Scheduled to replace hvac on a Wednesday. Called about 10am day of to reschedule for next day, Thursday. Never show up on Thursday, never called didn’t call Friday, we had to reach back out several times. Finally get hvac installed over a week later, shotty job, no caps on condensers, no armaflex, couldn’t even zip tie the thermostat wire.

5 stars because not only did I have to call once but twice in a week period for two different situations at my house. First my plumbing was backing up so I scheduled a appointment for a later time, well over the weekend when temperatures decided to hit in the high 90s my ac went out! I called them the following morning and not only did they show up when they said they would but fixed it in less than a hour! The following day they came to fix my plumbing! Both men were so kind and professional ! Definitely will be calling them back if I have any other problems. Highly recommend!

We called 06/28 and the service team we spoke to were incredibly helpful. Josh, who was incredibly kind, came out the same day and fixed our issues promptly. We would definitely recommend Guy’s.

Three out of four appointments were no-shows. Need I say more?6/22 On-time. No issues.6/29 No-show. Office called following day and rescheduled for 6/30. On time and no issues.7/31 No-show. No calls from the office so I called. Rescheduled for 8/9.8/9 No-show. No calls from the office as of 8/13.On the days of appointments, I’ve called the office in the afternoon and ask if the tech will make the appointment. Each time, I get the same answer from the office staff…”they are behind the schedule. They will call you when they’re on the way”. No calls from the tech or the office - and the tech is no show. So there goes my day. This happened to me three times. OBTW, the last two appointments were to correct the issues from the previous work they’d done.Don’t waste your precious time.There are better companies out there.

I am extremely satisfied. I will be scheduling all of my future maintenance and repairs with Guy’s. The price was excellent, and our interaction was excellent as well. Aaron was very knowledgeable and they came on time. They even tried getting me an earlier appointment when they had a cancellation

Tim & Isaiah did a great job! They were friendly, professional & efficient. It only took them 30 minutes to crawl under our house & replace a leaking section of pipe. Very impressed!

Guys did great. I called about my air conditioning unit and they were quick to respond. I really liked that they do not charge to come out and take a look at what is wrong with the unit! We are extremely happy and we will use them again the future!

I have had Guys Plumbing work at my home and I have been very pleased with the courteous and professional service I received. I had them out to my business on three separate calls last week. I will definitely call these guys back they know their stuff and they had my heater back and running in no time. My dog had bit off a wire and they had the exact wire we needed to get it fixed in no time. I highly recommend them! 👍🏼👌 great job guys! Keep up the good work fellas!!!!

The service rep was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Was out in a couple of hrs. got our heater fixed an about 20-30 min. So pleased !!

Best HVAC company in the town of Amarillo TX. They are fast, clean, reliable and best of all friendly and respectful. Did a great job fixing my heater have had no problems sinve then.

It started out with a professional load calculation and bid by Aaron and then quality and concientious installation service from Cole and Logan. At the beginning of the work day plastic was laid down in their work areas and at the end of the day they picked up, cleaned up, and made room in the garage so we could put the car back in for the night. Those are the little extras we appreciated over their skills as installers. Given the opportunity we will highly recommend Guys Plumbing, Heating, and Air.

Here are the facts. Very responsive. Same day service. Tried to fix the problem but could not. The line stoppage was 75 feet but Guy’s only has snakes that are 50 feet. Had to get A & S to unclog the pipe where A&S said it was 75 feet. Don’t understand how plumbing companies don’t have 100 foot snakes. A&S charged less to fix the problem than Guy’s. Learned some lessons today.

Aaron McMurray is a real deal holy field when it comes to professionalism. This guy went out his way to help me fix my HVAC unit during the summer and also in the winter. This guy is a quality asset to the company, and I would recommend for anybody who need a tech to service their homes to request for this guy!

WORST COMPANY IN TOWN - IVE RAN ACCROSS OVER 4 CUSTOMERS UNITS THAT WAS IN TOP NOTCH SHAPE AND THEY WAS TOLD TO HAVE IT REPLACED AND THAT THERE LOOKING AT 6 TO 9000$ DOLLARS WHEN ALL THAT WAS WRONG WAS A MINOR FREON LEAK. I INSTALLED SOME LEAK SEAL AND CHARGED IT UP ALL OF THEM ARE WORKING LIKE BRAND NEW!!
