I was particularly impressed by the almost military like planning and execution of the Installation. I believe this to be the result of planning by Jose/Jessie and the dedication of the entire crew. Thlnk about it - a 1600 sq ft partial barn conversion built by non professionals making this a challange for any HVAC firm. Installed in just one day. To say the least, I was impressed. One issue just discovered, we are missing one DeWalt drill with initials EPG labeled on it. I am sure it was inadvertently picked up during the cleanup phase. Thank you!

I came home this afternoon and my A/C wasn’t working. I called Adon, and they had a tech on the way within 30 minutes. Within another half hour, Samuel had it diagnosed and fixed. This was seriously the best outcome I could have hoped for, and I would STRONGLY recommend this company!

First time using Adon and the experience was great. Received appointment reminder notifications, as well as texts letting us know that the technician was on his way. He was courteous, friendly, and did a thorough job. After examining in the attic and outside he presented us with the assessment, including pictures of the equipment showing us any issues and recommendations. We never felt pressured and the recommendations matched the research we had done on our own (for dirty sock syndrome). We never felt pressured. After deciding we would move forward with a couple items the company delivered some of the parts to him immediately and he was able to install them that day. For the parts they had to order, they got them in quickly and we got an appointment booked the same week. I highly recommend them!

Moved into my home late April, and early July noticed my upstairs wasnt blowing full force. I called Adon because they installed the unit and left their contact info for me to see. The initial charge to get someone to come out was 80$. The technician looked in my attic, and told me it was the damper motor, and the replacement was 800$. After agreeing to the service, I looked up my damper motor part number, and saw the part was 125$. They charged greater than 5x the part for labor, which I think is ridiculous. The first tech that came to swap the damper motor went into the attic for 20 minutes, and then told me that he was too large, so someone else would need to come. The next day, 2 smaller techs came and they replaced the damper motor. However, the problem was not fixed. After speaking to their manager on the phone, they went and changed some settings on the damper motor and left. I noticed after they left, most of my air that was supposed to be coming out of the upstairs vents was actually coming out of the downstairs vents. I called the office and they told me they would tell the manager and he would call me tomorrow. The next day, I get a call from the front office asking me to pay my invoice, which I thought was completely inappropriate. I told them I would like the manager to call me first as was discussed. The manager called me, and we set up an appointment for him to come over to see what my issue was. He came by, noted the issue, and promised to fix it. Note during this time, my upstairs would not cool below 84 since all the cool air was being routed downstairs, so my wife who works from home had to move her setup downstairs. A few days after, the same manager comes himself to fix the issue. He tells me the previous techs set the damper motor to halfway close instead of open all the way. It definitely fixed the issue, but he needed to come back with someone else to finish balancing the airflow. I was told to be patient and they would reach out to me to set up an appointment. Two weeks go by, and after another automated message to pay the invoice, I called the office to schedule the appointment. The same manager comes back a few days later, and he fixes the issue completely.Long story short, I really appreciated the politeness and responsiveness from the Manager James. However, I felt the quote for the services rendered and the total time to complete the issue caused by their team was unsatisfactory. Every time someone came to my house, they were polite and answered my questions. My issues primarily surrounded customer service with the office, and the cost of the quote. I would get multiple quotes before working with this company again.

These people are crooks and dont know what they are doing. Two years Adon came to service my ac and said I needed a new capacitor. I agreed to have it replaced.Today my ac shut down so I called another company. The capacitor was improperly installed and my ac fan has been running clockwise (should be counter)for two years. Where should I begin with my experience using Adon Complete Air Conditioning and Heating? They did an outstanding job installing my new complete air conditioning and heating system. I believe I received top quality, good value with responsive and on time service. First, before I chose an installer like Adon, I researched the different manufacturers out there, and Trane stuck out as being the best. Tranes warranty has 10 years on parts, so to me, they stand behind their products. Second, I wanted to find a installer that I could trust,  this was going to be a long term relationship, I wanted to go with a company that would not only install an a/c system,  but could service it. Adon provides exactly what I was looking for. They also provide a 10 year labor warranty going along with Tranes parts warranty, that gave me confidence that Adon felt the same way that I did, making sure you as a customer are taken care of. Adon provides an annual maintenance service plan coming out to check everything twice a year. They are going to make sure your system is working like it should by hooking up testing equipment, checking everything. I am very glad I chose Adon, I wanted to not only find an installer of a new air conditioning system but also replace all the ducting and wiring. My current system was 18 years old, so my thought was, I wanted to replace everything. When talking to Jesse at Adon, he mentioned that some customers try to reuse the old ducting. To me, that didnt make sense. Part of my issue was the air distribution, and parts of my house would be warmer than others. Another thought, I didnt think the integrity of the ducting was over 18 yrs. old would allow the new system to perform at its peak best. So, I am glad I was talking thia over with Jesse, who happens to be the owner, He took care of everything from start to finish. He looked at everything from every room to the attic. He listened to my concerns and issues with the old system and helped me decide on what would be the best for what I was looking for. I found he has many years of experience installing and maintaining air conditioning and heating systems. He created and designed a ducting diagram and layout for maximizing the best air flow for my system. He helped me decide on anXV18 variable speed air co i. It has an 18 seer rating. This system saves on energy and will reduce my electric bill, but more importantly, it gives me a safe mind knowing what im buying is going to work like it is supposed to. He informed me of how all of his employees are trained and work as a team. When I saw how they performed, it was like a smooth running machine. Everyone had their place and worked great with each other together as a team. They got the whole system in place in one day. That was important to me because my wife works out of our home. I knew having all this done, especially having all the ducting replaced, was going to be a huge project,  but they made it seem very easy. Jesses leadership came out on how everyone knew what to do and not wast any time. He informed me he has a training program setup there at his location with actual systems used in their training,  they each recceive training several days a week, they receive hands on training, so when they are in the field or at your home, they know what they are doing. It definitely showed. Jesse was there at the beginning and at the end of the completion of the installation. He made sure everything met his standards. He then explained to me how everything works and answered all my questions. I could tell he is very passionate about what he provides to his customers and his pride for his team. He wants to provide the very best service and customer satisfaction. I have no doubt that I made the right decision on going with Adon as my heating and air conditioning installer and maintenance service provider for the long term. Most definitely recommend them

Very satisfied with my experience. The Adon crew removed 2 older units and replaced them with a single, more efficient unit. They were very courteous, did a great job cleaning up afterwards and the attention to detail is exceptional.

We have had Adon out a few times to help us with AC issues and we are very satisfied with their customer service, communication and knowledge. They are quick to respond and get someone out to help us resolve what is going on.

Your tech was very good at explaining things in a simplified manner, making it easy to understand his findings and, being able to perform service efficiently.

They were quick to respond. We had a goofy situation with our units where the valves outside need a special key that isnt made anymore. They were able to find the right tool and get out quickly to diagnose our unit issue. They didnt push for a completely new unit which I really appreciated despite their age (Thanks Shelby). Repairs were completed first thing the next day after getting the right parts and all things are running smoothly. The one gripe that I will say is that the warranty for the part was 10 years and I had to push pretty hard to get the info on the manufacturer warranty for the part because they were originally very adamant that it would only cary a one year warranty. Hard to feel like thats not setting up a full price repair if that part were to break in the next couple of years, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

The team at Adon was friendly and easy to work with for my spring maintenance check. The technician arrived on time. He did a good job explaining things and helped address any questions I had or issues I was experiencing. During the maintenance procedure, there was a coincidental issue that happened, causing the system to stop working. Once made aware, the manager at the office immediately agreed they would correct it at no cost to me. This made it clear they want to earn my continued business. This was my first time having my AC serviced since buying this home. So, to be honest, I did have some sticker shock at some of the quotes for optional upgrades and repairs that were offered.

As a retired business owner, I really appreciate companies that are customer centric. This company knows the “secret sauce” of running a business. They answer their phones, they communicate via email and text you which technician is coming to your house and when. I even received a call from my technician when he was 30 minutes from arriving. With Shelby, there was no hard sell. He researched and communicated what the issues were. I highly recommend this company and how they operate!

I recently had the experience of interacting with ADON HVAC company and wanted to share my thoughts. Initially, we received two quotes from them—one for replacing both HVAC units and another for fixing the existing unit. While both quotes were higher than those from other companies we consulted, I must say that the HVAC technician and comfort advisor were friendly and professional.In the interest of making an informed decision, I opted to get multiple quotes before proceeding. Despite eventually deciding to go with another service provider, Courtney from ADON continued to follow up with me. During one of our conversations, I mentioned that I was not yet ready to make a decision but would pay the dispatch fee at that time. To my surprise, Courtney informed me that ADON had decided to waive the dispatch fee, which I appreciated.However, earlier this week, I received a follow-up text message from Courtney, to which I responded, advising her that we would not be proceeding with their service. Despite this, I received two separate emails on Wednesday and Thursday of the same week, each containing a bill for the dispatch fee.I find this situation confusing and unprofessional. On one hand, I was told that the dispatch fee was waived, yet I am now receiving bills for it. This inconsistency is disappointing and has negatively impacted my impression of ADON HVAC. Clear communication and honoring commitments are crucial in maintaining customer trust, and this experience has unfortunately fallen short in that regard.ADDED:I appreciate the clarification regarding your promotional policy and the effort your team put into diagnosing the issues with my HVAC system. I acknowledge that you provided thorough diagnostics and consultation services during your visits.However, I would like to address a few points of concern:Communication of Promotions: While I understand that promotions to waive the dispatch fee are linked to proceeding with repairs, this was not mentioned during our phone calls.Billing After Waiving Fee: Despite the initial assurance that the dispatch fee was waived, I received two subsequent emails billing me for this fee. This creates a contradictory message and undermines the trust and professionalism that I expect from a service provider.Service Quality and Comparisons: I respect ADON HVACs commitment to quality and warranties, and I understand that second opinions are necessary for making an informed decision. However, this does not address the core issue of miscommunication regarding the dispatch fee.Furthermore, I previously stated during the two times Courtney called me via phone, that I was seeking second opinions but I would pay the dispatch fee. During our calls, there was no mention that the dispatch fee wouldnt be waived if I decided not to proceed with repairs. If that was the case, it should have been clearly mentioned during the call as I stated I would pay it each time Courtney called. Your previous response to my review still does not address this critical point.Additionally, there are several quality contractors in the area that offer the same brands, quality, and pricing. As a homeowner, I will always choose what works best for my household, as should any homeowner. Your response to my review further proves my point. Telling a client you will waive the fee and then charging them for it is unprofessional, and your response to my review solidifies this.I hope this feedback helps improve the clarity and consistency of your customer communications. While I appreciate the work done by your team, the miscommunication about the dispatch fee and your response has been disappointing. I believe resolving such issues is crucial for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.

An extremely well run company. They are responsive, professional, courteous, and most importantly they do what they promised! Jesse and the team have been amazing. I had problems with my heaters during the worst time possible this winter and they came the next day, gave me a temp fix while discussing a long term solution. We decided to pull the trigger and replace the system; knowing the urgency of the situation Jesse and the team came back out the very next day and completed the whole install with a follow up the very next morning. Were very pleased with the service and its refreshing to see that first class companies are still around!

Preston and Sam were the technicians that came to do our spring maintenance. They both were very professional and very efficient in their work. They found issues that needed to be addressed. Preston was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the issues were and what could be done to fix them.

Our experience with an Adon employee that was sent out to our house was the worst experience ever! He was extremely rude, tried to sell us on buying a new unit instead of fixing the problem he found (the coil). He asked if our units were under warranty and I told him yes, he called it in and they said it wasnt so he argued with me, then he told us that they dont replace coils that are 8 years old, etc. It was just one thing after another. When he asked what air-conditioning company we used before we told him Airview and they werent able to come so my son called Adon and he started bad mouthing Airview. We ended up having to tell him to leave. Waiting that extra day on Airview was well worth the wait. Airview is the only ones we call!It wouldnt let me post this review without picking a star which is unfortunate.

I purchased a mini-split unit for my garage and had Adon install it. The sale and installation process went well with no delays. However, after some time, the unit developed a leak. Adon was responsive to my first call for support, and because my unit was under warranty, said they would fix or replace the unit if necessary. The more complicated the problem became, the slower they were to respond when I sought help until nobody from Adon would call me back despite repeated promises to do so before the end of the day. The unit is still not fixed, and we started this journey in August.While I was happy with the installation process, I cannot recommend Adon as a company because of their excessively poor follow-up and lack of support.Update:Approx 1 week after posting this review, Addon contacted me to indicate they were still following up. A replacement mini-split was installed on 10/03/2023.

Cesar arrived minutes after I received the text thT he was on his way,. I like that, on time. He got right down to business, che king the dryer exhaust hose, and pipe. Finding nothing, he went up on the roof and found a very clogged exhaust vent. He removed the screen and solved the problem. It was clogged. Dryer works fine now, saved us a new dryer bill. Thanks

Jesse & his team are wonderful, they really treat you like family! Jesse took the time to come out, get to know us and make a custom plan for our AC System. He moved the system it to a better place in our attic for perfect ventilation and replaced our ducts & copper lines. He even put up a new attic ladder that we bought since they had to take the old one down to do the airhandler installation. Im so very impressed with the quality of service, products & dedication to customer satisfaction! He gave us a 10 year labor/service warranty along with the 10 year manufacturer warranty on our new Trane 19 seer Airhandler and outdoor unit, to top it off he gave us his guarantee! I shopped around and did my research and no one offers 10 year labor warranty except for Adon! They also take care of all the product registrations! The day of the install everyone arrived on time and let us know exactly what was going to take place & they worked tirelessly to get the job done and did it to perfection! They even brought their own dirt bags to level the outdoor pad for the AC unit and its beautiful! I never knew what perfect temperature feels like, nice, cool and the perfect humidity! I cant thank the team at Adon enough!

Ethan was great. He was on time, professional, and very thorough with the follow-up check on the HVAC system that Adon installed several months back. As we suspected, everything was in perfect working order. Ethan even went above and beyond to give me some advice on tractors for my land, so that was a bonus! I definitely recommend Adon for the initial installs, but also for the friendly customer service after the fact.UPDATE: Darius came here to check a dripping issue on one of the AC units and he couldnt have been friendlier. The first thing I want to point out about Shelby. And the company Addon is honesty. I had already received a quote from another company saying that I needed to replace the whole air condition unit. I actually reached out to this company for a quote to replace a whole unit. Trying to find the best price and the company stood out in the beginning with Maybe you just need a second opinion before purchasing a full unit we can get our guy out free of charge just to check and make sure Shelby came to my home on time, he explained. Everything showed me photos and was able to get my unit back up and running $356 is a whole lot better than $7000. This company could have easily said yes, you need to replace the unit and beat the price of the 1st company I would have went with it, but they were honest. And thats very hard to find now. These days, with companies that provide service repair. So I want to say thank you to shelby for being honest and upfront and I will sign up for the maintenance plan

If I could give Adon more stars I would. From the moment they came to give an estimate to having a new Hvac system put in these guys were amazing. During the estimate Jesse walked me through exactly what they would do, why they did it that way. He answered all my questions and went into great detail about our new unit. On they day of installation Jesse contacted me to let me know the installation team were on their way and he came shortly after to make sure everything was good and to make sure we know the team. The team did amazing work and everyone was very polite. Even after having to install a new wall the place was clean. Then Jesse spent time with us making sure we knew how to operate our new system and once again answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend Adon.

Serviceman arrived on time and had to change out my capacitor. He gave me two options, and I chose a better capacitor with a five year warranty. He also buttoned up my outside unit, so it didn’t rattle. The unit is super quiet now and I’m super happy with their service.

I received a mailer for a checkup on my HVAC system. We had just mentioned that we needed to do this. I went online to request for service. I received a call from them, scheduled my appointment, and received reminders including a bio of our technician. Cesar O is a fantastic employee. He is very personable, knowledgeable. Adon came to my house, Brian did a complete inspection of the system we had. Brian then laid out a complete system of what was needed and how it would improve our air quality and lower our utility bill. We agreed on what needed to be done and they started two days later. I wasnt sure what to think when I saw how highly rated Adon is, but after booking an appointment with them to get a quote on some service I have to say Im thoroughly impressed. They went above and beyond and took the time to explain everything they were doing, what was going on with my AC and make recommendations and repairs that will keep our ac happy and working for a long time yet. I couldnt be happier with the quality of service I received.If you need some help with your ac/heater definitely give them a call, you wont regret it. How does one adequately express life-changing impact in a single online review? To say that Adon CPS has provided my family with great service is a monumental understatement that cannot begin to convey the dramatic improvement to my familys health and qualify of life.We had several HVAC companies come out to our home over a couple of years and repair and tune (and still not solve main problems) and provide write ups (estimates) for our needs to address (replace etc ) our original builder installed system to our home (system age at time of inspections was about 15 years old ).Although the [old] original one functioned to its manufacturer specs , it did not meet the cooling and heating needs of the home. You can imagine our feelings of helplessness to hear our system worked as it should , but summers required running portable and window AC units (and space heaters in winter and all windows with thermal curtains ) in each room while running the central system (all the while generating very high usage bills ),and still struggle to cool a well maintained home to 80 (and forget getting much below that if at all) in summer, or low to /above low 60s in winter. We heard over and over wed just needed to replace in favor of a much larger (and expensive ) new system....Adon CPS on their first visit and just minutes into their review of our previous estimates and inspecting our system ,was able to diagnose our issues correctly and definitively (aspects none of the other experienced competitors ever bothered to mention).Where other providers just wrote up new system quotes for swap and drop of our exterior and interior equipment with upgrades to bigger ones, Adon was able to explain how others estimates would not have solved our issues and would actually create new humidity problems. They were able to help me see in easy to understand terms how a better and more efficient design to how air was moved and delivered was the appropriate and effective solution to our problem . Ducting matters.The new units that would meet our needs were smaller, more efficient , and would outperform costlier oversized full replacement interior/exterior unit quotes we received from other area HVAC companies.I have nothing but complete confidence in the expertise, honesty, and integrity of the entire Adon team weve had the privilege of connecting with to serve our family.The value proposition Adon CPS offers is simple , the best quality service and equipment to provide the best solution possible. I can’t say enough nice things about the group at Adon.Saturday night our A/C blower motor went out (didn’t know that’s what it was at the time). Monday at 6 am I was on their website setting up a service call, received a tech out at the house by noon, diagnosed, part ordered, and they said they’d call me to set up an install as soon as it arrived. I received a call at 4 saying they could come out that evening and have it installed.The speed, efficiency, and care that was shown by every single person I spoke to was excellent. As an added bonus, the technician (Lance) walked me through everything and how to improve air flow in the house by making some slight changes.Adon and the team are excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and it was an all around wonderful experience. Being without A/C during high 90s days was not fun but they handled every step in a way that didn’t add to the discomfort we were having.An added bonus was that they offered a military discount. 🇺🇸Thank you and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

He identified a capacitor that was failing BEFORE our AC stopped working so we could prevent the nightmare of 110 degree heat and no AC. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.We subscribed to the preventive maintenance program and the technician identified a few more items that needed to be replaced BEFOE it caused us not to have HVAC. LOVE these guys!!

Dont walk run away!! Total incompetence! Bought a Mitsubishi Mini Split System.Spent $8000.00 for a system that doesnt work! Very uncomfortable will not get the humidity out of the air. I have to run a dehumidifier all the time to make it semi comfortable. They cannot service what they sell or install it correctly. Out today to fix my connection to Kumo Cloud their response sorry cant fix it that will be $80.00. By far the worst experience in the whole Barndominium building process. The service technician had a great personality and seemed eager to help get the issue resolved. He was on time and even sent a text with his eta. The tech spent a total of 3 1/2 hrs on our unit. During the appointment it became apparent that someone was rushing him to complete my service call due to how much time was spent diagnosing the problem. The technician located a wire( through a big flash of light and pop) that wasn’t completely connected to the heat exchanger and wrapped it with electrical tape. The service call was cheap however stated because he spent so much time there working on the unit that the office would make him charge me more (at the very end of the call when it came time to pay) and charged me over $200 to “locate a short in the electrical system”. I was told I would receive a quote for the repairs which I have yet to see and my appointment was over 2 weeks ago now. For some reason the breaker had to have a zip tie wrapped around it which doesn’t allow my panel to close all the way. The technician told me to leave that breaker off and now I have no heat at all. Now I’m going to have to pay another company to come out and tell me exactly what is going on with the unit and what this technician did to it. Very disappointed given the fact that this company has had some great reviews and I based doing business with them based on this. Sadly this wasn’t my experience.

My second experience with Adon: Today, the technician was spot on.Fair pricing and fast. The Texas heat is no joke. I have my elderly mother, with respiratory health issues living with me. The first appointment was going to be 5pm when I called at 7am. I understood that time. I was grateful it was the same day. However, the dispatch and technician realized I was located between 2 calls. They squeezed me in. He replaced the capacitor in record time.My first experience with Adon: OMGosh! I dont know where to begin. These folks were honest, professional, fair and actually cared about my situation. I have an older mobile home. I needed a new AC. Well, they found one at a wonderful price, I couldnt it pass up. There were problems with the retro fittings, etc... these guys searched high and low and found exactly what was needed. They made sure the job was done right before calling it complete. They made sure I was chilling before they left. They were clean and tidy. Now, Im a happy home owner with a Trane. Im super excited, I have a Trane. Thank yall very much. You took care of my problem and went beyond just one solution. Yall fixed it all.

I called Adon when my original installer was sold and new company refused to honor my CoolCare 3rd party warranty I bought from them. Adon answered the phone at 7:30 on a Friday evening, explained they would make the repair, the warranty was transferable and they would work the details and get back to me soon. The install technicians were also great, friendly and professional.Big thanks to Adon for taking a seemingly negative experience with no warranty coverage and turning it into a positive.

Shelby showed up to our property and thoroughly checked the AC unit. Explained the problem and didnt add any charge for the part he installed. Very courteous.

WOW Service! My technician Franck was extremely courteous and detailed in checking my AC units to ensure they are properly running. He took pictures to show everything and went over it with me then followed up by sending it in an email report! So professional and thorough! Strongly recommend their quality service! Called and informed them what was wrong. They sent a tech out almost immediately along with text giving me background info and some details about the tech. Which I initially found impressive. He got here at 11amIt wasnt until the 2 hour mark that I decided it was ridiculous. It was a clogged drain that, in the end, took him 5 minutes to fix.He messed around outside for about 5 minutes. Then he was in the closet for 10 minutes. Then he sat in his van talking to his supervisor about giving me an estimate on a new unit from 11:15am until 12 on the dot. Got out of his van. Walked around the front to the passenger side. Stopped. Walked back the entirety of the van back to the passenger side and opened the door and got nothing out. He then walked back to the drivers side and got in and sat another 5 minutes. Then disappeared into the upstairs closet for 10 or 15 minutes. Then back out to the van for his measuring tape.It wasnt until I went up there did he decide to start telling me what was up and it was still another 40 minutes before he finished.$300 for a drain clean.NEVER AGAIN. SHADY.They did try to push a new unit.

Super responsive from first phone call to the service with before and after pictures of the work completed. Our tech explained everything so that a layman could understand. Will definitely use them again.ETA - tried to use them again for a repair during the TX cold snap the week before Christmas 2022. Not sure what happened in 10 months but a total 180 the wrong direction. NO communication, no real customer service and flat lied about being able to find parts for the repair instead claiming they could only replace as parts could not be found anywhere. Definitely will not call again in the future.

Alex was excellent! My heater motor blower went out and with the cold weather here I was concerned about having my newborn in the house without any heat. I called them up and within less than two hours Alex arrived and had us up and running in no time. I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to have Alex arrive at your door he will fix your problem with a high level of professionalism.

When it comes to customer service Adon has been the best. The staff, technicians all put their customers up front to their needs. With this Texas heat in the 100 degree plus range I was in desperate medical need and my A/C went kaput. 9:00am install appointment, the manufacturer delivered the wrong equipment (my warranty company error) and Adon was on top of it with the warranty company and manufacturer (awesome staff) or I would have had to go through the weekend with no A/C. They were able to get the correct equipment that late in the afternoon with Jesse (the owner) and Steve O’Neal returning in the evening and working through the night to make sure that all was installed and operating properly so as I was able to have A/C. I cannot give more thanks to this wonderful company that treats their customers with the deepest care and concern for their well-being. I thank you all so much and you hold a place in my heart for going that extra mile for me.

Adon was able to schedule us for the next day even though their technicians were very busy. The technician arrived shortly after the beginning of the appointment window (only two hours vise the normal 5 to 6 hour window). She quickly diagnosed the system and determined the problem, took the necessary information and provided two proposals for replacement of the unit. They offered to do the install the next day but were waiting for the warranty company to approve the replacement.

We needed emergency service yesterday afternoon and kudos to Nathan who was dispatched to our house within 30 mins of calling. He quickly assessed the situation and explained to us that our capacitor needed replacing. Fortunately, he had the part we needed in his van and we were up and running in no time at all. Would definitely recommend this company and will use in the future.

Used Adon’s for the HVAC issues we were having in our home. We were able to schedule a appointment on the weekend with ease and had our tech ( Lance Oktay) show up 30 minutes before our schedule appointment. He was able to diagnose the issue with our unit and explained it was our blower motor. He gave us options on what we could to with replacing the motor and will hopefully get one ordered soon.

Adon was great, diagnosed the promptly and fixed another problem when he saw it. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because my tech was a pretty personable guy and didnt mind explaining answers to any of my questions. He was able to come out same day, and he was also thorough in cleaning my indoor/outdoor fins/coils, and I could tell that he was taking his time trying to do a good job.However.After cleaning my coils and ensuring that my system wasnt freezing up, he and his senior technicians determined that it was a faulty TXV and quoted me a good chunk of money to replace it. Thankfully, I have some very knowledgeable people who disagreed with the diagnosis and I went and got a second opinion. As it turns out, my problem was actually that I had a freon leak in my coils and my system needed 7 pounds of freon to run correctly again. If I hadnt gotten a second opinion, I would have paid for this repair, only to run out of freon again in the near future and pay all over again to replace the coils when my unit inevitably froze up again.Im giving the company the benefit of the doubt here as I think they were trying to get me back into working order and trying not to charge me unnecessarily by adding more freon to the system, but this was definitely a mis-diagnosis that could have cost me a lot of money.

Sam arrived on time. He was very thorough in his inspection and made some adjustments to Duct system.

Jason showed up on Monday and went the extra mile for us. He took the time to walk me through and show me everything I needed know about our AC and the cooking in our house. Called Adon for a failing cooling system. Communication was great, they got me scheduled first thing the next day, Caesar was on time and very professional, made a thorough diagnosis of the problem.

Adon came through by sending Frank over to help me save my 1 year old child from having a 90 degree room at night as the heat would kick on and not turn off when the specified temperature was met. Frank Alarcon was able to immediately diagnose a wiring issue and get it fixed up and working like a charm. They even stayed late trying to get it to work exactly as its supposed to, this was unsuccessful but more due to my unit than Franks ability. They even will be coming back to finish getting it working exactly the way its supposed to be soon since they were unable to get it done that night.However, I can say that the rooms were all comfortable last night and it was the first night since weve been in this home (only a short while) that weve been able to sleep comfortably without being swallowed by the flames of hell around 2 am. Everything about this companys first impression was perfect, and assuming they provide the same consistent service (seems likely based on the other reviews) then I would 100% recommend them.

My AC stopped working Monday afternoon. I had a brief panic, asked around for recommendations and wound up calling Adon around 4pm that same day. They immediately scheduled a technician to come out between 10am and noon on Tuesday.at 9am I received a phone call asking if the tech could come by as hed finished his first call earlier than anticipated; less than an hour later I had cool air flowing through my house! Michael was an awesome guy, he identified the problem in maybe 5 minutes, drove back to his office (less than 5 minutes from my house) to retrieve the appropriate part and had me up and running in no time. I ended up signing on to their twice a year service inspections to make sure I dont run into another zero AC evening in the middle of summer.long story short, the conversations and experiences I had with everyone at Adon were positive and incredibly impressive, Ill be scheduling future AC/heating work with them exclusively.Cant wait to see the success this company is going to be enjoying in the future.

He went above and beyond with fixing my outdoor HVAC unit. He was transparent, approachable and very helpful with getting the unit cooling again. In addition he helped me identify other problems with the house and worked out a cost effective solution for me. I hope our relationship continues to be long standing. It was a pleasure working with you Adon!-Update It is two years laterAnd I Just realized that Adon is Over priced , negligent and does not care about the customer having a functioning unit. While the staff is friendly , helpful and understanding, they do not own fixing an air-conditioned problem as a holistic Unit, they are only interested in the parts they sell you (Outdoor in this case). They sold me an outdoor part, and did not clean an air filtering air coil on the indoor unit which they had diagnosed a problem with themselves knowing it to be a serious problem that can cause up to $2000 in downstream damage. There is broken Trust. They claim I did not AUTHORIZE them to do it. I looked at a final price point and give them the business as I thought it was a lower quote by $200 then, thinking they would fix the problems as the other vendor would have. It is not up to the customer to diagnose /authorize known problems when they are shelling out $1000s of dollars to own an outdoor part which would be a big piece of machine Junk if the indoor part does not work. In addition I learnt about this recurrent Service fee $75 not mentioned to me after paying for parts and Labor for 6+ years. Then there was this brief joke about paying $50 for each additional part, Really?? then I, (the customer) should be involved in the engineering process., so I can define how many parts there should be so I can buy an outdoor unit with fewer parts :$?? if an outdoor part has 20 subparts for example, thats 20 X $50. It is outrageous to be having this discussion with a warrantied ourdoor unit. This outdoor part should not be in Market if that is the analogy, with its innumerable variables. It is a good thing the manager Cindy realized this with my property Manager and thought better not to charge me despite charging me $25, inflation is not an understandable excuse. Adon, because your staff is friendly/nice , I rate you a 2, but very disappointed about you being over priced and not looking at fixing all problems you identify to get a working functioning air-conditioned unit,. I will change my review, If I see improvement in the future.

We called to have our unit replaced after it gave out on us after 16 years. Of course it was 100 degrees outside. Jessie was at our house within 2 hrs. to see what he could do for us. We purchased a new unit and he had his guys here within 2 hrs. to get it installed. We went to bed cool like nothing ever happened that morning. Financing was quick and easy... Give them a call if you need a unit fast. Friendly service. 5 stars from us.

I needed emergency service Saturday night because our AC started blowing warm air out of the vents. Not only did someone return my call at 9pm, but I had a service tech at my house in about 35 minutes! You cant beat that kind of service! Thanks to Adon, we had AC all weekend long and a special thank you to Rob, he worked very hard on the problem.

I called about 4:15 on a Tuesday with AC issues. Jesse, the owner, was at my house around 5:00 and restarted my AC. While doing routine maintenance my motor died, again. Jesse was honest with my options, replaced the motor that day. He checked in on us for a few days to be sure everything was still working properly. Highly recommended! Professional, polite, friendly. I will use again!
