I had this faucet installed, they did very good work and it’s a quality faucet as well from Delta. However I must say the price was ridiculous. Buy your own faucet and pay them to install it if anything. I think even that is $375. But I paid $1100 to have a single faucet installed. Never again.

The tub is still leaking. He left the back panel open, his mess still on the floor. I will go another route moving forward. They have assured me more attention will be given to this issue Monday.How impressed am I!!!Austin, Skyler,& a new recruit came reassuring me of the plumbing that had been handled. Frank’s Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing service I’ve ever worked with. Ryan, the main plumber on our job, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, walking me through every step of the process. From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable with his work.Our home had a slew of plumbing issues—three toilets that wouldn’t flush, a shower with slow drainage, and two sinks that were completely clogged. Zachery Kongsy and his helper did a quick and efficient job of installing our new insinkerator. Also cleaning up after themselves. The new insinkerator is so quiet compared to the old one. Im one happy customer.

Frank’s was able to come the day after we called—and scheduled us in between other orders. Our sewer was backing up and we were expecting company. Zane was so capable and pulled three feet of roots out of our system. We’re so thankful for their hasty help. I was very impressed with getting a text with a photo of Zane and his info. Zane & Johnny were awesome. Super friendly and accommodating. They replaced our water heater and switched out all of our piping in just 4 days! They kept us in the loop every step of the way. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Customer service are so rude!! I called in this morning. The first time they said there’s an opening in the afternoon. Ive called back again in 10 minutes and spoke the lady name Vannessa. She jumps while I am explaining to her. She asked question i have finished my sentence, yet she cut off what I had said. You guys need to train your recpetionist better. Finally i have to speak to someone else which is Veronica. She told me to put my credit card upfront just in case. It is ridiculous experience. I decided not to take their service!!! Poorly rated!!!0

24/7 emergency service? Hardly. Called at 12:50am as there was a blockage somewhere and I had sewage coming up through the shower drain, something they claim on their site is an emergency, so Id expect an emergency response. Spoke to their AI, followed the instructions, explained the problem, told it sewage coming through shower and there was a leak coming from the bottom of a toilet AI just repeats back about the leak. Should have known by then this was a joke, but left my number and was told Id get a call within 30 minutes. Its now 2 days later and no call. Suffice to say, I had another plumber come out and fix the shower and toilet issue promptly and for a good price.

Very nice respectful technicians! They did a great job! They cleaned up everything before leaving which is fantastic! Moses was very good communicating information. It was a very positive experience. I am so thankful to have hot water again and will be calling Franks back when I need help.

Called for a clogged bathroom sink. Glad we joined the diamond club to save money. Spoke with Austin who answered all my questions and they will come out to look at connecting my washer drain to drain properly Most dependable. We highly recommended

From the time they got here until the time they left I knew they were taking care of our problem. We are diamond club members and scheduled our annual inspection. My dad had some concerns about a sewer gas leak in the house, so I let him be the one to be at the house when they came by.According to my Dad, Garrett and Noah were right on time and extremely professional. They noticed a leak above our hot water heater, which was under warranty and repaired right away.My dad brought his concerns to their attention and they immediately diagnosed the issue being with the commode. We needed to replace the commode and seals. We didn’t want the hassle of any of it, and just purchased the commode through them and their installation. They were quick, professional, and efficient. It was all done before lunch.Given their professionalism, speed, and knowledge, the price was absolutely competitive. Remember, in many cases, you get what you pay for.Thanks guys! Although we were already loyal customers, you’ve won my dad over too! He has asked me no less than six times since yesterday if I had written the 5 star review yet. So, here it is!

I just had my sewer line replaced and have no complaints with the plumbers, Zach and Jake. They were kind, friendly and took care of their business. There was an issue with the backhoe company in getting their final steps done but that had nothing to do with the plumbers. Thanks guys!

Larry is a great professional. He works quick and does things correctly the first time, no messing around or wasting time. Hes also willing to answer any questions without being condescending like many people do nowadays. If only there could be more people like him that would be awesome. Franks is lucky to have him.

Zane was great. There appeared to be water leaking from under a slab foundation. Zane explained the options for addressing this potential catastrophe, and the drawbacks and likely costs of both options clearly. Fortunately, the leak was outside the foundation and Zane completed the repair at a very reasonable price. He was straight forward, very polite and worked to get our water back on as quickly and economically as possible.

When Zachery Kongsy showed up ASAP, I was taken aback by how young he looked (must mean Im getting old). Franks text his profile and picture. The profile made me feel secure having him enter my home as he has been with the company four years.Zachery has impressive people skills. He used plumbing lingo, but explained in plain English without making me feel uneducated.My drain valve was leaking and the pan almost full. He and his co-worker (sorry, forgot his name) inspected the tank and lines. There is corrosion on the coupling at top matching the drain valve, which was filled with sediment. (See photos) They emptied the pan and tank, replaced the valve and they told me my tank is dated 2016 and really should be replaced, but finances are tight and they did not pressure me on the topic.I will definitely recommend them to friends & aquaintances.

Zane and his apprentice Johnny were SO helpful and kind. They explained everything in detail and really helped us understand the issues at hand and went beyond to fix another issue that they were not called for. We had an plumbing emergency on a Saturday night and called Franks Repair. It was the best choice we could have made! They were here in a short amount of time and were very professional. Even though they were having an issue with some of their equipment they stayed and got the issue fixed. Moses and his partner (sorry cant remeber his name) did a great job and I am so grateful they stayed and got it fixed even though it was cold and dark! The price was very reasonable that they quoted, and they e en gave us a discount because it took longer because of the equipment problems. If you need a plumber, call Franks!

Had a leak and called. Found out it was the water heater which was old. Zachery and his helper replaced it and did a great job. They were friendly and made sure I understood what they did. We always used to use Franks when we lived in Amarillo. Since we moved to Borger I have tried a plumber located here in town. The local plumbers were not able to fix my problem after multiple visits and were very disorganized. I decided to call Franks to see if they serviced Borger and sure enough they did! Franks has excellent communication and gave me frequent updates on arrival times and called before they left Amarillo. Not even two hours here and Garrett and his helper had fixed my main drain to city sewer and were cleaning up! They were very professional, kind, and efficient! Blower motor on HVAC started making noise, called Franks, Eric responded in a couple of hours, and installed a new motor. Fair pice. Frank’s customer service was great, Eric is great and I am pleased, as always with their service.

I had a gas leak in my house and Franks was quick to come out here! Very detail-oriented, talked me through all of it, upfront cost, and extremely professional! Dennis and Ozzie were my technicians and they went above and beyond showed me a video of the issue and explained it all they both made sure my home was safe and all fixed for my family. Definitely call Franks for any plumbing or heating and air concerns or needs. I will be a lifetime customer.

There are challenges with plumbing on a 70 year old house but Dennis and Carlos overcame them. They were able to solve a leak problem and were able to circumvent old piping and have us up in great shape. I even joined their diamond program so I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

My technicians were Roy and Luis. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They explained things clearly and were very prompt. Their work was quick and efficient.

Very professional and friendly. The only thing we didnt like, the drain pipe wasnt installed where it would drain past the garage step therefore, in case of a leak it would drain into the wall and the house. Had a broken pipe and they came out asap. Roy and his co worker knew what to do and they got the job fast. Another company quoted us 4,000 to dig and Franks plumbing didn’t even have to dig. I will recommend them to anyone 10 stars.

Guy was there for 15 minutes and cleared the sink drain in the kitchen, was told price was $324. The plumber that was there waived the $100 service fee, so it was $224 for 15 minutes of work! Never will I use them again!!

We called to get the flushing mechanism replaced on our toilet. This is a task that my husband has always repaired in the past but as we’ve aged to senior citizens it’s become more difficult or impossible for him to do. We were presented with a bill of $500.00+ to replace the flushing mechanism. Supposedly our toilet is an expensive model that uses this more expensive flushing mechanism. The flushing mechanism was priced at $477.00. Afterward we had paid the invoice we priced shopped to see how much the mechanism costs locally It was $80.00 to $100.00. We are members of the preferred club in which we pay a monthly fee, which we will be canceling on our anniversary date. We feel we were taken advantage of as senior citizens by a company we expected to be honest and reputable. We will not be using Frank’s Plumbing again.After receiving a call back from Quality Assurance at Frank’s Plumbing I would like to take this opportunity to retract my original review. The representative explained that the extent of the repair necessary was possibly due to additional damage that took place before their repair man arrived. However, they were willing to work with us by refunding a portion of the charges. At this time I will be continuing to use Frank’s as our go-to plumbing repair and would recommend them as honest and reputable.

They have always been very reliable, helpful, kind, honest, and dedicated professionals to assist us with our plumbing and heating/ac issues through the years!! You are all the best!! Thank you for everything!!

Frank’s repair Plumbing inc. did an outstanding job installing a new HVAC system in our home. We had a 28 year old furnace that was working but we were worried that it might fail during a cold snap come winter time. Our AC, while only 10 years old, was not working during an unbearable heat wave of 100 degree weather here in the panhandle. We called Frank’s on a Saturday and they came out that day! You can imagine how happy we were that they would be able to service us that day. Unfortunately, our unit needed more than just some coolant. After discussing the options with representative from Frank’s ( Mr. Eric Baria ) , we decided to upgrade our system now rather than put money into a quick fix. The came out a few days later and got our system installed with emphasis on the AC first due to the heat then the furnace. Our garage ladder even broke during the installation process of carrying the new parts of the furnace and AC up to attic and taking out the old. Roy and Lewis did our annual inspection, and so glad they did. Water heater on its last legs, replaced it. Then fixed a leaky faucet in the main bathroom and checked all the plumbing inside and outside. Friendly and capable, enjoyed watching them work. Fair price too!

I made the mistake of calling Franks to snake a drain, just a simple clog...they attempted to charge me $389 for a job that takes 20min. I dont know how these greedy people sleep at night.

We wanted to avoid the problem of scaling due to the hard water in our area but didn’t like the water softening solution. The technician listened to our concerns and proposed an alternate solution of conditioning the water. He left us with all of the information and an estimate of what it cost to install. Once we made up our minds they came back with only 2 hours notification and in less than an hour, had the system installed and operating. We are super happy with their solution and service!

I was very happy with the service I received! First of all, I was able to get them in quickly, and when I requested a time in the morning because I worked in the afternoon, they assured me that I would be the first call of the day leaving between 8:30 and 9am. Dennis was friendly and showed me how to fix my sink filters in the future. They rebuilt my toilet tanks and gave me options of paying a full price or joining the membership which is 8.95 a month but it knocked $122 off my price today. Well worth it for the prompt service I got. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

What an amazing experience we had with Franks. We had a clog about a month ago, but I was able to clear it out, so I thought. Well, no. So we called Franks to come out. It was a Friday afternoon and I was frustrated. The lady who answered the phone was so polite and offered to send someone immediately. About 10 mins later Benjamin showed up. Listened to what I had to say and immediately went to work. He was able to locate the issue quickly and cleaned out the lines for us. The whole time, he was polite, explanatory, and gave great suggestions. He wouldnt leave until he made sure every drain made the sound he was looking for to ensure he got it all. We purchased a new build home and the HVAC unit was put in by Franks. The unit condensation drain line was never plumbed correctly and they fixed it immediately. 13 months later the same condensation line gave us fits. Franks stood behind their installation and fixed all issues. The tech they sent over was super knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Their customer service is top notch!!!

When I have plumbing issues at my residence I use Franks plumbing. Amazing customer service , Gage and his apprentice showed up at my residence 1 hour after the initial call. I explained my problem to my plumber and came up with a game plan. He followed thru and completed the bigerous job. Gage and his apprentice were extremely corgual and respectful. Eric Baria just finished a great job on our A/C. The coolant was gone - he replaced the coolant with a leak detector solution. If it stops working in the next week or two, he can come back and detect the leak with a special light that finds the leak detector fluid. Great job!

My mom has done business with s Franks for many years. She had a complete Heating and AC system put in. That hvac guys were nice and did a good job. In the process they found a gas leak. They sent a team out (I believe the names were Cliff and Noah) to fix the gas leak. Mom was told the leak was fixed and the pressure was ok. Atmos came to turn on the gas about 2 hours after the repair was finished and it wasnt holding pressure. I called Franks and talked to a supervisor named Chris who was a nice man. Chris sent out Zachary and Alan and they were amazing. Zachary was very friendly and informative. He explained everything to my 82 yr old mom in detail. From now on when we call Franks we will ask for Zachary to do all our repairs. I give Zachary and Alan and also the HVAC team a high five and 10 stars.Thanks yall

They called and let me know so I could be there to let them in.He explained what was needed, alternatives and different estimates depending on what we wanted to do. He and his apprentice both wore shoe protectors, cleaned up after the repairs and were so very polite and solicitous. My husband is elderly and can be a bit disconnected but Rylan patiently and politely answered his questions.I had no idea there was the program called the Diamond Club. Great and proactive service plan for plumbing and HVAC. Gave us peace of mind and saves us money!

I thought I had tree roots growing in my pipes, I thought all I needed was a simple snake job. But Franks found out I had more of a major problem. They found 4 leaks in different places. Even though it was kind of a difficult tough job, the techs were very professional and compassionate and ensure you that they’ll take good care of your needs. They might be a little “pricier”, but it’s well worth the money. They have a good reputation for a reason. Special kudos to Ryan, he was such a cool nice guy!

I called late one afternoon with a couple of plumbing issues that I needed addressed. By mid- morning the next day, Dennis and his apprentice were at my door. They worked quickly and efficiently all while keeping me informed about what was happening. While tackling one of my issues, they discovered that my water heater wasn’t vented, which could have possibly lead to a deadly situation.
