We had a condenser unit replaced in Aug of 2019. at the time Daniel’s heating and air who changed names to snow bear. The unit is out and was not registered. My paperwork says 10 year parts warranty. I was informed today by snow bear it’s up to the home owner to file with the Manuel and warranty paperwork I was given. I was never given any manual. So fast forward to today. It’s up to us to replace a unit that should still be under warranty. So beware if you do business with snow bear. As long as they got their money it’s all good. I would highly discourage anyone from using this company.

Fake reviews....did me very badly when I worked with them so much so I never went back to the profession....I was young in the field and was eager,I moved 4hrs away to join them and start my life over and Daniel pulled the carpet from under me and fired me with a fabricated story. This was a few years ago and by the grace of God I am doing well...but this place absolutely killed my spirit and self confidence in a ways I cant fully express.Took what felt like a blessing from God and turned it into depression/anxiety and lack of self confidence and Daniel absolutely didnt care.

Trent has been great all three times we have called. We were selling a house and he cleaned and added refrigerant to that system. We then made an offer on a house and he came out during inspection period and identified several issues. His report helped us in negotiations with sellers. He then made repairs after we closed. He is professional, knowledgeable, communicates well, clearly loves his job and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Kevin really helped us out in our time of need. He did a great job diagnosing the issue and truly went above and beyond what we could have asked for or expected. We had a great experience with Snow Bear and would definitely recommend.

They were very helpful in a very stressful time for us, needing a full HVAC systen replace. The lady I spoke with on the phone walked me through everything and was very patient. She was very honest and told me the truth even when it was a hard truth to say, never blew smoke up my rear. When everything was ready to go the installers got to the house at 11 am and stayed until midnight and made sure everything worked and walked us through how the new system worked. As I said this was a very stressful ordeal and Snow Bear was very professional and helped us get through it. I highly recommend them and will speaking highly to anyone I know moving forward that has issues with HVAC issues.

If Daniel keeps technicians like Aaron M. and Davian G. on his team, we will be lifelong customers! We bought an older home (1937) in Wolflin 1 1/2 years ago. The home is so large that it had 3 heating and cooling systems who have seen better days for sure. We have used Daniels Heating & Air for 2 system replacements thus far and couldnt be more pleased!Aaron and Davian were involved in both installs and, quite honestly, they are perhaps the most respectful and pleasant young men we have ever encountered on service calls. Their work was exceptional as well. They kept us informed every step of the way throughout removal of the old systems and installation of the new ones. If there were any delays or hiccups, they communicated that as well as what the plan would be.Im secretly hoping the last system dies soon as we will definitely have Daniels Heating & Air do the work again. AND... Im requesting Aaron and Davian by name to come back out. Great guys... you wont be disappointed!

I got a new HVAC system about two years ago. I’ve had nothing but troubles with it. Every summer and winter I have to get someone to come out to repair it. Getting ahold of someone to schedule an appointment is difficult and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone on the weekend. Paying for something that cost near 13k and has never worked probably is ridiculous. Also come to find out they never offered me any of the rebates. In my opinion it’s a shady company.

Purchased the new system towards the end of last summer. Good price and the techs sent to remove old system and install new one did a great job. Very patient with me and my questions and suggestions. lol. Turned system on for the first time this year and no cold air. Called them up and a tech called me back promptly and helped me find the simple fix. Good job guys. Appreciate the service

Absolutely worst company! If I could give no stars I would. We got a new ac from them 3 years ago, and have had them come out and check the unit every spring from them, this past 2023 spring they advised my husband that everything was fine with our system but we would need more freon at some point. I reached out to another company to come and look at it this time since spring has started and temps are starting to come up. The technician from the other company advised that, that when the system was put in yall put in some low grade cheap refrigerant that nobody uses anymore. The freon was so low that it wouldnt even read on the technicians gauge. Also the lines were never sealed off so we are continued to leak all the freon out of our unit! I will never recommended this company to anyway. Thanks for screwing people out of money so sweet of yall!!!

Dan did an excellent job! He was on time and professional. He was very fast to diagnose the problem and was ready to fix it! He fixed it very fast and walked me through what more we could do to ensure our AC stayed in good shape. Overall GREAT service!!

Daniel, responded to my emergency low Freon in my home A/C system with the best time I’ve ever had her in Central Florida specifically Orlando. Very professional and explained how things worked inside and out. Which can help me and the A/C system in the long run. I will recommend Snow Bear heating and air conditioning repair to all my friends. I honestly felt more like a family member with his help then just another customer.

I waited for 5 hours, the tech never showed, the girl in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said she would check in the status of the tech and call me back, not only did they not call me back, they stopped answering the phones. The only good news is that I was able to get a refund, but why did they charge me in advance anyway? Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. I will not use them again.

I had problems with my air conditioner, so I called Snow Bear on Saturday. They sent over a technician, which diagnosed the problem as the ACs drain being clogged. They offered to unclog the line and install a new thermostat for a total of $600. We decided to do that, and after he was done, I went up to check the AC, and it was still leaking, which the technician had assured me that it wouldnt anymore. I called them back, but they didnt pick up. I called them again the next day, and they told us that they didnt have the necessary parts when he came to fix the entirety of the problem, so they just fixed what they could. If we had known that they needed more parts, we would have waited, so the job could be fully completed, but instead they decided to rip us off and fix something that wasnt even an issue. After calling back again, they now want to install an entire new drain line. If this was the issue beforehand, why didnt they just offer to do this the first time, instead of making us spend $600 unnecessarily. They were not only very unprofessional, uncooperative, and unresponsive, but they were also dishonest with their customers. I wont ever be calling them again for their services.

I’ve personally used snow bear at my home and had a great experience. But my moms home warranty sent them out to fix her air conditioner and it has been a nightmare. They sent a tech names Jacob, while he was a nice guy I’m not sure he knew what he was doing. He came back twice after thinking he fixed it when he didn’t. Came back and replaced the thermostat but without an hour the thermostat went completely black and doesn’t work. And when she called back for a third time he said he would try to make it back before he was done for the day and never did. Now this morning she called first thing and apparently he’s off today 🙄 and now they’re (Karen) is saying they can’t send anyone until Tuesday next week. It’s over 100 degrees everyday right now and it should have been fixed the first time they came out. Not only are they not fixing the problem, the office lady always says she’ll call back and never does. The whole thing is very frustrating.

Our heater stopped working in January when it was so cold, I called several places and no one could get here. I called Snow Bear and they got here the same day and fixed it! The technician was helpful, we discussed our need for a new AC unit, and he took pictures. I spoke with Karen over the phone, we agreed on a unit, they were here the next day and completed the installation. The customer service is excellent, from Aubrie, Karen, Josh and Dan the owner, they stayed in communication through out the process, followed up to see if we had any concerns, or issues. All in all this was the smoothest installation we have ever had! I will totally recommend them for ANY heating or air conditioner issues! Thank you again Snow Bear!!

Daniels Heating & Air did an awesome job on installing my air/furnace system from start to finish. They installed the unit I wanted and setup my system to maximize efficiency. I had arranged for a mini-splitter unit to be placed through Home Depot who referred me to Snow Bear to install the AC. The install was set for tomorrow and they told me I needed an electrician so they sent one over to look. I paid him 1/2 down and then in contract it says I hired the electrician who has an expired license. Snow bear employee Karen said it was my choice and the contract is what it is. Now, they have taken me off the schedule and I have to start from scratch. I have never dealt with such a shady company.Buyer Beware!!! They charged my friend 1100.00 for three pounds of Freon that never cooled her house. She has used this company for years and years and she too has moved forward to Licensed professional work using a reliable company as I am doing.RUN RUN RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY

Daniel saved the day for us. Our AC was not working, the house was 82 degrees. I called made an appointment with with his friendly staff. Daniel called and said he was able to arrive early. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He had our AC up and running before I knew it. The price is very reasonable. He called the next day to make sure everything was still working good. If you have any heating and air problems I highly recommend Daniels’s Heating and Air!

Put in a call to our home warranty to get our AC serviced and they responded to me that Daniels air would be taking care of us and they did just that. Extremely professional, friendly and showed up on time. Repaired our AC and even pointed out suggests that need our attention at some point, but didn’t press to sell. We are very pleased and WILL be using them again!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They were sent on behalf of my home warranty and they said there wasnt a problem. Then please explain why my unit is STILL leaking?! And on top of that, they refuse to file the paperwork after I opened this order a month ago. Stay far, FAR away from this company. And to top it off, the lovely receptionist hung up on me.

Called having issues with our heating unit, they were able to get an appointment scheduled for same day. My HVAC system quit working on a Saturday afternoon and I called Daniel’s at 12:31 and they were out here by 12:59!! 30min later at 1:30 the Great technician Dan had my Air conditioner Up and running. I had great service and even had a local repair company look at it and he refused the job because the air was on the roof and said he did not want to climb on a roof. However, the problem was the fan. They got it going and it worked well. I am calling them again today for another issue in the Wichita Falls area and will keep you posted in regards to their second visit!! Daniels Heating and Air was assigned to us by our home warranty when we noticed that our 30+ year old A/C unit wasnt cooling properly. They came out promptly and serviced it once they got instructions from our home warranty. Unfortunately, in less than 24 hours it quit working again due to a totally separate issue. Daniels came out within a week, serviced it again, and answered all of our questions. Aaron was pleasant to work with in making sure I understood everything they did to repair it. My husband and I will definitely give him a call/request him when were ready for our smart thermostat to be installed!

This is one of the most professional and caring companies I have had the pleasure of working with. The first visit was through the warranty company I have on my home. So impressed I called them back to do the heater maintenance.Tonight Roy came and cleaned the heating unit and also took the cover off of the AC unit and thoroughly cleaned all of the inside. Daniel installed a Daikin 4 port mini-split system in my house. It’s wonderful! It keeps us so warm! Can’t wait to try out the A/C next year. The system is extremely quiet. Daniel’s staff did a fantastic job of doing the install. They cleaned up after they finished. Daniel came back to go over the controls and followed up a few days later to check on everything. Very quick friendly and reliable!! Definitely a place I will continue to use for all my heating and air needs!! Changing my review from 5 stars to 2. When this company was Daniels heating and air we had great service! Now that its snowbear not so much. We had a technician come out and tell us we needed a whole new unit due to it being very old and having a freon. He recommended one and we went with it. They did not send the same technician out to install the new unit but instead 2 new technicians one who it was his first day ever and neither of them knew anything about installing that specific unit or even installing in mobile homes. They tore up my wall by cutting it unevenly and taking a frame off of another wall trying to get it installed. Only for us to now have to get the freon refilled because there is still a leak. Its taking them several days to come out to fix it. They keep telling us its normal to have to replace freon after so long of use just like in your car was their exact words. Wrong you should never have to recharge your freon, unless there is a leak. Well there should be no leak since they just installed this unit last year. Not the type of service you expect when paying thousands and thousands of dollars for a new unit and instalation.

Snow Bear came through again with an excellent AC/heater tuneup. From the gentleman that came to do the service to ladies at the front desk, I was definitely impressed with the customer service & professionalism. My AC/heater has been running smoothly 2 years straight since getting the tuneups done. I highly recommend anybody & everybody to look into getting a tuneup done biannually with Snow Bear. Every AC/heater needs a some TLC & Snow Bear is the place to call!

Logan saved the day!!! What a great technician and a great company. I highly recommend them. We had a different company come out to fix our ac and did not resolve the issue. Within a few minutes Logan found the problem and got us running again after a miserable three days. It was Labor Day weekend too. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are!!!!!!! If you have an air conditioner problem CALL DANIEL’S ask for Logan to be your technician and I guarantee he will fix it!!!

Daniels Heating Air was just here to fix my heat pump and he was prompt and diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. After repairing the heat pump, he serviced both of my heating units at no extra charge. Very polite and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Im extremely disappointed. Not with the guys who did the job but with the company that saw fit to charge me appx $700.00 per hour. The guys did a good job of hooking up my AC but the charge was exhorbitant!!! Approximately 3 hours of work, I supplied all the materials except a little bit of freon. $2,100.00 for those 3 hours of work. Wont be using them EVER again!!! Got a bid up front and for the amount, I figured it was an all day or maybe 2 day job. Nope appx 3 hours. $700 per hour!!! How can any company justify that cost????

What a lifesaver! Got home from work, after 5:30 on a Friday, to a house that was 83 degrees! I called Daniel’s and they told me a tech could be here between 6-8. Dan arrived and was so nice, very knowledgeable and best of all super fast at fixing my unit! He explained everything he was doing and checked temps from the vents before he left. We hired Daniels through American Home Shield. They were straight forward. Gave us an overview of all of our options , including repair not just replacement. They followed up with us to make sure that everything was working. They helped us get financing to put in the replacement unit. Overall it was an excellent experience. This is the second time that I have used them and I will use them again in the future for all of my heating and air needs.Additionally, the furnace closet is right across the hall from my daughters bedroom. Their technicians were very accommodating to this fact when she was asleep. I will use them every time.

First time using snowbear great service. The next time using snowbear they recommend a new unit we purchased what they recommend but they had problems installing and cause damage to our wall didnt offer to fix the damage and now we when we call for check ups we get rude service and even though it says 24hrs dont bother calling after 4pm you wont get an answer.

SHADY! Tech came out less than two weeks ago, diagnosed the problem with our AC, and put in a LOT of refrigerant (11 lbs.) before realizing that the indoor unit was still frozen up. Told me I had to pay via Cash App. Stops cooling again last night and I call another company. Turns out the Snow Bear guy completely overcharged by system and ruined my compressor and its going to cost me $2500 to repair. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Our home warranty assigned Daniels Heating and Air to us when we noticed that our ac wasnt working. Aaron and Cuyler came out to look at it. They did a great job. Aaron was very knowledgeable and said he would call my husband for the update on what they had to do. I would definitely recommend them.

I was having trouble figuring out how to clean my ac unit. I called and a young woman named Megan answered. Now this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with snow bear heat and air. Great service! I couldnt get my heat to come on and was worried it would cost me an arm and a leg! Brian came out and determined that I had a faulty thermostat. What a relief. We had two issues with our AC that happened about 2 weeks apart. The first one was our AC making loud noises, and the second one involved our AC unit not turning on. Both times we called Daniels. They were real easy to get a hold of and came out quickly. Luckily both issues turned out to be minor problems, but they immediately identified the issues (the first one was a blocked AC drain line, and the second one was a capacitor that needed to be replaced), and promptly fixed them at a minimal cost. Would highly recommend!

Had a weekend AC outage and got the name of Daniels Heat and Air from a friend. They were able to send someone out quickly which was a plus. Angelica was on time and used great communication as to what was going on through text as I requested a contactless repair. On a cold day with the first snow of the season, my heater was not working properly. We have a home warranty and Daniels was contracted to come fix our Central Air unit. They came out and repaired a leak in a pipe, and charged the unit. It never got cold. So, one week later, I called them back. I had to pay another service fee and they spent 5 minutes looking and told us the duct work was too small...after 2 years of the unit working great. Or maybe something was impeding the air flow, although checking the ductwork isnt covered, so they didnt check that. We had a busy couple of very hot, miserable weeks and today we had a different company come and take a look. Guess what? The unit wasnt charged properly! This was my initial thought. So, no, I do not recommend Daniels heating and air.

Absolutely worth the price. They took care of every single thing that I could ask for. They had this new kid, I believe his name was Leiver. He told me he was new and still getting introduced to everything, but he still tried his absolute best to answer any question I asked. Great service and great people. Would recommend.

Both times a tech has come out to help they have been honest, helpful in resolving issues or given suggestions/recommendations on what needs to be done to fix the problem. Very professional and polite as well. They also have a text that is sent that allows you to track your tech so you know when to expect them as well as a call from them before arrival. Honest, Responsive, Courteous, Professional, On time and diagnosed it right the first time out!My AC wasnt working during the heat of the day, triple digit heat for a week-strait. I called FNHW, requested service, the next day (Friday) they sent out a work order to Daniels H&A for service. Though, our work order was place the next day (Friday) in a heat wave, where weekends are a premium for H&A companies to respond to calls. I soon realized it could possibly be a week before someone actually came out to my location. However, Daniels sent someone out the next working day (Monday) on a 1-3 time slot, Angelica and another young man showed up just after 1pm, diagnosed the issue and informed me of the problem & its remedy.Thanks to her, I was able to have my AC up and running again in a short time. Daniels heating and air installed a Daiken mini split unit in my garage. They were on time, courteous and professional. The installer said it should take about 90 minutes to install the unit. It was installed and work area cleaned up in less than 90 minutes. Very pleased with the service and cost. I highly trcrecomm Daniels heating and air conditioning.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars honestly, our Central ac messed up mid last summer. We had a company come out saying it was gonna cost us $4,500 due to a coil and whatever else. Now almost a year later and weather is warming up we decide to get a second opinion and call Daniels Heating and Air. Dan (nice, knowledgeable man) came out very next day took a look turns out we only had a freon on leak due to something not being tightened. Fixed the leak, added more freon and now we are ready for the summer. Thank you for saving us so much money. Daniels Heating and Air will be our go to when we have any problems with our hvac system and the company we will highly recommend.

We moved into our house at the end of July to find the AC not working. We contacted our warranty company and they put us in touch woth another company but they could not get to us for several days. We met Daniel at the Chamber Business Connection so we called them. They could come out the very next day. They found the condenser needed replacing, got it approved by the warranty company and had it delivered and installed the next day. From start to finish the service was excellent. Kevin was always on the end of the phone answering my questions. Jacob Installed the unit. I was late getting home for my appointment. Jacob was waiting. I had gone to the grocery store. As I was getting out of the care jacob saw that I had my hands full. He said let me help you. He ended up bringing in all of my groceries. I think he would of put them away if I had let him. He answered my questions as he installed the unit. When he was finished he got out the instruction book and went through it with me. Then he proceeded to show me how the remote worked. Of course he installed the batteries for me. Daniel the electrician came ¹out twice to do the electrical. ¹He was very polite and informative. After more than a month of using this company and spending $800 on what they think will fix our a.c., it still doesnt work. We called another company out Monday and the tech said these guys really did a number on my outside unit. The new capacitor we bought was wired backwards, the fan was bent, the new duct we got wasnt put into code and they used the wrong refrigerant for our unit. According to the tech purging that out and replacing it will cost us almost $1000 just for that. All because this company didnt do their job right. My husband called and tried to get a refund, thats all we want is our money back and they will not give it. They want to send the tech who wired our stuff backwards to come look at our unit and go over our options. After the number theyve done we do not want them touching our stuff again. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB. Save yourself time and money and avoid this company.

Logan did an excellent job on everything. Not only his actual job but he did an excellent job at helping me find my dog when I took out the trash and forgot to shut the gate. His only question was does the dog bite? I said no and from that moment he was off!!! He came back with my dog and my kids were so happy! Technician Brian did an excellent job of recharging the refrigerant in our Lennox a/c and replacing a filter for same. He figured out what was going on really quickly and got to work right away. He also dealt with the home warranty folks very successfully and we wound up paying only $75 for an afternoon’s labor and about $360 worth of refrigerant. I don’t think this unit has ever worked better. He was easy to talk to, as well. I even learned a few things! Thanks, Snow Bear.

They’ve been maintaining my system since it broke down a couple of years ago. My home is in good hands.

So, we were having AC issues, no cold air pumping out, they came by and charged us 590 dollars to recharge the freon, 2 days later we call because it was doing the SAME thing, they promptly came back out and condemned our AC ducting in the attic, the SAME ducting that has been in our home for 25+ years, still no AC and they wont return my calls - AVOID at all costsEDIT, so after our (not so flattering) review, someone from the company reached out to me, to give me a hard time about my review... I told him I wasnt happy with the POOR service and NO follow-up, he sent out another worker, who told me our AC system works FINE, all is GOOD and in working order and that I need new duct work and (again) they would get me an estimate, so 14 days later I AM STILL WAITING, in the mean time I called another company out, they tell me my Compressor is failing, real easy to spot the noisy compressor and the kick starter that was added onto the system who knows when, this place NEVER bothered to open up the access cover to see what I was shown, these guys need to be put OUT of business, my next call is to the BBB & I want a REFUND... I hate thievesEDIT#2 - after reading the lies from the responder to my review, stating they did indeed follow up with a quote, you are lying, the ONLY quote I have from you is for a maintenance contract I wont agree to, as I would NEVER let you come into my house again, I am including a photo the other AC company gave me, the GUNK to scraped off our evaporator core! you do nothing but LIE and take folks hard earned money, SHAME on you all... I recommend Snow Bear heating and Air because of how professional, the quality of work that Brian my Technician had for us. He had to climb up in the attic a couple of times and was polite and explained to us what he was going to have to do next to get the Air Conditioning back running. Called them because of the 4.9% review, my mothers AC unit went out said it was just the fan that needed to be replaced - priced at $650.00 bucks (come to find out from an EXPERIENCED heating and hair technician fan only actually costed $125 bucks!! $650 was refunded after they came back to take out their equipment) After paying, it was stated it will work without actually checking, after he left all it was blowing was hot hair, plus the fan was installed UPSIDE DOWN WITH SCREWS NOT EVEN BACK WHERE THEY CAME FROM - called the company the next morning said it had to do with the breaker - called an electrician company to check the breaker(which costed another fee), stated everything was perfectly fine. Called a DIFFERENT HVAC company come to find out the whole unit was fried (which we were quoted at 11 to15 grand, 1 year warranty from Snow Bear!!) The other HVAC company only quoted us $8900 with labor + a 10 year warranty!!Very disappointed with the company its self

Our A/C recently went out out because of the stupid Texas heat so I called Snow Bear. Well I was greeted with the sweetest, most professional lady. I believe her name was Megan. She immediately told me my options and knew what to do. Will definitely use services again! :)

This company installed a new air conditioner at my house completely wrong. After spending the night in a hotel I finally got them to come back and check it. They said it was low on freon and it should work correctly. It broke the next day. I got Adams air to come out and check it and they advised me that it was an improper installation. Daniels had put the wrong size coil in, they hadnt primed it correctly, and multiple things were not screwed in at all. Adams ended up doing a great job and fixing the terrible mess Daniels created. If you decide to use this company, chances are something will not be done correctly

Do not use this company. They will lie on behalf of your Home Warranty company. They said they fix the problem, knowing that there was a Freon leak in the main coil and I believe them. And then after my Home Warranty contract ran out my air conditioner stopped working again so I called a different technician that told me there was a major leak in the main coil and it cost me $7100.

Employees are nice and courteous. But that is all the nice things I can say. I had my AC installed 2 years ago. Today it went out. It was improperly installed and rigged up. Didnt know how bad till I was told I already need a new ac unit

We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently Daniel was in restoring our AC. We called on a Sunday afternoon with the outside temp at 106, and he got the job done in twenty minutes! This was our first time to use Snow Bear, but we’ll call them first if we ever have another problem.

We had our heater blowing cold air. These guys came out in the cold snowy weather 3 times! It would start blowing hot air then a few hours later start blowing cold air again. Anyway, they found the problem fixed it. The whole team was super helpful got us on the schedule quick. I really appreciated their professionalism.

Angelica was incredibly helpful. She showed up on time and took the appropriate amount of time to assess the problem and provide some answers/explanation. She also took the initiative to contact her boss in order to provide me with a detailed estimate on replacement of the system.

Daniel’s saved us today. We installed a brand new system and, unfortunately, the fan motor was defective. Aaron McMurry came out on a Saturday evening and helped us out. This guy is a true professional who puts customer care first!

During the recent blizzards in Texas, our heating unit was unable to keep up with the cold temperatures. Although there were no repairs to be made in the end, my representatives were courteous, informative, professional, and seemed to exhaust all options while looking into the unit. I would highly recommend this company for heating and air issues and will likely use them again in the future.

So this is a little long but here goes. My home warranty sent Daniels Heating and Air after the first company they sent out couldnt find anything wrong with my unit. They did show up within a couple days and the tech was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. My problem is not with my tech or his work at all. Britton and his helper were a delight and he went above beyond to help me. My issue is the lack of communication with me. So the tech first came out on Friday June 29th. With the holiday being in the middle of the next week I was not expecting to hear anything back from them until Thursday or Friday. Well Friday came and I still hadnt heard anything. Lack of communication. I was in contact with my home warranty all that week and by Friday they still had no paperwork submitted to them concerning my repairs. So Friday evening I sent a FB message. I asked if someone would please check up on my claim and get back to me. Someone read it and didnt even respond. Lack of communication. So ende up having to call myself on Monday the 9th and they had just received an email from my warranty about my repairs. But there was nothing on file thru my warranty as of Saturday morning. Warranty approved only some of the repairs. Not Daniels Heating and Air fault at all. I will make that clear. But I was advised that the portion they were going to fix would probably help my situation. So the receptionist scheduled me for that Thursday the 12th between 8-12. I get a call on Tuesday that there had been a schedule change. One if their techs had an emergency and had to go out of town them leaving short handed. So they moved me to Friday the 13th between 12-4. No big deal. We all have emergencies come up. So I called at noon on Friday to confirm I was on the schedule. By this point I have been without a proper working air con for almost a month. I wanted to make sure I was on their schedule. The receptionist confirmed. So at around 4:30 no one had showed up yet so I call once again and the receptionist had no idea why no one was here. She said she would call Daniel and have him call me back. So at almost 6 PM, she calls me back and said that he also had an emergency but that he could come by on Saturday morning to do my repairs. I already had plans for Saturday that had been planned for several weeks. I couldnt cancel them. So she started looking to see where she could fit me in the following week. That upset me. At this point I had to tell her that I should be the first appointment of the day Monday morning. My tech showed up at almost 10am. So definitely not the first appointment of the day but it is what it is. So basically I was never going to receive a phone call that no one was coming on Friday for my rescheduled/confirmed appointment. I get that emergencies happen but it doesnt take that long to call your receptionist and tell her to call your clients. In my honest opinion, I think they forgot about me since I was being worked in that day and because it was Friday no one wanted to come put that late to work. I told my job I needed off on Thursday, then had to switch it to Friday which caused some issues. I missed Friday and then had to take off Monday again,..praying they would show up this time. So I lost 2 days of work. The repairs did not fix my problem either. But like I said that really isnt their fault but if all this would of been done in a timely matter and proper communication had been made, we could have maybe made the proper repairs by now. I was really upset because I was really so excited about their 5 star review. It just didnt happen for me. My tech was great and he deserves a 5 star.

I am very pleased with the services that provided by the service that we received from Daniels, our technician, Logan was nice, and even early. Thanks to the him and the staff, its much appreciated.

I called around 4:15 requesting assistance. Was told that someone should be out between 5:00 and 7:00. Daniel was here just before 5:00. The problem was analyzed quickly, and resolved by 6:00. I am impressed by the companys responsiveness and professionalism. If I have any more issues with my Heating and Air, I will call Snow Bear.

They quoted me much less than any other company in amarillo on a new ac unit. Each step of the way they informed me exactly what they were doing and how long it would take. I really trust these guys and you could tell they had alot of experience. Fast workers! They had my new unit up and running in no time and havent had a problem since.

Davian and another man whos name I forgot, were very professional and polite. It took a week to get the required part is my only complaint and why it was 4 stars instead of 5. Both the original visit and the follow-up were on time, professional, and friendly.
