Woke up to a very cold house. My son recommended Larry’s Heating and Air Conditioning. They were here in less than an hour, quickly found the problem and fixed it in no time. Andy was the technician. He was very kind and professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home. I was very pleased with the price and will recommend this company to all my family and friends!

Larrys Heating and Air is always responsive to the needs and requests I have for myself and my clients. They respond within 24 hours most of the time and their prices are reasonable.They are a great team of professionals.

The original heater I had installed broke and Larrys Heating and Air jumped through hoops to get me a replacement under the warranty. It took a while but they came through and installed a new heater for me. They went above and beyond to help me and the workers were just fantastic. I will definitely use them again.

I stay for away from this company! On the hottest parts of the summer in 2024. They ac went out and they did have their phone system working properly. I have an elderly person on oxygen in my home and they made multiple excuses for not replacing the system. On that day it went out it was 100 degrees. Stay Away for this company! I would pick anyone but them in Amarillo.

I had some concerns initially after a recent HVAC service, especially with communication, but the team quickly turned things around. They reached out to address my concerns and were very responsive in resolving the issue. The new management and team have really stepped up, and I’m happy to say my experience ended on a very positive note. The HVAC unit is working perfectly, and the customer service has been excellent. Larry’s was fast to respond and service my needs! They installed a new hvac unit and a mini split! I have sure enjoyed working with them and the professionals that installed me unit!

I’ve used Larry’s for two full installs on different properties over the last 5 years as well as regular service calls before the new equipment or for annual checkups. They have always been responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. The owner will go out of his way to ensure you are happy with their service, and the techs have been professional and on time. Further, Larry’s prices are some of the best in town. HVAC equipment prices continue to increase like everything else, but with Larry’s, you can be sure you are getting a fair price on good equipment.

Larrys came out to see why my ac wasnt getting cold, only to find out that my landlord told another lie. He said the unit was basically brand new. Which I later found out, it was not. The hard way. I called around a few places, and after speaking with two others, Larrys was by far the most reasonable and the most thorough with inspection of my ac and making sure that I got everything that I needed so as not to encounter further problems. I would highly recommend these guys for all of your needs in either one of our seasonal extremes around here. They were honest, yet reasonable, punctual and I could easily communicate with the tech who came out. He really made me feel just as important as a huge commercial job may have been. All in all I got a brand new unit and excellent service and pricing . My home is much more comfortable and the new unit runs quietly and efficiently, my power bill has actually gone down since the unit isnt working as hard to keep up. Will use these guys again!! The office staff was very unprofessional. My husband and I took off 4 days waiting for them to show up for their scheduled times over a two week period. There were no calls to say they were not coming. I would call the office they would say to call back at a certain time and then say oh they are not here. If I said, I was available all day until 1:45 pm, they would call at 1:38 pm saying they were on their way. I would cancel my afternoon schedule, and then they wouldnt show up. We had to call someone else.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the customer service I experienced during a recent phone call. The representative I spoke with was uncooperative and did not heed my request to keep me on the schedule until I inform you otherwise. This behavior was unprofessional and not reflective of the quality of service I expect from your company.

They installed a new HVAC system in our home and we couldnt be happier. There were quick, efficient and affordable. Ill use them in the future for all of my HVAC maintenance.

Had my unit go out on a Saturday evening! I got referred to Larrys by a neighbor and they were out to my house with in 30 mins! They found the issue, fixed it and we were blowing 67 degree air ONE HOUR after I called them! We highly recommend anyone needing service to contact these guys!

This company is the best! My technician was ANDY and he answered my call after 5:00 pm, was at my house in less than an hour to assess the problem, and came back early the next morning to replace my old AC with a new one. Response time was unbelievable!! ANDY is polite, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and provides above-and-beyond customer service! In addition to installing the new AC quickly, he even pulled the vines that were overcoming the AC area. He installed the new thermostat and showed me step by step how to use it. He is AWESOME and deserves a raise!! My house is cool and comfortable again - YAY! If you need heating or air work - call Larrys (and ask for ANDY) - they truly are an exemplary business.

Hi, you are a vendor that we utilized & I absolutely want all to know it was NOT top-notch service.

Ive had problems with my new apartment complex HVAC system where it has completed quit working multiple times. They contacted Larrys after trying 2 other repair shops, Larrys was out and got it working correctly after no time at all. Turns out the wiring was completely wrong previously and I now have an actual working heat & air system! Not only did they get this working, but they also offered to help clean up after the job was complete! Would highly recommend.

These are the best in town to call for A/C repair. I needed my whole system replaced in April of 2015, and they were by far the best price I found. The techs were very efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. Sure, you can pay a lot more for guys with shiny new vans with lots of graphics on them and technicians who wear shirts and ties, but Id rather have dependability and reliability. Its been over a year, and no problems with my new Carrier system.

Larrys HVAC was very responsive and professional installing a new system into our new outbuilding. All our requests were complied with and the system chosen fits quietly in a corner without disturbing nearby use of the space. Ty Reece and Sammy were friendly and courteous. We will use Larrys HVAC again if the opportunity arises.

I use Larrys Heating and Air for my house and my business. These guys are top notch professionals! They have always been prompt and curitous. They have never over charged me or found some hidden expense . They have inspected and fixed both my house unit and my business unit and have told of future problems that may arise and how to avoid them. These guys are the best! I highly recommend them.

My heater went out during the night on one of the coldest nights of course. I called Larrys told them I had a hospice patient in my home and they came very quickly and repaired my heater. Thank you guys and God bless. I will use you again.

I highly recommend this Company. I scheduled a Service Call with the friendly office staff. The Technician, Andy was on time, professional and took the time to answer any question I asked. My Carrier HVAC system had an issue which was quickly diagnosed and Andy took the time to see if my system was still under factory warranty. Much to my surprise, the bad board WAS covered and I only paid a modest labor charge. If I could leave 6 stars I would!!

They were great! Had no problem getting an appointment thru my home warranty (and we all know how hard that is sometimes). Prompt service, super friendly! Loved the lady in the office I spoke to! Great affordable advice! Will request them for all my future HVAC needs!

We have used Larrys for decades. When the AC went out, we called them. They installed the outdoor portion less than two years ago and the indoor portion about a month or two ago. Since its installation, it has gone out twice. The first time, we were told by an employee that they would be sending someone to properly pressure test the system. That was during the July 4th weekend. They refilled the system without pressure testing for leaks and instead the owner stopped by a few days later and put a gauge on it. He said it was fine. Approximately a week later, an 88 year old woman is sitting in the heat. Again. Furthermore, Their website says call 24 hours. I started calling at 6am. At just before 8, I had to drive up there since nobody answered my calls. This is ridiculous and Im pretty sure you arent supposed to refill a leaky system without pressure testing. It has all leaked out again. Not good for us or the environment. I would recommend finding someone else to work on your home.

This Company is Amazing. They replaced my Grandpas A/C unit for $2,500.00 Almost half the price other places charge for a new unit. They came to my place today & replaced a capacitor on my unit & only charged me $135.00. He was only here for less than 30 minutes & did the job right the first time. This Company is very reasonable, professional, & honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If your not sure Dont look any further this is the place to have your unit worked on.

Woke up to a cold house, -11 degrees outside so I was worried if we didnt get the heat on quick wed have frozen pipes. Called Larrys and had a technician at our house in less than an hour, an hour later we have heat. Great service!

Davis is fast and professional.My unit is a dual fuel heat pump that I got from them. It does have issues keeping up in extreme heat.
