Robert and Steven have been taking care of my A/C & heating unit for 15 years. They kept my really old unit going as long as possible and when she bit the dust they installed a new unit for me. They are fair priced, professional, honest, good people who do great work and go above and beyond. I highly recommend A1 Worcestershire Air.

I have used A-1 Worcester for 25 years and know Robert and Steve and their strong work ethic and true desire to do it right. They are practical, knowledgeable, and very responsive. They provide the best value that I know of in the DFW area. Its hard these days to find good service and new customers should definitely contact them.

Our AC went out last night so I called around. The guy who answered was very nice, explained the price rate well and was super helpful. It was around 6 PM and the technician was here by 7:30. The technician explained everything that needed to be done and told us what we could do on our own, instead of doing it and charging us for it. It took about an hour and half for him to do all repairs but there were several things to be fixed. The price was great and I really appreciated that they told us before hand what they needed to do and gave us the option to do some ourselves.

Refuses to pay for equipment. Blocks numbers so they dont have to pay. If you use their services be wary of the type of people they are.

Weve used A-1 for a few years, and the technician Steven is always polite and knows what hes doing. Hes very thorough in checking over our system, and communicates with us everything we may need or can hold off on. We will continue to use A-1 for as long as we have a need for A/C.

We have used A-1 Worcester Air for over 10 years. They are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They have great service plans. As long as they are in business ,they will be the only company i use for heating and cooling.

Steve worked all day July 3rd and July 4th to get our difficult install done. This was with only two days notice and that was over a weekend. This company was incredible and fair even during this major heat wave.

Steven was very personable and helpful. I appreciate him identifying the issue and taking the time to resolve the problem quickly. I highly recommend his service, and they are family-owned!

Highly recommend! This has been my air conditioning company for many years, and Ive never been disappointed! They put in my current system while my kids were still in school (I think elementary school), and I have grandkids now...System still running. Its a great family-owned business! Theyve never tried to talk me into some overpriced equipment, and have never tried to inflate any issues. Called this afternoon and they were here this afternoon. Fixed the problem. Gave my system a thorough tune-up. Very professional, and just nice people.

Steven is so knowledgeable and honest. He fixed our A/C for more than half of the price quoted by another company and gave us various suggestions about our unit. He is super hardworking and thorough with the job. We will never call another A/C company!

Great company. They had to come and unclog a drain from one of my units and did it quickly. If you want an honest and hardworking company to help you out, this is the one. I have had bad experiences recently with other companies in this area, but this is not one of them. Very honest and trustworthy!

These guys have been great. They have come out last minute multiple times and saved us from 100°+ days, as well as chilly nights when we had heating problems. Always friendly, professional, and fast service. They even came out after hours to fix our ac unit. Truly great customer service.

We’ve had to use them multiple times unfortunately for our AC and heater and every time it’s a good experience. Always quick to come and very honest and reasonable prices, very knowledgeable as well and takes time to explain which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

Have used them for a long time. Installed my current Trane heat pump unit over 5 years ago. I have them do semiannual checks. I have not had any down time with my A/C or heat system. I attribute this to the scheduled maintenance of A-1 Worcester Air.
