These guys are Grade A. They just installed my heating and air unit. They are super nice, very courteous, thorough, fast and did an impeccable job! These are the people you want to have, saved in your phone for when you have issues with your heating and air unit. They are AWESOME! This family company will not cheat you ,I promise you. Waylon the owner, he is an honest man and does a real good job! My unit looks so nice It works wonderful and I feel truly blessed!Superior performance is how I describe Hardwick Heating & Air!

My air condenser went out and Waylon was there at 7:30pm after working a swamped day in the heat and fixed it in less than hour. Waylon has been a life saver for our home. He has the know how to work on older units, and will do everything he can to fix the problem and he gets it done fast and affordable. My experience with other companies in the past were parts delays and over charging. As well as people trying to sell me a new unit. Waylon is building one of the best businesses in Amarillo. Great people, our heating stopped igniting overnight. I called in the morning and they had us working by mid afternoon. Even did some minor maintenance and sourced us some filters. Very polite, efficient and communicative. I would not hesitate to recommend these people.

New to Texas from Oklahoma, was looking for an HVAC company, IWas given Hardwick Hearing and Air. Called them hoping to get an appoint this week since warm weather is coming this weekend. Hardwick Heating and Air came to my home less than 24 hours after calling them. The Owner and his Sons arrived. Very professional hard working dedicated folks who know their business. I have a mini split and it lost It’s Freon, they found the hole in the line, fixed it, recharged my system and had my HVAC back in working order in 2 short hours!! These men are amazing and know what their doing. I would recommend them always for any HVAC needs.

We recently moved to Amarillo an bought an older home with an ancient heating system and older a/c unit . In course of updating electrical services I became apparent that we needed to address repair to the HVAC system.We called several companies to give us advice on how to proceed and estimate of cost, Waylon Hardwick gave the mot through inspection of the property- and the needs, presented us with price points and different types of repairs and helped us make an informed decision to do a complete rebuild of the vent work and replacement with modern efficiency equipment.THE BEST PART was he was not the highest bid and it was name brand equipment. We would recommend him as an honest , trustworthy and reliable person for all your needs . The job was done quickly and well, cleaned up any mess they made and some of ours. Good People!!

Waylon and his guys showed up on time and worked hard in some cool & rainy conditions. Polite and knowledgeable, I’ll definitively be giving him and his guys a shout next time I’m in need. The multizone minisplit rough in’s look excellent and well supported. Can’t wait to get the rest of the build done to get them going.

Hardwick heating and air, answered my phone call when all the others in Amarillo would not. Called them Saturday early morning and came right over he was able to figure out the problem and gave me tips on how to make it work until they could get the equipment in and installed. The team that installed my new ac was fantastic, friendly, respectful and professional. On Monday the other companies started calling, telling me it would be weeks before they could come out. Once I told them I already have it cover by another company they asked who, I told them Hardwick Heating and air. Their responses were, oh yeah we aren’t going to be able to beat him. This company was happy to answer the call and work in the heat to make sure my family was taken care of. I won’t use anyone else.

They are a great 👍 at what they do they got our heater back up and running and now we are not going to freeze to death this is the second time we used them and I would highly recommend if you need some repairs or replacements on your heating and air you give them a call

I highly recommend Hardwick Heating and Air because of his knowledge, sense of urgency and professionalism. My AC went out over the weekend and Waylon was at my house and able to give me a diagnosis and solution within 30 minutes! This gave me peace of mind and I know my AC is in good hands! All I can say is shop around and don’t be afraid to go with the hard working guy trying to make a namefor himself and his business. Wayland worked odd hours and went above and beyond to get my heating issue resolved. He was thorough. He was fair. And above all else he got things figured out and repaired as quickly as he could. Hardwick Heating and Air will be my first go to now when I have an issue!

This company was called by a neighbor to check my outside A/C unit. He told me he would be over after lunch. At 5::40 pm I still hadn’t heard from him. I got a text from Mr. Hardwick wanting my address. I’m not sure if he forgot or just didn’t write it down. After he showed up around 8 pm he took five minutes to tell me he couldn’t fix it and it would need to be replaced. He told me he would check to see if there was a replacement available in the morning. At 12:30 pm he called with a 2500 est. I asked for a bid for a complete replacement and he said he would get back to me on Monday. At 3:10 pm on Monday I got a text for 15500. I told him I would get more bids. The other company responded that day with a 6000 bid. Mr Hardwick’s Service call was 85. In summary. When it’s 101 degrees out side and your air conditioner quits, don’t call him and expect him to show up when he says.

After several weeks of no AC in Satan’s sandlot (Amarillo), Waylon replaced a defective Goodman HVAC system. He looked at the system and rightfully concluded it needed a replacement rather than a repair. The manufacturer warranty had already gone thru 3 compressors in a matter of months. Waylon and his crew were prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. He has our trust and recommendation.
