Beau Taylor diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He had me come out to see the problem and explained everything in laymans language. He went ahead and ordered the part and got in touch with my home warranty service. It was delayed due to not being able to get approval from the home warranty. The following day Junior and Josue brought the part and repaired the heater. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Beau came afterwards to check to ensure everything had been done per his diagnosis. He explained it all. He is very professional and courteous and you can tell he enjoys his work and cares about his customers. Stephanie who works in the office is very nice and efficient and takes care of everything immediately.

Beau Taylor was excellent during this visit. Not only was he kind, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the heater inspection. He used clear, relatable analogies to help me understand the issue and was patient throughout the process. I also appreciate his honesty and transparency.

Beau was my technician and he was awesome! Our heater wasn’t igniting and he came in and found the problem within 5 minutes. After he found the issue, he then went around and made sure all of the smoke detectors were up to date for us. He saw that we didn’t have any carbon monoxide detectors which we thought we did!! Thank goodness he saw that. He was great and we would definitely recommend him snd the company!

Bo and Junior provided thorough customer service 1-17-2025 when they came to diagnose an issue with my furnace. Bo identified and explained exactly what was going on with the system and physically showed me the issue and explained why it was causing my system to short cycle. Im now a member of the companys maintenance program as of today and look forward to working with these guys again. (Well, hopefully not). Recommend this company and Bo all day long.

My mother was in rehab for a broken bone and I live out of state. Her furnace went out. Matthews came and checked if it could be repaired. The furnace was 62 years old and couldnt be nursed back to working condition anymore. They waved the service fee and installed a new furnace at a lower price than others willing to give a price over the phone since no one was there. They had it installed and the house warm before I could get there. Arrived to a warm house.

I was very pleased with Josue Lujan who came to my home and checked my heat when it was out. He was efficient and found the issue right away so I could take necessary measure in getting our home warm. We appreciate him so much and are grateful for the good experience.

BeauBeau was very punctual and professional. Not only was he on time, but he was also very informative, patient, and gave me an idea of what the overall process would entail. You can tell he is knowledgeable by the depth of information he was able to give, and the additional details surrounding the operations of the system show how experienced he is. After all the complications I have had with this house, and all of the many different contractors that have been in and out, some with no kuth whatsoever, it was truly a breath of fresh air to have such a polite, well-mannered, patient, experienced individual perform this job. To say thank you isnt enough, but I am very appreciative of the level of care and service provided.

These guys came out and worked on an HVAC system at our house. They just finished yesterday. I think it ended up being a harder job than they anticipated, but they worked it all out and did such a great job all while having great attitudes. They were so polite and professional. They communicated very well and they worked really hard. We saw Bentley, Isaiah, and Jay for this job. Bentley was here every day with a smile on his face. Those young men did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable and efficient. We could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Those 3 deserve a raise. We are very pleased with the results. They worked well with the plumbers and Xcel too. I would recommend this company to anybody needing work done on their house. 10/10 job guys!

I have used Matthews HVAC 3 times so far(rental property, my personal home, and a clients home). Each time they were extremely responsive, on time, very communicative, and reasonably priced! I recommend to everyone who asks me!

The reason I called today for service on the heater was earlier last week Alex from the same company came out and fixed my mini split on my tiny house and also did a great job. When my heater had a problem I knew I needed to call Matthews HVAC for good quality work.

I can’t say enough great things about Matthew’s H-vac. Our lines froze up so we called out a nationwide heating and a/c service company that we have a contract with. They replaced the condenser 2 months ago. They told us our a/c was bad and needed a new one. Beau came out from Matthew’s and inspected everything from head to toe and told us it was fine and nothing needed replaced and freon was good as well! These people are as honest and up front as you can get!!

Matthews HVAC Services responded quickly when AC unit was not working well. Had used them last year and they did a great job replacing our Duct work in our home. This year made the decision to go ahead and replace HVAC system since current one was going to have more issues in the future. We just moved to Amarillo from DFW, 2 weeks after we moved in the furnace stopped heating. I called Matthew’s HVAC, and within 15 min Beau Taylor was in my attic troubleshooting the issue, he found the bad sensor and also took the time to check everything else, the unit was filthy. Called in with an ac unit that wasnt cooling. Stephanie was going to get to sooner but was able to accommodate my reqest for a later time that same day. Beau came out and gave me straight-up diagnosis of what I needed to get me through the summer comfortably. He also was thorough on extra things we can do to make my system last longer including scheduled maintenance and service. Matthews staff took care of me and have definitely become my heating and air service provider.

Beau and his team, including Stephanie in the front office, did an amazing job bringing our woefully neglected HVAC system up to snuff. Our system is working so much better now, and their recommendation of Carpet Tech to clean our filthy ducts and clean our floors was a great idea, too.

Then two weeks later the Techs came back to check on the air-conditioning unit which has a separate problem, which the Tech used plan A, to see if plan A would clear up the problem. Small company with BIG service and morals. Matthew kept our old ratty AC unit running for 2 years with band-aids. When it finally was beyond help…..he was $1500 cheaper than a local “don’t sizzle” company. His guys were in and out in 1 day. Phenomenal service and quality. Would (and do) recommend them to anyone.

Matthew’s guys were always on time and super professional. They installed a new system for us and we’ve been really impressed with the quality. They were the best price we could find and still have the exact same high quality equipment other companies were quoting for us. Best part is since it’s a smaller company the owner is a part of the process and even personally did the first start up with us. ( which was after hours in Canyon ) They’re stand up guys and we recommend them to our friends. 10/10

Our heater stopped working right on the brink of a terrible cold front. Cameron came out the first day and worked hard almost all day and the next day Beau came out and got it all finished up. They were so nice and professional. They got out the same day and got it warm in our house. Having kids, I was so worried we were going to have to get a hotel room but they saved us from that and now our house is all nice and toasty! I will use them for everything I can from now on!

Mathew’s hvac company sent out Beau to assess our hvac issues. Was given 2 different options to get us up and cooling. The 2 man crew came the next business day and in a about 4 hrs we had a new coil and condenser. Mathew’s is a company Id recommend for your hvac needs that provides professional parts/service at a fair price.

Mack did a great job getting one of the properties that I manage fixed up when the heater quit on Christmas Day. He was prompt and quickly had the problem fixed!

Matthew and his crew were phenominal. He came out and spent a lot of time with me and answered questions that I had when my air conditioner stopped working. I needed a new airconditioner, furnace, and new air ducts, His prices beat a well known company here in town by $2000. His crew worked from 8am until 7pm for 4 days straight crawling in and out of our attic which topped 120 degrees. They were very knowledgeable, dependable, and professional. They added flooring to the attic to make sure it was easier to get around. They balanced the air throughout my house making sure every room was receiving the same amount of air. Matthew then came back out and inspected all of the work and installed a light in my attic for me. You will not find a better HVAC company than Matthews HVAC Services.
