not draining and caused an overflow. The drain was cleaned and the line cleared. We were not charged since it was still under warranty. We were, however, charged for a diagnostic fee. Really?! On August 1, 2022, we paid for the maintenance agreement as the 1 year warranty was up. On June 13, 2023, the maintenance was performed to clean the drain. Just 2 months later on August 14, 2023, the unit again stopped cooling. The line was clogged and we were told at that time that the line would need to be drained & cleaned every 2 months. At $79/service call. I talked with Donna and asked her to have this sent for review for design or installation defects as this was unacceptable. She said she would have the engineer look it over. I received a text from Donna on August 24, 2023, stating they could save us money on a proposed estimate to come out and clean and flush the line. I refused, stating they were to have an engineer look this over. She said she would refer it to the service manager and I told her I thought that had already been done! I followed up again August 31st and there was still no response. I would not recommend this company as they do not stand by their work or products. We began having this issue before the warranty expired and here we are, 2 years later with nothing resolved.

My AC stopped working and Paschal was able to come out same day! The customer service rep. that answered (Melanie I believe) was phenomenal from scheduling the service and providing information. She was kind and helpful. They provide specific text updates with a picture of your tech and a link to see live GPS for arrival and distance away.The tech, Alan, that came out later that day was just amazing. He was attentive, very clear and informatitive when it came to the problem and solution. Alan also recommended the membership Paschal provides. It truly felt like he was genuine in making sure we received the best value and looking out for any future repair costs. Alan even went above and beyond as was one of my vents were messed up and not staying intact with the screw. Alan searched for the correct screw and repaired the vent to make sure it was intact with the wall.This was my first experience with Paschal and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone. They made such a great first impression from customer service to technician repairs!

Devon did excellent work. An honest and competent service person. He was so helpful to explain what we needed done and after we received an estimate for 3x the fair price from another company, he was so kind to reassure us and gave us great confidence and trust. We used Paschal for installing our home EV charger. Scheduling is very responsive and texts, which is convenient when you’re in the middle of the workday and can’t answer the phone. Prices were better than the other quotes we received and the estimate was clear, easy to understand, and didn’t change at final invoice. Our electrician Devon was fantastic. He answered all our questions, listened to our thoughts about placement, and was very conscientious, professional and confirmed we were 100% satisfied and everything was working as expected. Devon also had great things to say about Paschal as an employee and how much he enjoyed working for them. I like to hear when employees are happy too. Thank you, Paschal!

We scheduled online and then felt we needed an earlier appointment they got us in a whole day early. John was thorough in his check and found the problem right away!!

We could not be happier with Paschal. We had a septic tank emergency. Called Paschal they showed up the next morning, took care of the problem. Charged a reasonable price. Some additional work needed to be done while they did not perform the services, they contacted a party that would. This was very helpful. I highly recommend Paschal.

***Update 8/20/24*** Ok here we go. I have no choice but to amend my 5-star review to a 1-star review. This sucks, because when I said they had “a customer for life”, I really, truly actually meant it. After experiencing such great customer service, I even opted into their $17.99/month “Legacy” service plan. It truly pains me that this relationship is dissolving. I will be giving them a chance for me to revert the rating back to a 5 stars. We’ll see how that goes… anyway, now for the background on why this has happened:I’ll leave the original review below, but this same 4-year old DAIKIN (I owe Daikin a whole other negative review) unit mentioned below has now failed THREE more times this summer. In addition, 5 of the last 7 nights the compressor inside the A/C’s condenser has overheated and shut itself down; and every time it has been on the OVERNIGHT hours… not during the heat of the day like you would expect! At Paschal’s suggestion, when this happens, I have to get my hose out and go spray the compressor/condenser for 10-15 minutes before it resets itself and starts working again. I have done this a total of at least a dozen times, probably more. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS!!!! This is a 4 year old DAIKIN (piece of garbage) unit that is under a “10-year warranty” (in “quotes” because it sure doesn’t seem that way). I have been in CONSTANT contact with Paschal, and while every technician has been friendly, knowledgeable, and tried their very darnedest (shoutout to Jorge, you’re the best of the best!) to find the problem, it just keeps doing the same things over and over and over and keeps on failing. Believe me when I say I am DONE with this unit. Remember Caleb from the post below? Well, after a week of messages/voicemails/emails, Caleb, and/or Paschal brass have refused to call me back about a possible solution. At this point I will settle for nothing less than full replacement. -cdOriginal review, August 2023: The absolute best service in DFW. I wish I could give six stars! Incredibly expedited A/C service, even in 100+ degree weather. Technician Chris was exceedingly friendly. Installing tech Eli was quick and efficient. A/C was back up and running in less than 24 hours. Even when a billing mistake arose, Manager Caleb was understanding and very quick to make things right. Safe to say that Paschal has a customer for life here!**Update, 7/16/24** We had a plumbing issue this time, and needed a toilet replaced. Diagnosing tech Bobby was professional and honest, and walked me thru our options. Installing tech AJ was very friendly and also efficient. I called Paschal for evaluation of my garbage disposal and backed up sink as well as repair of 3 toilets. Bryan was very prompt, professional and informative about what repairs needed to be done. He explained everything in detail and gave estimates on all work (along with options) to be completed prior to starting any work. He was courteous and cleaned up after he completed the jobs. He even put the cleaning supplies back under sink (I told him that wasn’t necessary) and took the old toilet parts back to the van for discard. Great experience! I’ll be calling them again if needed.

Our water heater went out on a Sunday night. I found Pascal on Yelp and sent a message and they were quick to respond. They sent someone to my home the following morning. Charley was the technician who replaced our water heater and he was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend use their services again in the future.

I was impressed with Juan’s presentation in checking and evaluating my air conditioning system. He was knowledgeable, took time to explain what I had and what I may be needing in the future. He presented a maintenance plan which I signed up for.I found Juan polite and respectful.. in my opinion he is a good representative for your company.

Let me start by saying my technician (Sammy) was incredible. Once he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain the issue and what options were available to me. I had a blocked drain line on one of my 3 A/C units and the charge was $275 and the service fee was waived (as promised).Unfortunately, there were some significant issues with the office/scheduling process. I made my initial appointment and was told my technician was confirmed to arrive between 8am-12pm. I received a text confirming the time window, which I appreciated. On my appointment day, my technician did not appear during the promised window, so I finally called around 2pm to I let the office know the technician had not arrived. I was told he was on other appointments and would be arriving later in the day and it could be as late as 10pm. I explained I was told he would arrive between 8am-12pm and was told they don’t promise arrival times.I explained my previous conversation and my confirmation text and was quickly dismissed. Whatever! Then I get a call around 6:30pm letting me know that my technician’s van broke down and that we would be running late. I then received another call around 8pm letting me know he would not be coming. So, I sat at home for 12 hours with no service. That sucked, but you can’t control auto problems so I chalked it up to bad luck and figured they will do what they can to make amends.The gentleman that called me did apologize but made no effort or offer to account for my troubles. He offered to reschedule and said he assure me I would be first on the list that morning I was rescheduled. Then the day before my appointment, I called the office to confirm my appointment since I did not receive an email/text confirmation. They confirmed my appointment and said I was first on the list that next morning. Come appointment day, I waited and waited and waited and Sammy finally showed up,at 3:15pm. He had no idea what I had been dealing with but did apologize for the issues and Was amazing at doing his job.I gave my experience 3 Stars, which I thought was pretty generous considering I sat at home for 19 hours waiting for service. The office staff was friendly but they need to tighten up their knowledge of their policies and recognize when a customer’s had a bad experience and do what they can to remedy it in a tangible way. I did later learn that they give preference to their customers who are on their maintenance plan and that’s why my promised times were not delivered on.

I have never had a bad experience with your company and we’ve used you since we moved here 9 years ago. Your new guy, Devon, was smart, amiable, polite, and very good! Took him 30 seconds to size up the issue and then he fixed it! Well done!

Paschal are absolute lifesavers! They were out to service our air conditioner the very next day, during the dead of Summer! The repair cost were also HALF the price of what I had quoted to me from 3 other companies, one of which recommended things we didn’t even need! Their service technician Craig was the most knowledgeable, honest and professional individual we’d ever encountered as well. Excellent customer service is so hard to come by these days. Will have them servicing our home for years to come!

I called at noon for an appointment. They said they could be out at 2 PM. Charlie came out and did a great job he replaced my water heater in a couple hours. I was very happy with the service. I feel like the price is average for this area.

Had a PM done on AC system. The system was fine but he found and fixed a problem that he easily could have ignored. Great Guy. Had them unblock the drain pipe from the upstairs AC to my sink. Did a GREAT job. He spent a lot of time on my system and I feel much better that my system is in excellent working condition. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Mo arrived timely and was very transparent throughout the process of inspecting both of our A/C units. In addition to properly explaining any repairs needed, he helped us identify a plumbing issue that other vendors had previously ignored. Outside of the obvious professionalism by Mo, he even navigated a house of 3 kids with positive energy while my son asked him 100 questions about his work. He took the time to actually show him what he was doing and answer all the random questions a 5 year old could think of. I couldnt recommend a person more to come be honest and efficient with A/C and plumbing issues.

We called yall on Sat when our ac went out Abes all yall could say is we will get someone Tuesday. That is not prompt emergency services you provided. It has been over 96 with heat index making it over 106. There is no excuse whatsoever to not fix someone ac during the heat. It had gotten over 90 in this house downstairs and lets not even talk about upstairs. The guy finally came out this morning at 8 and said its 2 electrical parts he had to order some yall dont keep on hand. What company doesnt keep parts on hands in the heated months. We have multiple events Thursday, Fri & Sat with over 100 ppl coming and going therefore making out hotter. We cant even use the oven to make all the things we need for each event cause the oven will make it hotter than 90 which its already at. The guy told me this would not be fixed today. I dont care where you have to go and how much you have to pay I demand this to be fixed by tonight. I will be reporting your business to the bbb as well so your rating goes down. And I will make sure to prove documents of my sister spending over 1000 on portal ac units we have to use to cool the house down which run 24/7. Yet it still doesnt cool it down under 85. Yall will be reimbursing them that amount after we are finished though the bbb...There is also no excuse for a BRAND NEW ac unit to have defective electrical within four days of buying unless you provided them with defected parts in the first place.I definitely would NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They clearly DO NOT CARE ABOUT Their customers or if they did, they would do as they advertise on their website for prompt emergency, which they did not supply...This is ridiculous and uncalled for in the Texas heat.Thank you Dustin & Caleb for your help to get this escalated. They got our parts overnighted to get this ac back on since its now been about 5 days now. Daniel the field manager will be here tomorrow to fix the ac. Will update after that.

He also provided a transparent breakdown of costs of services that was easy to follow.I had 8 valves replaced, some of which were pretty stubborn. One basically had to be torched to be replaced and reconnected to the pre-existing ancient copper lines for a sink/dishwasher deal. Also had some faucets removed and was advised about good replacement options according to our needs and budget.James worked quickly and was also incredibly thorough. He double checked every piece, tested for leaks, cleaned up all areas way better than he found it.Such a great experience and so glad I called in a professional that I can trust!

Chris is the technician who helped with my request. Hes a great guy and took detailed look at the HVAC in the attic and also the outdoor unit and helped with quick cleaning to clear off some build up. He also suggested some alternatives to tuning the system and answered all my questions on the maintenance plan. And they are super quick to respond. I would definitely recommend them.

Pascal service were great. I use their annual plan for services and I was told a capacitor was getting outside the operational window. I called 3 months later and they honored the same price and got me schedule for the next day. Craig was great and did the work fast and effective.

Service department here is very very slow with getting work completed. My truck has been in and out of service since my purchase which was over two months ago. I hope management see this because the sales rep will just give you the run around and have your truck sitting for days or weeks awaiting repairs.

I just wanted to commend the Paschal Plumbing crew especially Donna who responded to my request with kindness and prompt efficiency. Also, James the Master plumber resolved our plumbing issues with no problem as he petitioned to save us a few bucks along the way. My AC went out unexpectedly. I called and got same day service and repairs. They were very good with communicating. Oscar came out and was very polite and explained everything in detail with pictures showing the problem and how to fix it. I was back up and running in 30minutes!

James, the electrician came to review my space for my new generator I ordered from Pascal. He was very through in his evaluation of how to properly install the unit I ordered and completed a material list of what they needed to complete the installation. Very happy with the service at this point.

Hottest summer on record and our AC goes out. We were told a minimum of two weeks and we live in TEXAS!! I was referred to Paschal by another company who was booked to the teeth. The next morning a very polite, professional technician was at our door. He diagnosed our problem, repaired what he could and told us we would hear from the company shortly about the cost and to schedule a return appointment for the installation of the part he didn’t have. We were long-time customers of Big Bear AC, but now that they have merged with several companies to become a much larger company, there has been no decrease in quality. Our AC unit stopped working Saturday night. I sent a message through their website on Sunday morning, and even though they were closed, they responded right away and made an appointment for Monday morning. Thats great service!

I had a service man come out for a problem we were having with our a/c. and after the visit I was not very happy. After the initial review I put up, Caleb from Paschal Air reached out to me and we were able to resolve the issue. EXTREMELY DISHONEST COMPANY!!! I quit after only 3 weeks due to how dishonest, deceitful, disorganized, unprofessional, and generally inept management was. Doing dangerous work in customer’s homes without permits, customers waiting all day for an inspector that was never even scheduled, unsafe work practices, customers not even being called back for 3 days when their house is clogged and they need the info they payed us for to get it solved. It’s just absolutely ridiculous.They want to charge Benjamin Franklin and Milestone prices but the truck they put me in was held together with zip ties and the door locks didn’t work. Internal communication almost guarantees a dropped ball. Customers are almost always mad even before the tech has even met them (understandably so). Not ONE person in management had ANY plumbing experience. The list is a mile long and it transfers over to angry customers that have been screwed over after paying good money.This “company” (and I use that term VERY loosely here) is a cooperate style money making scheme based out of Arkansas. They have no interest in Texans and doing what is right. They talk a good game but their actions screen louder than words. I can’t imagine that the AC side of the company is much better, if at all.If I were you I would stay VERY far away from this company whether you are a customer or a professional. I would literally choose ANY other company than this one to do ANY work in my home.

Christopher was very knowledgeable about his job, very helpful as to what we need to do to help bring the electricity costs down in our house. Showed us that the capacitor was too warm & should not be. Mindfulness of our property. Glad he didn’t have to stay up in the attic for long as it was so hot up there.

Awesome Experience. James Evans was very professional and helped resolve my electrical problem. I had previously recieved a quote from another electrical company who suggeated I replace my whole electrical panel for about 10k. I called Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric for a 2nd opinion and they came out the same day and in the evening to work around my schedule. James fixed the problem for less than $100. Can you imagine my relief! I appreciate that he didnt try to sell me a new freaking panel. Thank yall so much! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone I know with electrical issue thanks to employees like James Evans.

10-31-23. Had Paschal come out for a seasonal maintenance. Alan Lopez came by and inspected our heating unit. He was very polite & told me what he checked & that everything was good. Having a maintenance agreement for the year is totally worth it. Great job Alan!Jessie & Clint installed our new air conditioner system this past Saturday and we couldnt have asked for anyone more polite or professional gentlemen than these two. They arrived a little before 9:00 a.m. and they stayed until the job was completely finished which wasnt until 9:00 p.m at night. With the temperature of 100 degree outside, in the attic, it had around 120 degree or so & they didnt a bit, well, maybe a little, but they got they the job done. We are so pleased.And, I have to give a great recommendation for Josh, the service technician that came out Sept. 1st when the air first went & then came back out Friday when the part came in finally, but unfortunately that was not the problem. Anyway, with Josh explaining things to me, we decided on the new system & now we are very Happy Customers. Thank You Josh, Jessie, Clint, Connor, ChuckI do have a little complaint, though. Tuesday & Wednesday, waiting to find out about when the part was coming in & when Josh would by, I had to call several times, instead of someone calling me to let me know. That is my only complaint.

Very pleasant experience with Oscar. Almost got me scheduled same day after calling them 1 hour before close. Oscar arrived next day and performed repairs quickly and efficiently while communicating to me exactly what was being done and why.

Herbert is very professional and pleasant to work with. He installed surge protectors on inside and outside of my units today. The hvac technician and plumber both came out on separate occasions to analyze and diagnose our issue. Oscar and Lewis exemplified professionalism and knowledge executing their do-diligence. They went above and beyond for customer service and we were left with the proper repair for a good price.

Before merging with Metro Energy Savers in the DFW area these guys were great. Five years after having a completely new system installed in my duplex, the blower motor died and Metro Energy has become Paschal. They sent a tech out after a lot of calling between me, the property owner, the local property manager and the tenant. The tech diagnosed that it was a failed blower motor but he neglected to mention that the return air line was completely collapsed. Trip number one. Trip number two the tech took out the new blower motor and noted that the return air duct was collapsed which is probably what caused the blower motor to fail in the first place. Of course he wasnt prepared to fix that so another trip was required and over $800 for 25 feet of flex-duct that had been replaced when the system was installed 5 years prior. And once again, instead of calling the tenants to coordinate access, they called me, the out-of-state owner. Everyone I talked to on the phone was quite pleasant and apologetic every time I spoke to them but they kept doing the same frustrating things. Ultimately I called someone else to replace the duct after my tenants were without AC for over a week. They were able to do it on the first visit at a lower cost even though they werent responsible for the warranty...hmmm

I live in a very old house. The faucet in the front yard was leaking some. I called Paschal because they had done good work for me before on my A/C. They dispatched James. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained that the pipe was basically rotting out & very likely to crack if worked upon. He was able to quickly address this by a total replacement of the pipe from the meter to the house. I am very pleased with his explaining what my options were. It took about half a day to dig a trench along the old pipe, done by the digging crew. Just today he took about half a day to lay in the new pipe and connect it up. He had me test the flow to the bath tub. It came out clear because James took the time and effort to clear the new pipe of any dirt. I am very pleased.

Raphique was a fantastic technician. He gave us an honest assessment of our 12 yr old furnace unit and did not try to upsell. His preventive maintenance will keep us toasty this winter. Thank you for the great work!

I’ve used Paschal for several yrs for our furnace/A/C. I’ve used their membership program for quarterly maintenance and been very happy with their service. They also are very responsive to emergencies too. My A/C just stopped working this week and I called them at 3:30pm and they had Raphique Campbell at my house by 5pm. He was very friendly and informative and explained what the problem was and what I could do to help avoid it. I highly recommend them.

The technician misdiagnosed our AC problem and we were told it would cost almost $1900 to repair a faulty circuit board and even that might not fix the problem. I got a second opinion from another company and it turns out it was just the thermostat. The circuitboard is working fine. It was $75 to replace the thermostat. I understand that mistakes happen, but I would appreciate Paschal returning the $85 service fee and taking note of the situation, so it doesn’t happen to someone else.

My parents have used their annual maintenance service for decades, so they recommended I call Metro when I needed maintenance & had a leak from the AC.Everyone I spoke to was great! From my first call Jessica (I think!) was pleasant & happy to speak with me! She was able to schedule me today for a late afternoon, but she called back to let me know they could come early & was just as delightful.The men that came were just as nice! They didn’t mind my dog wanting to show off or get pet & shared with me about their dogs. They QUICKLY showed me where my problems were & Fixed it, and took pictures to help me w/ the insurance. They showed me where I had filters already & showed me how to check/change them, AND made sure it was dummy proof that I could check them on the specific date & writing all the directions on the actual filter (We agreed NYE ... so now I won’t forget! 😉), and just generally were good guys.I’ve had insurance companies and roofers and all kinds of trades out here since the last bad storm, and I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of my engagement with this company for the first time in a long time!Highly recommend the quality of work, timeliness, knowledge & expertise as well as being easy people to work with! 👍🏼

I was charged $224 for an A/C repair that was caused by a technician not cleaning the condensate drain pipe during an April 11,2023 routine service.I asked the technician if the pipe needed to be cleaned and he told me it didn’t.Caleb quickly responded to my concern. He apologized and provided a refund.

Called since our AC was tripping the circuit breaker in over 100 degree afternoon. The next day, a technician called and said hed be over in 25 minutes, he apologized when he got here for taking 35 (I definitely did not notice). Thoroughly checked everything, had a few suggestions but said it all look good, including in the very hot attic. Overall good experience.

My experience with the technician was fine. He got my air conditioning unit to come on and reset replaced some parts. The next day, my home is warm again. Reached out, but know has returned my call. Idk about this company

Benjamin did an excellent job during our maintenance check on the AC. He worked quickly and quietly to service both the outside unit and the one in the attic. He also took time to answer questions that came we had regarding our heating system from last winter. There were a couple of issues that came up about the maintenance plan we had already paid for, and he contacted the main office to resolve them before he left. We will definitely ask for Benjamin for any future services.

Ulysses was very professional. Explained everything and was a very nice guy to talk to. I was especially grateful that they were able to get to my house within 24 hours of my unit going out it was 100° outside when it stopped working in the inside temperature reach 91°, so we are very grateful.

After years of paying for check ups to our a/c with no results Paschal technician, Jorge Diaz found the root of our problem. Jorge found there is a second damper.Of course the entire sistem worked well as he was conducting his inspection. Yet he told us to call back as soon as it act up again. By the way, there was no charge for the two hours he spent testing our a/c. When we noticed the issue we called back and Jorge came in. That second damper needed replacement. They didnt have the part available but ordered it and in less than 3 days he installed it. Jorge and everyone we contacted at Paschal was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Jorge is an extraoidinary young men and we would recomend him and Paschal to everyone in need of a/c services that are affordable and handled with expertise. Thank you !!

Charlie was super to work with. The billing rate is on the high side but the company offered us a $100 discount and that brought the total charge down to what other co’s had quoted.In one hour he fixed four problems.

I took out a warranty to do a spring and fall service on my unit. This is the first time that the staff was unable to get me a shorter window of time. I was told the HVAC man would come between 8 am and 4:00 pm. In the past they have always given me a 4 hour window. No one wants to wait all day (8 hrs). Lucky for me, I was the first customer, but had no way of knowing that in advance.

I would award 6 Stars if I could. Our service technician Herbert was exemplary in every way; excellent knowledge and capability, stellar customer service and skillset. Hugely reassuring to know Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric has service folk the likes of Herbert.

Its hard to find a good plumber, yall, but I love Paschal! They have maintained my A/C units for 4 years now (one is 17 years old), and today I was happily introduced to their plumbing services when Charley performed my tankless water heater maintenance.Charley was fantastic: educational (he let me observe the process and told me everything he was doing), thorough (performed visual checks on ALL of my sinks/toilets while the tankless was going through the cleaning process), extra (he gave me preventative advice about my emergency shutoff valve in the front yard), friendly, competent, and made replacement recommendations for my 27 year old plumbing fixtures without the up-sell. All-in-all a pleasant guy to work with.I have to be honest: I was originally skeptical when Paschal took over my Mom-and-Pop A/C company several years ago (as we had used that local company for over 15 years), but Paschal has provided the quality and level of service I had been previously spoiled on. Even their receptionists/schedulers are friendly and helpful. Today Paschal earned my plumbing business as well. Keep up the good work!

Lots of challenges with HVAC and then plumbing this week and Paschal and their entire group of professionals were awesome the whole time. Empathetic and perseverant to install new cooling system while also overcoming the so-frustrating complications of a nearly 20 year old house at the same time.Great customer service on the phone and awesome use of technology/CRM tools to keep me informed as to arrival times and support.In the last 6 days, I have interacted with 10+ Paschal employees and they ALL represent their brand as if it their own and with great professionalism.

I will try to keep it short, as I can feel this experience becoming one of those reviews that you skim through because it is too long.We were told they would install a new unit Monday, then it was changed to Wednesday, and then Thursday. They got here at 8AM on Thursday with no prior time being communicated (we were going to call at 9AM to check on when they would be here).Install team finished the job around 3PM, and very quickly left, seemingly in a hurry. They left bulky trash in our front yard that now has to get picked up (insulation, boxes, etc).AC didnt work 10 minutes after they left. Called a tech out to come fix it, and they told us the install team did not drain the system properly. They put a patch job on it and told us another appointment would need to be scheduled to permanently repair it. 30 minutes after the tech left, the AC shut off again.It is now 9PM and the AC still doesnt work, I have trash in my front yard, and I am out $18k.I will say, I almost made this a 2 star rating because both techs and the office I talked to were all extremely nice and helpful. However, with this latest outage of the AC, I just cant bring myself to up the rating.Beware.
