Highly recommend! They helped me tracking down replace coil and install the coil properly. The tech Chase is very down to earth and nice guy, explained to me well what the problem was and I am happy with the job he has done. If I run into more HVAC problems in the future they are the ones I will call!

I had an excellent experience with HVAC Heroes. Fast, knowledgeable, great communication, and I felt they gave me a very fair price. Chase did great work and is wonderful to deal with. This just seemed a very honest company that cared more about making things right rather than how much money they could make. I would definitely recommend HVAC Heroes.

Very friendly people, very motivated to make sure the customer is satisfied. The workers who installed the unit were also quite friendly and willing to work with me to make any requests happen. It did take a few weeks and 4-5 trips to my house before the system was able to be fully installed, and it was a bit like pulling teeth where I had to constantly contact the company to get them to finish the job. They were willing to work around my own work schedule which I was very appreciative of. Overall a decent company with decent HVAC brands, just be prepared to be the driving force. My unit was installed well and has been more efficient than my previous system so far!

They are quick and efficient. I called them short notice because another company was a no call no show. They gave me a 4pm time and after a short while asked if they could come sooner. Awesome service and the tech that came out was professional, polite and explained what he was doing and why. Thank you Chase.

Tech shows up and says the issue is just a motor and itd be easy to replace ourselves and way cheaper than having him do it.Okay cool.We do exactly as the tech said, and it still doesnt work. The new motor behaves exactly the same as the original motor.The issue wasnt the motor but that the dampener itself was sticking and the motor isnt strong enough to overcome it.So I called back and tried to schedule another appointment and was met with hostility right off the bat. Im told they wont be working with us and that they never agreed to anything?Okay, but we didnt agree to anything either so Im not sure what that even means?We just wanted someone to look at the AC again.We had asked for a quote the day before, which you gave. And then, when we called the following day to schedule the appointment you got hostile?!You then act is if we shunned your tech and business by buying the motor ourselves when it was YOUR tech who told us to buy and install the motor ourselves because it was so easy and hed charge way to much.Makes zero sense and leads me to believe these other reviews are fake.But if a potential customer is reading this, definitely draw your own conclusions 🤷We called another HVAC group and they were out same day and were able to correctly diagnose the issue(on the first visit) as the dampener and had it replaced within 2hours.Our AC works perfectly now.Even after their reply, my review still stands accurate as ever.Choose to do business with this company at your own peril. Scheduling hiccups and arbitrary decisions will waste your time.

Quick fix and no fuss transaction! They quickly assessed that the blower was the issue and had that fixed and replaced and they didn’t the due diligence of getting the warranty applied! Amazing!

The service tech took his time and diagnosed our system and did a system check from A to Z.HVAC Heroes is one of very very few companies that does not CHARGE a SERVICE FEE to come to your home on diagnosis your HVAC issues.This is almost unheard of when requesting HVAC service. Very impressive! Had a blocked drain line in one of my rentals with water overflowing onto the floor inside the house. The previous day my usual HVAC company had failed to clear the line properly and the overflowing water had continued after their service call.Enter the Heroes who were just that. They quickly and expertly cleared the blockage and serviced both units while they were there. I now have a happy tenant, and I am a very happy landlord. I am so glad I found this company. These guys will definitely be my go to company in future for all my other properties due to their responsiveness, expertise and all round professionalism. Highly recommended!

Aptly named! HVAC Heroes installed a new unit for us, including going up and fixing the ductwork. Ive had to call them a couple of times and they responded promptly and came right out to help. Theyve always taken time to explain what theyre doing without talking down to me, and I SUPER appreciate that they came out on a Friday night when our heat pump shut down and our house was at 85. I will happily recommend them to anyone!

My HVAC system recently went out for a few days after the storms rolled through and wreaked havoc. I literally reached out late on Sunday evening, got a reply within minutes and had an appointment set for the next day with an arrival window between 10am-12pm. Triston and Brad showed up promptly at 9:50, were extremely kind/polite, and in less than an hour had my issues diagnosed and my system back up and running. There was no service fee to come out and poke around and diagnose and the fee to get me back up and running was by far the most affordable and reasonable of any HVAC technicians I’ve contacted in the 3years I’ve owned my home. They’re officially in my folder for reliable and trusted service providers for my home and while I hope I won’t have to need them again, I look forward to working with them in the future if I do!

I called HVAC Heroes when my existing 24-year old Trane split system began struggling to meet set-point. Chase was able to put a band-aid on the condensing unit and help it run for a few days until we were able to replace the system. HVAC Heroes replaced the system in a timely manner, and took the time to educate me about the refrigerant updates, efficiency ratings, unit maintenance, and warranty documentation, all at an extremely competitive price. I will hire them again for future HVAC needs.

HVAC Heros were very responsive on the initial call and were able to see me the same day. Although I didnt get the news I wanted, I was given my options for replacing the units and was able to have everything replaced 2 days later. The installation crew was fast, efficient and very pleasant. I was extremely happy with HVAC Heros and will definitely use them going forward. I highly recommend them.

Our AC stopped working. They setup us up with an appointment late on Saturday for Sunday morning. They fixed the issue for free and are helping us research if our warranty will cover the long term issue!

HVAC HEROS came out the same day and discovered the reason for which my A/C had been running hot. They gave me my options for repairs and offer financing. Within a few hours my house went from a hot 95 degrees to a cool 65 degrees.

These guys absolutely live up to their name. We were without AC during the most recent heat and they came out as soon as they could and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. They were knowledgeable and listened to all of our concerns. My husband and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Our air conditioner went out and we don’t have a go to AC company. We went on Nextdoor and HVAC Heroes has good reviews so we thought we would give them a try. We had a couple of hiccups with the scheduling, but they came and got our air conditioning cooling again. They know what they’re doing and we’re very pleasant to deal with. The price was very reasonable and fair. I would recommend them.

Amazing service! Do not pass on them! Called them out to get a second opinion on our AC issue since it was only blowing warm air due to being quoted a ridiculous amount from another company. They offered a free initial service call and sent over a very reasonable quote the same day. The next day the service was scheduled and completed. We are so appreciative!

Communication was not good. Had the appointment scheduled for noon, workers did not show up until 3, when i thought they would have already finished. Then said the replacing would take 2-3 hours, Ended up taking near 7. So no Ac for a long time with workers constantly leaving the doors open, now I have a bunch of flying bugs in my house.

The job was started, but unfortunately, it was never completed despite assurances that it would be finished each week. Every week passed without any progress, and there was no communication about rescheduling. This cycle continued until I became thoroughly frustrated.
